'Diario de entrenamiento' se ha convertido otro nuevo ejemplo que me está demostrando que muchas veces no hace falta complicarse demasiado para mantener un podcast constante en el tiempo. _____________Comienzo el episodio hablando de “Heroínas o Malvadas. Grandes mujeres”, un proyecto mensual centrado en recuperar la figura de mujeres históricas desde una perspectiva distinta a la habitual, alejándose bastante de esa imagen clásica en la que muchas veces la historia, escrita desde ciertos puntos de vista, terminaba retratando a muchas mujeres poderosas como villanas.https://pod.link/1771654857_____________'Diario de entrenamiento', es un micropodcast que empecé el pasado 18 de marzo para acompañar mi preparación hacia la media maratón que corrí el 26 de abril. La idea inicial era simplemente probar una herramienta llamada PrestoCast y aprovechar para documentar mi evolución deportiva durante esas semanas. Lo que no esperaba es que el proyecto terminara convirtiéndose en un hábito diario que he decidido mantener incluso después de completar aquella carrera. En cada episodio cuento muy brevemente qué entrenamiento he realizado, cómo me he encontrado físicamente, alguna anécdota relacionada con el gimnasio, las carreras o el running y también cómo evoluciona mi pérdida de peso. Todo ello en episodios de apenas un minuto de duración que prácticamente grabo y publico al momento. Y precisamente ahí entra en juego PrestoCast, la herramienta creada por Joan Boluda y que me ha permitido comprobar hasta qué punto se puede simplificar el proceso de creación de un podcast. Básicamente grabas una nota de voz desde Telegram o WhatsApp, la envías y el episodio queda publicado automáticamente con título generado mediante IA incluido. Luego puedes retocar portada, descripción o pequeños detalles, pero sinceramente casi ni hace falta. Creo que esa simplicidad ha sido clave para mantener el ritmo diario sin sentirlo como una obligación pesada. Muchas veces abandonamos proyectos porque el proceso técnico nos consume más energía que el propio contenido y aquí ocurre justo lo contrario. Todo es tan rápido y directo que casi da más pereza no grabar el episodio que hacerlo. Además, también os dejo un pequeño gancho relacionado con la última carrera que he corrido este fin de semana y que, por desgracia, terminó convirtiéndose en la segunda prueba de mi vida que no he podido completar. Quando ero molto giovane e stavo in Sardegna, prima delle mie tante migrazioni, l'identità sarda mi stava molto stretta perché era aggrovigliata con tutto quello che mi impediva di vivere la vita che avrei voluto vivere, parliamo degli anni '80 e essere una ragazzina con idee strane per la testa negli anni '80 a Cagliari non era semplicissimo, tant'è che per me fu più facile lasciare l'Italia che lasciare la Sardegna.Sì, è una cosa strana quella dell'identità, perché ad esempio, quando stavo all'estero e vedevo un cognome sardo, non potevo fare a meno di... mi si sollevavano le antenne, ero per lo meno curiosa, o per lo meno mi veniva il pensiero, questa è una persona sarda. Non lo so se la stessa cosa accada con le persone che provengono dalle altre regioni italiane. Non lo so, quando un napoletano vede un cognome tipicamente napoletano, ma se poi esiste una cosa del genere, perché la nostra insularità ci ha anche portato a mantenere i nostri cognomi tra di noi?Perché sto facendo questo discorso? Non lo so, perché in questi giorni si parla molto di identità, perché in questi giorni la Sardegna si prepara alle elezioni regionali che poi dovranno decidere il nostro destino per i prossimi quattro anni, anche per chi non si interessa di politica, se tu non ti interessi di politica la politica si interessa di te perché è la politica che poi fa funzionare, o fa non funzionare, tutti i servizi che noi usiamo.L'essere abitanti di quest'isola meravigliosa, i fenicotteri, il mare, la spiaggia, il sole, tutto quello che vuoi, però poi ci troviamo tagliati fuori da un sacco di altri circuiti e purtroppo anche se tu vai al Museo Archeologico di Cagliari, che è molto completo a tutta la storia della Sardegna, però la Sardegna viene sempre presentata come quella che è stata occupata, non c'è una vera e propria storia della Sardegna dove noi siamo protagonisti perché noi protagonisti lo siamo stati, dico noi anche se io non c'ero, c'è anche quest'altra cosa qua, non è che perché in Sardegna ci sono stati i nuraghi che io sia particolarmente boh, non lo so una guerriera o che ne so. Basically someone puts a GoPro camera on their head and then walks for hours, 1 hour or 2 hours what you want, through the streets of different cities, different landscapes.I am currently following one called Virtual Japan and there are these walks, both during the day and at night, through the streets of Tokyo. Nothing much, simply a person walking, and so you follow at the same pace this person is walking.Here, take a garage, put stations there, instead of bicycles, put tapirulans, and then put small screens where you will show, everyone can look up then in a menu if they want to walk in Tokyo, New York, Milan or the desert.In my opinion, this is something that would work because it would combine the curiosity of seeing places you don't know with the enjoyment, maybe even inspire some writers who want to set one of their adventures or novels there. Eh, how about that?

Ind. (WISH) — The leader of a southern Indiana motorcycle gang was sentenced to 120 years in prison for killing a rival gang member in the summer of 2021. A Jefferson County judge on Wednesday gave Michael “Billy goat” Karnuth, of North Vernon, 60 years for the murder of Dustin “Kutter” Lindner and another 60 years on a criminal gang enhancement. Police say Karnuth, the president of the Heavy Hitters chapter of the Warlocks biker gang, teamed up with the Pagans motorcycle gang in June 2021 to confront a man they believed was posing as a member of both clubs. The confrontation escalated to a shootout and Lindner was fatally shot in the chest. Police say guns and gang paraphernalia found near the scene linked Karnuth to the shooting.
