Recovery is possible, and it's probable. Poison Prevention Educators talk to students and communities about substance abuse prevention. Opioid use disorder has many possible entry points, including using pain killers from surgery or dental work, experimentation, and accidental use. Pharmacists have the opportunity to counsel on proper use and storage of MOUD. Counsel to take oral doses in private, so vulnerable individuals cannot see. Vulnerable individuals, like children or DD adults want to imitate the behavior of others. Avoid medication errors. Remove distractions while taking or giving medications, and read the label every time. Keep a personal MAR, if needed, to remember if a dose has been taken.  If a medication error happens, get help (Poison Help or 9-1-1), forgive yourself, and continue your road to recovery.  Narcan is import for anyone in recovery from opioid addiction to have. But, a person experiencing an OD will be unable to give themselves Narcan. Make sure your patients educate the people around them about what Narcan is, when to use it, and how to administer it.  As a general rule, counsel on calling 9-1-1 after giving a dose of Narcan. It can wear off.  Pharmacists should counsel on risks of keeping MOUD in the home: accidental use by a curious, opioid-naive child, confusion with other meds, accidental second dose, etc. Call Poison Help right away with exposure concerns, but skip right to 9-1-1 if the person is not breathing, unconscious, or having a seizure.  Poison Center Staff are experts in poison information. They help healthcare professionals and the general public with questions. If you call, you're in good hands. Adults of all ages may be in recovery. It's not just a health condition for young people.  Get Poison Help Line magnets for your pharmacy, and share them with your patients. If you need some magnets, call 1-800-222-1222.  March is Poison Prevention Month in the United States. National Poison Prevention Week in the US is March 15-21, 2026, and the theme is, "When the unexpected happens, Poison Help is here for you." There is a partner toolkit with images and talking points on https://piper.filecamp.com/s/i/OOt8k1JlBFCc08KH  A complete health history is important. Ask about recovery. Include "in recovery from opioid addiction" as a health condition at the pharmacy and with medical providers.  Advise patients to inscribe, "Do not give opioids" on medic alert jewelry. Similar advice, advise patient to include "do not give opioids" in the "health app" on their smartphone in case of emergency. Pharmacists (this is a tough one). If you see something, say something. Protect your patient's recovery. If something on your prescription monitoring program suggests that your patient is in recovery, but they are trying to fill prescriptions for opioids, protect their recovery. Maybe a well-meaning dentist, doctor, or surgeon wrote a prescription and didn't know the whole story. Or, maybe your patient wants to relapse. If you see something, say something, even if it feels awkward. Prevent relapses and maybe overdoses with patients who have a lower tolerance for opioids.  Be skeptical of natural products and supplements that have been promised to help with opioid withdrawal.  Terminology matters. Know your audience, and reflect their preferred language back to them. Avoid terms that are stigmatizing, like "junkie." When in doubt, ask the person you're speaking with how they prefer to call themselves.    Kim's websites and social media links: ✅ Guest Application Form (The Pharmacist's Voice Podcast) https://bit.ly/41iGogX  ✅ Monthly email newsletter sign-up link https://bit.ly/3AHJIaF  ✅ LinkedIn Newsletter https://bit.ly/40VmV5B ✅ Business website https://www.thepharmacistsvoice.com ✅ The Pharmacist's Voice ® Podcast https://www.thepharmacistsvoice.com/podcast ✅ Pronounce Drug Names Like a Pro © Online Course https://www.kimnewlove.com  ✅ Pharmacist Podcaster Book https://amzn.to/4iAKNBs  ✅ Podcasting Online Course https://www.kimnewlove.com/podcasting  ✅ Private Podcasting Coaching or Consulting https://www.kimnewlove.com/private-coaching  ✅ LinkedIn https://www.linkedin.com/in/kimnewlove ✅ Facebook https://www.facebook.com/kim.newlove.96 ✅ Twitter https://twitter.com/KimNewloveVO ✅ Instagram https://www.instagram.com/kimnewlovevo/ ✅ YouTube https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCA3UyhNBi9CCqIMP8t1wRZQ ✅ ACX (Audiobook Narrator Profile) https://www.acx.com/narrator?p=A10FSORRTANJ4Z ✅ Start a podcast with my coach, Dave Jackson from The School of Podcasting! Ever wonder why certain songs follow you from ballparks to bar bands to late-night TV finales? We take a playful but pointed run at the “most overplayed song” ever with a live listener bracket that pits Free Bird, Don't Stop Believin', Sweet Caroline, Brown Eyed Girl, and more in a ruthless showdown. Along the way, we unpack what repetition really means, how stadium anthems, wedding playlists, and radio gold become rituals that comfort some of us and exhaust the rest. You'll leave with your hill to die on and a few hot takes from fellow fans to test your case. Before the sparks fly, we open with a rapid-fire look at Ella Langley, state champion dancer, voice-shifting surgery, a pellet gun for pests, bangs born from a bad haircut, and a one-pickle pre-show ritual that weirdly works. That personal color tees up a high-energy country news sweep: Lainey Wilson teams with Kevin Costner on The Grey House soundtrack beside titans like Willie Nelson and Shania Twain; Riley Green stretches into acting with a Yellowstone-adjacent series; Rascal Flatts hit RodeoHouston; Meghan Moroney and Ella Langley notch a chart milestone for women in country; Thomas Rhett welcomes baby number five; Luke Combs and Dierks Bentley map new tours; and LeAnn Rimes and Rodney Crowell drop fresh tracks. We also spotlight the Recording Academy's new Best Traditional Country Album category debuting in 2026—an overdue nod to classic songwriting and instrumentation. We round things out with a tight chart countdown spanning radio favorites and indie gems, a March 2016 flashback that tracks how we got here, and a lively mailbag: production vs. songwriting first impressions, dream guests (from Rick Beato to Mutt Lange and Kelly Clarkson), and the gear that changed everything as studios moved from tape to Pro Tools. Many aspiring podcasters jump into the game with dreams of monetizing through advertising. But, oh boy, they may want to sit down for this one. The conversation dives deep into the reality of podcast sponsorships and the ever-evolving landscape of listener numbers. Dave Jackson brings in insights from Rob Walsh and Dan Granger, revealing that the golden number for downloads keeps climbing. Gone are the days when 5,000 downloads would get you a seat at the table; now, advertisers are eyeing shows with 50,000 downloads or more. This isn't just a minor shift—it's a major wake-up call for those thinking they can cash in early. As the discussion unfolds, we examine the absurdity of the “winner-takes-all” model that seems to be taking over the podcasting industry. With institutional money flooding in, smaller shows are often left scrambling for scraps. The conversation touches on the idea of partnerships over traditional sponsorships, highlighting how podcasters like Ray Arnott create symbiotic relationships with their sponsors, focusing on mutual growth rather than mere transactions. It's a refreshing reminder that collaboration might just be the key to survival in a market that often feels like a giant treadmill—running hard but going nowhere fast. In wrapping up, the episode encourages podcasters not to abandon hope if their download numbers are modest. Instead, it suggests a change in perspective: think of sponsors as partners. This approach not only fosters a sense of community but also positions the podcaster as a valuable ally to their sponsors. After all, who wouldn't want to work together for mutual success? The key takeaway? Start building relationships, and when you hit those coveted download numbers, you'll be ready to turn those partnerships into profit. The episode closes with a nod to resources like the book ‘Sponsor Magnet' by Justin Moore, which offers a deeper dive into creating meaningful sponsorships. It's not about just getting a check; it's about building a sustainable model where both parties thrive.Takeaways:Many aspiring podcasters mistakenly believe that monetization through advertising is the only way to earn.Understanding the current advertising landscape can change your approach to podcast monetization strategies. To attract sponsors, it's essential to have at least 50,000 downloads per episode, which is quite a hurdle.Instead of viewing advertising as a transaction, consider it a partnership for mutual benefit with sponsors.Building authentic relationships with sponsors is crucial, especially when your audience size is smaller. The podcast industry is leaning towards a model where only a few shows dominate, making it harder for newcomers.Links referenced in this episode:411 iTem 0241 - Dan Granger - CEO Oxford Road and Host of the Media Roundtable Podcastprofitfromyourpodcast.comaroundthelayout.comSponsor Magnet BookOxford RoadMedia Roundtable ShowPodcast411 ShowProfit From Your Podcast

Send us feedback/questions via TextHey there, Dave Jackson here! In this episode, Jim Collison and I dove deep into some hot topics in podcasting and audio media. We kicked things off with a look at the latest Edison Research findings showing that, for the first time, more time is spent listening to podcasts than to AM/FM radio for spoken word audio. We reminisced about the evolution of radio, the challenges of finding a working radio today, the shift of talk and sports content to podcasts, and how technology keeps changing the game.We also had fun nostalgia moments: remembering AM static, Headbanger's Ball, MTV catchphrases, and what really happened to music videos.Advertising in podcasting got a thorough critique—how much is too much, what makes ads skip-worthy or valuable, and what lessons we can take from radio and even the Super Bowl.Another lively discussion came up around video podcasting. We debated YouTube versus distributing video everywhere, addressed anti-YouTube sentiments, and reminded listeners that audio is still king for a lot of people.I also shared some behind-the-scenes tech workflows, like how I use Tella, Hindenburg, and Podchapters, how to move sites to Podpage, and why no tool does it all (yet).Big philosophical questions popped up too: What would actually "kill" podcasting? Is it too many bad ads, a decline in content quality, or moving away from RSS? Or, is podcasting simply evolving, and are our definitions (or nostalgia) holding us back?Randy Black called in with a great riff on what "remarkable content" really means—it can be good or bad. We wrapped up by agreeing that, at the end of the day, success in podcasting comes from making meaningful shows for your audience and being authentic.Sponsors:PodcastBranding.co - They see you before they hear youBasedonastruestorypodcast.com - Comparing Hollywood with History?Video Version (unedited)Mentioned In This EpisodeSchool of Podcastinghttps://www.schoolofpodcasting.com/joinPodpagehttp://www.trypodpage.comHome Gadget GeeksFeatured Supporter: Shane from SpybraryWe interview spy authors, espionage historians and fans of spy books, spy movies and spy TV series! She owns Powell Pharmacy, an Integrative Pharmacy in Powell, Ohio as well as Emlah Naturals, a third-party-tested dietary supplement line. Her focus on whole-person health emphasizes her pharmacy practice philosophy of "There is more to health than prescriptions". Her work is based on the pillars of Intentional Living: Nutrition, Movement, Inner Alignment, and Positive Social Connections.    Lessons learned about Emlah or podcasting in this episode: We first met at the Ohio Pharmacists Association Annual Meeting in 2022. Her path from college graduate to independent pharmacy owner took her from Cameroon to Powell, OH (Columbus, Ohio area) Emlah started her podcast in 2025. She hesitated because she didn't think she was ready. Friends and family encouraged Emlah to start her podcast. Tim Ulbrich, PharmD was mentioned. Say "yes" to opportunities even when you don't feel fully prepared. Emlah's philosophy of Intentional Living & Integrative Pharmacy is carried out throughout her episodes.  She used a table analogy to talk a out the Four Pillars of Intentional Living (surface = intentional living; 4 legs = pillars) Modern medicine + lifestyle + supplements can coexist; we don't have to live in extremes. Use nutrition to support medications Movement can be simple and accessible, like walking 30 minutes daily. Inner Alignment includes meditation, prayer, journaling, walking in nature, laughter, dancing, and more. Positive Social Connections prevent loneliness and promote longevity and fulfillment. Be intentional with whom you spend your time. Vitamin D is important. Know your Vitamin D level, and aim for an optimal level.  Powell Pharmacy "does healthcare differently." For example, Comprehensive Health Reviews. Powell Pharmacy staff do > 100 squats/day!  Emlah's podcast reaches an international audience. She enjoys learning about her audience. She publishes solo and interview shows. Episodes are around 30 min or less.  Emlah's approach to overcoming tech intimidation with podcasting included delegating tasks. Every podcast episode includes an "intentional initiative." Emlah offers Professional Development Resources for Pharmacists. To learn more, visit https://www.dremlahtubuo.com/  Advice for aspiring podcasters: be a guest first, listen to good podcasts, learn from podcast hosts, don't wait for everything to be perfect Scheduling guests can be a challenge Apply Emlah's "Do, Delegate, Delete" strategy with intention.  Batching episodes prevents burnout and inconsistency. Hey, it's Dave Jackson. In this episode, I'm talking directly to those of you who want to start a podcast but feel paralyzed by fear, perfectionism, or that nagging voice telling you you're not good enough. I share my personal tips for getting your content out of your head and into the world—without letting things like criticism or imperfect editing stop you.I start by reflecting on a post I saw on Reddit, where someone struggled with overthinking, fear of criticism, and worrying about making mistakes. This resonated with me because I've definitely felt the same way. I break down how I personally organize my thoughts: writing a blog post, reading it several times to get the overall message, and then distilling it into bullet points I riff on while recording—just like I'm talking to a friend across the desk.Do People Care About Ums?I address the big question: do people actually care if you ramble, or if your audio isn't perfect? The truth is, people only care if you waste their time. An “um” here or there isn't the problem—what matters is not losing their attention or making the show all about you with no lesson or value. It Doesn't Have to Be PerfectI also highlight the importance of starting small and being okay with imperfection. Your first episode won't be as good as your tenth, and that's totally normal. Focus on your audience and what they need to hear, rather than dwelling on your own fears. When your need to serve outweighs your fear of looking silly, you'll finally press record and publish.I Have A ColdI even recorded this episode while I had a cold—proof that you don't have to be perfect to provide value! If you need feedback, consider joining a listener party at the School of Podcasting, where you can get constructive, uplifting advice on your episode before going live.If you want help or someone to listen to your work, visit schoolofpodcasting.com and use the coupon code "listener" for a discount. Thanks for joining me, and remember: don't let perfectionism keep you from creating a truly great podcast. I'd love to see what happens when we work together. My WorkFlowThis is what works for me.:Write a blog. This helps me figure out what I'm trying to say and how I want people to feel.Read Your blog Three times. This helps you get it into your brain. Not to memorize, but to "get the gist of it." Do not cheat. read the whole thing from top to bottom three times.Boil it down to bullet pointsThis is the map to attempt to keep you on trackPress Record and Talk To Your FriendMuch like a phone call, press record and talk to the invisible person on the other side of your desk and "riff" on your bullet points.EditAnything that went off the rails too much, edit out. What makes a halftime show unforgettable: fireworks or feeling? We put country's biggest names under the stadium lights and ask who can truly command 12 minutes seen by the world. From Carrie Underwood's precision to Garth Brooks's jet-fueled stagecraft, Dolly Parton's sparkle to Taylor Swift's era-spanning spectacle, we break down who has the catalog, pacing, and production sense to turn a giant field into a living music video without losing the heartbeat of live performance. We also dig into a wild Super Bowl weekend of music: Brandi Carlile's goosebump take on America the Beautiful, the All-American alternative halftime stacked with country heavyweights, and the ongoing tug-of-war between lip sync polish and live grit. Then there's Kid Rock hinting at a “Robert Ritchie” narrative pivot and a cross-genre tour that could pull fresh ears into country's orbit. Add festival news, a wave of new releases from Eric Church, Carter Faith, and Koe Wetzel, and Cody Johnson teasing collaborations with Luke Combs and Brothers Osborne, and you've got a snapshot of where country is leaning next. Our listener question spins into a masterclass on reinvention: Bruce Dickinson, Brian Johnson, and Sammy Hagar all lifted their bands by changing the center of gravity. The takeaway for artists is simple and hard—evolve without losing soul. We cap it off with chart rundowns, indie gems, and real talk on artist development, time triage, and why most “opportunities” only matter if they move the craft forward.Hit play, argue with our halftime picks, and tell us who you'd book for the big game. Dr. Dave Jackson is Professor of Plant Genetics at Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory. Dave is driven to understand what makes plants grow and why various types of plants look different from each other. His research examines how genes control plant shapes, including investigations into the role of genetics and stem cells. The long-term goal is to turn this foundational knowledge into tools that can improve agriculture. Outside the lab, Dave works to keep a healthy balance by getting outdoors to go hiking, backpacking, and camping. He also dedicates time to art and music, which are abundant in New York City. Dave loves supporting emerging artists and musicians, particularly bio-art and jazz music. Artistic creativity is a lot like the creative process in science. He's especially excited by how artists can translate scientific ideas into forms that feel more accessible and inviting to the public. He obtained his bachelor's degree in biotechnology from the University of Leeds and was awarded his PhD from the John Innes Institute. Afterwards, Dave conducted research as a NATO and USDA Postdoctoral Fellow at the Plant Gene Expression Center in Berkeley, CA, before joining the faculty at Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory in 1997. He was elected as a Fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) in 2018. In our interview, Dave shares more about his life and science.

Two truths can coexist in country music: rebellion built the house, and strategy keeps the lights on. We kick off with the spirit of outlaw country—not noise for its own sake, but independence from industry molds—then map how that 70s ethos shows up today. From Waylon and Willie to modern names making savvy moves, we explore what “outlaw” means when radio is crowded, playlists pay pennies, and authenticity has to outlast trends. We also dive into hot headlines shaping the scene. Carrie Underwood hits pause on touring without an album cycle, George Strait goes intimate with in-the-round shows in Austin, and Laney Wilson's new Netflix doc promises a closer look at her rise. Alongside the news, we unpack chart momentum, indie standouts, and why some songs land hard when they close with a line that lingers. It's all connected: the brand you build, the rooms you play, and how you keep fans close enough to feel it.The mailbag brings the heat with smart questions. Are playlists more important than radio? Short answer: both matter—playlists help with discovery and micro income, radio still confers status and community. Are showcases worth it? Absolutely, because decision-makers want to feel your live energy. How do you avoid burnout? Schedule joy and protect the parts of the work that make you come alive. We also shout out the unsung roles—engineers, managers, A&R—who carry artists farther than most realize. Episode LinksScotty Simpson: https://jayfranze.com/episode3/Bob Bullock: https://jayfranze.com/episode28/Dave Jackson: https://jayfranze.com/episode53/Bruce Reiter: https://jayfranze.com/episode67/Avery Glenn Crabtree: https://jayfranze.com/episode77/Mike Skill: https://jayfranze.com/episode78/Bruce Tarletsky: https://jayfranze.com/episode81/Dalila Mya: https://jayfranze.com/episode102/Mark Badolato: https://jayfranze.com/episode140Send us a text Support the showLinks Jay Franze: https://jayfranze.com/ JFS Country Countdown: https://jayfranze.com/countdown/ Contact Contact: https://jayfranze.com/contact/ Socials Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/jayfranze TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@jayfranze X: https://x.com/jayfranze YouTube: https://youtube.com/@jayfranze Services Services: https://jayfranze.com/services/ Books Books: https://jayfranze.com/books/ Merchandise Merchandise: https://jayfranze.com/merchandise/ Support Support: https://jayfranze.com/support/ Sponsor the Show: https://jayfranze.com/sponsor/

Hey, it's Dave Jackson from the School of Podcasting, and in this episode, I'm recapping my experience at Podfest 2026, which was a whirlwind of hallway chats, memorable dinners, and some eye-opening lessons. Here's what I cover:Hallway Conversations & Overheard Myths: I noticed folks were obsessing over tiny details like the exact minute a podcast should release, debating things like whether 8:01am is better than 8:00am. Honestly, I don't think anyone is waiting by their phone for your show to drop to the minute. Being consistent matters more than timing it down to the second. The Role (and Cost) of AI in Podcasting: I talked to podcasters searching for AI tools that could do everything—generate ideas, write scripts, edit, publish, you name it—ideally for free. The reality is, good AI isn't free, and companies are raising prices when they add AI features. “AI” stands for “Always Increase” when it comes to your expenses!Reflections on Video: Unlike previous conferences, there wasn't as much pressure this time to dive into video podcasting. Most folks seemed to realize you don't want AI or automation to create your whole show. Polishing? Sure, but not producing the meat.A Cool AI Demo: I saw a preview of Episonic AI, which analyzes your past episodes, constructs a target audience profile, and even suggests topics and guests. It was interesting in demo form, but I'd want to play with it myself before really judging.Conference Costs and Why They're So High: I break down just how expensive it is to put on a conference—think $10k to rent an LED screen and $8k just to plug it in. Even coffee for attendees can run $135/gallon! High ticket prices aren't about gouging attendees; organizers are just trying to cover astronomical hotel fees.Networking Magic: The biggest benefit of these events is always the networking. I had a blast connecting with old friends, like Daniel J. Lewis, Rob Walsh, Rob Greenlee, and James Cridlin, and got to enjoy some great stories and camaraderie.Podcasting Hall of Fame: The Hall of Fame event was a highlight. Seeing so many people who've truly served the podcasting community—sharing knowledge, fighting legal battles, innovating—reminded me that serving your audience is the common denominator among podcasting greats.A Word on Programmatic Ads: I discuss my article comparing podcast CPM/programmatic ads to the historic crash of banner ad prices on websites. My worry: as more low-quality, AI-generated shows flood the market and accept pennies, ad rates may sink across the board."How to Pitch a Podcast" Show Update: I'm experimenting with a new show concept where we share the worst—and best—podcast pitches. So far, the main hurdle is getting folks to submit their stories in audio form. I've simplified the process, and hope more people will participate. If not, it may become a segment rather than a full show.Final Thoughts: If you went to Podfest, don't wait to follow up with those business cards—make the most of your new connections! I share about my next steps, including attending the Novel Marketing Conference in Austin, and remind everyone to check out schoolofpodcasting.com if you want personal help growing your show.Mentioned In This EpisodeSchool of Podcasting CommunityPodnewsRich Graham the Merch Drop Show

I'm back from Podfest, and today, I want to talk about a strategy that gets way more attention than it needs: When to publish your podcast episodes.Recently, while browsing Reddit, I spotted a question about the best time to post — specifically, whether 5:00 pm is a good time. The person wanted to launch a podcast focused on creepy stories and thought evening uploads would create the right mood. However, most advice online suggested otherwise, which led them to ask if evening uploads are uncommon, and whether others have succeeded with that schedule. The Magic of time ShiftingHere's what I've learned over the years: I personally follow at least 30 podcasts, but only two of them matter to me in terms of their schedule, and that's because they're news shows. For those, I want the latest information right away. For everything else, it doesn't matter when the episode drops. Thanks to apps like Pocket Casts, new episodes go to the top of my list, and I listen whenever I want. That's one of the biggest perks of podcasting—it's all about convenience for the listener. Most people aren't refreshing their phone, waiting for your episode to appear. So you don't need to obsess over the perfect release time, unless you have a news show or something that's truly time-sensitive.Going the Extra MileIf you want to do a little extra homework, you could check out podcasts similar to yours. See when they publish, create a spreadsheet to spot days with less competition, and pick a time that works for you. But ultimately, the most important factor is finding a schedule that fits your life and allows you to be consistent. For example, I have one show I catch on Fridays just because that aligns with my grocery shopping routine—but that's rare for most podcasts I listen to. Unless it's a news-based format, when you publish has far less impact than you might think. So my advice: Don't get hung up on the specifics. Pick a time that works for you, stick to it, and focus on delivering great content. Consistency in both schedule and quality matters far more than the exact day or hour you hit publish.Get Your Podcast Questions AnsweredIf you have more questions about podcasting, come join me at schoolofpodcasting.com. Hey, it's Dave Jackson here! In this episode, I'm diving letting you see why patience and persistence matter more than anything else in podcasting (and, honestly, in most creative pursuits). We've all been spoiled by the microwave mentality (wanting quick results and instant gratification) but the real success stories are built over years, not weeks.I kick things off with the story of the microwave's invention as a metaphor for how society craves instant results, then flip the script to talk about why that approach just doesn't work in podcasting. What Does it Take to Be Known? You'll hear me break down the journeys of big names like Morgan Freeman, Samuel L. Jackson, Harrison Ford, Bryan Cranston, Lucille Ball, and even musicians like Bonnie Raitt and Andrea Bocelli—all of whom pushed through years (sometimes decades) before their “big break.” Yes, even Adam Sandler and Jerry Seinfeld had plenty of failures, awkward moments, and years of grinding before the world knew their names. I share how their experiences relate directly to podcasting, and why embracing your own style and sticking with what you love can make all the difference. You Need To Be More Than "Good"I also talk about the importance of consistency, cross-promotion, knowing your audience, and making your content “remarkable”—the kind people just have to talk about. I share how Seinfeld didn't become a household name overnight, and how even my own podcast journey has been about slow, steady growth, not big, sudden leaps.Plus, I get into listener engagement strategies, word-of-mouth tactics, and why you should appreciate the connections and opportunities podcasting brings, from new friendships to dream gigs. And yes, you'll hear a little power rant about the NFL's approach to consistency (or lack thereof)!Because of My Podcast Lou MongelloFinally, I wrap up with plenty of listener “because of my podcast” stories, examples of how podcasting opens doors you never imagined, and a reminder that there's nothing stopping you from growing your show except your own willingness to put in the time and effort. If you want to get inspired and set the right expectations for your own podcast journey—or just need a reminder that you're not alone in the slow grind—this episode is for you.
