C'est une semaine spéciale festival printaniers qui s'ouvre sur Tsugi Radio puisque demain on évoquera, Panoramas, le festival de Morlaix, mercredi, Biches Festival… mais aujourd'hui, après vous avoir parlé depuis plusieurs mois des Inouïs, il est grand temps qu'on vous parle du Printemps de Bourges Crédit Mutuel, car comme chaque année nous avons rendez-vous au bord de l'Auron du 15 au 19 avril. Barbara Pravi, Clara Luciani, Lucky Love, Miki, Piche, Yoa, Fatboy Slim, Malik Djoudi, Sophye Soliveau, Last Train, Jeanne Cherhal… Le Printemps creuse comme chaque année sa singularité en étant à l'affût de toutes celles et ceux qui font vibrer la musique en France. Depuis plusieurs années, Bourges met l'accent sur les créations, des spectacles uniques qui mettent un lumière un répertoire, un ou une artiste, une scène. Entre Vers les lueurs, les concerts acoustiques du Palais Jacques Cœur avec Yaël Naïm, Rover ou Emily Loizeau, l'hommage au cultissime Köln Concert de Keith Jarret par Édouard Ferlet, ou Toute première fois, une création qui vient célébrer les 40 ans des Inouïs orchestrée par Terrenoire… Mais la création qui va nous intéresser aujourd'hui c'est l'hommage à l'Astre d'Orient, la diva égyptienne, Oum Kalthoum disparue en 1975. Difficile de se représenter l'aura de cette grande chanteuse née au tournant du 20ème siècle. Pour vous donner une idée, ils étaient plusieurs millions, entre 3 et 5 selon les sources, à suivre son cortège pour des obsèques forcément nationales, immortalisées par le grand cinéaste, Youssef Chahine. Tous les premiers jeudi du mois, ses nouveaux morceaux étaient jouées à la radio nationale, et la vie s'arrêtait en Égypte, car tout le monde était collé à son transistor. L'histoire d'Oum Kalthoum, c'est celle de la fille d'un imam modeste d'une petite ville du Delta du Nil qui est devenue aussi puissante qu'un chef d'état, dans une époque où l'Égypte était le phare culturel du Moyen-Orient. Les anecdotes qui viennent émailler la vie de cette star pas comme les autres sont toutes plus stupéfiantes les unes que les autres, nous allons tenter d'en raconter quelques-unes… Dans Place des Fêtes aujourd'hui, nous avons aussi rendez-vous dans l'espace littéraire avec notre libraire Nicolas Jalageas, mais d'abord, avec le musicien libanais Zeid Hamdan et la chanteuse, Natacha Atlas, on parle de La Voix des Femmes, la création hommage à Oum Kalthoum qui aura lieu le jeudi 17 avril à la maison de la culture de Bourges.

Rappelez-vous, Nicolas Laurent a joué dans la comédie musicale « Un Été 44 ». Il a interprété le rôle d'un jeune résistant normand de novembre 2016 à mars 2017 sur scène, aux côtés de Barbara Pravi. L'artiste a tous les talents, puisqu'il est à la fois auteur, compositeur et interprète, mais aussi danseur, acteur, musicien et éditeur. Son nouvel album s'intitule «Les Origines du mal ». Il aborde des thèmes sombres, bien qu'étant très pop. Le chanteur nous fait part à la fois de ses failles et de ses engagements. J'ai été touché par l'urgence et l'actualité des textes. Le single « Mieux que moi » m'a accroché l'oreille. Une émission pour vous aider à bien manger et comprendre ce que vous mangez. Cette semaine, Laurent Mariotte est entouré des chroniqueurs Luana Belmondo et Olivier Poels. Quel est votre goût de la semaine ? C'est la question rituelle posée par Laurent Mariotte. Ça peut être une saveur qui a marqué gustativement leur semaine, un restaurant qui leur a tapé dans l'œil, un plat qu'ils ont cuisiné ou qu'on leur a concocté. L'occasion de découvrir de nouveaux goûts ou de nouvelles adresses, des coups de cœur mais aussi, pour eux, de passer des coups de gueule. La cuisinière Italienne Luana Belmondo nous raconte qu'elle a dégusté une focaccia di Recco, avec une pâte fine avec du robiola (un fromage italien) et accompagné d'un vrai pesto à la génoise. A découvrir dans le restaurant parisien Zeffirino. Le spécialiste du vin Olivier Poels, quant à lui, rend hommage à une spécialité alsacienne : les Fleischschnacka. Ce sont des pâtes, farcies de bœuf cuit longuement dans un pot-au-feu. Elles sont poêlées et servies avec le bouillon de cuisson du bœuf. Il les a dégustés dans une winstub à Colmar : La petite Venise. Et Laurent Mariotte partage sa recette de velouté de pommes de terre, ail et persil, auquel il ajoute un peu de crème. Il l'accompagne de pommes noisettes, pour apporter un peu de texture dans le velouté. Ce samedi à La table des bons vivants, Laurent Mariotte, Luana Belmondo et Olivier Poels vous emmènent chez le caviste. La caviste Marie-Dominique Bradford vient d'écrire Mes conseils de caviste, aux éditions Dunod, et nous accompagne pour nous décrire le monde du caviste. Sa passion est d'essayer de rapprocher les consommateurs des viticulteurs et de déconstruire les fausses croyances. Question prix, il n'est pas nécessaire de dépenser des mille et des cent pour déguster une bouteille de bon vin. 10 euros suffit largement. Et l'un des plats emblématiques de la cuisine française, dans la catégorie gibiers, c'est le lièvre à la royale. Pour en parler, ils reçoivent Gérard Allemandou, qui a écrit Le lièvre à la royale aux éditions Menu Fretin avec Philippe Berthet-Bondet. De nombreux chefs s'amusent autour de ce plat, où il existe deux versions. La première est attribuée au sénateur Couteaux : c'est un lièvre cuit longuement, avec beaucoup d'ail, d'échalote, et il termine en effiloché, avec une sauce au sang du lièvre. La deuxième version, en ballotine, était attribuée à Antonin Carême… mais elle serait issue d'une cuisine traditionnelle du Périgord aux alentours de 1830, avant d'être cuisinée au restaurant. C'est Marc Soustelle au Lucas Carton qui l'aurait mis au goût des chefs ! Une version depuis améliorée avec du foie gras et de la truffe. Il existe même le “Championnat du Monde du Lièvre à la Royale”. Il a été créé par Thomas Boullault, chef du restaurant L'Arôme (1 étoile), pour rendre hommage à sa Sologne natale. Le concours s'est déroulé la semaine dernière et c'est Maxime Rizo, second du Relais De La Poste à Magescq (Landes), qui l'a remporté ! Eurovision in Concert 2024 in Amsterdam: What once used to be a small Eurovision fan event that began in 2009 by a group of Dutch Eurovision fans became the biggest Eurovision PreParty event and has reached a record number of audience being 7000 live spectators all enjoying the annual Eurovision Concert featuring the acts competing at the Eurovision Song Contest 2024. Once again Eurovision in Concert 2024 was staged at the AFAS Live in Amsterdam, The Netherlands with the participation of 30 acts. The event took place in the evening of Saturday, 13 April 2024 hosted by Cornald Maas and Eurovision Winner 1999 from Sweden, Charlotte Perrelli. During the soundcheck national and international media had the opportunity to conduct interviews with the artists. Eurovision in Concert 2024: What once used to be a small Eurovision fan event that began in 2009 by a group of Dutch Eurovision fans became the biggest Eurovision PreParty event and has reached a record number of audience being 7000 live spectators all enjoying the annual Eurovision Concert featuring the acts competing at the Eurovision Song Contest 2024. Once again Eurovision in Concert 2024 was staged at the AFAS Live in Amsterdam, The Netherlands with the participation of 30 acts. The event took place in the evening of Saturday, 13 April 2024 hosted by Cornald Maas and Eurovision Winner 1999 from Sweden, Charlotte Perrelli. During the soundcheck national and international media had the opportunity to conduct interviews with the artists. It is a music song contest based on the Eurovision Song Contest, however, only entries from the region of the Samen population of the Nordic Countries. Dotter also won a place in the Grand Final of Melodifestivalen 2024 after winning the Heat 4 voting and will perform her song "It's not easy to write a love song" in Stockholm. On the show this week Radio International airs an interview with Semi Finalist Albin Tingwall with the song "Done getting over you" as well as Scarlet with the song "Circus X". Lia Larsson performed "30 km/h" and the group Lasse Stefanz added a summer song to the competition called "En sång om sommaren". However, due to the Corona pandemic, Eurovision 2020 was cancelled. Melanie has written more songs for other acts and in the 2024 edition of Melodifestivalen she is the backing vocalist for the songs of Dotter "It's not easy to write a love song", Lia Larsson "30 km/h" and Elisa Lindstroem "Forever Yours". In addition, Melanie entered a song into the Dansk Melodi Grand Prix 2024 in Denmark performed by Saba. She represented San Marino twice at the Eurovision Song Contest. In 2011 it was with "Stand By" which failed to qualify San Marino for the Grand Final of Eurovision 2011 reaching number 16 in Semi Final 1. Her second attempt was "Adrenalina" with which Senhit qualified San Marino for the Grand Final of the Eurovision Song Contes 2021 coming 22nd in Rotterdam. Spain's Benidorm Fest 2024 - The National Final of Spain to the Eurovision Song Contest 2024: Radio International's Salman and Rafia were on location in Benidorm and will join the show this week to tell us about their experience from Benidorm and there is an interview with St Pedro who made it successfully from the Semi Final to the Grand Final of the Benidorm Festival 2024 with the song "Dos extraños (Cuarteto de cuerda)" coming second after Nebulossa and the winning song of the Beniform Festival 2024 entitled "Zorra" which will represent Spain at the Eurovision Song Contest 2024 in the Grand Final on 11 May 2024. Melodifestivalen 2024 Heat 1 Allstarz Melodifestivalen 2024 - Heat 1: 2624 songs were submitted to Swedish Television (SVT) for Melodifestivalen 2024. The selection was narrowed down to 30 acts which were distributed onto five heats. 12 songs will be competing in the Grand Final of Melodifestivalen 2024 on 06 Mar 2024 in Stockholm's Friends Arena. The winner of that show will then represent Sweden at the Eurovision Song Contest 2024. On 03 Feb 2024 saw the first of five heats taking place and with that starting the Melodifestivalen 2024 Roadshow. Radio International's JP was in Malmoe at Heat 1 for had the pleasure of chatting with all six acts during the rehearsals and after the broadcast.
