El sumario por la desaparición y muerte de la joven Déborah Fernández-Cervera Neira, ocurridas en Vigo el 30 de abril de 2002, se vio invadido de aparentes errores y lagunas de información que han llevado a la familia a reclamar una justicia que creen que se les ha negado por la lista de supuestas negligencias. Tras 20 años sin que se imputara a nadie por el caso, el exnovio de la joven ha sido declarado como legalmente investigado. Los abogados de los Fernández-Cervera han logrado impulsar una instrucción que parecía haber entrado en vía muerta y han hecho acopio de una serie de indicios que han conducido a la imputación de Pablo, el joven que fue novio de Déborah y que asegura que la tarde en que la chica desapareció no estuvo con ella. Desgranamos los rastros y las contradicciones que sitúan al sospechoso en centro de la diana. Pablo es inocente hasta que un juez diga lo contrario.

Las diligencias por el caso de esta joven de Vigo desaparecida en 2002 han sufrido continuos archivos y reaperturas: una odisea judicial. Solo el tesón de la familia de la fallecida y sus abogados ha impedido que el sumario prescribiera por completo. Denuncian que la instrucción ha estado plagada de errores y lagunas que han impedido que las pesquisas avanzaran.Ahora, tras dos décadas e in extremis, se ha declarado como oficialmente investigado –lo que anteriormente era la figura de imputado- a un varón; se trata de un personaje que estuvo muy cerca de Déborah y que siempre apareció en el punto de mira de los investigadores como principal sospechoso, pero que, sin embargo, jamás declaró ante le juez.

A Déborah Fernández-Cervera Neira le faltaban tres días para cumplir los 22 años cuando despareció durante un paseo por la playa de Samil en Vigo. Estuvo diez días desaparecida. Su localización no fue la esperada por la familia. La chica fue hallada muerta a 60 kilómetros de su casa en los márgenes de una carretera.Su cuerpo estaba desnudo y quien la abandonó allí montó con ella una escenografía macabra. La familia se siente abandonada por la justicia en su conjunto.

Maintenant que de nombreux décrets et circulaires sont disponibles, nous pouvons enfin nous projeter sur les évolutions à mettre en place. Nous partons du contexte : la réforme de l'évaluation a été initiée avec la Loi ASV en 2016. La première étape a été le transfert des missions de l'ANESM (entrainant sa disparition) vers la HAS. Nous pouvions imaginer une transformation de l'évaluation en certification comme pour les hôpitaux. Nous savons maintenant que cela se ferra progressivement... Les 5 points majeurs de la réforme sont :  La suppression de l'évaluation interne pour ne garder que l'évaluation externe (nécessitant tout de même une auto-évaluation) Un changement de calendrier : L'évaluation aura lieu tous les 5 ans, contre 7 ans pour l'évaluation externe. Un référentiel unique d'évaluation Un nouveau système d'information avec la plateforme Synaé L'accréditation des évaluateurs par le COFRAC Un arrété de programmation des évaluations doit sortir en Octobre 2022. Les établissements prioritaires sont ceux qui n'ont pas fait d'évaluation externe car ouverture après 2014. Un flou subsiste pour les premiers établissements qui seront évalués car l'accréditation COFRAC nécéssite 18 mois. Les évaluateurs seront en cours d'accréditation... Déborah nous explique ce cas de figure. Nous discutons : Des enjeux pour les établissements et pour les tutelles. Y aura-t-il diffusion des résultats ? Qui paie les évaluateurs ? About Today's GuestElisa V. Borah, MSW, PhD is a research associate professor at the Steve Hicks School of Social Work, and Director of the Institute for Military and Veteran Family Wellness, a joint initiative of the Dell Medical School Department of Health Social Work and the Steve Hicks School of Social Work.Dr. Borah conducts research to identify, implement, and evaluate treatments, programming and community supports for military members, veterans, spouses and their families. Current research efforts include assessing the value of structured peer support for military spouses to improve their quality of life, access resources and increase social support. She also studies self-care practices among military spouses and how best to support their transition needs after military life. Dr. Borah's current research includes development of methods to engage concerned significant others in veteran suicide prevention practices and research as well as delivery of education and training to community-based organizations in suicide prevention.  Dr. Borah founded and directs the Veteran Spouse Network (VSN), originally launched through an Engagement Award from the Patient Centered Outcome Research Institute (PCORI). The VSN is designed to build and support communities of veteran spouses and to provide peer support programming with trained peers. Dr. Borah chairs the Military Social Work & Behavioral Health Conference at The University of Texas at Austin. She previously served as director of research at the Ft. Au-delà des tissus d'origine naturelle, Déborah a compris que l'éthique d'une production n'était pas limitée par un cercle géographique ou autrement dit par un certain label “made in”. Au contraire, favoriser la culture artisanale de certaines régions du monde est selon elle une forme de valorisation des savoir-faire anciens qui se veut comme une définition de la durabilité. Déborah Lukumuena nous reçoit au sein de la Maison de la poésie, un lieu qu'elle affectionne. « Peut-être que j'ai envie que la poésie me ressemble », glisse l'actrice à l'affiche ces dernières semaines de Robuste de Constance Meyer et d'Entre les vagues d'Anaïs Volpé.La comédienne âgée de 27 ans évoque son enfance à Epinay-sous-Sénart auprès de sa mère et de quatre frères et sœurs, les mercredis et les samedis passés à la bibliothèque à se réfugier dans la lecture, son admiration pour Emile Zola, Edouard Louis, Rabelais ou Tchekov qui l'ont mené à faire des études littéraires à la Sorbonne, sa découverte de la série Les Tudors qui a déclenché son envie de jouer, le tournage de Divines, la persistance des stéréotypes à l'écran, sa relation conflictuelle à la mode, son dégoût du racisme et son rapport à son propre physique : « Mon corps pas normé va servir d'outil de narration universel pour des réalisateurs et des réalisatrices. Il faut l'intégrer et se l'approprier. Toute mon enfance, on m'a dit : "maîtrise-toi", "canalise-toi". Il y a un rapport à la force qu'en tant que comédienne, il a fallu embrasser. » Depuis trois saisons et désormais toutes les semaines, la productrice Géraldine Sarratia interroge la construction et les méandres du goût d'une personnalité.
