Flora partage son parcours et ses engagements pour l'écologie et l'égalité dans le monde du sport. Ingénieure en environnement de formation, Flora a travaillé sur des projets de préservation de la biodiversité marine avant de se lancer dans le Wing Foil, un sport de glisse innovant combinant la planche à voile et le kitesurf. Elle évoque son engagement écologique, renforcé par son expérience professionnelle et son amour du vivant qu'elle a cultivé depuis son enfance au bord de la mer. En tant que sportive de haut niveau, Flora a été confrontée à de nombreuses contradictions dans le milieu sportif, notamment l'empreinte carbone élevée des compétitions internationales et le manque d'initiatives éco-responsables. Flora a également constaté des inégalités de genre flagrantes, avec des écarts de rémunération importants entre hommes et femmes dans les compétitions. En réponse à ces défis, elle a pris des mesures concrètes : elle a participé activement en tant que représentante des athlètes pour promouvoir des pratiques plus égalitaires.
