Anikó Donáth, Schauspielerin und Marco Cortesi, ehemaliger Medienchef Stadtpolizei Zürich zu Gast im «Persönlich» «Sechsmal scheiterte ich an der Aufnahmeprüfung an einer Schauspielschule», erzählt Anikó Donáth. Also entschied sie sich für ein Jus-Studium. «Die Anmeldung für die Uni gab ich unter Tränen ab, als würde ich meine Traum begraben.» Und dann kam es doch anders. Nach sieben Semestern Rechtswissenschaften mitsamt Gastsemester im Ausland rutschte Anikó Donáth doch ins Schauspielfach - durch Glück, Begabung und Mut. «Ich wollte nicht warten, nahm alle Rollen an, war uneitel und lebte nach der Maxime Hauptsache spielen!» Heute gehört die Schauspielerin mit dem Comedy-Programm «Ex-Freundinnen» fest zur Schweizer Unterhaltungsbranche. Soeben ist Anikó Donáths Erstling «Ich, die Gurke» mit 50 witzigen Anekdoten aus ihrem Leben auf der Bühne erschienen. Marco Cortesi wuchs im Engadin auf und kam nach der Postlehre für das Handelsdiplom nach Zürich. «Bei der Bank hielt ich es nur drei Tage aus und wechselte dann zur Zürcher Stadtpolizei», schmunzelt Marco Cortesi, wenn er seinen Lebensweg aufzeigt. Er ging auf Streife im Kreis 4, war im Jugenddienst der Kriminalpolizei und wechselte bereits 1992 zur Medienstelle. Damit wurde er während Jahrzehnten zur prominentesten Stimme der Stadtpolizei Zürich. Er informierte über Unfälle und Verbrechen und wurde zuweilen selbst zum Ziel von Angriffen, so dass er am Ende seiner Karriere nur noch mit Personenschutz unterwegs war. Im Herzen ist Marco Cortesi Engadiner geblieben, die Liebe zur Heimat hat sich auch auf seinen Haushalt im Unterland übertragen: Seine Frau und er unterhalten sich zuhause konsequent im rätoromanischen Idiom des Oberengadins. Marco Cortesi ist als Info-Chef der Stadtpolizei Zürich eine Legende. Über Jahrzehnte hat er unzählige Ereignisse kommentiert, die die Schweiz bewegten – vom schweren Bahnunglück in Oerlikon bis zum spektakulären Kunstraub in der Bührle-Sammlung. «Reporter» schaut mit ihm zurück. Die Medien bespielte er souverän, in der Bevölkerung geniesst Marco Cortesi Kultstatus: Sein Lispeln wurde zum Markenzeichen, sein Bündner Dialekt war ein Sympathie-Bonus. Ob 1.-Mai-Demonstration, Geiselnahme, Verkehrsunfall oder Grossbrand – stets trat Cortesi rasch vor die Medien und rückte die Polizeiarbeit ins rechte Licht. Er sei der «Fan-Club» der Stadtpolizei, werfen Kritiker ihm vor, seine Arbeit schramme an der Selbstinszenierung vorbei. Der Popularität tat dies nie Abbruch. Den beruflichen Ehrgeiz entwickelte Cortesi erst spät. Er war Skilehrer und Express-Pöstler, bis er nach Zürich kam und 1984 die Polizeischule antrat. Dann aber arbeitete er sich rasch hoch und verschaffte sich bei der Stadtpolizei Zürich über all die Jahre einen Spielraum, wie kaum ein anderer Mediensprecher ihn mehr hat. Als grössten Erfolg seiner Karriere bezeichnet Cortesi die Sicherstellung von millionenschweren Gemälden der Sammlung Bührle, die drei bewaffnete Räuber in einem filmreifen Coup aus dem Museum gestohlen hatten. Cortesi versteht nach eigenem Bekunden nichts von Kunst: «Ich wusste nicht mal, wie man Degas schreibt.» Er hatte Mühe, das Ausmass des Raubes zu erfassen. Dann aber lief er vor den internationalen und nationalen Medien zu Hochform auf. Mit Reporterin Barbara Frauchiger besucht er ein schwer gesichertes Depot, in dem die geretteten Bilder heute gelagert sind. Marco Cortesi ist als Info-Chef der Stadtpolizei Zürich eine Legende. Über Jahrzehnte hat er unzählige Ereignisse kommentiert, die die Schweiz bewegten – vom schweren Bahnunglück in Oerlikon bis zum spektakulären Kunstraub in der Bührle-Sammlung. «Reporter» schaut mit ihm zurück. Die Medien bespielte er souverän, in der Bevölkerung geniesst Marco Cortesi Kultstatus: Sein Lispeln wurde zum Markenzeichen, sein Bündner Dialekt war ein Sympathie-Bonus. Ob 1.-Mai-Demonstration, Geiselnahme, Verkehrsunfall oder Grossbrand – stets trat Cortesi rasch vor die Medien und rückte die Polizeiarbeit ins rechte Licht. Er sei der «Fan-Club» der Stadtpolizei, werfen Kritiker ihm vor, seine Arbeit schramme an der Selbstinszenierung vorbei. Der Popularität tat dies nie Abbruch. Den beruflichen Ehrgeiz entwickelte Cortesi erst spät. Er war Skilehrer und Express-Pöstler, bis er nach Zürich kam und 1984 die Polizeischule antrat. Dann aber arbeitete er sich rasch hoch und verschaffte sich bei der Stadtpolizei Zürich über all die Jahre einen Spielraum, wie kaum ein anderer Mediensprecher ihn mehr hat. Als grössten Erfolg seiner Karriere bezeichnet Cortesi die Sicherstellung von millionenschweren Gemälden der Sammlung Bührle, die drei bewaffnete Räuber in einem filmreifen Coup aus dem Museum gestohlen hatten. Cortesi versteht nach eigenem Bekunden nichts von Kunst: «Ich wusste nicht mal, wie man Degas schreibt.» Er hatte Mühe, das Ausmass des Raubes zu erfassen. Dann aber lief er vor den internationalen und nationalen Medien zu Hochform auf. Mit Reporterin Barbara Frauchiger besucht er ein schwer gesichertes Depot, in dem die geretteten Bilder heute gelagert sind.
