Send us a textHot damn, this is a fun one! Our friends at the Standard Deviant Brewing Co invited us to record on location at their 7th annual chili cook off, and as regular patrons, we can say without a doubt it's one of the most fun events of the year. You'll meet all ten of the competing teams, learn about their secret recipes, and the inspiration behind their costumes (true to SF, we saw everything from ass cheeks to #FreeLuigi). Plus Erin and Ange catch you up on their January shenanigans, including laughing their assess off at multiple SF Sketchfest shows, closing out a karaoke bar to Sinead O'Connor on a Monday night, and recovering from a hysterectomy (#MiddleAgedWomen). Be sure to guess who you think will win, because we also bring you the exciting conclusion to the chili cook off, including some unique awards that you won't want to miss. We have some amazing service clubs in Huron County and one of my favourites is Goderich Rotary. Initially, I thought this chat would be mostly about their annual Chili Cook-Off but I was quickly reminded of how many things this amazing group does, including: an annual golf tourney, an exchange student program, the famous hot dog wagon, the shred it event, Rotary Cove and the Beach Hut and of course the cook-off which I'm excited to be taking part in again this year.Past president Rosemary Davis is here today to talk about all that and later in the episode we will chat with Kim Burgsma about The Goderich Fishes & Loaves program that will benefit from this year's Rotary chili cook-off.

Sin has a strategy for you, but He offers a redemptive, peacemaking alternative—if we'll trust Him. Join us for our 5th Sunday service, Raising Cain. Come hungry! Chili Cook Off to follow!

Thank you very much to our sponsor Mason Mill Chiropractic Book your appointment on the web at www.masonmillchiro.com or call (404) 321-0082. Head there this Wednesday for the annual Chili Cookoff! 1: We looked really competent in the first 30 minutes. We played with a lot of energy and the composure match. Considering all the absences, our defensive composure was something to be pleased with. Unfortunately it all fell apart after the first goal. 2: Both teams' identities were on full display. We continued to play out the back 100% of the time and Toronto relied on their counter pressure and turning us over, which to be fair we greatly aided them in. They executed their game perfectly and we failed ours miserably. 3: As expected, our attack was lacking. Firmino, the magic man, was the invisible man tonight. Saba was really the only player finding himself in dangerous positions until Rios and Mosquera entered. Would've preferred a triple sub made with Xande. 4: On a couple positive attacking notes, Brooks' service into the box is on another level this year. It was frustrating to see us not utilize the wings more when clearly nothing was happening centrally via combination and link up play. Mosquera still looks dangerous and Rios looked like he will be valuable. 5: It's not going to show on the player ratings because of the two goals conceded but Brad still looks very good. He made some great saves tonight and the loss isn't on him. Join the ATL UTD FANTV Discord https://discord.gg/VyXeRYVy
