People voting in chat whether the top is in. But at the end of the day, you don't get paid for predicting. You get paid for following your system.If there's no sell signal, why panic?If there's no bearish cross, why bail?If price structure is still intact, what are we doing?That's the difference.The crypto segment was interesting too. Bitcoin down hard. Silver strong. We even overlaid charts and started noticing how capital might be rotating. That's the kind of stuff that gets fun. Not because it makes a flashy headline, but because it helps you think in terms of money flow instead of noise.Here's what we actually did:✅ Broke down the bank failure from a financial mechanics standpoint✅ Looked at whether a 10 percent correction is even supported by price✅ Examined Bitcoin versus silver and possible capital rotation✅ Executed real trades based on rules, not opinionsOne trade got closed for an 11 percent loss. And that's okay. It was a 2 percent portfolio hit. Controlled. Planned. Expected. Losses are part of the distribution. If you can't handle that, trading is going to eat you alive.Then we deployed capital into Plan ETF because the setup was there. Uptrend confirmed. Buy signal active. Heatmap under 70. Inside the value zone. Checklist complete. No guessing. No gut feel. Just execution.The account started the year at 50,000 dollars and is still up over 7 percent year to date. Not because of hype. Not because of predictions. Because of expectancy. Because of edge. Because of rules.That's the theme here.Trading is not about sounding smart. It's not about having the best macro narrative. Dit jaar kan zomaar hét jaar van Ethereum worden. Het netwerk voerde in december de grote Fusaka-upgrade door en kondigde daarnaast aan het tempo van de doorontwikkeling van het platform flink op te voeren. In de eerste helft van het jaar volgt een update met een Nederlands tintje: de Glamsterdam-upgrade. Ook daarna blijven ontwikkelaars werken aan de schaalbaarheid van de infrastructuur waarop steeds meer financiële instellingen hun producten bouwen. Niet alleen bekende DeFi-partijen, maar ook traditionele instellingen maken steeds vaker gebruik van blockchaintechnologie en vinden zo hun weg naar Ethereum. Deze partijen brengen kapitaal, kennis en nieuwe toepassingen met zich mee. Tegelijkertijd dwingt dat de van origine idealistische ontwikkelaars van Ethereum om hun platform vaker te positioneren richting grote, centrale partijen. Dat spanningsveld binnen de community leidde afgelopen najaar tot het vertrek van sterontwikkelaar Dankrad Feist, die opstapte na een meningsverschil met de geestelijk leider van het platform, Vitalik Buterin. Ook gaan we in deze aflevering in op de prijs van ether (ETH). Waar bitcoin een knotsgek jaar beleefde, bleef het vuurwerk bij ether grotendeels uit. Alle technische beloftes en de toename in gebruik van het platform vertaalden zich vooralsnog niet in een hogere koers. Op de beurs begonnen ondertussen verschillende bedrijven met het grootschalig inkopen van ether, naar het voorbeeld van Strategy. Bitmine is daarin de grootste speler, waarbij topman Tom Lee zich steeds vaker profileert als hét gezicht van Ethereum.
