"...Give charity without delay, for it stands in the way of calamity..."This week, I'm reflecting on several sayings of the Prophet Mohammad and the Quran and along with the definition of Sadaqah.Reflection questions:How are framing our messaging around giving to include this meaning of charity as speaking truth? How do we give our donors the opportunity to speak truth, to speak up when our missions are facing some type of external challenge?Reflection on quotes:We are in the middle of Ramadan, a holy month for Muslims. A common practice during the month is giving voluntarily to charity, which is also known sadaqah. The meaning of each religious concept of charity points to the underlying motivation. The word, sadaqah, is defined as to be truthful, true or sincere, to speak the truth, to establish or confirm the truth of what is said, sincerity, soundness, excellence in a variety of different objects and the giving for the sake of Allah.  In general, sadaqah means a noble act of giving by a person to others sanctified for the sake of Allah in many forms and ways according to one researcher. So, this week, I'm reflecting on several sayings of the Prophet Mohammad and the Quran. As I read the definition of sadaqah, I thought about how giving brings truth to the donor, the organization or person receiving it, and to our communities. By giving, the donor has the opportunity to engage more deeply with the causes we serve.  By giving, the donor lives out their true intentions and desires for our communities.  By giving, the donor speaks the truth that our missions matter. These quotes have entered the public domain. What do you think? Three news stories summarized & contextualized by analytic journalist Colin Wright.Congress averts government shutdown with last-minute scrambleSummary: With just 32 minutes to spare, US lawmakers prevented a government shutdown (of their own making) by passing a stopgap measure that will fund the government for the next 45 days.Context: The legislation that was ultimately passed was bipartisan and generally acceptable to everyone except the far-right Republican House Representatives who were attempting to get their policy priorities signed into law, and failing that, were happy to push the government into a shutdown; instead, House Republicans were able to get House Democrats, and the Democrat-controlled Senate on board with one of their proposals by removing a small amount of funding for Ukraine, which the Dems didn't like, but including everything else the Dems wanted; this is generally being seen as a victory for Democrats, will probably put a target on House Speaker McCarthy's back, as those far-right members of his party have said they would try to oust him if he worked with the Democrats in this matter, and it's likely we'll have to deal with this same issue in another month-and-a-half, so while a shutdown has been averted for now, it's anyone's guess as to how things will play out the next time we have to go through all this.—The Washington PostOne Sentence News is a reader-supported publication. After a bit of back and forth, the Los Angeles Dodgers have decided to feature the drag group Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence during their pride month celebrations and even award them a Community Hero Award. The “sisters” are a mockery of a Catholic religious order and perform blasphemous parodies of Christianity and the sacraments. Their tagline is “Go forth and sin some more,” a perversion of the words of Jesus. Other examples of their acts are too evil to mention.   As Robert George of Princeton observed,   If men wearing hijabs were to prance around mocking Muslim women, insulting Islam and faithful Muslims, and ridiculing the sayings of the Prophet Mohammad, their bigotry would be widely and rightly condemned. What would the Los Angeles Dodgers do? Praise them? Give them an award?  We need to pray for all those who are trapped in these perversions while also calling out the Dodgers for their bigotry against Christianity.

Allah revealed the revelation: O Muhammad, I have already decided about my servants before their creation and this decision of mine will remain in force. I will destroy as many of them as I will and I will guide whom as many as I want. And I have given your knowledge to Ali after you. And after you, among your people and your nation, made him your minister and your caliph. And this is my absolute decision: that he who harbors enmity with them and rejects their guardianship after you will not enter Paradise. Who held grudge against them, he held a grudge against me. He who held enmity with them, he held enmity with you, and who held a grudge against you, he held enmity with me. He who loved them, he loved you, he who loved you, he loved me. I gave them the privilege that eleven Mahdi will be born from their bones, all of them will be from your descendants, from the progeny of Fatima. The last of these eleven will be followed by Isa bin Maryam. He will fill the earth with justice just as would be filled with injustice. Through him, the people suffering from death will be saved, the people trapped in error will be guided. Blind people will get sight through him, and the sick will be healed. I said: O my God! When will all this happen? It was revealed, it will happen at the time when: Knowledge will be removed from the world and ignorance will be all over Recitation will be done frequently but the Qur'an will be followed less often Killings will be more frequent The jurists of guidance will be few and the jurists of misguidance and treachery will be more Poets will be numerous and abundant Your nation will turn graves into mosques The Quran and mosques will be decorated well There will be a lot of riots Evil, evil deeds, and major sins will be open without any regard to humility Your Ummah will be ordered to do evil things and be prevented from doing good things. Men will be satisfied with men Women will be satisfied with women Leaders will be Kafir and infidels, their friends will be Fajir and their assistants and helpers will be tyrants, their advisers will be transgressors. At that time there will be: Three eclipses - one will be in the east, the other will be in the west. , and the third will be an island in Arabia Basra will be destroyed by a person from your seed, with Zanuj (Abyssinians) behind him. Then a person from the descendants of Hussain will come out Dajjal will appear from Sajistan in the east, and Sufyani will appear I said: O my God! The series of these troubles will last for how long after me? Then there was a revelation through which Allah Ta'ala made me aware of the trials of Bani Umayyah and the trials of My uncle's children - Banu Abbas, and everything that will happen until the Day of Resurrection. Then when I returned from Meraj and came to the earth, I told my cousin everything that was going to happen and conveyed the message of Prophethood. And I praise Allah for this, just as the previous prophets praised Him and like me, everything praised Him, which Allah Almighty will continue to create until the Day of Judgment.

It is narrated on the authority of Ibn Abbas that the Messenger of Allah PBUH said: "When my Lord Dhul-Jalal called me to Ascension, a voice came: O Muhammad! . I said: I am present, I am present my Lord. Then Allah revealed to me: O Muhammad! Do you know that there was a disagreement between Mullah Aala on some matter? I said: Oh my God! I don't know about it. Allah Almighty said: O Muhammad! Did you take any of the men after you as your representative, minister, brother, and executor? I said: Oh my Lord! Who should I choose? So please choose for me. Allah Almighty revealed to me: O Muhammad! I have chosen Ali among the men for this I said: Oh my Allah! He is my cousin. The revelation was revealed: O Muhammad! Yes, Ali will be your inheritor after you, and the inheritor of your knowledge, and on the Day of Resurrection, your Flag Bearer of Lawaii Hamd), and he will be the steward of your cistern (Kawsar), and he will quench the thirst of the believer who comes from your Ummah Then Allah revealed the revelation: O Muhammad! I have sworn by my Nafs that those who have hatred and enmity against you, your family and your pure offspring will never be able to drink water from this reservoir. And O Muhammad! I say the absolute truth that I will enter all your ummah into Paradise, only that person who refuses to go to heaven will be left alone. I said: Oh my God! How can anyone refuse to go to heaven? Allah revealed the revelation again: O Muhammad! I have chosen you from among My creations and chosen a successor after you and given him a status second to you that Aaron had from Moses, but that there will be no prophet after you. I have made his love in your heart. And have made him the father of your children. Therefore, after you, he has the same right over your ummah that you have over your ummah during your life. Now whoever denied his right, he denied your right, whoever denied friendship and love with him, he denied friendship and love with you, and whoever denied your friendship and love, then understand, he refused to go to heaven. Seeing this grace of Allah, I immediately fell into prostration. Then a preacher said O Muhammad! Raise your head in prostration and you will get what you ask for. I said: Oh my Allah! After me, gather all my Ummah on Wilayat Ali, so that on the Day of Resurrection, they will all come to me on the Hauz Kausar. Allah revealed the revelation: O Muhammad, I have already decided about my servants before their creation and this decision of mine will remain in force. I will destroy as many of them as I will and I will guide whom as many as I want. And I have given your knowledge to Ali after you. Magic has been a topic of intrigue, fascination, and fear for centuries. From ancient civilizations to modern times, people have been drawn to the idea of harnessing supernatural powers to manipulate the world around them. Black Magic is focused on bringing out the darker side of human nature to cause harm, deception, and deviation. In this book, we explore the complex relationship between magic and Satan, the history of magic in the Quran, devilish uses of magic mentioned in the Quran, and the protection against Black Magic (Sehar). The book is divided into four sections, each delving into a different aspect of magic. The first section explores the relationship between Satan and magic, unpacking the tools of Satan, the role of black magic, and understanding who is impacted by magic. The second section takes a deep dive into the history of magic from the Quran, with chapters dedicated to the relationship between Satan and magic at the beginning of time, the magic of Harut and Marut, the role of Harut and Marut in the history, the story of Prophet Sulaiman and the magic craft, and the circumstances at the time of the Prophet Mohammad PBUH when Verse 102 of Surah Al-Baqrah was revealed. The third section delves into the devilish uses of magic mentioned in the Quran, including understanding the purposes and mechanisms of magic, the power of harm, deception, and conflict, and the dark side of Sehar. Finally, the fourth section provides recommendations for protection against black magic, including recommended actions, and the story of the battle against magic from the life of Prophet Mohammad (pbuh). The purpose of this book is to provide a comprehensive understanding of magic and its relationship with Satan, the history of magic in the Quran, and the ways in which magic can be used for harm. By understanding the complex nature of magic, we can better protect ourselves. With this book as a guide, readers will have the tools they need to protect themselves from the dangers of black magic and gain a deeper understanding of the role of magic in human history.

According to narrations from our Imams, a Jewish man named Lubaydeb Na'asam crafted a magic spell to harm Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). Satan had a hold on this Jewish man, and he created a spell by tying different knots in threads and reciting whispers over them called "nafasatil feluqad". Lubaydeb then tied this thread around a branch of a palm tree and threw it into an old abandoned well outside Medina. The next day, the Prophet fell sick, and Jibrael (peace be upon him) came to him and informed him that it was due to the spell cast by Lubaydeb Na'asam. Jibrael (peace be upon him) instructed the Prophet to send someone to retrieve the spell from the well. Imam Ali (peace be upon him) took on this task and was successful in retrieving the spell. When he arrived, the Prophet recited the "surah al-muawzateen" i.e. Surah Naas and Surah Falaq to dissolve the magic spell. Imam Ali (peace be upon him) took the knots out one by one as the Prophet recited the "muawzateen", and every time they recited it, a knot would become untied until all the knots were opened. After the knots were untied, the Prophet was cured of his illness and returned to good health. This story, documented by Imam Jaafar Sadiq, is authentic, and it serves as a reminder to us that magic spells exist and can have serious consequences. The aim of the shaitan (Satan) in this case was to cause harm to the Prophet and annoy him, and it shows that the effects of magic spells can be temporary, like a vision problem, or more severe. However, according to the narration, the spell only affected the eyes and private parts. We need to be aware of the potential harm of such spells and protect ourselves by using tools like the "surah al-muawzateen", "surah al-tawhid", "surah al-fatihah", "surah al-kafirun", and "surah al-qadr". These are gifted to us by Allah as a protection against magic spells, and we should use them to keep ourselves safe.

He was born of a virgin, so we are told.  The angel of the Lord visited Mary and divine conception occurred, so we are told.  The virgin birth is difficult for many to believe. It defies nature, biology.  It is simply not the way things happen.Conception and birth are as a result of the very best of female and male.  So, you either believe in the virgin birth or you don't.  Christians, real Christians do.  And so do I and I hope you. Bethlehem, where once HE was born was then Bethlehem of Judea.  It is now Bethlehem as part of Palestine.  It is so very different even though the place where he was born continues to be celebrated by the Church of the Nativity.  Jesus was Jew, fully Jewish and Bethlehem no longer reflects that.  That is most unfortunate and sad to see.  We are told that Jesus as child, teenager and young adult lived a sinless, blameless life. This God-man was able to do that even though so many find that hard to believe.  But Christians do believe that, real Christians do, and I hope you do.We know little of his early years.  The son of a carpenter, the Lord of Glory was a carpenter by trade.  Nazareth where he lived and built has like Bethlehem radically changed.  It is Arab and Islam influenced and in many ways dominated and so much that was Jewish of old is long gone.  It is difficult as the old hymn states to WALK WHERE JESUS WALKED.  Those little lanes have in fact changed and really not for the better. Perhaps the sweet peace that once filled the air was real then, but there is anything but peace as the century's old hatred between Arab and Jew festers and so often boils over.  Perhaps it is only this carpenter from Nazareth who built so many things could rebuild, restore and reborn peace, real peace between Arab and Jew through his love.  Nazareth, Bethlehem and the world sorely need just that.  The Galilee where Jesus of Nazareth conducted so much of his ministry and performed his memorable miracles has also radically changed.  It is modernized in so many ways.  The City of Tiberias which surrounds the Sea of Galilee is modern on the one hand, wealthy and thriving in part but on the other broken, poverty ridden and anxious.  The city seems very much in need of the carpenter from Nazareth who walked on the Sea of Galilee.  How wonderful it would be if those marvelous miracles of old could once again transform, born again the place where he lived and the people that he loved. So often, the carpenter from Nazareth and the CHRIST OF CHRISTMAS went up from to Jerusalem to fellowship and worship at the temple.  Much of the Jerusalem HE knew has changed.  Much is modern, commercial and much is not Jewish as he was.  There is significant Arab and Muslim influence. The Temple Mount where the temple of the great G-d Jehovah once stood is now controlled by Arabs and Muslims.  On that once holy Jewish site stand the mosques Al-Aqsa and the Dome of the Rock.  To visit the Temple Mount as I recently did is to feel the tension between Muslim and Jew, and in fact Muslim and all others.  The peace which passes all understanding which HE brought is nowhere to be found.  The love of the BABE OF BETHLEHEM has been replaced by war, hatred and vengeance, so much vengeance.  There is, as HE asked, no love for an enemy or even peace.  There is only détente, reluctant acceptance of a temporary truce enforced with tension and military presence.  The joy the three wise men felt as they gave gifts to him in Bethlehem is long gone. Watchmen on the walls watch not for HIM but for the coming of the enemy.  Gold, frankincense and myrrh have been replaced by uranium, chemical warfare and poisonous gas.  Love offerings have been replaced by suicide bombings.  The good tidings of great joy which once emanated from Bethlehem have been replaced by the sirens which trumpet more war at work.Jerusalem, like all of Israel has changed.  Yet Jews and Christians everywhere pray for the: PEACE OF JERUSALEM And Israel, and the world.  But THE PRINCE OF PEACE is nowhere to be found in the land or in their hearts. There can be no peace, sayeth the Scriptures, old and new without the Messiah.  Christians believe that Messiah has come, born in Bethlehem in Judea and faithful Jews wait for HIM to come for the first time.  What a different world it would be, and what a different Jerusalem it would be if mankind allowed the Prince of Peace to gather all under His wings, as he prayed and heal the world (Jews call it Tikkun Olam) as only HE can.  Christians, real Christians believe the Messiah has come and will come again. The Babe of Bethlehem, the Christ of Christmas is in fact that Messiah, so Christians believe. Anti-Semitism, as hateful as anything on this earth, is once again on the rise.  It is everywhere, even in our very own open-minded country.  Europe is awash in Anti-Jewish hatred and action.  Jihadist Islam is on the march, to exterminate the Jews once and for all, to finish as one a valid jihadist said the work that Hitler never completed. And of course, with the extermination of the Jews, so would jihadists exterminate Christians and all other religionists who would not convert to Islam and exchange the G-d Jehovah for that of Allah.  And of course, the exchange the Christ of Christmas for the Prophet Mohammad.  For, to exterminate the Jews is to eradicate Jesus of Nazareth, Himself a Jew.  Perhaps because Jesus was in fact Jewish there is now even more hatred and Anti-Christian sentiment the world over.  It is indeed a time for realignment, for standing together, especially for all things Judeo-Christian, so severely attacked and protect and defend the faith. In so much of the world, freedom of religion requires the protection of the military, as in Bethlehem of Judea. The Church of the Nativity and its environs are protected by Bethlehem police, Palestinian soldiers and even the Israeli Defense Force.  Guns protect and allow the giving of alms.  How ironic but a way of life in this day and age, in this Anti-Semitic day and age.  The love and the peace which emanated from Bethlehem 2,000 years ago seems long gone. But it is still there.  It can live among mankind or in their hearts. The power of the peace of the Babe of Bethlehem is still available and can change lives and even whole nations. If only, as little children, we could open our hearts to love and peace and to HIM, the world could in fact be changed.  That is the promise of His birth in Bethlehem. And so we watched the return of the Jews to Israel, so many of them, the great Aliyah.  There is the fulfillment of the words of the Prophet Amos who said: “I WILL BRING MY PEOPLE ISRAEL BACK FROM EXILE.THEY WILL REBUILD THE RUINED CITIES AND LIVE IN THEM.  THEY WILL PLANT VINEYARDS AND DRINK THEIR WINE.  THEY WILL MAKE GARDENS AND EAT THEIR FRUIT.  I WILL PLANT ISRAEL IN THEIR OWN LAND, NEVER AGAIN TO BE UPROOTED FROM THE LAND I HAVE GIVEN THEM, SAYS YAHWEH YOUR GOD.” That is now happening.  We should rejoice as the Scriptures are fulfilled, especially we who are Gentile. In fact, we should be reminded that God intends to use Gentiles to help fulfill that promise and we are reminded of the words of Isaiah who said: “SEE, I WILL BECKON TO THE GENTILES.  I WILL LIFT UP MY BANNER TO THE PEOPLES.  THEY WILL BRING YOUR SONS IN THEIR ARMS AND CARRY YOUR DAUGHTERS ON THEIR SHOULDERS.” What a privilege is ours as Christians and Gentiles to help return the Chosen People to the Promised Land.  The motivating force for the reuniting, the bonding and standing together of Christian and Jew is the love of the Babe of Bethlehem.  It is that love which started in a manger centuries ago which alone can unite and put an end once and for all to Anti-Semitism and in fact all evil and hatred.  So, it is the peace of God which passes all understanding and we should never forget the words from the Torah, the Book of Numbers which reminds us that only: YAHWEH Can bless you and keep you.  Only Yahweh can make his face shine upon you and be gracious to you.  Only Yahweh can turn his face toward you and give you peace. Only HE can. Love indeed came down at Christmas, love so divine.  Those who believe shout hallelujah, the Lord is come.  Let our hearts be filled with joy and praise at this wonderful season.  No matter the wars and rumors of wars, let us luxuriate in His peace, and His Love and like little children as He once was, open our hearts to that love divine so that we can in fact say with the angels of old: GLORY TO GOD IN THE HIGHEST AND ON EARTH PEACE, GOODWILL TOWARD ALL MANKIND Perhaps none on this earth want peace more than Israelis.  They live with the motto NEVER AGAIN.  They will protect and defend against any enemy.  They will never forget, never ever.  But they, like all mankind, should never forget what happened in Bethlehem, 2,000 years ago.  There was a man, a Jew who changed the world then and can do it now.  And that man was and is: THE BABE OF BETHLEHEM Glory to God in the highest and on earth peace, goodwill toward all mankind at Christmastime and: ALWAYS

This week, the government dealt with a sudden diplomatic storm- one which it clearly didn't expect, as a flurry of countries across the gulf and other parts of the world picked up on statements made about Prophet Mohammad by spokespersons of the ruling party here more than a week ago. While there have been protests in India for some days, the government had not reacted to them- and the MEA seemed unprepared for what followed. Read more

On Sunday, the BJP suspended its national spokesperson Nupur Sharma and expelled its Delhi spokesperson Naveen Kumar Jindal, after they made anti-Islam remarks about Prophet Mohammad. This decision came after three countries in the Gulf region — Qatar, Kuwait, Iran — summoned the Indian ambassadors to register their protest, and demanded a public apology from India. Since then, several other Islamic countries have also come forth criticizing these statements. In this episode, host Shashank Bhargava is first joined by Indian Express' Krishn Kaushilk to talk about how the controversy started, and the significance of Indian ambassadors being summoned by countries in the Gulf region.Next, Indian Express' National Editor of Strategic Affairs Nirupama Subramanian explains the implications this controversy has for India, and the NRIs living in the Gulf region. And in the end, Indian Express' Liz Mathew tells us what leaders within the BJP think about the controversy, and the action taken against Sharma and Jindal.

So, what did the Muslims do for the Jews? This is an unpopular, discomforting claim in the modern world. But it is a historical truth. The argument for it is double. First, in 570 CE, when the Prophet Mohammad was born, the Jews and Judaism were on the way to oblivion. And second, the coming of Islam saved them, providing a new context in which they not only survived, but flourished, laying foundations for subsequent Jewish cultural prosperity - also in Christendom - through the medieval period into the modern world. https://www.thejc.com/comment/opinion...Support this podcast at — https://redcircle.com/blogging-theology/donations

Gayati. Live. Breathe. Sing! Informal singing by Gauri Varma

I have attempted thIs Sufi Bhajan, the current, popular, catchy version of which was composed by Pakistani film music director Master Ashiq Hussain in the 1960s. However, the lyrics in Saraiki (Sindhi/Multani), the refrain Damaadam Mast Qalandar and also the folksy roots of this 'Dhamaal' go back centuries. This bhajan/ dhamaal is an interesting example of the eclectic, syncretic, popular culture of medieval North-western and Western India, combining in its lyrics, devotion (bhakti) for the Sindhi Hindu deity Jhoole-Laalan (associated with the Rigvedic god of water, Varun), the Sufi saint Usman Shah Marwandi who was worshipped as a saint/divine Avatar by Hindus and Muslims alike in Sindh, and Hazrat Ali, successor of Prophet Mohammad. In this song, Usman Shah, lovingly also called Shahbaz Qalandar, is also revered as one who grants the boon of children to childless women and reunites brothers with sisters. The reference to 'dam' or breath is typical of Sufi devotional poetry, denoting the sacred mystic connection between life force, breath and spiritual energy/chanting the name of God.

And so do I and I hope you.Bethlehem, where once HE was born was then Bethlehem of Judea. Yet Jews and Christians everywhere pray for the:PEACE OF JERUSALEMAnd Israel, and the world. The Babe of Bethlehem, the Christ of Christmas is in fact that Messiah, so Christians believe.Anti-Semitism, as hateful as anything on this earth, is once again on the rise. There is the fulfillment of the words of the Prophet Amos who said:“I WILL BRING MY PEOPLE ISRAEL BACK FROM EXILE.THEY WILL REBUILD THE RUINED CITIES AND LIVE IN THEM.  THEY WILL PLANT VINEYARDS AND DRINK THEIR WINE.  THEY WILL MAKE GARDENS AND EAT THEIR FRUIT.  I WILL PLANT ISRAEL IN THEIR OWN LAND, NEVER AGAIN TO BE UPROOTED FROM THE LAND I HAVE GIVEN THEM, SAYS YAHWEH YOUR GOD.”That is now happening.  We should rejoice as the Scriptures are fulfilled, especially we who are Gentile. In fact, we should be reminded that God intends to use Gentiles to help fulfill that promise and we are reminded of the words of Isaiah who said:“SEE, I WILL BECKON TO THE GENTILES.  I WILL LIFT UP MY BANNER TO THE PEOPLES.  THEY WILL BRING YOUR SONS IN THEIR ARMS AND CARRY YOUR DAUGHTERS ON THEIR SHOULDERS.”What a privilege is ours as Christians and Gentiles to help return the Chosen People to the Promised Land.  The motivating force for the reuniting, the bonding and standing together of Christian and Jew is the love of the Babe of Bethlehem.  It is that love which started in a manger centuries ago which alone can unite and put an end once and for all to Anti-Semitism and in fact all evil and hatred. So, it is the peace of God which passes all understanding and we should never forget the words from the Torah, the Book of Numbers which reminds us that only:YAHWEHCan bless you and keep you.  Only Yahweh can make his face shine upon you and be gracious to you.  Only Yahweh can turn his face toward you and give you peace.Only HE can.Love indeed came down at Christmas, love so divine.  Those who believe shout hallelujah, the Lord is come.  Let our hearts be filled with joy and praise at this wonderful season.  No matter the wars and rumors of wars, let us luxuriate in His peace, and His Love and like little children as He once was, open our hearts to that love divine so that we can in fact say with the angels of old:GLORY TO GOD IN THE HIGHEST AND ON EARTH PEACE, GOODWILL TOWARD ALL MANKINDPerhaps none on this earth want peace more than Israelis.  They live with the motto NEVER AGAIN.  They will protect and defend against any enemy.  They will never forget, never ever.  But they, like all mankind, should never forget what happened in Bethlehem, 2,000 years ago.  There was a man, a Jew who changed the world then and can do it now.  And that man was and is:THE BABE OF BETHLEHEMGlory to God in the highest and on earth peace, goodwill toward all mankind at Christmastime This will lead to longer-term success in our life by allowing us to work hard, focus, and believe in God.

Hinduism In Ancient World Documented, Practices

The Pre Prophet  Arabian history is summed up in the statement that the Arabs were Nomads, warring tribes and worshiped Pagans. Islamic History records that Muhammad, after his return from Medina destroyed 360 Idols in Kaaba. This was done with the help of Seven allies with whom Muhammad formed an alliance and these people were tribal chiefs. The early unruly and warring tribes of Arabia was subjugated by King Vikramaditya of India in 100 BC. He established Hindu Dharma and laid the foundation of Sanatana Dharma in Arabia. Along with other idols , he also installed a Shiva Linga in Kaaba. it is believed that Jats from India were entrusted with the protection of the Kaaba temple. And they also doubled up as physicians. ‘It is mentioned in the Abadis i.e., the authentic traditions of Prophet Mohammad compiled by Imam Bukhari that the Indian tribe of Jats had settled in Arabia before Prophet Mohammad's times. Once when Hazrat Ayesha, wife of the Prophet, was taken ill, her nephew sent for a Jat physician for her treatment. This proves that Indians enjoyed a high and esteemed status in Arabia. Such a status could not be theirs unless they were the rulers. Bukhari also tells us that an Indian Raja (king) sent a jar of ginger pickles to the Prophet. This shows that the Indian Jat Raja ruled an adjacent area so as to be in a position to send such an insignificant present as ginger pickles. The Prophet is said to have so highly relished it as to have told his colleagues also to partake of it. These references show that even during Prophet Mohammad's times Indians retained their influential role in Arabia, which was a dwindling legacy from Vikramaditya's times.9slaram, net) There is yet another evidence that priests were sent from Kerala by the King Cheraman Peruman Nayanar to perform Poojas in the Kaaba temple. He was a contemporary of Prophet. As a matter of fact this is the only solid historical evidence from external sources for the existence of Prophet. ‘ Ibn Battuta accounts say that Calicut King Cheman Perumal had a head priest cum accounts in-charge at the Shiva Temple ( called PAGAN temple by the west ) at Mecca which was a watering oasis for the camels , enroute to Jerusalem and Petra. ..For whatever reasons, the disturbed King decided to make a trip to Mecca , as soon as he heard that Mohammed founded Islam and installed a black stone , on the SE corner of the Kaaba. He took a ship from Calicut to Salalah and form there went by caravan route to Mecca. He met Mohammed , and the Islamic grapevine says that he was impressed by Islam and got converted from Hindu to Muslim. The King's court at Calicut does NOT record this conversion, though messages were sent fast by carrier pigeons and hawks. The Encyclopedia Islamia admits as much when it says: “Muhammed's grandfather and uncles were hereditary priests of the Kaaba temple which housed 360 Vedic idols!” The encyclopedia Britannica records this too.( Captain Ajit Vadakayil) That the Kin was converted to Islam is not corroborated. The Vedic Practices in Kaaba that are observed even today. Kaaba doors open at Pradosha Time, between 4. 30 and 5. 30 PM. 1.The perambulation  in the anti clock wise direction around the Kaaba is the Hindu practice of perambulating  Shiva in the anti clockwise direction direction during pradosha, the sacred day to worship Shiva.
