I had a very interesting chat with Barry Eaton on a range of topics covered in his three books: "Afterlife", "No Goodbyes", & "Past Lives Unveiled". There are questions that we all wonder about, and maybe there's really no way of knowing for sure, but Barry has done a lot of exploration and has a few insights.

Patricia was the very first United Kingdom representative at the Eurovision Song Contest back in 1957 with the song "All" . Radio International takes a look back at her music and life in our tribute to Patrica Bredin. Patricia Bredin's performance at the Eurovision Song Contest 1957 in Frankfurt, Germany, with the song "All", created 3 important landmarks: 1. It was the UK's first entry at Eurovision; 2. It was the first song ever sung in the English language at Eurovision; 3. It was the shortest song ever to make it to a Eurovision Grand Final. Coming in at just under 2 minutes (1 min and 52 secs), (although Finland actually entered a shorter song, "Aina mun pitää", just 1 min and 27 secs long, in 2015, which didn't progress beyond the semi finals, in 2015!).

This week I am talking to Barry Eaton about his book 'Past Lives Unveiled, Discover How Consciousness Moves Between Lives'. What are soul groups? What is the reality of the spirit world? What lies at the mysterious realm of life between lives? Do our past lives really catch up with us in the present?Past Lives Unveiled takes a fresh, new look at past lives and reincarnation. It features some highly unusual case studies, including two intriguing hypnotic regressions by eminent psychologist, author and past life expert Dr Michael Newton. Two sisters were regressed independently by Dr Newton and went back to life in a Stone Age tribe, details of which have until now been limited to members of the Newton Institute. Barry has wide international experience in all areas of the media and entertainment industries. He is a highly experienced radio and TV presenter, having spent many years with the Australian Broadcasting Corporation and various commercial radio and TV stations. His profile embraces news and sports anchoring, lifestyle shows, current affairs, talk back radio and in what feels like an earlier incarnation, was even a DJ. His first book ‘Afterlife – Uncovering the Secrets of Life After Death', tracing the journey of the spirit in between incarnations, was published in 2011. “No Goodbyes” is the follow-on from Afterlife and was released in 2015. His third book, “The Joy of Living, Postponing the Afterlife” was co-written with his partner Anne Morjanoff and tells how he healed from cancer by combining holistic and mainstream medical practices. Barry is a qualified astrologer, psychic and medium and in 2012 did what he terms a postgraduate course in mediumship at the world famous Arthur Findlay College in the UK. In 2012 he was given the 2012 Hall of Fame Award by the Australian Psychics Association and made a life member. Barry is also well known in the US through a series of radio and TV interviews, including three major appearances on the iconic “Coast to Coast” program and of course RadioOutThere. His third book, which he wrote with his partner Anne Morjanoff, was released in April 2017. The Joy of Living – Postponing the Afterlife tells of his battle with cancer and how he survived the ordeal with a combination of various holistic practices and therapies along with mainstream medicine. Anne provides the other half of the story, proving how the love and support of a partner is so vital to the whole experience. https://www.amazon.com/Past-Lives-Unveiled-Discover-consciousness-ebook/dp/B07S2ZKC1W/ref=sr_1_2?keywords=barry+eaton&qid=1564237820&s=gateway&sr=8-2

Our next award-winning guest is without a doubt a lyrical genius. Born and raised in Los Angeles, this unstoppable hitmaker has been singing, with large thanks to her musically gifted father, since she was 3 years old. Growing up she preformed in theatre, cabaret and comedy improv, then moved to the Big Apple where she joined an acclaimed vocal quartet before realizing her love of music resides in songwriting. She is responsible for crafting David Guetta’s #1 hit "Dangerous (feat. Sam Martin)", the top 10 charting single "Skyscraper" for Demi Lovato, as well as the 2006 Disney Radio Song of the Year "Cinderella" by The Cheetah Girls and most recently, "No Goodbyes" off Dua Lipa’s self titled album. With writing credits for major artists such as Jason Mraz, One Direction, Brandy, Fifth Harmony, Rachel Platten, Faith Hill, Britney Spears, Backstreet Boys and Toni Braxton, it comes with no surprise that this multi-platinum songwriter is one of the most highly sought after in the game. She is an ASCAP Pop Award winner for the songs "Want to Want Me" by Jason Derulo, "Classic" by MKTO, "Tonight, Tonight" by Hot Chelle Rae, and "What’s Left of Me" by Nick Lachey. It is our sincere pleasure to announce, And The Writer Is…Lindy Robbins! See acast.com/privacy for privacy and opt-out information.

The author of the new book No Goodbyes: Life-Changing Insights from the Other Side and the best selling Afterlife: Uncovering the Secrets of Life After Death, popular Australian journalist, psychic and radio host Barry Eaton shares what awaits on the other side. What can we learn about the afterlife and life between lives from those who have passed to the spirit world? Do we have free will, and how does that relate to the concept of destiny? Why is there so much unrest in the world, and unrest in our lives? How can we respond to the skeptics who tell us the afterlife is a myth? What does the spirit world have to say, and what is it like for spirits after death? Do they simply hang out on a cloud for eternity ;-) or continue to grow? What about reincarnation? What is the grandest picture of all? Barry has wonderful insights to share, unfolding the answers to age-old mysteries. Barry is well known in his native Australia as a mainstream journalist and broadcaster, and for his internet radio show RadioOutThere.com. On this call, my guest was Naava Piatka, whom I met when we both coached in Life Directions. Naava, terminally ill with cancer, had just published her book, "No Goodbyes, A Father-Daughter Memoir of Love, War and Resurrection." This is one show you'll want your Kleenex handy for. It was Naava's last interview, as she passed away two weeks after our chat.
