Lost In was originally a series of mixes I produced after travelling to different places in the world. The mixes were to reflect the influences, feeling or emotions I felt whilst in a particular country. Lost in then became a weekly session during lockdown where I played marathon sets to help our collect mental health and become one through music. I'm bringing the original spirit back with Lost In Peru. Peru revealed itself in layers—modern, ancient, wild, sacred. Each place felt like a different country entirely, and yet the warmth and pride of the Peruvian people carried through it all. Despite the language barrier, we were helped, welcomed, and looked after at every turn.From misty mountains and ancient ruins to the tangled, living walls of the Amazon and the sprawling capital city—this trip was a true adventure. Bonjour Evelyne. Et bien, bienvenue à nouveau dans La Petite Voix. On se retrouve une semaine après cet épisode hyper intéressant. Tu nous as parlé de ton parcours et puis de comment tu vis ton rôle de guérisseuse et de messagère. Et dans cet épisode-là, moi, j' aime bien qu' on donne des conseils concrets. Et toi, tu as vraiment un sujet, ton dada. Ma passion. Ta passion, c' est la lithothérapie. Et en plus, on a une approche qui est assez différente. C' Est différent de ce qu' on entend d' habitude. Donc, on va refaire le B . A . B. A. B. C' est quoi la lithothérapie ? Et puis après, tu nous expliques comment c' est pour toi. Oui, merci.00:01:40Je ne suis même pas sûre que j' utiliserais le mot lithothérapie, mais c' est effectivement le mot qui est convenable aujourd' hui, c' est-à-dire la thérapie par les pierres. En fait, moi, je parle de conscience minérale, de dialoguer avec la conscience minérale. Je pense qu' on est complètement débutant, complètement junior dans notre approche avec les pierres. Et puis, on est dans un espèce de brouhaha spirituel. Spirituel, culturel, où on s'y perd. Il y a des tas de bouquins qui sortent sur le sujet. On ne sait plus quelles sont les vertus supposées des pierres. Lorsqu' on va voir un lithothérapeute ou une boutique de pierres, on a tendance à faire confiance à la personne. On dit, par exemple, j' ai tel besoin. Et on va nous dire, c' est telle pierre qu' il te faut.00:02:19Ça, c' est très, très présent dans nos sociétés, d' attendre le conseil, d' attendre que' on nous dise c' est quoi qu' il faut prendre. Un peu comme si on prenait un médicament. Oui, c' est ça. Oui, c' est la pierre magique. Oui, la pierre magique. Elle va te guérir, elle va machin, t' as besoin de ça. Trouvez-moi mon prochain mec, hop, donne-moi la pierre d' amour et voilà. Donne-moi confiance en moi, permet-moi de ceci, cela. Et ensuite, on acquiert une pierre. Alors, comme on est grand consommateur, on achète des pierres, des bracelets. Après, on ne sait pas quoi en faire. On ne sait pas comment les entretenir. C' est trop compliqué, blablabla. Bref, donc, il y a besoin de clarifier la relation avec la pierre.00:02:48Et pour cela, il y a besoin d' un profond respect. Pour moi, c' est la base. Dans toute thérapie, c' est un profond respect pour le cadeau de la terre. C' est un cadeau de la terre, la pierre. Elle va arriver du jour au lendemain. Pour tenir la pierre dans vos mains, il a fallu qu' elle soit en gestation pendant des millions d' années, nourrie, abreuvée par les courants telluriques, donc nourrie au sein de la terre-mer, qu' elle soit ensuite extraite de manière souterraine dans des carrières, façonnée, taillée, polie, transportée, arrivée dans un magasin. Donc, l' information originale, c' est-à-dire ce que j' appelle la signature vibratoire de la pierre, à l' origine, a été transformée par les diverses manipulations. Donc, elle a perdu déjà sa force, sa vibration.00:03:31Donc, la première chose, quand on achète une pierre, déjà, se pose la question, est :ce que j' en ai besoin ? Et ensuite, c' est de faire le Ho' oponopono, de demander pardon à la pierre pour toutes les mémoires. Ça peut paraître bizarre, mais on demande bien pardon à un animal ou à un autre être humain. Donc, remercier la pierre et lui demander pardon. Pardon pour toutes les mémoires d' extraction. Ça revient à faire briller son argenture. C' est je redonne le pouvoir à la pierre, sa vibration originelle. Donc, je reconnais. C' est un cadeau de la terre. Je la remercie pour cela. Je lui demande pardon pour la douleur lorsqu' elle est sortie du ventre de la terre-mère. Je lui demande pardon pour l' extraction, la taille.00:04:08Et voilà, pour effacer l' ardoise, en fait, de toutes ses mémoires. Et merci, chère pierre, de rejoindre mon foyer et de m' accompagner. Donc, premier principe, c' est ça. Le nettoyage énergétique. Alors, on peut se dire, oui, moi, j' ai fait l' assaut, je l' ai posé sur une fleur de vie. Non, le dialogue avec la conscience, c' est ce que j' appelle le processus d' accueil. J' accueille la pierre. Je remercie le cadeau de la terre. J' enlève les mémoires et je l' accueille un peu comme un être vivant. Mais en fait, c' est un être vivant. Tu sais, quand tu commences à ouvrir les portes de l' inconscient, tu te rends compte que tout parle, tout est vivant. L' arbre, la pierre, le papillon, l' animal, tout est vivant, tout communique.00:04:44On fait partie d' un grand tout. Et la pierre, pour moi, c' est la sagesse de la terre-mère. C' est vraiment une densité qui te ramène à la présence, qui te ramène à la sagesse, qui te ramène aux enseignements des origines. Et ensuite, il y a une multitude de fréquences. Donc, de pierres, on ne connaît pas toutes. On découvre encore des nouvelles pierres. Là, j' ai vu sur un live, il n' y a pas si longtemps, le jaspe unicorne. Je me suis dit, qu' est-ce que On ne va pas inventer ? Donc, on découvre des nouvelles pierres encore. Et donc, on doit un profond respect à la terre, au lieu de vouloir se servir tout le temps comme ça.00:05:15Et une fois qu' on a la pierre, qu' on l' a purifiée par ce protocole d' accueil, poser ses intentions. Poser ses intentions, c' est tout d' un coup demander le soutien de la pierre. Et alors, vous allez me dire, comment on fait ? Comment on fait pour poser une intention ? Évidemment, il y a, comme je dis, une signature vibratoire originelle de la pierre. Par exemple, là, pendant que je te parle, je tiens une septaria dans la main. Septaria du Maroc, parce que Il existe des septarias de Madagascar. Alors ça aussi, je ne vais pas rentrer dans cette complexité, mais suivant la provenance, ce n' est pas la même fréquence. Et c' est logique que ce ne sont pas les mêmes courants telluriques. Ce n' est pas la même information qui est donnée.00:05:49Donc là, j' ai une septaria du Maroc. Donc, la septaraie du Maroc, elle travaille plus précisément sur nos liens à nos racines, à nos ancêtres, à nos fondations. Donc, évidemment, je ne peux pas poser une intention qui n' a rien à voir avec comment elle est censée m' accompagner. Je peux lui demander, à cette pierre, de m' aider à voir clair dans mes ancêtres, à dénouer les liens familiaux. S' il y a un nœud familial dont j' ai connaissance, de m' aider à dénouer ce problème. Je peux lui demander de m' aider à trouver ma place, parce que la question de la place, c' est pas seulement le plexus solaire, c' est aussi trouver mes racines, trouver mes fondations. Donc, je peux lui dire ça. Je lui dis.00:06:26Je t' ai choisi, je te fais intervenir dans ma vie parce que tu me plais. Et j' ai besoin d' être accompagnée sur ce sujet-là, en particulier. Et c' est là aussi, je reprends ton exemple tout à l'heur. Heure, de quand tu arrives dans la boutique et tu demandes la pierre pour avoir confiance en soi. C' est là où on va pouvoir poser l' intention, parce qu' à priori, c' est la pierre qui a la bonne vibration pour le sujet. Mais on va en plus y apporter notre propre intention. Que ce soit dit à haute voix, ou ça peut être, jeimagine, fait uniquement dans notre tête. La connexion à la pierre se fait. Oui, tu fais bien.00:06:56Je veux préciser, c' est -à -dire que, alors quand on est dans une boutique, évidemment, on n' a pas envie de passer pour une folle. Oh, dans ce genre de boutique, ça passe. Et de le dire à haute voix. Mais c' est ça la base, effectivement. Alors c'est. Est bien, moi, je trouve, de le formuler à haute voix, au moins quand on est rentré chez soi. Quand on est dans une boutique, il y a effectivement une intervention d' un vendeur. Enfin, s' il fait bien son boulot, il va venir à vous, de quoi vous avez besoin, il va faire un conseil. Ne faites pas confiance aveuglément au conseil. C' est -à -dire, sentez la pierre. Moi, je vois des choses chez les gens.00:07:23Je vois la structure énergétique des gens et je vois la pierre qui est appropriée. Mais je leur dis toujours, prends la pièce, la pierre ressent là. Parce que peut-être qu' elle ne va pas te convenir. Peut-être qu' elle va forcer un peu la porte. Et d' ailleurs, récemment, c' est marrant, j ' ai une personne qui m ' a, alors, bon, je réponds quand c ' est des clientes et voilà, je ne peux pas répondre à toutes les demandes non plus. Voilà, notamment sur un message privé sur Instagram ou quoi. Mais une personne, elle achète un Larimar. Elle ne l ' achète pas à moi. Elle me pose la question. Le Larimar est censé travailler sur une fluidité de la communication, sur la gorge.00:07:55Mais depuis que je l ' ai, j ' ai super peur. Je suis super en colère. Je ne me sens pas bien. Donc, sa première idée, c ' est est -ce que la pierre est polluée ou est -ce que la pierre est maléfique ? Je lui dis non, la pierre n ' Est-ce pas maléfique, mais c' est intéressant que tu le crois. La pierre est portée d' une information vibratoire. Par contre, ce que tu as fait, c' est que tu as remis ton pouvoir. Tu as pris la pierre pour ses vertus supposées, mais que tu n' as pas créé le dialogue. Donc, simplement, reprends ta pierre, accueille-la et dis-lui : en fait, j' ai besoin de toi pour me soutenir dans ma communication.00:08:21Est-ce que tu acceptes de faire cela pour moi et avec moi ? Sinon, la pierre va rentrer en confrontation avec tes énergies. Elle peut passer en force avec sa vibration et là, ça va être inconfortable. Il ne faut pas se le rire, il y a des pierres qui sont hyper inconfortables, hyper challenging. Tu les prends, elles sont censées te faire du bien et tu as un mal de crâne, tu as la gorge qui serre. Ben ouais, c' est de l' information subtile. Donc, voilà, il y a des pierres, c' est vrai, pour lesquelles on n' est pas forcément prêt à les accueillir, mais en règle générale, tu peux accueillir n' importe quelle pierre à partir du moment où tu sais dialoguer avec elle, où tu poses des intentions et puis surtout, tu n' es pas obligé de souffrir.00:08:51Tu te dis, ben voilà, moi, j' ai besoin de douceur, en fait, dans ma vie. Donc, est-ce que tu veux bien être douce avec moi ? Est-ce que tu veux bien meaccompagner ? J' ai compris qu' il y avait telle porte à ouvrir, mais je veux y aller tranquille, quoi. Et à partir de là, ça devient des accompagnantes magnifiques. Tu sais, je te parlai dans l' épisode précédent que j' accompagnais un groupe, là, c' est mon premier groupe sur la conscience minérale, où je leur apprends à voir au-delà de la pierre, c' est-à-dire que tu as ta pierre et, en fait, c' est comme si nous, on restait un peu en surface. On voit la pierre, on dirait elle est jolie, elle m' attire, elle ne m' attire pas, point barre.00:09:22Et en activant l'intention, c' Est comme si tu te déverrouillais, comme si tu tapais un code secret pour entrer à l' intérieur de la pierre. Et la plupart de nous, on reste en surface, on se contente et on se contente de faire confiance aux sachants, donc aux livres, aux mythothérapeutes, celui qui sait, celui qui a étudié. Mais moi, est-ce que je suis capable, vu que je ne connais rien ? Ben non. Reprendre son pouvoir, ça consiste à ça, choisir la pierre parce qu' elle m' attire, parce que je suis capable de dialoguer avec elle, parce qu' elle va me faire du bien. Elle va me faire du bien soit parce que j' en ai besoin, soit parce qu' elle ouvre un nouvel espace dont je n' ai pas conscience.00:09:55Voilà. Et plus je lui fais confiance, plus c' est doux, plus c' est beau. Donc, est-ce que tu résumerais ça en disant il faut considérer la pierre, quelle qu' elle soit, celle qu' on a choisie, celle qu' on a sentie ; il faut la considérer avec un grand respect comme un être vivant et que déjà, si on arrive à ça, comme on le fait avec un animal, en fait ; si déjà on est là, on se met au bon niveau de communication. Ensuite, on pose l' intention et c' est là où on va peut-être obtenir d' elle le meilleur. Exactement. En fait, tu sais, il n' y a pas de supériorité entre les règnes.00:10:30Il y a le règne minéral, le règne végétal, le règne animal, le règne humain et on a l' impression qu' on est supérieur à tout, que les autres, ce sont des consciences inférieures. C' est ça qui nous leurre. Il n' y a pas de conscience inférieure, il y a d' autres fréquences, d' autres enseignants. Moi, souvent, quand je vois une pierre, je vois un être qui est en fait, c' est ce que j' appelle ma représentation de la conscience minérale. Donc, il y a une conscience à l' œuvre qui fait partie du grand tout, qui fait partie de la fréquence amour. Voilà. Et à partir du moment où je reconnais ça, que ce n' est pas un objet mort, inerte, mais que c' est une conscience qui est à l'œuvre, c' Est là que jeouvre la porte.00:11:03Jeouvre la porte à l' invisible et à la magie aussi. Oui, potentiellement. Les personnes, là, que jeaccompagne, qui découvrent, on fait des exercices simples, où je les guide. Alors, je les guide par la voie. Ils ont la pierre entre les mains, puis je leur parle pour qu' ils dialoguent avec la pierre. Ils disent : « Mais je connais cette pierre depuis des années, mais jamais je l' avais vue comme ça, jamais elle m' avait donné ce son-là. » Et ça veut dire que c' est accessible, que c' est possible et que tu n' as pas besoin de mode d' emploi. Juste, c' est comme un enfant, en fait. Comme un enfant qui va découvrir son caillou et qui va lui donner des pouvoirs magiques et qui va lui parler.00:11:35C' est ça, c' est retrouver la magie au quotidien.
