The convicted felon understands that Twitter is his best option to reach as many people as possible, but the decision to return comes with a price - he has to essentially sacrifice Truth Social and potentially billions of dollars. During a recent segment, Lindell said that he wants to be Trump's chief of elections if the convicted felon makes it back to The White House. Lindell's election claims have been repeatedly debunked more times than we can count, and the thought of him using his conspiracy theories to run elections is horrifying.Also, a Trump-appointed judge issued a ruling this week saying that protesters at next week's Republican Convention are free to protest the event - provided they do so where they aren't visible. Following the Supreme Court's immunity ruling on Monday, Alina Habba ran to Fox News to declare victory for her client, Donald Trump. But then she made an admission that throws her entire boast into question: She admitted that she hadn't actually read the ruling while she was bragging about it. Democrats in Congress, the media, and all over the country are still reeling from the horrific debate performance given by President Biden Thursday evening. Headlines on Friday were filled with questions about his future and whether the Party could even replace him on the ballot at this point. Donald Trump lied his way through the debate, but Biden's glassy-eyed, open jawed stares are what voters will likely remember the most. Also, MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell had a meltdown this week when his latest attempt to punish those who don't believe the 2020 election was stolen from Trump failed. In a massive filing this week, Smith turned over all sorts of information, including social media posts from Trump, that perfectly laid out how vile he is and how his comments lead to threats against anyone that opposes him. Finally, during Thursday night's debate, Donald Trump claimed that he never "had sex with a porn star," directly contradicting Stormy Daniels' account of the affair that the two engaged in many years ago. This is similar to his denial in the E. Jean Carroll defamation lawsuit, which could mean that Daniels may have enough fodder to go after Trump in court for lying about their relationship. Trump called out the "degenerate Left" that is, according to him, turning America into a "Third world country," which is similar to his Memorial Day and Easter posts. This man is filled with nothing but hate and rage, and his posts are proof of that. It is also telling that he didn't mention his own children who made him a father.Also, during his speech at this past weekend's Turning Point Conference, MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell unveiled what he said was "God's plan" to "deputize" Trump supporters on election day.  Donald Trump and his allies threw a major fit at the start of the criminal trial when they claimed that the judge wouldn't let Trump skip court for Barron's high school graduation. That was a lie, and the judge said they'll deal with that when they get there, and he's now allowed Trump to attend the graduation. But, as usual, this was all a ruse, and Trump is actually planning on holding a rally halfway across the country that day.Also, we won't be getting a resolution to Donald Trump's document trial any time in the near future, as Judge Aileen Cannon issued a ruling this week that delays the trail indefinitely. While this has left a lot of people angry, maybe we need to be looking at the bright side? After all, two other Trump trials were being delayed due to the fact that the documents trial was hogging the schedule, so this opens the door for two more Trump trials before the election.And Rudy Giuliani's bankruptcy proceedings continue to go poorly for the former mayor of New York City, as his accountant recently said that they have had a "change of heart" and will no longer be working for him. This comes as Giuliani's creditors are ready to cast their lots for his assets, and losing the people in charge of his money is a good sign that there may not be enough to even begin to go around - and it could also mean that the court will have to take over as his new financial counsel. Finally, MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell said during his podcast this week that Donald Trump boasted about being ready to be thrown in jail. Lindell actually said that Trump is "itching to go to jail," because he believes it will make him a martyr. He's partially correct - his base will be up in arms if he gets thrown in jail. Lindell told the crowd that all the Democrats he's spoken to said that they are voting for Trump in this year's election. This isn't just a lie - it is a dangerous statement that gives people like Lindell and Trump cover to claim the election was stolen if they lose in November. Also, Donald Trump held two midwest rallies on Wednesday of this week, and it did not go well for him. He's clearly a little rusty from being stuck in a courtroom all day, because when the teleprompter broke down during his Michigan speech, he began ranting incoherently about the word "folks". Throughout the speech he was slurring his words and appeared confused at times, a sign that his mental health has sharply declined since his trial began.And Marjorie Taylor Greene is moving forward with her effort to remove Republican House Speaker Mike Johnson, even though she admitted to Steve Bannon this week that no one in Congress likes the drama that she is creating. So she's self-aware enough to know that she's not liked, but she's too stubborn to change her course. And her Republican colleagues are not being shy about how unhappy they are with her antics as they continue to trash her in the media.Finally, Donald Trump's legal team seems fairly convinced that their client is going to eventually be put behind bars by Judge Juan Merchan, so new reports say that the team is working on a "jailbreak" strategy to prevent that from happening. The strategy mostly involves filing emergency appeals with the higher courts, but that strategy is essentially the only legal option that they have at that point, so it isn't very good.

 Donald Trump launched an insane attack on the judge overseeing his upcoming hush money trial, and he was immediately rewarded with a new, very restrictive gag order as a result. Trump got on Truth Social to attack the judge who he claims "hates" him, and then he took it a step further by attacking the judge's daughter who has nothing to do with the case. A judge this week has given the green light to a warehouse to evict Lindell and his company after they failed to pay $200,000 in rent for several months. To put that information another way - a majority of Americans believe that Donald Trump should be prosecuted and that the legal system should determine what happens from there. This doesn't mean they all think he's guilty, this only means they want to allow the justice system to do its job.Finally,  a former employee of Donald Trump's Bedminster golf resort has agreed to a settlement after claiming that a former supervisor had harassed her. But in the settlement agreement, lawyers for both sides made is clear that Alina Habba was NOT a party to the settlement and could still be sued in the future. This is because the employee alleges that Habba tricked her into the settlement to begin with by posing as a friend and giving her bad legal advice so that Habba could endear herself to Donald Trump.

Republican Representative Ken Buck announced that he wasn't going to wait until the end of the year to leave office, and he'll be ending his career next week. But in making his announcement, Buck also torched his own Party as being completely dysfunctional. And that dysfunction is likely going to get worse as the GOP loses yet another seat in an already close House - and this could have a serious negative impact on Lauren Boebert's career. Also, according to new reports, Donald Trump's legal team is terrified that the former president is going to talk himself into a mess during the upcoming criminal trial in Manhattan, and they really want him to just sit down and keep quiet.  Donald Trump isn't content with just one victory at the Supreme Court, and he spent an afternoon ranting on Truth Social about how SCOTUS has no choice but to give him immunity from criminal prosecution. Three members of Donald Trump's massive legal team called it quits this week, notifying the courts that they would no longer be representing the former President in his legal fights. The main lawyer, Joe Tacopina, was seen as the most competent lawyer that Trump had hired, but he has now left and taken two of his associates with him. Trump is left with Alina Habba and a gaggle of bargain bin lawyers.Also, MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell had a bit of a meltdown the other day while complaining about Fox News no longer running ads for his products. But this is just bad legal advice because her client has already been found liable for the fraud, and that isn't going to change, no matter what happens at the trial (and the trial has been going very badly for Habba and Trump.)

According to a new report, Donald Trump allegedly told an Australian national about classified nuclear secrets at Mar-a-Lago months after he left The White House. This information was relayed to special prosecutor Jack Smith, and is likely to become a major prosecution point during the actual trial. And, if true, it could lead to much more serious consequences for Trump at trial than previously thought. Also, the Republican knives are out for Matt Gaetz with multiple lawmakers and Republican staffers repeating rumors about the Congressman in an attempt to inflict as much damage on him as he has inflicted on the Party. And these stories, if true, could add to the speculation that they all know something about the ongoing investigation into Gaetz that the public hasn't been made aware of yet.And finally, MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell told Steve Bannon this week that his lawyers have dumped him because he has no money to pay them. James points out that Trump's lawyers keep filing the same motions using the same arguments that the court has already dismissed, and she wants them to pay a hefty price for it.

According to a new report, multiple staffers at the right wing media outlet One America News (OAN) recently walked out of the studio to avoid having to take part in a pro-Trump rap video with MAGA rapper Forgiato Blow. The staffers said that the host of the show featuring Blow that evening, Dan Ball, didn't alert them to the plans to actually film a video during the segment, and they now say that they want to leave the propaganda network for good. Also,  Donald Trump has always had a very tenuous grip on reality, and now that he can feel the walls closing in with his upcoming trials, he is becoming even more unglued - and more dangerous. The former President has been ranting like a lunatic on Truth Social about everything he can, which includes the judges and prosecutors that are going after him, Democrats, and even some Republicans. He will continue to grow more agitated and scared as the trials approach, and that's when he becomes the most dangerous.And finally, MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell told Steve Bannon this week that his bank has now cut off his line of credit because he was spending company money on overturning the 2020 election results. While everything the man says is suspect, if this is true it could spell doom for his struggling company that he has been neglecting in order to become the spokesperson for Crazy Town.

This comment may have been a joke (maybe it wasn't?) but it will definitely come back to haunt him when he has to face a judge later this week, as even joking about fleeing can be grounds to have one's bond revoked. Also, after learning that his plan to fly surveillance drones over polling stations across the country would likely violate multiple state laws, MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell sent out a frantic video saying that he isn't actually going to do what he said he would do at his summit last week. Lindell insists that he was never going to use drones, even though he specifically said that just a few days ago. And finally, Donald Trump is not happy about the conditions for his bail in Georgia, but not because they are too strict - Trump is mad that he's finally being treated like a regular person by a court. Trump had to pay a bond, just like everyone else, and the conditions handed down are as tight as they come and could result in Trump getting sanctioned because it is almost a given that he will violate them.

Donald Trump's legal team has finally submitted their proposed trial date for the charges of fraud against the government (and the others that came from Jack Smith's 2nd indictment.) They would like the trial to begin in April...of the year 2026. They are pushing for a nearly three-year delay while prosecutors are hoping to be wrapping up the trial 5 months from now. There is a strategy here, but it isn't one that's going to work.Also, as his summit drew to a close this week, MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell revealed his ultimate plan to save democracy. This is a plan that he began teasing out nearly two months ago after claiming that it was given to him by God. The plan is apparently to fly a little drone over polling sites, but it is what he called the drone that had the audience a little taken back.

Judge Aileen Cannon might have made an error so egregious in a ruling on Monday that the Department of Justice may have clear grounds to call for her recusal from the case. The judge decided to reveal the existence of a second grand jury that was still conducting investigations into the documents scandal, even though the DOJ had filed this information, along with other intelligence, under seal - but Cannon made it all public anyway.Also, MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell doesn't appear to think before he speaks, and that could get his good friend Donald Trump into trouble. Lindell suggested this week that Donald Trump will end up getting more votes in the 2024 election than there are people, which could only be done by way of fraud. Lauro has been going across the media world making Trump's problems worse by accidentally "admitting" to some crimes and offering a weak defense of others, but that doesn't seem to bother the former President. What bothers Trump is that Lauro will not make a preemptive motion to remove the judge - a move Lauro knows will fail. This showdown could lead to problems for Trump.

According to reports, Trump is planning to throw his former lawyers Rudy Giuliani and John Eastman under the bus HARD. Luckily, Jack Smith wrote the indictment in a way that already undermines that defense.
