We also talked about Bob Golic taking some type of horse medicine that gave him horse breath and he would sack Boomer and breathe in his face. Jerry returns for an update but first we talked more about Boomer's pin striped suit causing a ‘zoot suit riot'. Jerry started with the Chiefs beating the Bills. With less than 2 minutes to play, the Bills missed a FG wide right. Again. Josh Allen doesn't want you to blame the loss on the kicker. Jerry also has the sounds from the Lions beating the Bucs 31-23. Jerry went around the NHL for the locals last night. The Islanders fired their head coach and brought in Patrick Roy. In the final segment of the hour, as Jordan Love was playing well in the first half, Aaron Rodgers hit a hole in one. Boomer said the Packers and Texans are going to be really good for the next few years. Antonio Pierce is now the official Head Coach of the Raiders. Boomer wonders why Jerry Reese hasn't been hired as a GM somewhere since leaving the Giants. He won two Super Bowls. Gio feels Boomer is being very aggressive this morning, even when Gio is agreeing with him.

We had another situation involving a fumble going out of the endzone, resulting in a turnover for the Chiefs instead of a TD. Gio wonders how you bet against Patrick Mahomes at this point, but Boomer said the Ravens have been ‘kicking everybody's asses'. Steff Diggs is most likely done in Buffalo and won't be back next season. Something has been off with him and the Bills. Jerry is here for his first update of the day but Gio said if the sports gods were real, Damar Hamlin would have got the first down on the fake punt. Jerry has audio of the Bills missing a FB, wide right. We also heard from Patrick Mahomes after the win. Josh Allen said losing sucks. Earlier in the day the Lions beat the Bucs to go to the NFC Championship game for the first time in 32 years. Baker Mayfield said he felt like his heart was ripped out. Shannon Sharpe talked about CeeDee Lamb's mom posting that she wants Dak Prescott out. Micah Parson's brother wants him out of Dallas and Dak Prescott's brother wants him out. In the final segment of the hour, both coaches made boneheaded moves at the end of Bucs/Lions. A caller said the Kelce brothers are attention whores. Jerry returns for his final update of the day and starts with the Bills going wide right again. It would have tied the game late. Josh Allen said losing sucks. The Lions beat the Bucs and Dan Campbell is impressed they are one of the last 4 teams standing. CBS host Katie Mox had her undergarments taken at the airport. Gio imagines if Adam Schein is the one who stole them. In the final segment of the show, the Atlanta Falcons head coaching job appears to be wide open as they have interviewed a ton of guys including Bill Belichick and John Harbaugh. Boomer said he believes Belichick is going to Atlanta, they first have to work out who will be doing what jobs in the front office. How would Belichick and Rich McKay get along? It's an interesting dynamic. Brian Flores hasn't gotten a single interview and it must be because of the lawsuit he has against the NFL.

The Jets also had a game changing roughing the passer call that negated a Jets TD on a pick six for roughing the passer. It would have made the score 17-3 going into the half. Jerry is here for his first update of the day but he is sick this morning. We heard from Ian Eagle on the Jets interception return that was called back for roughing the QB. Belichick knew it was a huge 10 point swing to end the half. Jerry has a bunch of clips from Zach Wilson post game. Elijah Moore doesn't know about his chemistry with Zach since he doesn't get any balls thrown his way. The Giants lost in Seattle thanks to two fumbled punts by Richie James. Geno Smith dedicated the game to Ben McAdoo and Jerry Reese. The Packers lost again, this time to the Bills in Buffalo on SNF. In the final segment of the hour, a caller wants to know if it's Zach Wilson's fault or Mike LaFleur's?  Hour 2: The Giants didn't seem to have Saquon Barkley as part of their gameplan in the first quarter of the game. Boomer said Brian Daboll is stopping Daniel Jones from having too many dips in games. Boomer thinks the Jets are treating Zach Wilson like a child. Kyrie had an exchange with a reporter after the game Saturday for promoting the antisemitic film. Jerry says he would cut Kyrie at this point. In the final segment of the hour, Boomer broke down a few of the Zach Wilson interceptions.  Hour 3: There was a lot of scoring in the early games in the NFL yesterday. Gio's favorite play of the day was Justin Fields leaping over Micah Parsons instead of touching him while he was done. There is a lot of soul searching going on in the Pittsburgh locker room now that Ben Roethlisberger is gone. What is going on with Josh McDaniels and the Raiders? The Bills are currently 12 ½ point favorites over the Jets. What AFC team besides the Chiefs has a chance to go into Buffalo and win there? Boomer loves the Niners this year too. The Eagles might go 17-0 according to Gio. Jerry returns for an update but first Boomer wants to know if you would rather have Jalen Hurts or Lamar Jackson. Jerry has audio from the Giants loss in Seattle. The Jets lost to the Patriots and Zach Wilson threw 3 picks. Brandon Tierney did an instant reaction video to the Jets from his car. Und Remo nimmt sich Carson Wentz zur Brust, dessen Goalline Fumble extrem kostspielig war. Es gab aber noch weitere Punkte, die zur Niederlage der Eagles gegen Seattle geführt haben. Danach blicken wir auf den wichtigen Sieg der Saints gegen die Panthers. Einmal mehr war Alvin Kamara nicht zu stoppen. Doch auch Drew Brees und Mark Ingram hatten ihre Momente. Carolina hingegen fand keine Antwort und lieferte zum zweiten Mal in Folge eine wenig inspirierende Vorstellung ab. Zum Schluss geht es natürlich ums Monday Night Game. Die Pittsburgh Steelers sind zu Gast bei den Cincinnati Bengals. Auf dem Papier deutet alles auf eine klare Angelegenheit zugunsten der Steelers hin, doch das könnte anders kommen. Wir sagen euch, warum.
