This is another crazy podcast, but I want you to stick with me because you’re going to get a lot out of this. Whether you’re a manager, a salesperson, a business owner, this is going to be a very worthwhile 30 minutes or so. It’s actually a series of drives in the car with me again. Where Part 1, we’re talking after meeting with the sales manager, a person responsible for running a sales team. And we talk about what his and her energy has to do with getting the most out of the sales team. Part 2 of the podcast is where we start looking at inventing the future. But how problem thinking, the way people think, the way we verbalize, and the way we think about problems as either opportunities or challenges, whether we’re creative thinkers, like De Bono’s creative hat, green hat thinking or yellow hat thinking, versus black hat thinking. This is really interesting because I saw this person trapped in a black hat. And paying the price of wearing that black hat, that negative thinking, the problem, the problem, the problem. All they see are the potholes in the road, not how to actually go around them and through the potholes. And part 3 looks at strategic planning and planning to plan. And how and why you should actually spend time doing that strategic planning. So, get in with it. Strap yourself in. This is going to be a great podcast. Make notes, if you can. But maybe even play it again. And do share the podcast with someone. Share with other people because the way we think makes all the difference. Different knowledge, different thinking, different actions lead to different results. So, strap yourself in. Here we go.
