Manches darf ruhen.

This discussion was developed in minutes - using https://notebooklm.google.com/ - from the Revised Edition which I published in 2016, so it includes the page at the back of the book about my next 2 books - Lifting the Lid on Quiet Achievers and Do Talk To Strangers - How to Connect With Anyone, Anywhere. What do you think? I'd love your comments on this

This is a fun one where I hope you'll feel like you're on a long run with two runners & business owners! On this episode of the Runner Rising podcast, I talk with my friend Tess Chupinsky: runner, homeschooling mom of 4, owner of Run My Life Journal. Tess and I discuss the decision to become a small business owner & how she came up with the Run My Life Journal. We talk about timing of starting & growing a business as it relates to the age of your children and other lifestyle factors. And if you're curious about what it's like to create and sell a physical product, we go into some of the pros and cons of that type of business. Last - Tess's Instagram account was hacked earlier this year and she was sable to grow her new account to over 16,000 followers already! We talk about her approach in growing the account (and how NOT to get your account hacked). If you're someone who wants to grow a business in the running space AND be home with your kids, I think you'll appreciate this candidness in this episode. You can connect with Tess on her running account https://www.instagram.com/tesschupinsky/ or her journal account https://www.instagram.com/tesschupinsky/ —— Want to check out the journal? The Goddess Way of Living; Meditation, Mindfulness and The Law of Attraction for Women.
Episode 16: I am attracting my best life. Hi Everyone this is Cristin and this is episode 16. The intention for this week is I am attracting my best life. Either good or bad, we are attracting. This week let's go back to the law of attraction and shift our attraction to our best lives. Being open to the universe's support, noticing and observing the signs each day. Check into how you react, practicing being present and practicing putting the energies out into the universe that you want to receive. Being open to your dreams coming true. Maybe living each day with gratitude, love and mindfulness. Things might not feel in alignment right now and that's' ok, we can't change the past but we can start working towards the life we desire, working with what we have and really practicing gratitude, love and mindfulness. Journal What are you currently grateful for? How are you currently living in a way you enjoy? How would you like the universe to support you? Are you following your heart and soul's desires? What are they? If you not, what are ways you can start moving in that direction? What is the process and outcome? How can you practice mindfulness with ease? How are more ways you can practice love with ease? What do you want to attract more of? What do you want to let go of? Now on to our meditation Take a moment to settle in. Stretch out and release any tension in your body..roll your neck a few times in each direction, then roll your shoulders 1,2,3 times forward and 1,2,3 times back. Roll your wrists, wiggle on tension in your fingers, & twist from side to side. Take a moment to focus on any other areas you choose. Then coming to stillness, close your eyes, unclench your jay, relax your forehead and take a deep breath in and out. I am attracting my best life. I am easily making the changes that will propel me forward in the direction of my dreams. I am grateful for all that I have right now and all that I will manifest in the future. I am living my life with love and purpose. I am living in gratitude. I am open to the universe supporting me. I am looking inward for guidance from my heart and soul. Take a deep breath in and out. I am easily letting go of what no longer serves me, making room for all that does. I see myself replacing doubt with confidence, Fear into belief, Struggle with ease, Moving forward a breeze, I see myself replacing negative thoughts or self talk with gratitude, grace and compassion. I am attracting the life of my dreams. Breathe in and out. I am attracting balance, stability, health, wealth, wellness. I am attracting love by being love I am attracting health, by practicing new healthy habits. I am attracting wealth by noticing what I have, and reaching out making more connections, with ease and joy. Breathe in and out. I am attracting all that is meant for me. As you're coming back to the present moment, remember to bring with you today, love, gratitude and mindfulness. Take your time regulating your breath, bringing awareness back into your body. Thanks so much for being here, I'm wishing you a wonderful day. For more info visit CristinPowersLifeCoach.com and please feel free to contact me to say hello!
