SA's activist lawyer Erin Richards heads for court, says compelling evidence and Pfizer's own data shows it lied by claiming Covid vaccine was "safe and effective"

Although evidence is mounting to show mRNA Covid vaccines may have done more harm than good, the popular narrative is so deeply entrenched that it still takes courage to publicly question it. Mindful of the risk she will be labelled a Conspiracy Theorist, Adv Erin Richards wants truth on Covid vaccines to be exposed by the courts. The activist lawyer spent weeks doing research before agreeing to spearhead a High Court action to prove Pfizer jabs given to millions of South Africans were neither "safe" nor "effective" as the nation was continuously told. In this powerful interview with Alec Hogg of BizNews, Richards points to the smoking gun of Pfizer's own data which, she maintains, reveals those jabbed have a 36% higher chance than the unvaccinated of a serious adverse medical event, especially heart-related. With what she claims is compelling evidence of the long-term damage of mRNA vaccines, Richards wants the court to force SA's government to revise its approach. Adv Richards has also called on anyone who witnessed skulduggery by officialdom to blow the whistle by emailing Vaxwhistleblowing@sacca.co.za; those who suffered adverse personal health events after being vaccinated to email Vaxefects1@sacca.co.za; and for those whose family members were affected (or died) after getting the vaccine to email Vaxeffects2@sacca.co.za. In their weekly chat, BizNews' Michael Appel and Adv. Erin Richards discuss the recent announcement by President Cyril Ramaphosa that Raymond Zondo will take over the reins of the apex court as Chief Justice come 1 April 2022. It's a decision that goes against the recommendation from the Judicial Service Commission (JSC) to appoint Justice Mandisa Maya to the top post. Ramaphosa, in what many interpret as seeking to show he's not afraid to exercise his discretionary power as President, instead elevated Zondo to the position. While Richards believes Zondo's appointment should be applauded, she's slightly concerned by the level of executive deference Zondo showed to Ramaphosa when the President testified before him at the State Capture Inquiry.

Adv Erin Richards dissects what inferences can be drawn from a bizarre chain of emails Bain's SA partner Vittoria Massone wrote to Italian arms manufacturer Beretta in September 2015. Whether or not the meeting took place is unclear but it begs the question why the tainted consultancy firm was operating in the shadows on what appears to have been planned procurement talks.

Sharing conclusions after having read most of the Zondo Commission's 57,000 pages of affidavits and transcripts - and Part One of Judge Zondo's conclusions - the legal eagle is under no illusion: the Grand Plan relied heavily on Bain's strategic expertise and guidance on how to grab the levers of the SA economy. (09:19-19:15): We were joined by Director of Athletics Communications at Judson University, Austin Anderson. He shared his take on how the media has both divided us and brought us together. In his blog, “Minds of Meaning”, he regularly dives into how Christians ought to behave and respond to the current political climate. He talks about his research on how Christians have responded to each other on social media. He came to the conclusion that because of all of the extra access we get to information, we are more irritable and susceptible to polarizing and lashing out. (19:15-28:49): Ian posted an in-depth analysis on the effects of hyper-polarization and toxicity of it in Americans. We identify too much with political parties, social issues, and more. Thankfully Selina knocks sense back into both of them and the process is corrected. Ivy has gotten control of Victor Zsasz and sends him after Jim. She knows with Jim out of the picture the city will fall into chaos and there will be no reunification with the mainland. Victor fails the first time. She arrives at the GCPD and sends him to be a distraction. He swaggers into the squad room shooting at the cops and declaring how much he loves Ivy. Alfred, Alvarez and the other cops provide cover for Harvey as he slips off to the equipment room. He pulls out the same bomb suit Ed used. He distracts Zsasz and then takes him out. Ivy is about to finish Jim off but Lee wounds her by a gut shot. She escapes, but not before smashing Lee's adrenaline. Gordon's Trial in Dreamland: ©2019 Fox Broadcasting Co. Cr: FOX Jim tried to broker a ceasefire among the gangs, but Ivy had other plans and had Zsasz shoot him. In his struggle between life and death he stands trail for his failings in Gotham. Earlier in the episode Lee questions his motives and personality. She wants a life with him, but he takes everything on as his responsibility. Thrown in this dreamland, his mind uses the time to show him his failings and motivations. He accuses himself for Gotham's failings, the separation from the mainland, the rise of the gangs, the bombing of Haven and more. Lee comes to accuse him of breaking her heart, the loss of their child, and her struggles. He is found guilty. Then we see a wake for him. He is behind bars when all the villains he has fought are free and celebrating his passing. The young Havenite Will leads him to the electric chair.   Lee offers him one more chance with a child and he is still unsure. As the switch is thrown, Jim decides to live. All this time, Harvey has been busy finding out who shot Jim and leading the GCPD. He urges Babs to help by keeping the peace with the gangs. She does by poising the leaders and strong arming a cease fire.  Lee removes the bullet from Jim and begs him to wake up. While waiting, Alfred comes in and reassures her that she will make a great mother to Jim & Barbara's child. He is her sounding board about Jim and she fights to save him. He comes out if it and asks her to marry him. One month later, we have a wedding in the Church of Law and Justice. Jim and Lee are married surrounded by co-workers, friends and family. Who better to officiate, but Harvey. Jim and Lee have each gone through their own trial this episode. Both came out if it ready to love each other and work to make it work together. Meanwhile Oswald is being the devil on Barbara's shoulder. She did all that work for Jim, but he was never going to see her needs. He only has eyes for Lee. Babs wants to escape. Penguin says Jim will hunt her down. But Babs is ready. The Trial of Young Lovers: ©2019 Fox Broadcasting Co. Cr: FOX Bruce takes Selina on a raid for supplies, but in truth it is a date. After the best canned meal Selina has ever eaten, they talk the future. Bruce laments the loss of Wayne Manor, but Selina assures him that Gotham is home. He agrees, but feels like Gotham would be better without him in it. He recounts the villains that have come to town because of him. Their love is put on trial when Ivy and the head of the Mutants Gang come to call. Ivy hits Bruce with her love and control perfume and he is under her spell. Selina is left to fight off the Mutant leader. She escapes and tracks Bruce down to the water treatment plant. She does not want to fight Bruce, but he forces her hand. She strikes back at him out of the fear of loosing him. Her blows knock him out of Ivy's spell. Later at Jim & Lee's wedding, Bruce wants to talk about what she said at the plant, but they are stopped by the ceremony. Inspired by the love in the room Bruce kisses Selina boldly. Closing Thoughts: The Trial of Jim Gordon was written by Ben McKenzie and directed by Erin Richards. it was the last episode of Gotham filmed. Where last week's ep felt like a filler add in, this one helped move the characters forward. We got a wedding in the Church of Law and Justice. Donal Logue shone as Harvey in this ep. He stepped up and lead the GCPD, he found Jim's shooter and took him down, and he was the perfect irreverent minister. The Trial looked at the character of Jim and helped him move forward. It was a well shot story and well written. LOVED the wedding so beautiful. I hate we have a break next week, but this one was a fun one to hold us over. News: I Am Bane:On the precipice of Gotham’s reunification, Gordon and Bruce find themselves face-to-face with a newly transformed Eduardo, and discover the real mastermind behind the city’s current chaos. Meanwhile, a pregnant Barbara turns to Lee for help in the all-new “I Am Bane” episode of GOTHAM airing Thursday, March 21 (8:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX. (GTH-508) (TV-14 L, V) March 28: repeat of Trespassers and  it is looking like the last two eps will be April 18th & 25th. This week it was time to "Welcome Back, Jim Gordon" to the Gotham City Police Department as we discuss Episode 13 of Gotham which aired in the UK on Monday 23rd March 2015. In this episode of Gotham Jim Gordon returns to the G.C.P.D. and carries on exactly where he left off before his demotion to Arkham Asylum. He starts an internal investigation among his fellow officers and detectives following a killing of a low-level and seemingly insignificant drug gang member. Oswald Cobblepott's dreams come true, for a moment as he takes ownership of Fish's old club; and we really get a taste of Gabe, Oswald's right-hand man, as he acts on a favour for Jim Gordon by The Penguin. Whilst at Wayne Manor Cat has some bad news for Master Bruce. We discuss our top five case points for Episode 13 of Gotham including the emergence of the right hand men (Butch Gilzean, Victor Zsasz and Harvey Bullock), the reshuffle of the gangster elements in Gotham, Jim Gordon's support group, Edward Nygma and Kristine Kringle's blossoming relationship and of course that final showdown in Fish Mooney's club. Feedback As was pointed out by Detective Dillon The Electocutioner/Jack Gruber really reminds us of some versions of Hugo Strange from the comics. HUGO STRANGE - JACK GRUBER We also had some great twitter feedback from Channel 5 viewers, listeners and some of the actors on Gotham during our live tweet of Gotham Welcome Back Jim Gordon including Zabrena Guevara, Erin Richards, Drew Powell, J.W. Cortez and Tom Calderone. The music at the end of this weeks episode is Hanni El Khatib's song Family from his album Heatseekers. This song was used in Fish Mooney's club in Welcome Back Jim Gordon when Oswald has had a bit too much champagne. Join us again next week as we discuss episode 14 of Gotham The Fearsome Dr. Crane. Directed by John Behring and written by John Stephens who also wrote The Baloonman and The Mask. We're excited to see the back story of one of our favourite Batman villains. Exclusive:  Here's our Erin Richards Gotham interview where she discusses her thoughts on the character of Barbara, her relationship with Ben McKenzie's Jim Gordon, how she deals with attention from fans and the strong characters on the show. Ahead of the UK release of Gotham on Channel 5 Gotham TV Podcast were lucky enough to sit down at a roundtable at New York Comic Con 2014 to discuss Gotham and what we can expect from future episodes in season one with Executive Producer Danny Cannon and five members of the cast (Robin Lord Taylor, Erin Richards, Sean Pertwee, Donal Logue and Ben McKenzie) about their thoughts on the show, their characters and what could be coming in Season one of the show. The roundtable includes questions from other journalists present and our own questions to the cast and creator. You can listen to the full podcast below with all the interviews or read on for the full transcript. Question - How did you get the job of Barbara Kean in Gotham and how did you prepare for the part of Barbara Kean in the legendary city, did any tell you what you must do? Erin Richards - Firstly nobody told me to do anything! I got the job during pilot season through a round of auditions with our fabulous creators Bruno and Danny, who are Brits which is nice [laughs]. I got the job and was over the moon. I have always loved Batman and working with these guys is always fantastic. On such an incredible and highly anticipated series at the time, I then sort of went about going back over the movies which I have always enjoyed and watching all of those again and then read Batman Year One [by Frank Miller and David Mazzucchelli] which is the comic that Barbara appears in. But for me Barbara is a bit of an open book because she is not in the comic books that often and also she's in her finished form, so for me it was about just about finding something that was interesting and relevant and would work with what Ben has created in Jim Gordon so that we could really forge an interesting story and a dynamic that people would really want to watch. Question - What about the chemistry between yourself and Ben McKenzie, it's a key pivotal relationship in the show so I guess you are bouncing off one another? E.R. - We get on great as people, we went to watch him do a radio play the previous night. The whole cast are really supportive of one another and we hang out a lot. I get on really well with Ben. We approach acting in the same way and have really similar backgrounds. We both did Politics degrees and the first time we met we had a lot to talk about, which is really nice to get on with each other because we do a lot of pretending together as actors. Though its not too hard with Ben he's a good looking guy. Question - There's so much attention on this show, what's it like interacting with the fans when there is so much anticipation, do you tune it out? E.R. - I don't think we need to tune it out. I really enjoy on twitter interacting with the fans and I like getting questions about my character. We feel a great sense of pride, affection and responsibility - isn't that like a Batman thing, no its Spider-man [Laughs]. We feel a lot of responsibility to the fans as they are really in to Batman and we really want to deliver a programme that they are interested in and are proud of, as we're up against the big boys, the films and what's in everyone's mind, so were hoping to deliver a beginning, as we are telling the origin story, and that it fits with what they have grown to love. https://media.blubrry.com/gothamtvpodcast/gothamtvpodcast.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/Erin-Richards-v2-Strength-of-women.mp4 Gotham TV Podcast Question - One of the big things about Gotham is the strength of the female characters in the show. Can you tell us something about Barbara's strength and where she gets it from and where she brings it to? E.R. - Bruno Heller, our fantastic creator, writes amazing female characters.
