Sheleah D. Reed has been called a “shero” by some people—but really, she just calls herself honest. She is a connector of people, an identity coach, and an unapologetic believer in the power of audacity. Her confidence and authenticity are contagious, and that's what allows others around Sheleah to embrace their own uniqueness. Her life's work focuses on helping people be their best selves through reflection and discovery while bringing their authentic selves to the forefront in their careers, relationships, and personal lives. As someone who looks for lessons in every moment, she wrote Do You: The Audacity to Live a Bold and Authentic Life to help others explore who they really are by sharing her own experiences — experiences that helped her figure out how to live boldly and unapologetically as herself. She is an Identity Coach who helps people discover their authentic selves to become effective leaders. In her day job, as the Chief of Staff and Chief Communications Officer for Aldine ISD, she uses the power of storytelling to advocate for the 8,700 people on staff in her school district. Some people work to change the world through elected positions or high-profile leadership roles. In Sheleah's case, she works to make the world a better place by leading teams and empowering leaders. @only1sheleah sheleah.com #sheleahreed #author #communicationsofficer #chiefofstaff #doyou #shero #aldineisd #tsc #gogetit Chip Baker Social Media https://www.wroteby.me/chipbaker

We need generational leadership change around the country. Houston Texas will have that option this year with former Amanda Edwards. Republicans continue to balk at President Biden calling them out. Politics Done Right is chatting with former at-large city councilwoman Amanda Edwards. Amanda graduated from Eisenhower High School in Aldine ISD. Often victims of domestic violence don't speak out. This can be because of fear, or the concern they won't be believed. Unfortunately, this can create an environment where the violence continues. On today's show, NFL star DeAndre Hopkins' mother, Sabrina Greenlee, talks about how she experienced domestic abuse from an early age. From sexual abuse to physical abuse, her experience left her with fractured ribs and a broken collarbone. She even survived a domestic violence acid attack that left her blind and severely scared in 2002. But Greenlee survived and has gone on to become a domestic violence advocate, an entrepreneur, and a philanthropist — helping countless other women in similar situations through her charity “Speaking Mentally, Outwardly Opening Opportunities Toward Healing" (S.M.O.O.O.T.H.). Also, the 75th Annual Tony Awards will air Sunday, June 12 on CBS — honoring the best and brightest from Broadway. We discuss social just reform, school to prison pipeline and why he was still sitting on the fence. We talk about his run as a Republican candidate for the Texas State House and why he chose that party. This political banter that you will hear between Reginald and I is extremely calm and informative, although bias towards a particular candidate. I wanted to use my platform to educated, inform and remind you all that Tuesday, November 3rd is the LAST day that you can vote, so please use your voice, the way I am using my own. My name is Lisah "Elle" Moore, and I approve this message.
