It's about how am I being with myself at this moment.“ — Anna Beaumont Such a beautiful topic to talk about with Winning with Wellness Episode 79 guest Anna Beaumont as she shares with us a deeper meaning to the power of our voices.  Looking back, as children, we have always felt like singing is a talent that is passed from one generation to the next. And so if we do not have the capabilities, eventually, it led to that sense of protecting ourselves from shame, embarrassment, and humiliation. So as a child, when people call us out, those words wound the essence of that flowing energy in the body and it gives birth to the perfectionists' side of us. The voice is not the problem, it is only being confined to a small room. It is about alignment and feeling safe to make mistakes.  There are two main categories of voice: one of which is the voice that is pushed and powerful whereas the other is weak, shy, and powerless.     “Wellness means actively doing or making choices that benefit your mind, body, and soul.” — Sam Kirouac 9 years ago, Sam Kirouac went through a difficult family matter that led to her hitting rock bottom. However, she did not want this to take over her life so she quickly had to find a solution to fight it. She discovered the benefits of Reiki and from there, she could feel the energy and noticed that she was able to find gratitude more easily. Reiki is further explained in this episode. It is channelled universal life energy, and it is everywhere. Throughout the day we interact with people and we exchange energy. We have some of the energy that may leave energy blocks within our chakras. Reiki is a way to move that energy and get it flowing. Sam also talks about the relation of Reiki to chakras, mainly the seven chakras and how these energy centers are located at various parts of the body, connected to different emotions.     “One of the most important decisions I made was to choose me and start looking at things that made me happy things that I wanted to do.” — Marcie Mazurenko   A very heartfelt episode with Marcie Mazurenko as she talks about loss, grief, healing and more. Marcie lost both of her parents just 11 months apart and she was in a deep state of depression that she stayed in for quite a long time. Eventually, with the help of her lovely children, she was pushed out of it to heal.  She shares a story of her grandmother turning 100 years old and realized that the two main reasons why she lived for so long are that one, she was full of love, and two, she always had faith. Her grandmother chooses life and love, always, even if the journey was tough, she lived through it.  Because of her personal experiences, she wanted to dig deeper into mediumship. One of the things she realized over time is that her success could have been amplified if she had slowed down and rested more in her younger years, possibly resulting in higher energy levels as she aged.     “We don't always see the value in what we do and that makes it really difficult sometimes for us to move forward, so we just have to know that we are making a difference. ” — Kelly Falardeau  Topics ranging from having tragedies in life like being burned when she was two years old, losing a baby, being diagnosed with precancer, witnessing and having a divorce to her many successes in life. Kelly Falardeau created a path to go from a near-death experience to her huge success in life.  During her school years, she had been bullied, teased, and called the Scarface girl. Admittedly, it was a hard process for her but that didn't hinder her from being able to accept and let go. One of the most touching and heartfelt stories she shared with us in this episode was conversing with a group of teenagers where one young man confessed that he had been contemplating suicide but because of the girl beside him and Kelly's speech he chose life! She considers her path as a gift, if she hasn't lived through her life tragedies, she wouldn't have been led to that moment when she was able to inspire that young man to live.  She shared that she doesn't live in her past because a lot of people live in their past, and if you keep living in your past, it just holds you back. But we did and it kind of feels amazing. ” — Becca MacLean Before her various careers, Becca MacLean is a mother first to her four amazing children. She considers her children's mental health to be one of her greatest concerns as a mom. Becca is one of our Heal Volume 4 authors and she shares in greater detail her journey through mental illness with a child.  In this episode, she opened up about how her divorce from her ex-husband affected her eldest child. This led to childhood trauma and later on caused other issues like Intermittent Explosive Disorder (IED). IED manifests as an uncontrollable rage at any given time; describing it as inconsolable, hysterics coming from an extraordinary place of anger. Once the rage subsides, feelings of shame, sadness, or some kind of depression tend to come into that cycle.   One of the things she advises other people who might experience the same situation as them is to educate themselves and start reading as soon as they get a diagnosis of whatever that is.     EP59: How To Manifest Limitless Opportunities with Brooke Kekos

    “Wellness really means for me a complete mindset; having this mindset that you're able to come to life.” — Brooke Kekos  From a limited environment and belief system for 35 years of life, Brooke Kekos finally managed to come out of her shell and start from the ground up. Her first step to breaking free was not an ideal one as she did not want to feel nor acknowledge her feelings so she resorted to distractions. Eventually, she realized that she needed to do some inner work for herself like Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EDMR) to surpass her extreme and complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Moreover, she also tapped into other modalities like energy healing and even hypnotherapy.  Brooke starts by sharing her raw story about how she tried to fight through by making a distinction between the past, present, and future. She says that she cannot live in the past because that's where depression is; while she feels the same for the future where anxiety is. With that, she learned that staying present is the sweet spot. Narcissism is a term that is becoming more popular these days and it is important to raise awareness as to how it should be properly used. We do not want to go around inappropriately diagnosing people as narcissists. Narcissistic Personality Disorder is an actual medical disorder and condition that needs to be diagnosed by a professional that exhibits narcissistic behaviours at a certain extent of frequency and severity. Although we do not notice it occurring, narcissism can be a learned behaviour. Toxic relationships can be an external manifestation of what's going on internally. If signs and symptoms are showing, the best pathway suggested to healing or moving forward with this is by educating ourselves, getting support and setting boundaries. When you see other people experiencing it, it might be intimidating but consider supporting their needs while suggesting support.     “What I believe is the freedom from anxiety is to outgrow it and grow with it into your more authentic and empowered self. ” — Dr. Friedemann  Dr. Friedemann, a physician, researcher, and a personal development coach, found the huge relation between how we are dealing with our physical state and our mental state. He shares that he noticed when he worked in cardiology that people had stress, high blood pressure, and heart attacks that were a result of anxiety.  As he digs deeper into the effect of anxiety, he saw this as more of an opportunity to do a self-reflection to become more connected with ourselves. You don't know what you want probably because you're so in the service of others that you haven't taken that time to really decide what it is that you want.” — Christine Clifton  Christine Clifton blends both traditional corporate career and entrepreneurship which helped her to become who she is today. Christine relates wellness to wholeness and abundance, not just in the financial sense, but also to understanding abundance and the expansiveness it brings, thereby allowing us to live life to the fullest.  Health and wellness professionals are innately willing to serve others. However, serving others can, unfortunately, lead to the detriment of themselves and burnout. Christine stresses the essence of work-life integration and the ability of a fully integrated self to offer expansiveness, abundance, and health because it is coming from a place of overflow, not depletion.     “You may not be able to control the thoughts the ego thinks, but you can certainly control the thoughts that the ego speaks.” — Alan Carroll   A lot of the time, we get lost in our train of thought because it's a continuous stream of consciousness. Therefore, your ego gets in the way because your thoughts are your ego. Alan Carroll, a Transpersonal Psychologist, focuses on the 5th Greek element which is space to be utilized in becoming more mindful and present as we speak our minds.  In his experiments, he discovered that as you create spaces consciously, you become more spacious. Space is beyond the physical and literal but if you can create space between the words that you speak, by just pausing, it also connects to the thoughts that you think. With this space, there will be a command or a switch to control when you want to stop and when you want to go. To do that, practicing mindfulness and being present is important.     “When you give your power away to something, it'll hit you a lot harder.” — Justin Frandson   For this episode, we are touching on a different area of wellness which is related to the physics of gadgets which is actually a huge part of our lives, especially in this 21st century. Justin Frandson is an Athleticism Performance Coach that has worked with amateur and professional athletes for over the past two decades and he observed how gadgets have an effect on the athletes' overall performance. Electromagnetic fields or frequencies (EMFs) can be cosmic or manmade. We live in an electric universe, thus, we are also electric. Our air is plasma, waves form and travel through plasma. So whether it's a cosmic shift in the atmosphere or shift from introducing 5G or radio waves or electrification in some way, shape, or form, that's going to travel through the plasma and affect our bodies. Justin, having a wealth of knowledge, shares how EMFs affect us humans on three different levels: 1) cognitive effects like focus, memory, behaviour, 2) physical symptoms that manifest through headaches, ringing in the ears, skin rashes, bloody noses, etc. and 3) diseases such as cancers, diabetes, cardiovascular diseases and in some cases, leading to suicide. Due to these problems, he decided to pursue more research about electromagnetic fields or frequencies and what are the possible ways to lessen their negative impact because frankly, they aren't going anywhere. Justin sells products that aim to protect you, your family, and your homes from the harmful effects of EMFs.  Justin also gave emphasis on his advice to not worry about it but rather, take action by first understanding the proximity of exposure and imposing some protocols. As a mindset strategist, she understands how mindset drives us through our life.  She compared that our conscious mind is the weakest part of our brain; whereas the subconscious mind is the strongest because it holds the 10 saboteurs which indicate a lot of our behaviours and perception of the world.     “If you always do what you've always done, you'll always get what you've always gotten.” — Candace Plattor  Addiction is a topic that not many of us are not open about but in this episode, Candace Plattor, once struggling from addiction and now an addiction therapist, shows her vulnerability by telling her personal story of addiction to recovery. Candace felt very ill but the doctors back then could not figure out what was wrong with her and she was misdiagnosed numerous times which led to multiple medications including addictive ones. It was only to “treat” her illness and then she became addicted. After deciding to reach out for help, she is now 35 years clean and sober. With the amount of love and support she received during her recovery journey, she wanted to give back to people who are experiencing what she went through before. The biggest thing is nobody starts out intending to become an addict. One way or another, there has to be some sort of a root — may it be a form of medication or even sometimes a way to socialize. However, when these habits become harmful to someone's life, that's when a support system comes into play. One of the main reasons why an addict stays as one is because people around them let them, enabling them. But when we get past that point of enabling, the addict will start to notice the consequences and decide to make different choices.     EP45: A Widow's Journey To Wellness with Adele Anderson

    “You were never meant to live in emotional pain. It is there as a sign that we need to take care of ourselves, but it's not a place you want to live for long.” — Adele Anderson  When Adele Anderson miraculously survived a plane crash, she had this deep desire and strong urge to figure out how. Adele openly shared her near-death experience: from realizing that a catastrophe just happened, doing your body checklist, running out of oxygen, and even going through life flashbacks in literal seconds.  What's mesmerizing about Adele's story is that the moment her body began separating from her consciousness, her perspective changed which led life to literally flash in front of her eyes from her birth until her death. She was snapped into action when a very specific memory of a movie scene she watched long ago reminded her of how to escape from a plane; and from there, she was able to survive.  Looking back at it, Adele's curiosity was sparked as to how her brain understood what it had to do with very little to no oxygen in her system. She shares how it is a phenomenal amount of information we acquired throughout our lifetime. This experience made her realize that life exists beyond what we know or appears tangible.  With that wisdom, Adele was able to connect the dots from life to death. Grief comes in many shapes and sizes but it is a part of us already and the best advice to cope with it is by giving yourself some grace. After all, grief is the price we pay for deep love.  Losing someone is not losing love; in fact, love still exists within our minds, bodies, and souls. When you pull the bandaid off, it still weeps. When you touch it, it hurts. I'm connected to my spirits and able to move around in my body as I expect myself to be.” — Pauline Kehoe Pauline Kehoe delved into the journey of wellness through her personal modality known as the five elements. In 2005, she had her Masters in Five Elements Acupuncture and from then on, she used her beautiful gift to communicate and bring the hidden language of five elements back to our modernized humanity. The five elements are the ancient spirit of Chinese medicine of mother nature which predates almost everything including acupuncture, Chinese herbs, and even Xi Gong which they consider as the first form of healing. For those who are unfamiliar with this, Pauline advises that the first step to discovering more about it is by being aware of the seasons, most especially our surroundings like the plants and trees around us because this is where dynamism is.     “What I want people to achieve in terms of wellness is that they know what they're doing every day when they wake up and it's not causing them undue stress.” — Sartre Jean-Gilles The most important factor in achieving wellness is the state of flow, according to Sartre Jean-Gilles. It is a concept in which you know where your habits are in line, you know what you need to do every day to help eliminate that decision fatigue in our lives. Building habits is much more difficult than staying motivated because motivation is a lot of work and it is something that is not constant. Unlike when we have established a system out of our own habits, we set ourselves into a flow and make it habitual. From there, we create the habit of wellness and we don't have to expel additional energy. Getting into the fitness and wellness journey, there will be obstacles that will come our way. One of the biggest things to help keep you on track is having a clear vision of your value systems including the people surrounding you; this is something that Sartre helps you figure out in his Fitness Behavior Change programs. Of course, mindset plays a huge role as well. Digging deeper into the people you surround yourself with during your wellness journey, may also affect how it goes. We must surround ourselves with people who are supportive of the change we want to see in our life.      “Wellness is striving to achieve balance and alignment, so flow in each quadrant of your life.” — Jesse Szymanski Jesse Szymanski responds to a question about wellness by immediately associating it with alignment and balance; in which she notes that the word "balance" looks different for all of us. For instance, when you're working more in one area of your life it means you're working less in another, maybe that is balance. She further explains that balance is something that is constantly moving, instead of it being on a perfectly balanced scale where you have just the right amount of everything. Going further, Jesse opens herself up by sharing a part of her experience in terms of anxiety, vices, and finally asking for help. From her previous career to having debts — she felt that she attached her identity to these things, resulting in judging herself and she started building unhealthy habits to cope.  She began to realize that she had to make a lifestyle change after experiencing symptoms in her body and when her doctor raised red flags. Quitting her vices such as smoking and drinking is has allowed her to let people in While she consciously and unconsciously built a support system for herself and others.  The biggest thing about her healing journey is to learn to ask for help. The decision that changed her life is when she chose to sell her home, she calls sticks and bricks, to travel the United States full time in a 5-wheeler RV. When men are asked by people who they are, a lot will typically answer by saying what they do for work not about who they are as a person.   A roadblock for personal development is the patterns: the generational trauma or even generational behaviours. Travis is thankful that as a child his parents for providing books promoting different ways of thinking creating awareness at an early age. When he was 19 and moved to the city, an influential man gave him a book entitled “How To Win Friends and Influence People” which he describes as something that tweaked his brain.  Travis shares his experience of a friend who thanks him for saving his marriage just because Travis had advised him to read a book. It is from there that he states that a lot of guys don't share those experiences because it's vulnerable, emotional and sensitive but for Travis, he portrays a “who cares?” mindset as long as it would help a person's life to be better.     “The body is the starting point to healing because it tells us the truth.” — Joan Small As she discovers the Rubenfeld Synergy Technique, Joan Small became more invested in integrating the body, mind, emotions and even spirit to have whole-person wellness. It was pointed out that our bodies speak to us metaphorically. In some cases, we tend to say, for example, “my husband is a pain in the neck.” and there is a strong possibility that there is an actual, physical pain in the neck. To maintain our wellness, it's important to have awareness of what's going on in the body. Listening touch is a modality that is a combination of touch and talk, where it connects the body through the sense of touch via the unconscious mind. As a synergist, Joan can feel what's going on in her client's body, whether it is conducive to what the client is saying. Touch can be seen as a response or a reflection of what is going on in your life, connecting it to a huge part of the healing process. When we get triggered, we get pulled out of our bodies. A system called Shuttling is her way to pull herself back together; it is a split-second thing of going back into your body. Due to the limitations brought upon the pandemic, Joan has decided to step into doing her sessions virtually through Zoom.     EP35: A Glimpse Of Hope On Dealing With Trauma with Dawn Taylor

    “Your physical space matches your mental space.” — Dawn Taylor   Dawn Taylor shared with us her personal experience in dealing with trauma in a much less intimidating way. The best way to start a healing journey is by first assessing the little things; from as simple as what your space looks like, what food are you eating, what are you watching or reading. The healing journey is different for everyone and so it is crucial to find someone that resonates with you. A lot of people with trauma are afraid of hurting other people with their stories. With that analysis, she chose to approach her craft differently in a way that her clients would feel more comfortable digging a deeper level with her. Sit with your feelings and figure out what hurts and what about it is hurting so deeply. We're too fast to just distract and shut down the negative because the negative feels bad but the truth is what's worse is escaping it.  It is very important, as humans, to feel our pain because our brains need to process that pain in order for us to function. Dawn gives us this sense of assurance that trauma does not necessarily have to be something that is major. If your nervous system was disturbed in any way, it causes that sense of trauma even if it is something big or small. If the impact of what happened to you was not just as severe as what happened to me, does not mean it's not valid.   Wellness Nuggets: ●       When you talk with your person, coach, or counsellor, ask them about the hardest thing they've had to overcome in their lives. If they're not willing to answer, they're not the right fit for you. ●       Continue fighting for yourself ●       “One step”.     EP34: Healing from Trauma - The Journey from Suffering To Empowerment with Kim Wilkinson

    “Become comfortable with the uncomfortable”  — Kim Wilkinson   Growing up, we have not been taught by society how to manage our emotional health; from our emotional experiences, trauma, grief and every root of it all. We're told to brush it off or just be strong and never fully feel our unpleasant experiences which results in them being unresolved. However, these ways are practiced unconsciously but little do we know that it affects and serves us in our adulthood. We were so conditioned to think, act and believe otherwise that we lose our authentic selves in the process.   Kim Wilkinson teaches us to open ourselves to the hard truth of painful experiences. You can't fix change or heal what you're not aware of but when you become more aware of your emotions and the why behind things. Things make so much sense that everything becomes so much more clear within yourself and with other people.   When you change your perception of the word and its context, it can be powerful and freeing. For example, the word “guilt” in the context of the court of law, means “with the intention to cause harm” but what you did was never intended and so should not be associated with guilt. It can be changed to “ regret”.   Kim tackled triggers with a different perspective in which she states that triggers are an energetic sensation in the body that is trying to get attention to direct us to what needs to be healed. Instead of avoiding and escaping away from the triggers, why not acknowledge and listen to our bodies. It doesn't go away until you actually bring it to the surface, understand it, and find some completion with it then you're free.     Nicole Nykolaishyn simply explains that breathwork is basically breathing with intention. Breathwork is a very powerful and profound experience and tool for healing, building resilience, getting yourself grounded and even energizing. It's a way of supporting the body holistically; from body, mind and soul. Hence, for Nicole, she considers this as a self-love approach in building self-awareness, self-empowerment and inner peace.  As a proud mom, also emphasizes the importance of engaging with children to use breath as a tool. The best way to have children get into it is by keeping it fun and utilizing an energizing breath at the same time. “Our breath is with us wherever we go every day, all the time, we can utilize it in any moment we need. It's a gift that healing can give you in that exact moment we need it.” — Nicole Nykolaishyn Breathwork sessions with Nicole can be done either individually or by group and in-person or online. Daily breathwork can be done in 5 minutes but sessions with Nicole can range from 45 up to 90 minutes where it is more of a transformational and healing type of practice.  Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth. If you want to feel energized and heightened, increase it with the depths of your breaths. If you want to feel more relaxed, slow down breathing out or exhale slowly. The key to breathwork is to do it in circular motions, meaning let it flow into your body without any pauses.     Kathy Davis explained what plant-based means and that is she feels better when she eats more plant-based food. She states that plant-based is a definition of whole plant foods that are as close to nature intended. The biggest advice Kathy has for people switching to plant-based is slowly incorporating plant-based into their lifestyle and not immediately changing everything. Utilize what is already familiar to you and everyone in your family. How you create your transition plan depends on what you are trading, may it be time or even your budget. It's all about finding the perfect balance between your plan and your current lifestyle.   She also shares her personal recipes for breakfast, lunch, and even snack time. For breakfast: ●       Half a cup of rolled oats ●       Half a cup of non-dairy milk (Kathy prefers unsweetened soy milk) ●       Half a cup of frozen blueberries (can be equated to about a teaspoon to a tablespoon of maple syrup) ●       A teaspoon of ground flax Let it sit overnight in the fridge or for how long you have. If you like it warm, you can opt to put it into the microwave for 30 seconds.   For lunch, ●       Boil potatoes, bake potatoes, or cook brown rice ●       Prepare a salad ●       While reheating the rice or potatoes, chop up vegetables ●       Add some spinach, beans, usually garbanzo chickpeas salad ●       Add some vegan dressing, maybe balsamic vinegar, and tahini, or maybe it's maple syrup and mustard ●       Think about what flavours you are wishing to experience in your salad.   For snack, ●       Hummus with chickpeas (either homemade or canned) ●       If making hummus from scratch consider adding some tahini, lemon, cumin, garlic and balsamic vinegar. Kathy does not add oil ●       Choose your favourite vegetables ●       For crunch cravings, baked tostada chips, Wasa crackers, Mary's crackers or low-fat Triscuits   When working with Kathy, you can expect a deep discussion around goals and strategies coupled with a year-long program. He created this protocol where practitioners can identify what are the emotions that could be stuck in the subconscious, this is all done with the client's consent.   If the emotions are in the subconscious and not in the cognitive brain, people don't even know that they're there. The trapped emotions can come from different situations like for instance an incident, accident, trauma, inherited from your parents, or even prenatal. The goal is to find these trapped emotions from the subconscious brain and release them. It does not mean that once it's released once, it's gone. Trapped emotions have layers depending on age which, Permila compares to an onion. The more layers we have, the underlying layers need more healing.     “Wellness means that everything is integrated into my health. My world is integrated, and what I think, how I feel, and what I speak are all the same.” — Gail Korpan   For Gail Korpan, the hardest thing to implement putting herself first is setting the boundaries of saying no and just knowing that saying no is putting yourself first. Jenny, as someone who is service-oriented and champions others, is learning the process of putting herself first and giving herself some time to breathe. When asked if she can commit to a project for example she will respond with “I'll have to get back to you” when she wants to say “yes” to things.   Gail shares how an empath has 10 different layers and it means that: when someone has this kind of gift, when they enter a room, they can feel the energy in the room. Those that are an empath can listen to the body and know what it needs. When people are not aware that they're an empath, it can be quite confusing as they would easily pick up the feelings and energy around them. It is a skill set that should be recognized and practiced.   “Redefining wellness is important to healing because it's more than a treat.” — Gail Korpan   We live in a different world than our parents grew up in where there's a lot more computer work and stationary sedentary work. There can be a lot of stagnancies that get held in our bodies. We need to get help in releasing some of the things that the world is putting on us. If we're not putting our wellness first, it will be pushed to the back burner.   According to Gail, the key benefit of regular massage visits is that there is trust and energy built into the process. She offers smudging, during her massage services a method, that cleanses their aura, settles them into the massage. Massage health benefits are all about putting your wellness first.   The reason why Gail does what she does is that she came from the office working space where she spent three decades. She visualizes that people could have personalized holistic breaks for themselves, promoting the idea of wellness in the workplace. One of the services she offers is chair massage. As of recording this podcast,  we are on the dark side of the moon where the moon is losing light. So a lot of people are feeling tired and feeling like there's not a lot of energy in the air. Sometimes, we feel like we should be always producing or we should always have the energy but other times, we feel the extreme opposite like crying and that's just part of the moon cycle.   People are energetic beings having this human experience. There is an energy that beats your heart. That's a synopsis of your cells, your nerves, your brain waves. This can be measured with EKG monitors to see the energies working in the body. When that energy ceases to exist in the body, you take your last breath and now you are in the world of energy.   “What we focus our mind on, we can actually make happen in the world of energy and physicality” — Sheetal Story   Sheetal shed light on intuition, and intuition development, the most significant step is intention setting. As soon as you are conscious of the day, set your intention and see how it affects your day. Another is to visualize or feel that you are in an energy bubble where only your energy stays in this certain bubble and only positivity can enter.   “Your intuition lives in the place of your imagination” — Sheetal Story   Meditation is the key gateway to everything as it is the observer of your thoughts; it is not stopping your thoughts or slowing them down. A really great starting point for beginners in finding grace and peace is through counting your breath. Breathing practices can oxygenate your brain and slow everything down when everything feels rushed. The single-point and awareness meditations are the easiest way to start as a beginner because your mind is focusing on one thing, as opposed to the chatter in your mind. So if you give your mind something to focus on, instead it then redirects your mind to your breath versus the internal chatter.   As a grief counsellor, Sheetal also imparts her sentiments on death and grief. If we encounter someone who's going through grief,  it's okay to not know what to say, but really what they want is just someone to be there. A common idea about death is that it's hard, however, in the aspect of energy, its concept is that you go back to the energy world when you take your last breath. You're in this presence that you can see and feel everything.   We in our current state walk in the world of energy and physicality, so we have a lot of power. We often forget this power of our being and why we're here and our purpose. Remember your personal purpose, your intention, and everything that you focus on can become reality.   Wellness Nuggets: ●       Your body is your vehicle in this lifetime for your spirit. ●       When we listen to ourselves and we listen to the cycles of the energy around us, we start to flow. ●       The universe shows you where you need to go and it is up to you to follow the flag if you will. ●       We are all born intuitive. ●       Set an intention first thing in the morning. ●       Breathing practice for three minutes. Deep breath through your nose, out through your mouth 3 times. Then in natural breath count your breath to a hundred. Note that every time you lose count, you have to start back at one and see how far you get.
