FFCCSS y expertos avisan: Las lagunas técnicas de la baliza V16 En el último episodio de AutoFM, José Lagunar se rodea de profesionales de primera línea: Fernando García Pobes (Agrupación de Tráfico de la Guardia Civil) y Antonio Ordúñez (Investigación de Accidentes de la Policía Municipal de Madrid). El veredicto de los agentes es claro: la V16 es un avance tecnológico con una ejecución administrativa y técnica deficiente. La "Utopía" de la conectividad DGT 3.0 Uno de los pilares de la baliza V16 es su capacidad de geolocalizar el vehículo averiado. Sin embargo, Fernando García Pobes señala una brecha crítica entre el papel y la carretera: • Sin aviso directo a patrullas: Actualmente, la activación de una baliza no llega de forma automática a las tablets o PDAs de los agentes en servicio. Los agentes se enteran de los incidentes por los canales tradicionales, perdiendo la ventaja del tiempo de reacción que prometía la tecnología. • Servidores intermedios: La información no va directamente a la DGT; pasa por los servidores de los fabricantes de las balizas. Esto genera dudas sobre la estabilidad del sistema, recordando caídas previas en plataformas públicas de alto tráfico como Verifactu. El reto urbano: Luces que no se ven y "hackeo" del tráfico Antonio Ordúñez aporta una visión clave sobre el uso de la V16 en ciudades como Madrid, donde los problemas son distintos a los de una carretera convencional: • Teoría del color y visibilidad: En calles iluminadas con lámparas de descarga de sodio (la clásica luz naranja), el destello de la baliza V16 puede solaparse cromáticamente, resultando prácticamente invisible para el resto de conductores. • Manipulación del flujo circulatorio: Ordúñez advierte sobre una picaresca peligrosa: si la información de la baliza se vuelca directamente en apps como Google Maps o Waze, "amigos de lo ajeno" o usuarios malintencionados podrían encender varias balizas en una calle específica para simular un bloqueo y desviar el tráfico de forma artificial. • Estadística de atropellos: El agente confirma que en la M30 o el casco urbano de Madrid no consta una siniestralidad relevante por conductores atropellados al colocar triángulos. La mayoría de los usuarios ya opta por no bajarse, usando solo los intermitentes de emergencia (warning). El talón de Aquiles: Baterías y tarjetas SIM La baliza V16 es un dispositivo que depende de una fuente de alimentación externa, lo que introduce variables de riesgo que el triángulo (un elemento pasivo) no tiene: 1. Efecto de la temperatura: Una batería no rinde igual en Jaén que en Jaca. Los cambios extremos de temperatura dentro de la guantera del coche degradan la química de las pilas. 2. El problema de las "pilas tiesas": José Lagunar relata su experiencia personal revisando balizas guardadas durante 3-4 años: la mayoría estaban sin carga o con una potencia lumínica residual insuficiente. 3. Tarjetas SIM "desagregadas": Aunque se ha especulado con el robo de las SIM integradas para obtener datos gratuitos, los expertos aclaran que los componentes electrónicos suelen estar soldados y desagregados en la placa base, aunque la baliza quedará inservible al finalizar los 12 años de conectividad pagada. ¿Seguridad vial o negocio recaudatorio? El debate final gira en torno al coste y la carga fiscal de la medida: • El IVA del 21%: Resulta contradictorio que un elemento de seguridad obligatorio, que el Estado impone para "salvar vidas", no cuente con un IVA reducido (4% o 0%). Se estima una recaudación de 300 millones de euros solo en impuestos. • Costes de producción: Mientras que el precio de venta al público oscila entre los 40 y 60 euros, el coste real de fabricación se estima en apenas 4 o 5 euros. • Cuerpos de seguridad obligados: Incluso los vehículos de la Guardia Civil o Bomberos, que ya cuentan con sistemas de iluminación prioritarios extremadamente potentes, han sido obligados a equipar la pequeña baliza V16. El valor de la preseñalización El consenso entre los agentes es que la V16 debería ser siempre complementaria y nunca sustitutiva de los triángulos. El triángulo ofrece una preseñalización física (avisas antes del peligro), mientras que la baliza solo señaliza (el conductor la ve cuando ya tiene el obstáculo encima, especialmente tras curvas o rasantes). Como sentencia Fernando García Pobes: "La gente no tiene percepción de seguridad con la baliza. Si la tuvieran, no les importaría pagar 100 euros, pero hoy por hoy ven que es un sistema que no funciona igual de bien en todas las circunstancias". En este primer encuentro de 2026 en Onda Cero, el equipo de AutoFM pone el dedo en la llaga sobre la normativa que ha marcado el inicio del año: la obligatoriedad de la baliza V16 conectada. Lo que se vende como un avance tecnológico esconde, según los expertos, graves carencias técnicas y un trasfondo recaudatorio importante. Los fallos técnicos de la V16: "Invisible" de día Desde el 1 de enero de 2026, la baliza V16 es el único sistema legal para señalizar averías o accidentes en España. Sin embargo, los testimonios de conductores y profesionales inundan las redes: Baja visibilidad: En condiciones de mucha luz solar, tras una curva o en cambios de rasante, la luz de la baliza es prácticamente imperceptible hasta que el conductor está "encima" del vehículo. El timo de la batería: Aunque la conectividad está garantizada por 12 años, la pila no dura tanto. José Lagunar recomienda cambiar las pilas cada 3 o 4 años, ya que si se deja en la guantera sin mantenimiento, lo más probable es que no funcione cuando se necesite en una emergencia. El impacto económico: ¿Quién gana con esta medida? La obligatoriedad de la V16 supone un desembolso de entre 40 y 60 euros por vehículo. José Lagunar desglosa las cifras detrás de esta "marcianada": Recaudación por IVA: Al no considerarse un artículo de primera necesidad, tributa al 21%. Se estima que el Estado recaudará más de 300 millones de euros solo en concepto de IVA. Costes de fabricación: Mientras que el usuario paga 50 euros, el coste de fabricación de estos dispositivos (mayoritariamente chinos) ronda los 4 o 5 euros. Fuerzas de Seguridad: Incluso los vehículos de la Guardia Civil, Policía o Bomberos, que ya cuentan con sirenas extremadamente visibles, han sido obligados a adquirir y portar la baliza V16. ️ Inseguridad Ciudadana: Un mapa para "los malos" Uno de los puntos más críticos es el mapa interactivo de la DGT 3.0. Al activar la baliza, la ubicación del coche y el tiempo que lleva detenido pasan a ser de dominio público. A les 8h del matí d'avui estava previst que la Demarcació de Costes executés el procediment de recuperació possessòria de les instal·lacions del Club de Mar, atenent al mandat del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Catalunya. L'execució d'aquest procés comporta que l'estat recupera l'ús d'unes instal·lacions i terrenys que són de la seva propietat, per després decidir què farà amb ells i com ho farà. Però, malgrat que aquest matí fins i tot es contemplava la presència dels mossos d'esquadra per si de cas, cap funcionari de l'Estat s'ha presentat a la cita, i després de gairebé una hora d'espera els socis presents, conjuntament amb membres de la junta del Club, han decidit tancar i marxar. Per tant, les claus de la instal·lació no s'han pogut entregar, però des de la delegació del govern no han volgut donar massa importància a aquest fet, i entenen completada la recuperació possessòria perquè l'equipament ha quedat buit, i d'aquí pocs dies es preveu que vinguin a segellar portes i finestres. Mentrestant, està prevista una reunió entre l'Ajuntament i la delegació del govern per a explorar que la institució es pugui fer càrrec de la gestió de les instal·lacions fins que no es pugui parlar de la solució definitiva per a tot aquest entorn. En la edición de hoy del Radar Empresarial, exploramos el reciente Día del Inversor de Tapestry. Luego del intento fallido de adquirir Capri, la compañía ha fijado nuevas metas ambiciosas lideradas por su marca principal, Coach. El objetivo es alcanzar ingresos de 10.000 millones de dólares y lograr márgenes del 30% para el año 2028, a pesar de enfrentar vientos en contra como los aranceles previstos. Durante la llamada con inversores del miércoles, la empresa reconoció que las tarifas impuestas por la administración Trump representarán un impacto económico de 160 millones de dólares, cuyos efectos no podrán ser compensados por completo antes de 2028. Estas proyecciones se apoyan en los sólidos resultados obtenidos en el ejercicio fiscal de 2025. Tapestry reportó un crecimiento del 10% en sus ingresos, impulsado especialmente por el aumento del 4,6% en su base de clientes en EE. UU. Esto ocurrió incluso con un incremento del 15% en los precios de sus bolsos, una categoría que representa el 80% de sus ventas. Cabe destacar que el 70% de los nuevos compradores proviene de la Generación Z. Para fortalecer este vínculo, la empresa ha lanzado la estrategia “Amplify”, enfocada en mejorar la conexión emocional con ese segmento. El panorama competitivo pudo haber cambiado radicalmente si la fusión con Capri hubiera tenido éxito. Aunque ambas partes estaban interesadas, la Comisión Federal de Comercio bloqueó la operación, argumentando que eliminaría la competencia directa entre dos líderes del mercado de bolsos, lo que podría dar lugar a subidas de precios injustificadas. Si bien Tapestry insistió en que se mantenía sólida, su marca Kate Spade mostró resultados negativos: en el cuarto trimestre, las ventas bajaron un 13% y se registró una depreciación de 252 millones, contribuyendo a una pérdida neta de 517 millones. Además, la empresa se ha visto afectada por el fin de la regla de minimis, que permitía la entrada libre de impuestos de productos enviados directamente al consumidor por menos de 800 dólares. Esta situación plantea dudas sobre si Tapestry considerará trasladar parte de su producción, actualmente ubicada en países como Vietnam, Camboya y Filipinas, a EE.
