The lunar nodes have moved out of Virgo and Pisces and into Leo and Aquarius (south node in Leo, north node in Aquarius) and they stay there into early 2028. The collective assignment: loosen the grip on me-centered living and lean into we-centered living. Fewer gurus, more actual community. The nodes aren't objects in the sky.

This week's astrology isn't asking you to hustle harder. It's asking you to slow down. In this episode, I share one of the biggest lessons the Universe has taught me over the last few years: that breakdowns are often breakthroughs in disguise. We talk about why manifestation isn't about grabbing the first opportunity that appears, why patience is a spiritual practice, and how learning to observe instead of react completely changed my life. We'll also explore the astrology behind this week, including the Sun trine Saturn, Pluto opposing Jupiter, and the approaching shift of the Lunar Nodes into Aquarius and Leo. If life feels like it's stretching you beyond your limits, this episode will help you understand why. ⏱️ Timestamps: 00:00 – The last week has been wild 04:44 – I'm not your Guru 07:41 – Let's get personal/story time 15:03 – The faster you drive 16:40 – Creativity 20:19 - How to Manifest Part 835679 26:47 - Astrology of the Week
In this episode we explore one of the most significant astrological shifts of the coming years: the Lunar Nodes moving into the Leo–Aquarius axis. As we collectively move from Virgo South Node/Pisces North Node into an 18-month journey of Leo South Node/Aquarius North Node, we unpack what this transition means for our individual purpose, creativity, community, and the evolution of humanity. We discuss the balance between authentic self-expression and collective contribution, why now is the time to stop hiding your gifts, and how embracing your unique voice is part of the new paradigm. We also share personal stories about living with these nodal placements, practical reflections for navigating this collective shift, and empowering affirmations to help you step into your role as a leader, healer, and creator in the years ahead. Key Takeaways: Why the Leo–Aquarius nodal shift marks a collective transition from individual identity toward authentic community, collaboration, and humanitarian impact. How embracing your unique creativity, voice, and gifts is essential for contributing to the healing and evolution of humanity. How the highest expression of Leo and Aquarius work together, allowing you to shine authentically while serving something greater than yourself. Why now is the time to release the fear of being "too much," embrace your uniqueness, and let your authentic self be seen. How Human Design, astrology, and the Lunar Nodes can offer powerful guidance for understanding your soul's evolution and the role you're here to play in the new paradigm. The Lunar Nodes have officially shifted into Aquarius and Leo, marking the beginning of an entirely new 18-month eclipse story. In this episode, I unpack what the Lunar Nodes are, why this shift matters, and how this new cycle invites us to balance individuality with community, creativity with contribution, and heart with vision. We'll explore the themes of the Leo-Aquarius axis, what the upcoming eclipses may bring, how to tell if you're experiencing a nodal return or reverse nodal return, and how to personalise this transit using your own natal chart. The Ultimate Manifestation Visualisation MeditationSubscribe to the Lunar Lover newsletterOrder a copy of All Signs Point To YouInternational readers order here. In this episode of So Divine!, Stephanie and Megan explore the celestial landscape for August. They discuss Chiron stationing retrograde, amplifying themes around Chiron's signature wounded healer archetype. They advocate for extra doses of self-care and compassion given our “ouch spots” may be triggered. They talk about the August Eclipses: the Leo Solar Eclipse and the Virgo Lunar Eclipse, and how it's helpful to embrace not-knowing and staying flexible as clarity is often eclipsed during this time. They explore the Lunar Nodes shifting into the Aquarius and Leo polarity, joining the outer planets now also residing in air and fire signs; with this, they note that while we're focused on ideas and inspiration, that it's still important to find sources of groundedness (earth) and emotional fluency (water) in our lives. They talk about the Minor Triangle being joined by Venus and Mercury mid-month, and how this turns the spotlight towards our relationships and communication. Stephanie chooses the tarot card for the month at random, the Six of Pentacles, and Megan explains how this card representing generosity and balanced-giving beautifully mirrors many of the astrological themes for the month.

This isn't my usual astrology forecast.Over the past month, I've been sitting with some big questions...Who am I now? Who am I becoming? And what if this next chapter of life isn't about doing more—but about going deeper? As we move through the Aquarius Full Moon (July 31), just days after Saturn stationed retrograde in Aries and the Lunar Nodes shifted into Aquarius and Leo, I've found myself reflecting not only on the astrology, but on how these energies are unfolding in my own life.In this video, I share some of that journey. Rather than simply explaining the transits, I wanted to explore what it looks like to live astrology—to allow it to become a guide for self-reflection, conscious choice, and authentic becoming.Together we explore:✨ What Mercury Retrograde in Cancer revealed about identity, home, and nurturing.✨ The invitation of the Aquarius Full Moon to move from seeking recognition toward making meaningful contribution.✨ The shift of the Lunar Nodes into Aquarius and Leo and the new evolutionary journey unfolding over the next 18 months.✨ Saturn retrograde as an invitation to recommit to what truly matters and build a life aligned with your deepest values.✨ Why doing less—but with greater intention and authenticity—may be exactly what this season is asking of us.This video is also a little different for me. It's less about forecasting the potential future and more about sharing how astrology has helped me navigate my own becoming. My hope is that, in hearing my reflections, you'll feel inspired to reflect on your own.I'd love to hear from you in the comments:What has this season been teaching you?Thank you for being here and for sharing this journey with me.With love, Dominique#AquariusFullMoon #Aquarius #Leo #LunarNodes #SaturnRetrograde #MercuryRetrograde #PlutoInAquarius #Astrology #NurturingAstrology #PersonalGrowth #ConsciousLiving #SelfDiscovery #SpiritualGrowth #Evolution #CollectiveConsciousness*******Follow & Subscribe to the show! In this episode, I unpack the astrology of the Full Moon at 6º Aquarius, including its powerful conjunction to Pluto, supportive aspects to Uranus and Neptune, and the rare Jupiter Cazimi in Leo happening at the very same time. We also explore what it means now that the Lunar Nodes have shifted onto the Leo-Aquarius axis, why this Full Moon feels like a preview of the eclipse story ahead, and how to work consciously with its energy. The Ultimate Manifestation Visualisation Meditation Subscribe to the Lunar Lover newsletter Order a copy of All Signs Point To You International readers order here. First Harvest at the ThresholdWe have been building toward this week for a month. Three great cycles named and tracked. Jupiter weaving through all three. The Sun following. This week they culminate, not in abstract outer planet contacts alone, but in the most personal luminaries available. The Sun and Moon activating all three great cycles simultaneously at Wednesday's Full Moon. And at the end of the week, the ancient Celtic festival of Lammas arrives, the first harvest. The earth's own wisdom confirming what the sky is saying. Something has been growing. It is time to begin gathering what it has produced.Key Cycles This Week:Monday, July 27: Sun in Leo trines Neptune in Aries and sextiles Uranus in Gemini. Lunar Nodes change signs: North Node enters Aquarius, South Node enters Leo.The Sun opens the week touching two of the three great cycles in flowing alignment. Vision becoming feelable. Sudden clarity about what is genuinely new in how you understand yourself and the world. On the same day the Lunar Nodes shift, an eighteen-month change in the direction of collective evolution. North Node in Aquarius calls the collective toward genuine community, collective intelligence, and the kind of power that arises from interconnection rather than concentrated authority. With Pluto already moving through Aquarius, the North Node arriving here deepens and confirms that direction.South Node in Leo asks what we are integrating and moving beyond, not Leo's genuine gifts of authentic creative expression and open-hearted generosity, but its shadow. The over-reliance on individual performance. The hunger for recognition that substitutes for genuine contribution. The leadership organized around the singular charismatic figure rather than the nourishment of the collective field. Where have I been performing rather than genuinely contributing? That is the South Node question.Wednesday, July 29: Venus in Virgo squares Mars in Gemini. Full Moon at 6 degrees of Aquarius conjunct Pluto, opposing Jupiter in Leo, sextile Neptune in Aries, trine Uranus in Gemini. Venus in Virgo's careful tending meets Mars in Gemini's speed and variety in friction. There may be tension between what you need in order to feel genuinely attended to and what the pace of the moment is actually offering. Name that honestly rather than adapting around it.And then the Full Moon, the culmination of everything this arc has been building toward. The luminaries activating all three great cycles simultaneously. Conjunct Pluto in Aquarius: what is ready to be released and transformed at the root, not only personally but collectively; what systems and inherited structures of power are ready to be genuinely transformed? Sextile Neptune: vision and inspiration present alongside the reckoning, the imaginal field open to what genuinely new collective life might look like. Trine Uranus in Gemini: something that has been building for weeks finds its moment of sudden clear arrival. The Full Moon falling on the newly activated nodal axis, North Node in Aquarius, South Node in Leo, the luminaries holding the direction of collective evolution in their light. This is not only an ending. It is a revelation. Pay attention to what you see. And ask honestly how what is being illuminated wants to be offered in service of the larger web rather than the personal story.Saturday, August 1: Lammas. In the ancient Celtic tradition, Lammas is the festival of first harvest, the midpoint between Summer Solstice and Autumn Equinox, when the first fruits of the growing season are ready to be gathered. The body knows this threshold even when the mind has forgotten it.The particular quality of this Lammas, held within the nodal shift toward Aquarius, asks a specific question. Not only what has ripened in you, but what has ripened that belongs to the larger field. The first harvest in earth-based tradition was never only personal abundance. It was shared. Brought to the community. Offered in gratitude to the web of life that made the growing possible.Name what has ripened. Hold it with gratitude. And begin asking how it wants to be offered as genuine contribution to the larger web.Larger FrameThe direction confirmed this week is toward Aquarius. Toward genuine community. Toward the collective intelligence that arises when individual gifts are offered in service of the whole rather than hoarded for personal recognition. The breakdown of dominator systems continues. The reckoning is not complete. But something has moved, in you, in the collective field, in the long arc of what is being born. An elder perspective does not require the completion of the transformation to recognize the reality of the harvest.Name what has ripened. Ask how it wants to serve. Trust the arc, even from inside it, even when its end is not yet visible.Reflection QuestionsAs the Lunar Nodes shift into Aquarius and Leo, where is the invitation to move from performing your gifts toward genuinely offering them in service of something larger than the personal story? What is the Full Moon illuminating that has been quietly present but not yet fully seen?At Lammas, what is the first fruit of your own long growing during this threshold time, and how does it want to be shared rather than kept?Podcast poem: For the Artist at the Start of the Day by John O'DonohueIf the depth of these cycles is stirring something in you, a desire for grounded support in understanding how they are moving through your own unique chart, I offer astrology sessions designed for exactly that. You can find the link to schedule under "What's Open Now" at my website ontheedgesofchange.com.Support the showGo to Sheila's website for information for transformational resources: https://www.ontheedgesofchange.comThis episode was co-created with generative AI, engaged as a soul-aligned ally in service of transformation. Who will you become when you commit? This weekend's astrology invites us to move beyond possibility and into participation.Mercury and Venus help us align our hearts and minds, while Neptune and Pluto continue their quiet work of reshaping our collective future. As the Human Design week shifts into the Gates of Leadership and Imagination, and the Lunar Nodes move into Desire and Commitment, we're invited to consider not only what future we long for—but what we're willing to devote ourselves to creating.By Sunday, Saturn turns retrograde in Aries, asking us to become our own authority, while the Sun in Leo opposes Pluto in Aquarius, challenging us to lead from the truth of who we are rather than from power or performance.Join me as we explore how this remarkable weekend invites each of us to imagine, commit, and ultimately become.
Leo Season is here, but this isn't just another trip around the zodiac. This is much more than an astrology forecast. The Lunar Nodes represent our collective evolutionary path, and this transit marks a profound shift away from ego, external validation, and personal performance toward collaboration, innovation, community, humanitarian ideals, and conscious evolution. What makes this cycle even more extraordinary is that the North Node enters Aquarius while Pluto is already transiting Aquarius, amplifying themes of transformation, technological breakthroughs, artificial intelligence, higher consciousness, spiritual awakening, and the emergence of new ways of living and connecting. Jill also explores historical parallels with previous Aquarius-Leo nodal cycles, including the fall of the Berlin Wall, the birth of the World Wide Web, the rise of smartphones and social media, and the 2008 global financial crisis—revealing how astrology often mirrors major turning points in world history. Jill shares: • What the Lunar Nodes are and why they're called the "Nodes of Destiny" • Why the North Node in Aquarius represents humanity's evolutionary future • The spiritual meaning of the South Node in Leo • How to release ego, comparison, pride, and the need for external validation • Why collaboration replaces competition during this cycle • The connection between Pluto in Aquarius and the North Node • Historical events during previous Aquarius-Leo nodal cycles • The deeper meaning of the Age of Aquarius • Collective predictions for 2026–2028 • Spiritual lessons for navigating this powerful karmic transition Book a Reading: www.jilljardine.com Jill Jardine is a professional astrologer, psychic healer, hypnotherapist, author, and spiritual teacher with more than 30 years of experience helping people navigate life through astrology, intuition, and consciousness-based practices. The Long Cycles ConvergeLast week we named three great cycles being activated simultaneously. This week Jupiter weaves through all three in rapid succession — bringing what is large and transpersonal into the realm of the humanly meaningful. Into story, culture, and the conversations where collective transformation actually takes root. This week also carries a transit that deserves its own moment of recognition. On Friday, Neptune in Aries sextiles Pluto in Aquarius, the two slowest moving planets in flowing alignment, directly activating their own great cycle seeded in the lates 1890s.And the Sun follows. Mercury stations direct. Saturn stations retrograde. A rare threshold is reaching its crescendo.Key Cycles This Week:Monday, July 20: Jupiter in Leo opposes Pluto in Aquarius and trines Neptune in Aries. Jupiter opens the week with two major contacts holding the essential tension of this entire threshold period. The opposition to Pluto, the Expander meeting the Transformer, activates the unfinished Uranus-Pluto Virgo revolution from the mid 1960's around power, identity, and who gets to flourish. Where does the desire to be fully seen meet the power structures that have historically demanded containment? On the same day Jupiter trines Neptune in Aries, activating the Uranus-Neptune Capricorn cycle from the early 1990's, the dissolution of old structures of authority and meaning. Flow rather than rupture. The invitation to imagine what might replace what is dissolving. Hold both transits together. The confrontation with power and the opening of new vision are the same threshold approached from two directions.Tuesday, July 21: Jupiter in Leo sextiles Uranus in Gemini. Jupiter completes its rapid weaving through all three long cycles. This sextile activates the Neptune-Pluto Gemini cycle from the late 1890's, the revolution in mind, communication, and shared reality. New ideas finding unexpected audiences. Connections forming between people and communities that would not ordinarily find each other. In two days Jupiter has touched all three great cycles, bringing each into the realm of collective story and shared meaning.Wednesday, July 22: Sun enters Leo. Leo season begins in a field already charged by everything building around it. The Sun in Leo asks what is genuinely alive in you that wants to be expressed — not performed, not managed, but genuinely offered from the place that knows its own worth. In a collective moment asking so much endurance, Leo season is not a distraction. It is a necessary counterweight.Thursday, July 23: Sun in Leo squares Chiron in Taurus. Mercury stations direct at 16 degrees Cancer. The desire to shine meets the wound of unworthiness in its most embodied form. Where does the body carry the memory of having been seen and found lacking? Let what is tender be visible to yourself at least. That is enough for today. At the same time Mercury stations direct, completing three weeks of retrograde review in the realm of feeling and belonging. What the interior work of these weeks revealed, the emotional truth that found language, the unfinished conversation revisited, is now ready to move forward. Trust what you know now. It is ready to be spoken.Friday, July 24: Neptune in Aries sextiles Pluto in Aquarius. Before Saturn and the Sun's confrontation with Pluto, something quieter and more vast deserves naming. The two slowest moving planets, the Imaginal Field and the Transformer, in flowing alignment. This is the great Neptune-Pluto cycle speaking to itself across time, the revolution in mind and shared reality seeded in the late 1890s now activated through a harmonious aspect between the two planets themselves. In the background of everything else moving through this week, this is a quiet and profound current. What is the imagination of humanity reaching toward beneath the noise and the breakdown? What is being dissolved so that something genuinely new can find its form? These are questions that do not resolve in a day. But they are worth sitting with as the longest arc of the three great cycles makes itself briefly, quietly known.Sunday, July 26: Saturn stations retrograde at 15 degrees Aries. Sun in Leo opposes Pluto in Aquarius. Saturn turning inward begins months of honest interior review. What structures in your life are genuinely serving who you are becoming? On the same day the Sun opposes Pluto, the Conscious Self meeting the Transformer directly. Where are you being asked to step into genuine visibility in the face of systems that have historically demanded your containment? Sun opposing Pluto makes that question undeniable. Sometimes the undeniable question is the most useful gift.Looking Ahead to Next WeekMonday, July 27 the Lunar Nodes change signs. The North Node enters Leo, the South Node enters Aquarius — an eighteen-month shift asking the collective to develop toward genuine creative expression and the courage to offer individual gifts in service of the whole.Wednesday, July 29 brings a Full Moon at 6 degrees of Aquarius conjunct Pluto, opposing Jupiter in Leo, and activating all three long cycles simultaneously. The Sun and Moon in direct contact with Pluto while touching Neptune in Aries and Uranus in Gemini. This is the culmination of everything this arc has been building toward. Its own fuller story is coming in next's week podcast.Reflection QuestionsAs Jupiter weaves through all three long cycles, which thread feels most urgently alive in your own life and community right now?Where does the Sun squaring Chiron illuminate a wound around visibility or worthiness, and what would it mean to let that be seen rather than managed around? As Mercury stations direct and Saturn stations retrograde on the same day, what emotional truth is ready to be spoken, and what inner structure is ready to be honestly assessed? You are being prepared for something. Stay present to the preparation.Podcast poem: Working Together by David WhyteIf what we have been exploring these past two weeks is resonating — the long cycles, the thresholds of becoming, the invitation to shed what is false and remember what is genuinely true in you — I want to offer something that meets exactly that territory. The Inner Alchemist's Path is a private podcast journey through seven thresholds of transformation. Communication, travel, and trade challenges escalate in April as Mercury and Mars enter Pisces. While we try to maintain an even keel, we may be at a loss. Though Mercury is weak in Pisces, it exchanges signs with Jupiter in Gemini. This lends itself to a deeper understanding than might be apparent at first glance. But you must take the rough with the smooth in April, as Mars's conjunction with Saturn and Neptune, which coincides with Mercury's conjunction, may leave you unsure how to respond. Things may feel like they're speeding up and slowing down at the same time.Mars conjunct Neptune alone makes things unclear. Best keep your interpretation of events wide open. It is a more creative time, although some would use this time to be creative with the truth.Venus spends much of the month in Aries before moving into Taurus. You must be mindful of potential tensions when it seems harder to get along. Together with Mercury in Pisces, conjunct Mars, Saturn, and Neptune, you may indeed say the very thing that gets you into trouble. Tap into the discernment of Jupiter in Gemini.Peace negotiations are likely a significant theme, given the ongoing wars that exacerbate problems in global structures. As tensions escalate, it becomes increasingly difficult to maintain a level head and respond rationally.Together with Mars, conjunct Neptune and Saturn in Pisces, the most obvious manifestation is the blockage of oil in the Middle East, likely due to increased fighting. This is likely to create disruptions in the economy and energy infrastructure, which is a larger story that must unfold in the coming months.Though these transits may feel disruptive, they also bring the changes many of us are ready to embrace. By the end of April, Venus enters Taurus, and we become more appreciative of life's simple pleasures, perhaps because many in the world are without even the basics. As the planet of love and beauty moves through its home sign, there is much to be grateful for. However, one important caveat: Venus conjoins Uranus in Taurus, once again shaking up resources and relationships, whether personal or global.April sees all the visible planets gathered on one side of the Lunar Nodes, creating a more pronounced sense of imbalance and a divisive atmosphere. Weather patterns may also be more extreme. The coming months are likely to be more extreme in various unusual and unpredictable ways. When everything is this polarised, events often push us toward one side or the other.Fortunately, the Sun's yearly exaltation in Aries from mid-April to mid-May restores a sense of confidence and initiative. It reminds us that we still have the strength to confront whatever challenges the month may bring, of which there are likely to be more than a few.

The Full Moon in Leo is a total lunar eclipse, reaching its maximum at 11:33 am GMT on March 3. Whether or not it's visible where you are, this is not an eclipse to observe outwardly. Instead, it invites stillness, as the Sun, Moon, Earth, and Lunar Nodes align. This alignment offers a moment of resolution. It's a chance to connect the dots and bring closure to matters linked with this area of your life.Collectively, we're likely to see revelations or reckonings involving leaders and authority figures. A clear example is the ongoing release of the 'Epstein files', exposing the decay at the heart of leadership and celebrity culture. With Ketu, the South Node, involved, there is a stripping away, reduction, or removal of what no longer holds. The eclipse occurs in Pūrva Phālgunī, 'the former fruitful one', highlighting the darker side of fame, pleasure, and celebrity. These themes have been intensifying since Ketu entered Leo last year and are now reaching resolution. On a personal level, this eclipse illuminates our own relationship with authority, autonomy, and self-expression. There is also the risk of projection: as Rāhu conjoins the Sun, a kind of mob mentality can emerge, demanding punishment or scapegoats. Groupthink may seek blood rather than understanding.Yet this is still a Full Moon in Pūrva Phālgunī — a creative, pleasure-seeking lunar mansion — celebrated in India as Holi, the festival of colours. Joy, creativity, and sensuality remain available, provided we acknowledge the shadow that accompanies this eclipse.
March is a divisive, electrically charged month, with all visible planets aligned on one side of the Lunar Nodes. Mars and a retrograde Mercury conjunct the North Node in Aquarius stir unrest, misinformation, and nervous energy, while the ongoing Saturn–Neptune conjunction in Pisces continues to dissolve idealism we can no longer rely on. The compensating factor is Venus exalted in Pisces, offering moments of grace, compassion, and connection amid the frenetic energy. Discernment is more possible, as Jupiter stations direct, keeping a close eye on proceedings.Venus in Pisces (March 1–25)Venus moves through its sign of exaltation, acting as the month's primary stabiliser. While it must pass through the Saturn–Neptune conjunction, it offers emotional softness, creative refuge, and spiritual connection. This supports compassion and empathy, but also warns against idealisation and escapism. Venus here can lift us above the chaos, but also asks us to stay grounded in reality.Full Moon in Leo — Total Lunar Eclipse (March 3)This total lunar eclipse marks a culmination and reckoning, particularly around leadership, authority, fame, and power dynamics. With Ketu involved, there is a stripping away — exposure, reduction, or removal of what no longer aligns with the groundswell movement in Aquarius. Personally, this eclipse asks for reflection on autonomy, self-expression, and projection. Collectively, it can fuel groupthink and scapegoating, even as it brings necessary revelations. Stillness, rather than reaction, is the wiser response.Jupiter Stations Direct in Gemini (March 11)Jupiter's direct station begins a slow restoration of perspective. Though uncomfortable in Gemini, Jupiter here encourages reassessment of information, narratives, and assumptions. This is not instant clarity, but a shift toward wiser discernment. It's a moment to pause, review what you know, and accept that decisions may still need to be provisional as the bigger picture emerges.Mars and Mercury Conjunct the North Node (March 13–15)This is one of the most volatile signatures of the month. Mars conjoined Rahu exaggerates drive, anger, and nervous tension before depletion sets in. Energy spikes are followed by burnout; action without awareness leads to disruption. This transit correlates with unrest, accidents, blackouts, tech issues, and erratic behaviour. The demand is for new strategies, not brute force. Persistence without adaptability may backfire.Sun in Pisces (March 14 – April 12)The Sun joins Saturn and Neptune, spotlighting leadership crises, power struggles, and confusion about direction. This exposes weaknesses, dissolving outdated structures. Though heavy, it offers the potential for humility, reflection, and recalibration — especially if ego is set aside. Equinox (March 20)The Equinox marks a threshold moment — a balance point between light and dark. With the New Moon and Lunar New Year occurring the day before, this period calls for slowness, attentiveness, and conscious transition. Rather than pushing forward, this is a moment to sense where the year is truly heading.New Moon in Pisces — Lunar New Year (March 19)This New Moon begins the Vedic year Parābhava, associated with decline, defeat, and the fall of entrenched power. Occurring in Uttara Bhādrapadā, it carries emotional gravity, moral seriousness, and the need for retreat. This is a deep reset — slow, deliberate, and foundational. The changes seeded now unfold over the coming year, demanding patience and trust in a longer arc of change.Mercury Stations Direct (March 21)Mercury's station brings the sense that movement is possible again, but with an important caveat: it remains tightly conjunct Rahu. While ideas and plans begin to take shape, confusion and distortion persist. This is a preparatory phase, not a moment for final decisions. Keep options open and allow clarity to mature into April.
Friend, mentor and sister astrologer Emily Trinkaus and I had a lively conversation about the astrological alignments of the moment on The Natural Wisdom Podcast. This month, February, brings us the most significant planetary combination since 2020: the conjunction of Saturn (reality, structure) and Neptune (dreams, dissolution). The transition from Piscean energy to that of Aries feels, at the moment, like the “end of the end” prior to emergence of the new. We offered our best advice on how to navigate these times gracefully:* The rebirth we are undergoing at the moment is happening in three phases;* We are undergoing a sea change around how we understand and wield our personal power;* How you invest your life force has immense implications for the long term, both for you and for all of us;* Mercury's retrograde in Pisces, which last happened in March of 2020, supports us to listen more deeply to our intuition rather than try to figure out what's going on;* The Aquarius Solar Eclipse and the Virgo Total Lunar Eclipse, and the final months of the Lunar Nodes in Pisces and Virgo remind us to own our selves and our bodies; stay tuned in to the here and now while also envisioning the future we want to see.Emily is leading a six week workshop series on aspects in astrology, beginning on February 20. Kristine is offering a free workshop on Saturn as your spiritual ally and truth-teller of your soul next Friday, February 13th.Let us know how it's going in the comments! This is a public episode. Here are the key dates: 1/1- 1/20 Mercury transits Capricorn 1/3 CANCER FULL MOON 1/17 Venus transits Aquarius 1/18 Aquarius New Moon 1/20-2/6 Mercury transits Aquarius 1/23 Mars transits Aquarius 1/26 Neptune transits into Aries It's going to be an unprecedented astrological year, as 5 major planets change signs and the Lunar Nodes shift into the Aquarius- Leo axis within the first 7 months of 2026. All this astrology means for a wacky and wild 2026. There are three Mercury retrograde cycles:Feb 26 – Mar 20, Jun 29 – Jul 23, Oct 24 – Nov 13. Major Eclipses in 2026: Annular Solar Feb 17, 2026; Total Lunar Mar 3, 2026; Total Solar Aug 12, 2026; Partial Lunar Aug 27–28, 2026. The February and March eclipses coincide with Mercury retrograde, Check out my previous podcast episode I recorded with Hilary Harley for more on the first six months of 2026. A major planetary shift occurs at the end of the month when Neptune shifts into Aries on 1/26 for the next 12 years. Slow-moving Neptune initiates a new long-term cycle of societal shifts that will bring new ideals, inventions, inspirations and creative impulses within the collective consciousness signifying — a generational shift that highlights creative action, and separating illusion from reality. January is an action packed month which will feel like two months because there's a marked difference between the beginning of the month and the end of the month. Early January is marked by a stellium of Capricorn planets including the Sun, Mercury, Venus and Mars morphed into Mountain goats climbing that mountain of karma. Then the gang goes gaga for Aquarius, as they all launch into Aquarian airspace the third week in Aquarius, with Venus kicking off the Airy fun fest on 1/17, joined by the Moon in Aquarius on 1/18 after the New Moon in Capricorn occurs that afternoon. Aquarian action amps up as the Sun transits in on 1/19, Mercury on 1/20 and Mars joins the cosmic party in time for my birthday on 1/23. Pluto is there welcoming them into the fold. I'll explain more later in the episode what the Aquarian Army means for us. In early January the Capricornian cluster makes it a powerful month for structuring your life, focusing on your ambitions and potential to achieve worldly or material goals. — a powerful time for career moves, organization, and success orientation. Mars mobilizes in Capricorn where he is exalted until 1/23 which gives drive, discipline and leadership energy. Mars makes it easier to initiate new plans, take on challenges and show up in life. Jupiter retrograde in comfy Cancer continues throughout January allowing for deep dives into the psyche to seek security emotionally and anchor into value systems which will go the distance. Neptune nudges forward into Aries on 1/26 leaving a Pisces puddle of delusions and illusions in its wake. Neptune's entrance into Aries on Jan 26 marks a long-term spiritual and identity shift. 2026 is a turning point, not because of what the planets will do to you, but because of what they invite you to participate in.In this 2026 Astrology Forecast, Leslie Tagorda explores the major planetary shifts shaping leadership, business, and community in the year ahead. The theme of 2026 is Survival of the Collaborative. Together We Rise. This episode looks at astrology as preparation, not prediction, with a focus on the Lunar Nodes moving into Aquarius and Leo and the call to move past applause and contribute to the collective.
We explore the “28° Sagittarius New Moon Searches Eternal Truth”.The 28°25' Sagittarius New Moon cosmic energies peak on 19 December at 8:43 p.m. EST (Washington DC) and 4:43 p.m. UT (Greenwich, UK). This week we synthesize with the New Moon astrology, numerology, tarot, Jyotish Nakshatra, and Sabian Symbols—a mystical imagery set serving as a unique tool for personal exploration and astrological insight. This is a very thoughtful New Moon despite most all the planets now traveling direct except for a few still traveling in apparent retrograde motion. They are expansive Jupiter, the awakener Uranus, alchemist Chiron, and inclusive disrupter Eris. However, our thoughts rotate as Mercury, now totally out of its recent retrograde path, positions square to the Lunar Nodes. Often called the bendings, our focus turns to the south node in Virgo to figure what form of its archetype we personally need to release. Because Jupiter that rules this new moon makes efforts to adjust to what values really are at the core of understanding a renewed belief system that might include all of oneself as well as in recognition of others. A tall order unless we are willing to readjust our alliances with refocused values.Joining Sue Rose Minahan from Kailua-Kona, Big Island, HI, are Justin Crockett Elzie of Port Angeles, WA, and Elizabeth (Liz) Muschett from Camano Island, WA. A Pisces First Quarter Moon could bring a crisis of faith; and Venus finishes her busy week and her time in Scorpio with an opposition to Uranus and a trine to Neptune, before entering merry Sagittarius. And unfortunately, this is another week that is so full of aspects to talk about that, once again, there's no time for a listener question! Plus: Making camp, the places that fit us, and sacred arts. This week marks six years since April and co-host Jen Braun aired the very first episode on Nov. 26, 2019. [2:39] Mars squares the Lunar Nodes (Nov 24, 5:32 am PST) Mars in Sagittarius jolts us out of Virgo South Node perfectionism and toward the Pisces North Node's realm of faith, imagination, and possibility. Even small steps toward our dreams bring rewards—even if they don't look exactly like we imagine. [5:09] Mercury conjunct Venus (Nov 24, 5:52 pm PST, 22°45' Scorpio). On the whimsical Sabian symbol, A bunny metamorphosed into a fairy, Mercury and Venus merge their magic in transformative Scorpio. Through what we love—and how we summon it verbally—we encounter opportunities for Scorpionic metamorphosis. [6:50] Venus forms harmonious trines to Jupiter in Cancer (Nov 26, 8:31 am PST) and Saturn in Pisces (Nov. 26, 3:48 pm PST). Venus–Jupiter: Pleasure, ease, and maybe a little luck—if we're willing to look beneath the surface. Venus–Saturn: Clarity around needs vs. wants. Themes of self-reliance, wisdom, and sufficiency arise. Venus' Sabian symbols: 25 Scorpio, An X-ray, and 26 Scorpio, Indians making camp. [9:30] Saturn Turns Direct (Nov 27, 7:51 pm PST, 25°09' Pisces). After months of inward restructuring, Saturn emerges direct on Sabian symbol 26 Pisces, A new moon that divides its influences, symbolizing new beginnings and individuation. [11:15] Pisces First Quarter Moon (Nov 27, 10:59 pm PST, 6°17' Sagittarius/ Pisces). A call to action on intentions seeded at the Scorpio New Moon (Nov 19). Sagittarian certainty meets Piscean feeling—what action feels like the right next step? [13:47] This is the First Quarter phase in a Lunar Phase Family cycle that began at the Pisces New Moon (9º40' Pisces) of Feb 27, 2025. What were you dreaming of then? Now's the time to take action. Future critical moments in this cycle: Full Moon on Aug 27, 2026 (4º54' Pisces), Last Quarter on May 28, 2027 (7º01' Pisces). [16:11] Void-of-Course Moon Periods. Nov 25: Moon in Capricorn sextiles Neptune (1:10 am PST) and is VOC for one hour, 5 minutes before entering Aquarius at 2:15 am PST. The pragmatism and organization of the Capricorn Moon provides a strong structure for Neptune's intuition. [17:00] Moon in Aquarius squares Uranus (Nov 27, 9:53 am PST) and is VOC for 1 hour 31 minutes before entering Pisces (11:24 am PST). No matter how unconventional we consider ourselves to be, there are times we'd still like to fit in. [18:47] Moon in Pisces conjoins Neptune (Nov 29, 4:05 pm PST). It's VOC for 1 hour and 2 minutes, then enters Aries (5:07 pm PST). Go within and see what you find there. [19:33] Mercury Stations Direct (Nov 29, 9:38 am PST, 20°42' Scorpio). Retrograde since Nov 9, Mercury turns direct—but with “retrograde residue” through Dec 16. April shares her thoughts on Mercury retrograde “confirmation bias” and her plan to track Mercury mishaps while it's direct. [21:55] Venus Opposes Uranus (Nov 29, 6:48 pm PST, 29º05' Scorpio-Taurus, Sabian Symbols 30 Scorpio: Halloween jester and 30 Taurus: Peacock parading on an ancient lawn. A nudge to question outside influences on money, values, and desire. What do you truly want—not what society says you should? [24:07] Venus Trine Neptune (Nov 30, 12:48 am PST, 29º24' Scorpio-Pisces). A dreamy, romantic, and potentially bewildering transit. Wonderful for release and spiritual clarity—just take care not to idealize the wrong person, purchase, or path. [25:32] Venus Enters Sagittarius (Nov 30, 12:14 pm PST). Through Christmas Eve, Venus revels in adventure, cultural exploration, music, and the great outdoors. Perfect for discovering beauty in unexpected places. [27:50] Another packed week of planetary activity leaves no room for listener questions—April promises they will return soon! The lunar nodes are arguably one of modern astrology's most elusive topics. Sometimes called the “nodes of fate,” they've been linked to everything from past lives to future potential. These mathematical points mark where the Sun and Moon's paths cross, creating eclipses. While they're a topic of contention among modern astrologers, historically, the North Node signified "more" and the South Node "less." In Indian astrology, these are personified as Rahu (the insatiable head, crying "More!") and Ketu (the tail, releasing with "Less!"). This dynamic is central to my conversation with astrologer and friend Micki Pellerano of Time Lord TV, where we discuss the roles of the lunar nodes in astrological practice and their evolving interpretations.ABOUT MICKIMicki Pellerano is a Cuban-American artist and occultist whose practices have established a preeminent career in Hellenistic and Vedic astrology. His work combines elements of diverse media, as well as ritual symbolism derived from both Eastern and Western esotericism. His practice known for its predictive accuracy and remedial approach is maintained alongside frequent writings and presentations on art and metaphysical topics. He teaches astrology on several platforms and is host of the program Time Lord TV. July 22 (6:29 am PDT, through Aug. 22). The Sun rules Leo and favors recreation, play, creative self-expression, and love affairs. The tarot card that's associated with Leo is Strength and the card is associated with the keyword compassion. In medical astrology, Leo rules the spine and the heart, fitting for a sign that is so associated with dignity, courage, and vitality. Leo season is a good time to tend whatever it is that keeps us strong and centered. [8:43] On Tue. July 22 (10:32 PM PDT), the Sun sextiles Uranus at 00°38' Leo and Gemini. The Sun, which represents ego, vitality, and awareness, is now spotlighting the themes of change, innovation and reinvention. [10:36] Venus squares Mars (Wed. Neptune's Sabian symbol is 3 Aries, A cameo profile of a man, in the outline of his country. [16:38] Moon Report! The Leo New Moon (Thu. July 24, 12:11 pm PDT) is at 2°08' Leo on Sabian symbol 3 Leo, A woman having her hair bobbed. This is our moment to shine, express ourselves boldly, initiate something creative or romantic. Not all rules deserve to be followed, and sometimes we have to refuse to conform in order to claim freedom to be ourselves. [19:14] Lunar Phase Family Cycle (LPFC). This New Moon begins a lunar phase family cycle that continues over the next few years, offering plenty of time to realize Leo New Moon ambitions. The First Quarter (first action point) is on April 23, 2026, the Full Moon (awareness point) is on Jan. 22, 2027, and the Last Quarter Moon (final action point) is on Oct. 22, 2027. July 23 (5:42 PM PDT), the Moon sextiles Mars. It's VOC for 14 hours and 46 minutes then enters Leo on Thu. July 24 (8:28 AM PDT). This can be a good day to organize your home. [23:50] On Sat. [24:54] The Sun opposes Pluto at 2°35' Leo-Aquarius on Thu. July 24 (11:33 PM PDT). This powerful alignment comes only once a year and it invites a kind of personal reckoning. Think of it as kind of an energetic cleanse. The Sun's Sabian symbol is 3 Leo, A woman having her hair bobbed. Pluto's Sabian symbol is 3 Aquarius, A deserter from the navy. Let go, stand firm in your truth, and don't be afraid to challenge the rules that don't fit. [27:08] Listener Questions will be back next week!
