Cette maman parfaite qui a toujours le sourire, qui gère son business, ses gamins et son compte Instagram comme une star. Un sondage mené en 2018 auprès de 500 Canadiennes déplore l'influence pas toujours très positive des réseaux sociaux sur les jeunes mamans. 82% des sondées ont avoué qu'elles se comparaient aux autres mères présentes sur ces canaux, et 69% ont même un sentiment d'insécurité vis-à-vis de la maternité à cause des réseaux sociaux.Suis-je une bonne mère ? Est-ce que j'élève mon enfant correctement ? Ne devrais-je pas faire plutôt comme elle ?Bonne nouvelle, en 2023 la mumfluenceuse n'est plus un rôle modèle unique. Etre maman c'est difficile et c'est ok ! —Parmi les pionnières, Clémentine Galey et son podcast Bliss Stories ont lancé un mouvement fort en FranceEn France, c'est vraiment la scène podcast qui a été déclencheur de ce mouvement. Libéré la parole, permettre de la visibilité à certains sujets oubliés ou volontairement enterré par le médias traditionnels.-Le hashtag #postpartum explose sur à peu près toutes les plateforme socialesSur TikTok, le hashtag #postpartum a généré 10,8 milliards de vues sur les vidéos. On y trouve des vidéos de femmes partageant leur cicatrices, leurs vergetures, leur difficultés à accepter la transformation de leur corps après l'accouchement. C'est aussi une Youtubeuse avec 373k abonnés elle poste des vidéos depuis 6 ans et c'est passionnant de remonter un peu son feed Youtube pour constater la bascule. Il ya 6 ans c'était vraiment une chaine classique de Youtubeuse avec des astuces, des autos et des morning routines. Mais il ya eu une bascule. —Peanut, le réseau social des MumsPeanut se définit comme un safe space où les femmes peuvent trouver des amitiés et du soutien tout au long de la fertilité, de la grossesse et de la maternité. https://www.peanut-app.io/C'est une application social qui fonctionne comme un club.Il ya des forums, des articles de fonds et aussi des rooms audio qui ressemblent à des Twitter spaces. Howard Berger and Marshal Julius are with us!  You probably remember Howard from episodes 74 and 284. He's the co-founder of the KNB EFX Group AND he's an academy award and emmy award winning special effects artist.  It's hard to do this guy justice… because he's been involved with over 800 feature films and television shows. He's worked with some of the biggest names in show business. He and his business partner Greg Nicotero are responsible for allllll of the zombies in the Walking Dead. He's done All of Quentin Tarantino's movies.  He's Mark Wahlberg's go-to guy for special effects.  He and his team did the Chronicles of Narnia… for which they won the Academy Award for Best Make Up. He got another academy nomination for his work on HITCHCOCK.  And just about every horror movie that's scared the crap out of you over the past 20 to 30 years… there's a VERY good chance Howard had something to do with it.  And just try to wrap your mind around this… for ONE tv show… The Orville… they have created over 1000 designs…  that's just ONE show!!! Now… let's talk about Marshall Julius.  I'd classify him as a modern day renaissance man!  He's an author… he's an artist.  By the way… his art has been purchased and shared around the world.
