On the final hour of The Nick Handley Show, we talk more about the Creighton-Villanova game and hear what Coach McDermott had to say afterwards. Next, we talk a look at the Hawkeyes Basketball team with Rob Howe of Hawkeyenation.com Then Nick is not sure how much more of these Russel Wilson rumors he can handle as now they are swirling about Wilson and the Bears. We close out the show with What's on Tap.
What a luxury it must be for all of these people who are criticizing Creighton's coach. They obviously have never said something out-of-character they instantly regret. Something that their lifetime of actions runs counter to.
The consequences for Creighton Coach Greg McDermott should be decisive and meaningful for telling his team to stay on the plantation. NFL is cold blooded for trying to high jack Christmas Day from the NBA. Kentucky offering a fifth year to students who missed their senior year is a good gesture but the consequences can't be ignored. ;Texas is reopening 100%. Sports teams will have a lot of pressure to open up arena seating. Washington Football Team will no longer have cheerleaders. They will now feature a dance team. "The Process" has quickly become one of the most overused phrases in Professional Sports. Though for a fan base, such as the "Bills Mafia", the phrase "The Process" is one of hope. Coach McDermott and GM Brandon Beane have sold us this phrase time and time again, and results are going to keep fans buying. 2019 is an interesting year for the Buffalo Bills. I wouldn't call it a rebuilding year, but it will definitely be a test. A test to see if the pieces are really in place. If the off-season was as successful as everyone wants to be. It'll be a difficult one at that, as the Bills must navigate through and beat out several stellar looking teams on the AFC side of things, for a playoff opportunity. Here, in this episode, are my expectations of "The Process" this year. This is what I want to see from a Bills team that wants to contend with the best that the NFL has to offer.

Happy 2019 from the Mike Tirico Podcast! The Buffalo Bills fell short of returning to the playoffs, but Head Coach Sean McDermott says there is plenty to build on with the 6-10 record in 2018. Before previewing the divisional round of the playoffs, Mike asks Coach McDermott what he needs to do right now to prepare for free agency and the NFL Draft later this year. But first, Mike points out with so much turnover in the coaching ranks, McDermott will soon rise to the upper half of longest tenured coaches, despite just two seasons with Buffalo.
A break from the typical format, #CCB "interviews" Coach McDermott of the Buffalo Bills. Coach Koharian is back in perfect form along with John, Tim, Hutch and Mad Max. Stayed tuned to the end of the show when we give you a glimpse into the pregame festivities at Madden's Pub and Grill in Falmouth, Maine.
On the third hour of Omaha Sports Insider with Nick Handley and producer TJ Henning, the guys talk about tonight's match-up between the Michigan Wolverines and the Villanova Wildcats and if Nova can be stopped.
