Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War — The Calamity is officially getting the cinematic release that it deserves.Per a press release from Fathom Entertainment, the first three episodes of Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War — The Calamity are officially heading to theaters ahead of the title's upcoming broadcast and streaming debut. From June 25 to June 29, 2026, fans will be able to watch the first three episodes of Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War — The Calamity in select theaters across North America before its broadcast and streaming premiere by Viz Media the following month.The episodes will be screened in both subtitled and English dubbed format nationwide, with the screening also featuring never-seen-before content starring creator Tite Kubo, chief series director Tomohisa Taguchi and series director Hikaru Murata about the production.

Sean Combs, the hip-hop mogul known as Diddy, continues to dominate headlines as his legal battle takes significant turns. According to reporting from early March 2026, his prison release date was moved up to April 25, 2028, about six weeks earlier than his previous release date of June 4, 2028.However, the situation is far more dynamic than those official numbers suggest. Diddy's legal team recently argued in federal appeals court that his 50-month sentence was overly harsh and based on conduct he was actually acquitted of. The three-judge panel of the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Manhattan questioned the severity of his roughly four-year prison term during oral arguments. Federal appeals court judges raised serious concerns about whether the sentence properly considered only his Mann Act conviction, particularly since he was acquitted of sex trafficking and racketeering charges that could have carried a life sentence.Behind the scenes, Diddy's path to freedom may be moving faster than the official release date indicates. According to exclusive reporting, Diddy was accepted into the Residential Drug Abuse Program, known as RDAP, which is considered crucial for federal inmates. If he successfully completes the 500-hour program, federal law allows up to twelve months to be shaved off his sentence. Additionally, under the First Step Act, federal inmates can earn up to 54 days of good time credit per year. Combined with his time already served since his September 2024 arrest and eligibility for home confinement during the final portion of his sentence, legal experts suggest his actual release could come significantly sooner than April 2028.Diddy's legal team is pushing for a sentence of just fourteen months, arguing the current term is the most prison time ever given to someone convicted of similar charges with his criminal history. If that appeal succeeds, he could potentially be released immediately since he's already served nineteen months in custody.Whether through his appeal or through accumulated credits and program participation, observers suggest the music mogul could be free as early as late 2026. The popular Solo Leveling webtoon, viewed over 14.3 billion times, returns with the official release date for its sequel webtoon, Solo Leveling: Ragnarok. The new series has also received an exciting new visual and the first previews for the upcoming release. Solo Leveling's sequel webtoon Solo Leveling: Ragnarok will officially launch on Aug. 1, 2024. Kakaopage, which publishes the series in South Korea, confirmed the news on X (formerly Twitter), adding that fans can sign up for the pre-release on July 31 at 10 p.m. (Korean time). Art is fantastic, with the Neal Adams (#93-96) being among some of my favorite comics ever. Offer expires 9/1/2023 before 11:59 pm ET.  There are so many characters, and so many storylines that are picked up and dropped  First 7 books told a logical story without noticeable interruptions. Book 8 was “after the fact” with narration. What happened between books 7 and 8 and where did it happen? Did we missing anything important?  I didn't know who some of the characters used were/are?  Unanswered Questions Modern Appearances - Meet the Skrulls #1-5 (2019), Secret Invasion #1-5 (2022)  Meet the Skrulls is very much like “The Americans” TV show.  Or Invincible maybe.  A classic cold-war spy story just moved to interplanetary scale.  Main protagonist is Alice Walker, the middle child.    Rumors are that Emilia Clark's “G'iah” is based on the mom Gloria / G'iah   2nd Secret Invasion is really a Maria Hill story.  Fury spends a lot of it kidnapped, and Stark is nearly as much trouble as he is help.  Skrulls are more sympathetic, in that there are two sides.  Some are working with Stark, and not trying to invade.  Key Concepts for the TV Show At there core, Skrull stories are nightmare fuel straight out of McCarthy.  They are about who can be trusted and who is “real” and they are based in a fear of outsiders.  Skrull stories are always in danger of being apologies for Great Replacement racial and ethnic conspiracy theories.
