Hence, this next article 5 Artificial Intelligence (AI) Infrastructure Stocks Powering the Next Wave of Innovations, should interest you. It's by Justin Pope and found on fool.com. Nvidia (NASDAQ: NVDA) The company has maintained its winning position as it progressed from its previous Hopper architecture to its current Blackwell chips, and it expects to launch its next-generation architecture, with a CPU called Vera and a GPU called Rubin, next year. Amazon (AMZN) Web Services (AWS) has long been the world's leading cloud platform, with about 30% of the cloud infrastructure market today. Through the cloud, companies can access and deploy AI agents, models, and other software throughout their businesses. 3. Microsoft (MSFT) Its Azure is the world's second-largest cloud platform, with a market share of approximately 21%. Microsoft stands out from the pack for its deep ties with millions of corporate clients. 4. Arista Networks (ANET) sells high-end networking switches and software that help accomplish this. The company has already thrived in this golden age of data centers, with top clients including Microsoft and Meta Platforms, which happen to also be among the highest spenders on AI infrastructure. 5. Broadcom (AVGO) which specializes in designing semiconductors used for networking applications. For example, Arista Networks utilizes Broadcom's Tomahawk and Jericho silicon in the networking switches it builds for data centers. Broadcom's AI-related semiconductor sales increased by 46% year-over-year in the second quarter.” End quotes. ------------------------------------------------------------- Ethical Companies To Invest In 2025 (ECL, MSFT, UNFI) The final reviewed article for this podcast episode is titled Ethical Companies To Invest In 2025 (ECL, MSFT, UNFI) and was written by the Analyst Team and seen on asktraders.com. Now a few quotes from the article by the Team. “1. Ecolab (ECL) a global leader in water, hygiene, and infection prevention solutions, presents a straightforward ethical narrative. Its products and services help businesses reduce water consumption, improve hygiene standards, and prevent infections, contributing directly to public health and environmental protection… Analyst ratings remain in line with current pricing, with Wells Fargo & Company reiterating a price target of $260.00 in May 2025. With the Ecolab stock price having gained 14% since the start of the year, the company has managed to outperform the market on the period whilst holding true to it's ethical standing. While its dividend yield of approximately 1.1% is slightly higher than others on the list, its P/E ratio of around 38x indicates a similar valuation based on future earnings potential. 2. Microsoft (MSFT) presents a complex ethical profile. On one hand, its commitment to carbon neutrality, investments in renewable energy, and initiatives to bridge the digital divide are commendable… The stock's impressive 20% YTD return and a consensus analyst price target of $475 reflect market confidence in its financial stability and future growth, primarily driven by its cloud and AI segments, making it one to keep on shortlists… While Microsoft offers a modest dividend yield of around 0.7%, its high P/E ratio of approximately 36x suggests a premium valuation reflecting its growth potential rather than a focus on immediate shareholder returns. The company's low debt-to-equity ratio underscores its financial strength, allowing it to invest heavily in research and development and pursue ambitious sustainability goals. 3. United Natural Foods (UNFI) stock has pulled back ~15% this year, although remains firmly higher over the past 12 months, with a gain of more than 70%. The company, a leading distributor of natural, organic, and specialty foods, presents the most challenging investment case with the recent cyber incident causing a sharp pullback in the stock. This could in fact be an opportunity… Unlike Microsoft and Ecolab, United Natural Foods does not offer a dividend, reflecting its current financial constraints. Its low P/E ratio of around 8x suggests a deeply discounted valuation, reflecting the market's skepticism about its turnaround prospects. Andrew Graham likes low-beta stocks right now, encompassing names like Cisco Systems (CSCO), where he likes their innovation and a potential corporate tech cycle. He's also watching Synopsys (SNPS), which he calls “less expensive” than its peers. In energy, he likes EQT (EQT) as a natural gas play. June consumer inflation coming in as expected: Carl Quintanilla and Sara Eisen broke down the key categories to watch, sectors most impacted by tariffs, and what it all means for stocks alongside the Fed. Famed investor Mario Gabelli joined the team with his take on it all – along with some specific stock picks… While Former Fed Governor Randy Kroszner argued today's print doesn't move the needle on rates. Plus: a deep-dive on the big banks, as JPMorgan, Citi, and Wells Fargo kick off earnings from the group this week (all beating estimates). Also in focus: the President's headed to Pittsburgh today for Pennsylvania's first ever Energy and Innovation Summit… with billions of dollars in deals and commitments around AI and data centers expected to be (or already) announced. U.S. Energy Secretary Chris Wright joined the team live from the ground with his answers to America's growing power needs – along with recent OPEC developments, and more.

Paul Schatz thinks we could have a rally in 4Q up to $6,600 in the SPX, but thinks it will be hard to get there without a pullback first. “At some point, second half of the year, you're going to get a tariff tantrum…and markets are going to rally.” He argues that the market will move on past tariffs and onto some other news this year, fully pricing trade in. Some of his stock picks right now are Crocs (CROX), Lululemon (LULU), and Sherwin-Williams (SHW).======== Schwab Network ========Empowering every investor and trader, every market day.Subscribe to the Market Minute newsletter - https://schwabnetwork.com/subscribeDownload the iOS app - https://apps.apple.com/us/app/schwab-...Download the Amazon Fire Tv App - https://www.amazon.com/TD-Ameritrade-...Watch on Sling - https://watch.sling.com/1/asset/19192...Watch on Vizio - https://www.vizio.com/en/watchfreeplu...Watch on DistroTV - https://www.distro.tv/live/schwab-net...Follow us on X – / schwabnetwork Follow us on Facebook – / schwabnetwork Follow us on LinkedIn - / schwab-network About Schwab Network - https://schwabnetwork.com/about

Mike Block we're in for some “interesting times” on rates as the macro data gives Powell no incentive to move while President Trump claims rates should be as low as 1%. He previews the June jobs report and what a beat or loss could mean for markets. “Based on what I'm seeing,” Mike expects only one rate cut this year. He also sees major questions around the ‘Big Beautiful Bill' and reciprocal tariffs, both of which have upcoming deadlines. (2) The second article comes to us from the renowned Morningstar site. It's titled 2 Undervalued Automation Companies for Sustainable Investors. It's by Liz Angeles. Now, some quotes from her article. “The Morningstar Rating compares a stock's current price with Morningstar's estimate of its fair value, which is based on the present value of the company's future cash flow. Analyst: William Kerwin, CFA Price/Fair Value: 0.75 Morningstar Rating: ★★★★ ESG Risk Rating Assessment: Negligible Sector: Technology” End quotes. ------------------------------------------------------------- Great Stock Picks in 18 New Articles! (3) This third article has a perspective that many investors concur with and posits it regarding Netflix. The title of the article is Possible Stock Split? This Stock Has Surged 284% Since 2023 -- Here's Why You Shouldn't Wait to Buy It. It's by Adam Levy of The Motley Fool and found on finance.yahoo.com. Here are a few brief quotes from Mr. Levy's article. “But enacting a stock split can be a very strong signal from management to investors. Management will usually initiate a stock split after a run-up in the price of the stock. When it announces a split, it's suggesting the current run-up in price is justified and that it expects the price to continue climbing. On the other hand, the confidence boost provided by a stock split will only go as far as the company's next earnings report or news item. If the fundamentals of the business are no good, or the stock has gotten ahead of itself, it doesn't make sense to buy it just because of a stock-split announcement. One stock I've had my eye on looks poised for a stock split this year. It's up 284% since the start of 2023, and investors have an opportunity to get in now, whether management announces a split in the near future or not. [That stock is] Netflix (Nasdaq: NFLX).” End quotes. ------------------------------------------------------------- Great Stock Picks in 18 New Articles! (4) The fourth article I'm posting appeared recently on one of the finest sites I know. That is corporateknights.com. The article's title is Pandora's big bet on sustainability pays off. It's by Naomi Buck. Here are a few quotes from that article. “Pandora (PNDORA.CO) According to those who study consumer habits, millennials and Gen Zs are looking for two things when they go shopping: sustainability and individuality. One jewellery company is capturing hearts and wallets by offering both. Pandora, launched as a family-run jewellery shop in Copenhagen in 1982, has grown to become the world's largest jewellery maker, by pieces sold. And unlike much of its industry in recent years, Pandora's star is rising. As competitors like Tiffany and Signet see diminishing returns, Pandora ended 2024 with 31.7 billion krone (US$4.5 billion) in annual revenue, representing 13% organic growth… In 2019, following several years of declining sales, Pandora embarked on a new strategy: to expand its product line beyond the luxury charm bracelets for which it had become famous and go all in on sustainability. It established three new priorities: to decarbonize, push circularity and promote a more diverse corporate culture. While sustainability may be front of mind for younger buyers, [Pandora CEO Alexander] Lacik admits that the average jewellery shopper is looking primarily at design and price. (5) This fifth article was also posted on corporateknights.com with the same author as the previous article, Naomi Buck. Its title is Italy's ERG proves you can trade oil for renewables and win. Again, here are a few quotes from the article. “ERG (ERG.MI) In 2008, the Italian oil company ERG faced a crossroads. Having sold its 49% stake in a Sicilian refinery to Russian oil giant Lukoil just before the markets crashed, it had cash to burn. And it had a fundamental choice to make… By 2013, ERG had become Italy's leading producer of wind energy. It now has installed capacity in the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Poland, Romania, Bulgaria and Sweden, making it one of the continent's top 10 wind companies. It also owns major solar installations in Italy, Spain, France and the United States. ERG's wholesale transition from black to green took little over a decade, and with it the company redefined itself: no longer responding to Italy's demand for oil, it sees itself – in its own words – ‘inspiring change to power the future.'” End quotes. ------------------------------------------------------------- More articles of interest for ethical and sustainable investors from around the world 1. He says we could be in the middle of a recession right now and not know it yet, so he's focusing on maximizing the present.======== Schwab Network ========Empowering every investor and trader, every market day. Pro small-cap investor Mark Zaret discusses his investment rationale for two junior gold stocks in his portfolio. He also shares timeless investing wisdom regarding how patience and discipline have yielded him long-term profits on the other side of extreme market volatility. Throughout the interview, Mark shares his approach to small cap speculating which has produced tremendous wealth for himself over the decades. Mark began investing in the early 1990's and achieved a significant net worth by focusing on Canadian micro-cap companies, especially junior resource stocks. Success was achieved through a disciplined approach of investing primarily in early life-cycle companies with low market caps, high insider ownership, and executive boards with strong credentials. Mark is currently working at Spartan Fund Management as an analyst and strategist in the area of small and micro-cap investing.
