There are fears of all-out war between Israel and Hezbollah, in the wake of a rocket strike in the Israeli-occupied Golan Heights that killed 12 children on Saturday. For nearly 10 months now, Hezbollah and Israeli forces have exchanged cross-border fire, with dozens killed and hundreds of thousands forced to evacuate. At the same time, the war in Gaza drags on, with Israeli attacks killing at least 19 people, including children, on Sunday. Hezbollah has previously indicated they could halt their strikes if a ceasefire was reached in Gaza, but there seems little chance of that now. Correspondent Ben Wedeman joins the show from Beirut.  Also on today's show: former Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett; Alexandra Winkler, Senior Associate, CSIS Americas Program; Mary Ziegler, Author, “Abortion and the Law in America”; Cassie Chambers Armstrong, Democratic Kentucky State Senator  Learn more about your ad choices. ISRAEL TO SUPPLY NATURAL GAS TO EUROPE

ISRAEL TO SUPPLY NATURAL GAS TO EUROPE AND ITS CONNECTION TO A BLESSING FROM DEUTERONOMY Today, Israel's gas reserves are so rich that they can supply not only Israel, but Europe as well. And that's precisely what happened on Wednesday when Israel, and the European Union signed a natural gas agreement. The agreement was forged in Cairo as Egypt as the gas will flow via Egypt's pipelines. Signing this trilateral agreement is Europe's solution for replacing the Russian gas imports it has relied on for decades. Western Europe is trying to distance itself from Russia including economic boycotts. This phenomenon provided Israel with a rare opportunity to provide natural gas once provided by the Kremlin. Ursula von der Leyen, president of the European Commission said in a joint press conference with Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett in Jerusalem on Tuesday: “With the beginning of this war and the attempt of Russia to blackmail us through energy, by deliberately cutting off the energy supplies, we decided to cut off and to get rid of the dependency on Russian fossil fuels, and to move away from Russia and diversify to trustworthy suppliers,” adding that “It is an outstanding step bringing our energy cooperation to the next level.” “This is a tremendous moment in which little Israel becomes a significant player,” Israeli Energy Minister Karin Elharrar said Wednesday in a statement. I WILL BLESS THOSE WHO BLESS. AND WHOEVER CURSES YOU I WILL CURSE. AND ALL PEOPLES ON EARTH WILL BE BLESSED THROUGH YOU.Those were the words of the great God Jehovah, the great I AM, a warning sent to all peoples for all times in Genesis 12:3. If there is no other reason to care for and bless the people of the promised land Israel and the Jews, and there are many, many more, not falling under the curse of the God of the Universe is certainly the main one. No matter, anti–Semitism continues on. The agent of Satan, Adolf Hitler, slaughtered 6 million Jews, and today, whether Iran or Russia or Turkey, Lebanon, Gaza and other nations and peoples have no problem blaming everything on the Jews and nations like Iran will never rest until as once publicly stated:“Every Jew in Israel is buried at the bottom of the Mediterranean Sea”.But God's chosen people are tough, survivors, smart and brilliant, determined that something like the Holocaust and other acts of violence against the Jews or Israel will not happen again telling a largely Jew–hating world:NEVER AGAIN!Israel will protect itself in every way possible and revenge anti–Semitism fulfilling the promise NEVER AGAIN.No matter, Hezbollah, a brutal terrorist group in Lebanon sponsored by the even more brutal Iran and its Revolutionary Guard Corps hates Israel, is determined to destroy it and it launches mortars, artillery rounds and Katyusha rockets against Israel at random and at will. So do the Palestinians in Gaza which as a result of the committed purpose of the Israelis and IDF (Israeli Defense Forces) NEVER AGAIN, produces constant warfare tension at all times. Nothing pleases Iran more and now with Iran's medium–range ballistic missile capability and its current rival at the point it can produce nuclear weapons, becomes an unbelievable threat to Israel and God's chosen people. I can only imagine the curse of Jehovah at work, the revenge of the God of Israel against the Iranians who mock that God, OUR GOD the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ and that awful promise of divine curse. Missiles and mortars sent by terrorist groups can threaten Israel any day, any time. Israelis, brilliant technicians, ever developing military and warfare capability, especially defense, produced the famous IRON DOME, an anti–missile system which protects Israel from rocket, missile and artillery attacks most effectively. Israel has also developed what is known as DAVID'S SLING, a longer–range missile protective system to aid the protective capabilities of Iron Dome. Together, these sophisticated military anti–weapons are excellent deterrents and protective devices for the some 7 million inhabitants–citizens of the Jewish nation of Israel. The problem with Iron Dome and David's Sling, again effective anti–missile systems with the Israel Tamir missile, costs about $50,000 for each anti–missile missile. Sustaining these two effective systems at that cost is simply not sustainable for Israel given the demands of its national budget and its social welfare programs. So, back to the drawing board these brilliant technicians go and they have now invented a third protective system which is named:IRON BEAM.A laser based system which, rather than $50,000 per counterattack, will cost the nation of Israel incredibly:$2.00 FOR EACH INTERCEPTION.$2.00! That lead Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett to claim the Iron Beam, the first deployable directed–energy laser weapon, is not only a major advance in defensive technology but a gamechanger as well in the art and strategy of war. So that, depending upon the attack, mortar, missile, or artillery, one of these three great protective systems, IRON DOME, DAVID'S SLING, or IRON BEAM will shoot down and destroy the incoming projectile resulting in even more complete defense of the Holy Land, Israel the apple of God's eye.Laser–based weapons do have major power requirements. Recycling times between the firings of these sophisticated weapons is considerable and that must be shortened from minutes to seconds in order to be effective. An enemy can launch barrage after barrage of such weapons and overwhelm the systems unless the recycling and reenergizing time is consistent. It is certain that the Israelis know that and are working to make certain that this new system Iron Beam can in fact reenergize itself in the shortest possible time.No matter these three incredible defense systems, Iran, or Russia, or any other anti–Israel nation with nuclear capability, but especially Iran with nuclear weapons can overwhelm and destroy the nation of Israel with an all–out nuclear attack. The counterattack from this brilliant military nation, small as it is, would be absolutely devastating to the attackers and the enemies of Israel. Such an Iranian attack and the counterattack sure to follow would signal nuclear warfare the world over and undoubtedly the end of this world as we know it. Israeli Prime Minister Bennett has promised that, if warfare so indicates, Israel will attack the leaders of Iran beginning with Ayatollah Ali Khamenei and destroy them in addition to Iran itself. What a horrible, fateful day that would be but in so many ways, it seems inevitable. I wonder how America, We The People would react if, like the Jews in the 1940s, half of our citizens were destroyed, killed as those innocent Jews were. Surely we would do everything to protect and defend our Country and WE THE PEOPLE and unleash our considerable military capability against such attackers. The End Times of this world indicate worldwide destructive military forces at work, nuclear warfare and in most ways the utter destruction of mankind. Such happenings are preconditions to ultimate and final events like the rapture and the second coming of Jesus Christ. These significant Christian events are the spiritual light at the end of a very dark and hateful tunnel. No matter what happens in this world, no matter how disastrous, the best for Christians is yet to come. The spiritual Iron Beam of our Lord will be wrapped around His church and His people and this warlike world will see a reign of 1,000 years of the PRINCE OF PEACE. How wonderful, indispensable the love, forgiveness, blessing and promises of the BABE OF BETHLEHEM. No matter this world, never forget the words of the angel:FEAR NOT.For HE is far greater than any Iron Beam!

[0:30] Surveillance Technology (32 minutes)Canadian coffee and donut shop Tim Hortons has been caught using location data on its mobile app to track the whereabouts of its customers, even while the app is closed. But this smartphone surveillance technology is being used by more powerful organizations than Tim Hortons. The Chinese government has been using surveillance technology to track citizens attempting to escape COVID-19 confinement, even remotely changing the status of their COVID-19 green passes to prevent them from joining human rights protests. This kind of surveillance is not surprising in Communist China, but it is becoming more common in Canada, the United States and other Western nations. [32:25] European Union in Israel (11 minutes)Last week, European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen and Italian Prime Minister Mario Draghi visited Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett to bolster friendly relations. Since Russia has refused to sell oil to Europe, Europe is seeking this essential resource in the Middle East. British journalist Melanie Phillips asked, “So does this mean the EU is changing its attitude to Israel?” The same day von der Leyen visited Bennett, she also stood alongside Palestinian Prime Minister Mohammed Shtayyeh in Ramallah and announced the transfer of more than $200 million to the Palestinian Authority. “Despite all the warm words in Jerusalem,” wrote Phillips, “there's no sign that this EU hostility is about to ease.” [43:30] Law of Cause and Effect (11 minutes)Economists in the U.S. government are surprised at the rate inflation has risen in the United States. Kyle discusses the White House's attempts to defend Joe Biden's impending meeting with Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman. Biden vowed - on the campaign trail - to treat MBS like the “pariah” he is. As that meeting approaches, Government Accountability Office officials spoke to The New York Times, on the condition of anonymity, about a report showing the Pentagon and the State Department failed to keep track of how many civilians were killed by U.S. backed forces in Yemen. The report spans the Obama, Trump, and Biden administrations. Estimates are that over 377,000 civilians have been killed or starved to death during this genocidal war. Officials fear that Secretary of State Antony Blinken will take a page out of his predecessor Mike Pompeo's book by pressuring the GAO to classify the revealing and critical report. The data is currently inaccessible to the American people. Connor talks about this week's IAEA Board of Governors' meeting which is being used as a political venue for anti-Iran statements levied by Washington, the British, the French, the Germans, and worse by the IAEA itself, namely its Director General Rafael Grossi. Grossi recently met with the Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett and showed profound hypocrisy. He is actively facilitating Tel Aviv's propaganda about Iran's civilian nuclear program and standing by while Bennett threatens to attack a sovereign nation using false pretenses. Biden's administration continues to absurdly blame Iran's demands for sanctions relief for the stalled nuclear talks. Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett said he accepted an apology from Russian President Vladimir Putin on Thursday for controversial remarks about the Holocaust made by Moscow's top diplomat. The two leaders talked over the phone, after which an Israeli statement said Putin had apologized. However, the Russian statement about the call made no mention of an apology. Instead, it said they emphasized the importance of marking the Nazi defeat in World War II, which Russia celebrates on Monday.

US correspondent Jacob Magid and military correspondent Emanuel Fabian join host Amanda Borschel-Dan. The IDF said early Monday that its forces attacked targets in Lebanon after a rocket was fired into Israel earlier in the night. Fabian fills us in. Earlier on Sunday evening, US President Joe Biden and Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett spoke on the phone. Magid shares with us the known -- and previously unknown -- content of the phone call yesterday. Israel's southern border has seen its share of action this past week. Fabian explains what economic sanctions are being taken there. Magid brings us a very important different angle on the Temple Mount flareups today — how it affects Israel's relationship with Jordan and how the US tried to prevent more flareups. And finally, ahead of Yom Hashoah, Fabian visited a new Yad Vashem branch in the Negev that is initially specifically for IDF soldiers. [00:30] European Parliament Asks Germany to Lead (8 minutes)The European Parliament is prodding Germany to do more in the fight against Russia. Yesterday, Member of European Parliament Guy Verhofstadt said of Germany, “I expect leadership—leading by example, and not dragging their feet.” These calls for German leadership are rapidly growing in Europe, but what will be the effects of a newly dominant Germany? [08:40] Brutal Vladimir Putin (10 minutes)Vladimir Putin's brutality has been on full display in Ukraine the past few weeks as evidence of mass assassinations emerged from cities previously occupied by Russian troops. “This man is not just an authoritarian leader,” said Trumpet editor in chief Gerald Flurry. “[Putin] is an evil, ruthless, vindictive agent with Soviet-style methods of psychological warfare, assassination and war!” [18:50] Terrorism Spikes in Israel (14 minutes)In the past few weeks, Israel has been experiencing an uptick in terrorist attacks with the murder of 11 Israelis. U.S. Secretary of Sate Antony Blinken met with Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett to discuss these attacks, but suggested “working to prevent actions on all sides that could raise tensions,” indicating the blame lies jointly with Israel. Why is Biden's administration putting equal blame on Israel for these terrorist attacks? [32:25] ‘Seeds of the Next War' (22 minutes)When the United Nations was first established, many politicians and world leaders referred to it as the world's “last hope” for world peace. Herbert W. Armstrong forecast otherwise, saying, "I do not see peace being germinated here, but the seeds of the next war!” Russia's invasion of Ukraine shows just how accurate Mr. Armstrong's forecast about the United Nations was.

*) Türkiye sees ‘most meaningful progress' in Russia-Ukraine talks The first stage of the Istanbul talks between Kiev and Moscow has seen the "most meaningful progress since the start of negotiations", Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu has said. Cavusoglu said he was pleased to see increasing "rapprochement" at "every stage". Negotiators from both sides said enough progress had been made at the fresh round of talks on Tuesday. Moscow's negotiators said Russia would "radically" reduce its military activity in northern Ukraine, including near the capital Kiev. *) Ukraine official: Russia is being demilitarised Ukraine's UN Ambassador Sergiy Kyslytsya has told the UN Security Council that the “demilitarisation of Russia is well under way”. Kyslytsya said Russia has lost more than 17,000 military personnel, over 1,700 armoured vehicles and almost 600 tanks. Russia has also lost 300 artillery systems, 127 planes and 129 helicopters, almost 100 rocket launcher systems, 54 air defence systems and seven ships, he added. That is “an unprecedented blow to Moscow, where the numbers of Soviet losses in Afghanistan pale in comparison”, Kyslytsya said. *) Saudi-led coalition declares Ramadan ceasefire in Yemen The Saudi-led coalition backing the Yemeni government against Houthi rebels has announced a ceasefire from Wednesday morning. The move is seen as an attempt at creating a fertile environment for political talks and to jumpstart peace efforts during the holy Muslim month of Ramadan. But the rebels have shunned a meeting in Riyadh that is hosted by the Gulf Cooperation Council and involves the Yemeni government, as well as the US and the UN envoys to Yemen. Other unilateral ceasefires announced by the coalition over the past two years have swiftly collapsed. *) Deaths in mass shooting spree in central Israel A gunman on a motorcycle has shot dead at least five people in central Israel. The shooter was killed by police. Residents of Bnei Brak town and the neighbouring Ramat Gan town reported late on Tuesday that a man had driven around and opened fire at passers-by. Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett said the country was "facing a wave of murderous" terrorism. Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas also condemned the killings of the Israelis. There was no immediate claim of responsibility. And, finally... *) Messi signs multi-million dollar deal with crypto fan token firm Socios Lionel Messi has signed an agreement worth more than $20 million to promote digital fan token company Socios.com. Messi becomes the latest global sports personality to enter the crypto world following NFL quarterback Tom Brady and NBA star LeBron James. Socios said in a news release that Argentina superstar Messi will be involved in a publicity and promotion campaign for Socios in the build-up to the football World Cup in Qatar, which starts in November. The 'ambassador' deal for Messi does not include crypto payments and is a three-year agreement, the source said.

While we focus on Russia and Ukraine, terrorists are playing a role under the radar - making it much more dangerous for America and its allies. The prospect of Russian forces detonating Ukraine's Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant has already been named ‘the biggest act of terrorism of all time!' Indeed, there are ominous warnings coming out of Russia, such as “Why do we need a world if Russia is not in it?” and Putin's threat of “such consequences that you have never encountered in your history.”The ancient proverb, “The enemy of my enemy is my friend” is much more complicated in today's world of nuclear weapons and there are too many friends and enemies with conflicts of interest wanting to direct the war. Biden made more than a ‘gaffe' in his State of the Union address. You will hear why it was actually a Freudian slip when he confused Iranians with Ukranians. In fact, the war is a distraction from the secret talks to revive the Iranian nuke deal. While Putin is threatening to nuke us all, the U.S. is relying on a Russian negotiator to help us with the Iranian deal. No, this makes no sense. Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi encouraged Russia's invasion of Ukraine. Iran, where people call for “Death to America!” on a daily basis, is even more of an enemy than Russia. Neither can be trusted. You will also hear about other ways that enemies and friends become harder to distinguish. Al Qaeda's latest magazine feature is “America Burns… A Year of Biden's Rule and a Succession of Setbacks.” Meanwhile, the terrorist organization Hezbollah warns pro-West Arab states that they should pay attention to the lessons of the Russia-Ukraine war, such as how America has abandoned Ukraine. And American basketball star,Brittney Griner, made the beyond-stupid mistake of bringing vape cartridges with hashish oil into Russia, so they now have her in custody. As tensions escalate, between a cognitively-challenged Biden and a paranoid Putin, our best hope may be in Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett, who is trying to mediate before World War III begins….

*) Ukraine refugee exodus at 1M in one week The UN refugee agency has said one million people have fled Ukraine since Russia's military campaign less than a week ago, an exodus without precedent in this century for its speed. The tally from UNHCR amounts to more than 2 percent of Ukraine's population on the move in under a week. The World Bank counted the population at 44 million at the end of 2020. The UN agency has predicted that up to 4 million people could eventually leave Ukraine but cautioned that even that projection could be revised upward. *) Lavrov says Russia's goal is to 'demilitarise, denazify' Ukraine The goal of Moscow's special "military operation" is to demilitarise Ukraine, Russia's Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has said, accusing Ukraine's leader of promoting "anti-Russian, Russophobe" rhetoric. Once Ukraine has been demilitarised, the Ukrainians "must decide themselves how they will live", Lavrov said in an interview with Qatar's Al Jazeera TV channel. All people living in Ukraine must have a say in this matter, he said. *) Scholz: Iran nuclear deal can't be 'postponed any longer' German Chancellor Olaf Scholz said that a new Iran nuclear agreement "cannot be postponed any longer", during a visit to Israel that staunchly opposes efforts to forge a deal. "What we would like to see is that an agreement is reached in Vienna," Scholz told reporters alongside Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett, a vocal critic of the international talks in Austria's capital. "Now is the time to make a decision," Scholz said. *) Türkiye relaxes mask mandate amid drop in cases Türkiye has relaxed its mask mandate, allowing people to ditch them in open-air spaces and in places with sufficient ventilation and where social distancing can be maintained. In another change, the use of HES codes – Türkiye's coronavirus contact tracing system – has been lifted and the public will no longer have to show their code at the entrance to any building or event, said Koca. Officials across the US have launched their own probes and lawsuits against Big Tech giants as the national government has failed to pass new regulations, due in part to partisan gridlock. The consortium of eight states will look into the harms TikTok can cause to young users and what TikTok knew about those possible harms, said a statement from California attorney general Rob Bonta.
