Usha Resources CEO Deepak Varshney joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share some significant updates that Usha Resources has made notable progress in its fieldwork at the White Willow Lithium Pegmatite Project, resulting in the identification of additional drill targets within the Bingo lithium-cesium-tantalum pegmatite swarms. The success of the fieldwork has prompted the company to extend its efforts beyond the initially planned 6 weeks for Phase 3. This extension will allow Usha Resources to maximize its mapping, sampling, and prospecting activities before commencing drilling operations. The decision to prolong the fieldwork underscores the company's commitment to thorough exploration and its dedication to uncovering the full potential of the White Willow project. In addition to the positive developments in the field, Varshney also announced the successful closure of a private placement, which raised nearly $600,000 dollars. These funds will be instrumental in advancing exploration activities across the company's properties in both Nevada and Ontario, as well as supporting general working capital needs. This financial injection is a significant step toward achieving Usha Resources' exploration goals and project development objectives. Furthermore, the company is actively working on its listing on the Australian Stock Exchange, demonstrating its commitment to expanding its presence in the financial markets and enhancing its visibility among investors and stakeholders. In summary, Usha Resources is making substantial strides in its exploration efforts, with promising drill targets identified at the White Willow Lithium Pegmatite Project. The successful private placement and ongoing work toward listing on the Australian Stock Exchange reflect the company's dedication to realizing its vision and unlocking the potential of its valuable properties in the field of lithium exploration and development. #proactiveinvestors #usharesourcesltd #tsxv #usha #otcqb #ushaf #lithium #invest #investing #investment #investor #stockmarket #stocks #stock #stockmarketnews

Deepak Varshney, the CEO of Usha Resources, shared important updates with Steve Darling from Proactive regarding the White Willow Lithium Pegmatite Project in Thunder Bay, Ontario. Usha Resources has recently completed five weeks of fieldwork at the White Willow Lithium Pegmatite Project. During this period, the company compiled data from 618 samples, leading to the delineation of 10 high-priority drill targets for its upcoming maiden drill program. Varshney elaborated on the company's plans, which involve initiating a Phase 3 program. This program will deploy two teams onsite for up to six weeks, focusing on maximizing mapping, sampling, and prospecting efforts. The teams will primarily target the Bingo and Maple Leaf areas, assessing the ground between these two lithium-cesium-tantalum pegmatite swarms. The company intends to drill each of the 10 target pegmatites as part of its maiden drill program. These developments underscore Usha Resources' commitment to advancing the White Willow Lithium Pegmatite Project and exploring its significant lithium potential. The delineation of high-priority drill targets is a positive step toward potential resource expansion and project development in the lithium sector. Deepak also provided an update on Usha's ventures in Australia, highlighting plans for a new listing in the Australian market, set for the coming year. This listing is seen as a substantial catalyst, connecting the company to a prominent lithium market and capitalizing on Australia's strong mining-friendly atmosphere. The Usha team is enthusiastic about the potential and support they've received, marking it as a significant step forward in their endeavors. #proactiveinvestors #usharesourcesltd #tsxv #usha #otcqb #ushaf #lithium #JackpotLakeProject #LithiumExploration #MiningNews #CEOInterview #ResourceEstimate #NevadaProjects #Geology #DrillingActivities #LithiumBrine #Porosity #FluidVolume #CoreData #InvestmentOpportunity #SustainableEnergy #RenewableResources #MiningIndustry #ExplorationUpdates #CEOInsights #ResourcePotential #EnergyTransition #GreenTechnology #BatteryMaterials #LithiumSupply #CleanEnergyFuture #InvestingInLithium #invest #investing #investment #investor #stockmarket #stocks #stock #stockmarketnews

Jodi Cohen is the founder of Vibrant Blue Oils and author of “Essential Oils to Boost the Brain & Heal the Body”. In today's interview, Jodi speaks to the dramatic effect natural oils have on our bodies reaction to stress. She explains that scent is our safety sense and shows us simple tips for using essential oils to find calm within the storm.    Takeaways: [3:40] Changing our hormonal response to stress rather than uprooting our lives to alleviate stress. [5:50] Vagus Nerve: understanding your physiology to gear shift into Parasympathetic nervous system  [8:00] Smell goes directly through the amygdala; by creating a “smell memory” with oils your body will associate that scent with calmness.  [12:20] Only use organic oils, if not you could potentially be concentrating pesticides. [14:00] Right frontal lobe controls anxiety so to calm that mechanism by breathing in through the LEFT nostril to balance the hemispheres.  [19:55] Not all oils are calming; Clove oil is a Stimulatory oils and has been used for inflammation and is antimicrobial. [23:20] The parasympathetic oil blend turns on physical health but it reconnects you with curiosity and allows you to pause within a chaotic situation.  [25:30] Fear deepens your intuition.   Mentioned in the Episode: Free chapter  https://boostthebrainbook.com/bonus-recipe/ https://vibrantblueoils.com/   Twitter: “What is supposed to happen is, the danger passes, you recalibrate and kind of shift back into the safety gauge which is known as the parasympathetic branch. Sadly, most of us stay stuck. [5:03]   “Smell is actually our safety sense, we smell food, we smell water, we smell predator odor, we smell fire, it is what keeps us safe.” [7:53]   ‘Oils are kind of the immune system of plants.People don't realize that pharmaceutical drugs are derived from plants, aspirin is White Willow bark, Valium is Valerian root. All of these pills are derivatives of what we are already finding in nature.” [9:36]   “The more you train yourself to inhale through the left nostril ,when you're overwhelmed, the less overwhelmed you get.” [14:40]

It was an absolute joy to hang out with our good friends, Joel and Holli of White Willow Farms, and talk with them about weddings!Joel and Holli have an incredible story of faith, hope and trust that lead them to creating White Willow Farms and the joy that has followed out of that season as they get to be a part of so many "best day ever(s)"!Here's the advice they would give to all engaged couples:1. Ask all the questions you need to. Good pros will welcome questions and be helpful in answering and helping you figure it.2. Once you've asked all the questions and and verify that they do good work, you now have some trust which is good.  Now trust their recommendations on what works well and what doesn't.  This reduces stress greatly.3. Play the movie forward, and think about how you want certain things or moments to "feel" before you make decisions on what to "do". This helps shape the kind of special occasion toward what your heart is wanting, rather than what others think.4. Get clear on the most important things for the day.  At the end of the wedding day, what are the most important events that need to happen, and who are the most important people/relationships that need to be involved besides you two?  And how are you two going to stay connected in a socially intense evening where you're the center of the attention?5. Have the tough conversations.  Remove people and things that distract from the main thing(s), and explain why.  Do it sooner than later.  You'll be glad you did!6. In the many months preceding, don't let all the conversations be about logistics and planning.  I recommend the man initiate this for extra points, but either may do this.  Initiate private conversations, dates, etc. where you talk about your relationship, what values you share, what dreams you have, what are your deal breakers, what are your must haves, and what are the foundational principles that you can draw on, besides "we love each other"?  If you want to have your best day ever at White Willow, check out their website whitewillowfarms.com and book a tour to see the place in person!

She also talks about ingredients such as Volcanic Ash and White Willow Bark that she spent five years in a Swiss lab perfecting for her popular Cleanser #1. Trillions of bugs are in our gut, more than there are insects on the entire planet Earth, and she emphasizes the importance of improving our Microbiome. Hollywood is an industry of glamour and physical appearance, one of which many will do anything to get the competitive edge. The good news is that all these treatments and therapy are readily available for anyone and everyone, not just the Hollywood elite. Dr. Nigma Talib says there is "NO one size fits all", each person requires their own personal guideline catered to their individual necessities. XXPlease Follow and Subscribe to the Podcast. How to Ruin Your Health with Over the Counter Drugs

Paleo Quick Tip of the Day

NSAIDS- Non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.   You can get them over the counter, and there are others that you need a prescription for, but the bottom line is this: the short-term pain relief they offer comes at a huge price: the high risk of ruining your health!   I have posted an infographic from mercola.com that details the many problems with taking these drugs at www.paleojay.com.  The sad thing is that there is a quite natural alternative to these synthetic, damaging drugs.  White Willow bark is the original form of aspirin, and it is literally derived from the bark of the willow tree.  It takes longer to be effective when you take it, but then when it does take effect, after being safely absorbed within your gut rather than destroying parts of it to be instantly absorbed, it remains in your system- safely- for much longer.  I can see no reason not to substitute this inexpensive, natural, readily available pain reliever to that of any and all of the damaging NSAID drugs!   The damage to your precious gut lining is the most obvious and unavoidable result of taking these drugs, from ibuprofen, to tylenol, to aspirin, and all the lesser known names.  Our gut lining, and the health of the gut itself is crucial for the very health of our whole body!  The gut biome is where our gut buddies live, digesting our foods, manufacturing vitamins, and even regulating our mood and body composition of fat versus muscle.  Do you really want to send in a veritable carpet bomb of chemical “agent orange” to decimate this population with so-called “friendly fire”??   Because that is just what NSAIDS are to your gut biome!   Also- a 25% chance of hearing loss for men?  80% chance of miscarriage for women?  And a 60% chance of heart and cardiovascular problems- is alleviating pain on a temporary basis really worth such a huge risk??   No, it’s not- not even close.  Your best bet is to try to live an ancestral sort of life, with ample sleep and appropriate, natural, perfectly paleo types of exercise that keeps you grounded to the earth and nature by getting outside barefoot in a natural setting.  By strengthening your core and back by doing such exercises that gently and effectively keep you healthy and strong.    And by eliminating grains and sugars, which are highly inflammatory!  And mediating stress by meditation and/or prayer.  And with gentle stretching coupled with walking and rebounding.    And then- if on an occasional day you experience unavoidable pain, if you need to take a couple of white willow bark tablets.  They will work just as well, and are not harmful, which after all is Hippocrate’s first order for physicians: FIRST DO NO HARM.   It’s sad how far modern medicine has fallen from that core principal!

Yes, my friend, White Willow Bark is really the only drug that I can wholeheartedly recommend! It has really no side effects, is very effective, and can be used without reservation. It works for headache, muscle or joint pain- almost anything really, that most folks have been resorting to aspirin, ibuprofen, and tylenol for. (Along with more potent drugs with more damaging side effects!) The good news is this: white willow bark is very, very effective, has virtually no side effects, and is inexpensive. Let us compare white willow bark to Tylenol, the supposedly safe aspirin substitute: “acetaminophen [Tylenol] poisoning now accounts for at least 42% of U.S. acute liver failure cases seen at tertiary-care centers [large hospitals] and one third of the deaths.” Isn’t that awful? How about the old standby, aspirin? “No conventionally used prophylactic Aspirin™ regimen seems free of the risk of peptic ulcer complications,” said the British Medical Journal. Aspirin always made me sick to my stomach! Rightfully so, since it degrades the stomach lining! So, let’s just go to ALL of the NSAID’s- the Non Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory drugs, and consider them all: Over-the-counter pain relievers. Nonprescription pain relievers such as acetaminophen (Tylenol, others), aspirin, ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin IB, others) and naproxen (Aleve, others) can damage your liver, especially if taken frequently or combined with alcohol. Prescription medications.Jun 1, 2013 And, as I stressed earlier, not just the liver! So, since Hippocrates himself recommended white willow bark, why oh why does not current Western medicine, (of which he is the founder) not do so as well?? So far as as I can tell, it’s just because there is no money to be made- no patent- nothing!! It’s free to all, a natural substance, from the white willow itself! In fact, you can even purchase the willow bark to chew, which is fine, but tablets are also readily available. “So, Jay- why is white willow bark so great?” Great question, grasshopper, and it is simple to answer. As a natural substance, white willow bark is not isolated, or refined into a prescription drug type of deal. It is totally a natural substance, which means it contains all the substances of the original plant, not just a tiny subset that has been concentrated unnaturally. There is more than just salicin, which is the only active ingredient in aspirin. As the University of Maryland medical center puts it: The bark of white willow contains salicin, which is a chemical similar to aspirin (acetylsalicylic acid). In combination with the herb's powerful anti-inflammatory plant compounds (called flavonoids), salicin is thought to be responsible for the pain-relieving and anti-inflammatory effects of the herb. In fact, in the 1800s, salicin was used to develop aspirin. White willow appears to bring pain relief more slowly than aspirin, but its effects may last longer. Medicinal Uses and Indications Willow bark is used to ease pain and reduce inflammation. Researchers believe that the chemical salicin, found in willow bark, is responsible for these effects. However, studies show several other components of willow bark, including plant chemicals called polyphenols and flavonoids, have antioxidant, fever-reducing, antiseptic, and immune-boosting properties. Some studies show willow is as effective as aspirin for reducing pain and inflammation (but not fever), and at a much lower dose. Scientists think that may be due to other compounds in the herb And that is the bottom line- there are other plant chemicals, that make everything more effective, and much safer. So get yourself some white willow bark! Get it now, since you don’t want to be like me, who gave all of mine away (I rarely need it), and then tried to buy it locally. Trust me: when you go to Walmart of Walgreens (the two Wally’s), and ask for “white willow bark”, it is as

First Name Last Name Email Cell # (1+area code)     --------------------------------------------------------------- Listener Q&A: ====================================== [contact-form 3 "AskBen"] ====================================== Melanie asks: I need advice on how to reduce estrogen dominance. I'm not interested (at least right now) in using a progesterone cream. I'd like to reduce estrogen naturally. Which foods will help reduce and which foods will increase the problem? I avoid soy like the plague and I eat a mostly organic, whole foods diet. I exercise (maybe not enough) and I try to avoid drinking from plastic and avoid parabens in cosmetics. Also, I read that high fat diet should be avoided. Does this apply to healthy fats? I eat lots of fats, but the good ones (love nuts and seeds). Any advice is appreciated since PMS derails my exercise and healthy eating. Joy asks: I'm doing my 1st Sprint Triathlon in July. I own a stationary bike and was wondering if and or what the big difference is between using an indoor trainer or a stationary bike? Was thinking of buying an indoor trainer but didn't know if I should spend the money when I Do own a SB. Chris asks: Do you have any advice for general Achilles health?  I've had to modify a lot of the hill training simply because after I do the hills my Achilles will ache.  I've also noticed (all the sudden) that at distances greater than 13-14 miles I start getting achilles pain. Suzanne asks: I saw that you were taking Phenocane as a COX2 inhibitor. In your opinion how would you compare this to Saligesic or White Willow stem bark for pain management? And for inflammation comparing Boswellia and Proteolytic enzymes (and of course fish oils -omega 3's)? I know that everyone is different and you have to be willing to be your own test dummy sometimes, but it's helpful to gain insight from others. Also, do you recommend a specific high quality supplement company for Phenocane? Brian asks: I noticed a lot of pre workout supplements have 1,3 dimethylamylamine is this a safe ? I currently take Jack3d with the following ingredients: Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate, Creatine Monohydrate, Beta Alanine, Caffeine, 1,3-Dimethylamylamine (Geranium [Stem]), Schizandrol A Rich asks: What are your thoughts on the supplements: Juice Plus & Mona Vie from a general health point of view? I have been taken these two supplements for awhile and as a new listener I am thinking about maybe switching to or at least adding the Living Fuel Supergreens to my diet. Jack asks: I'm 17 years old, and for as long as I can remember I've had very shaky hands. Usually not a big deal, but I'm a competitive rock climber and going into the Army, which both require steady hands. I've been to many doctors with little success. Any diet or supplementation advice that might help? I eat pretty healthy, especially for my age, but my diet still isn't perfect. I've been trying Natural Calm Magnesium for a little while, but no success yet. -------------------------------------------- Remember, if you have any trouble listening, downloading, or transferring to your mp3 player just e-mail ben@bengreenfieldfitness.com And don't forget to leave the podcast a ranking in iTunes - it only takes 2 minutes of your time and helps grow our healthy community!
