It's Wednesday, June 24th, A.D. 2026. This is The Worldview in 5 Minutes heard on 140 radio stations and at www.TheWorldview.com. I'm Adam McManus. (Adam@TheWorldview.com) By Jonathan Clark Attacks on French Christians up by 70 percent Attacks on Christians in France surged over 70 percent last year. The data comes from a recent report by the government. General anti-religious attacks more than doubled since 2010. Anti-Christian violence followed the trend, nearly doubling over the same period. The European Center for Law & Justice notes that the actual number of anti-Christian acts may be two to three times higher than the official figures. The group also reported that France lacks any dedicated institutional framework to combat anti-Christian hatred. British Prime Minister Keir Starmer resigned The United Kingdom's head of government announced his resignation on June 22nd. The country is set to have its sixth prime minister in just seven years. Prime Minister Keir Starmer stepped down after his Labor Party experienced major election losses in May. STARMER: “The question my party is asking now is whether I am best placed to lead us into the next general election. I have heard the answer of my parliamentary party, and I accept that answer with good grace. Every decision I have taken has been about putting the country I love first. “That is why I will resign as leader of the Labor Party. I have spoken to His Majesty the King [Charles III] this morning to inform him of my decision. I will ask the National Executive Committee of the Labor Party to set out a timetable with nominations opening on the ninth of July.” Keir Starmer, an avowed atheist, was known for his support for abortion and assisted suicide. Proverbs 29:2 says, “When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice; but when a wicked man rules, the people groan.” British study: Marriage brings more stability New research from the United Kingdom confirms that marriage is a major factor in relationship stability. The report from the Marriage Foundation found that unmarried couples were nearly twice as likely to separate as married couples. Dr. Harry Benson is the Research Director at the Marriage Foundation. He noted, “This groundbreaking study categorically demonstrates the benefits of marrying, and blows apart decades of government policy that has consistently downgraded marriage to just another form of relationship like cohabitating.” Proverbs 18:22 says, “He who finds a wife finds what is good and receives favor from the Lord.” U.S. abortions down slightly In the United States, the reported number of babies murdered in the womb decreased slightly last year. The Society of Family Planning, a pro-abortion group, estimates there were 1.13 million abortions in 2025. That's down from 1.14 million in 2024. The data shows in-person abortions are decreasing while so-called “telehealth” abortions are increasing. Nearly a third of abortions are now done outside of physical locations by swallowing the Abortion Kill Pill which mothers order by mail. Texas judge allowed recusal from officiating homosexual faux weddings A Texas judge won her religious freedom case last week against the State Commission on Judicial Conduct. The Commission had issued Judge Dianne Hensley a public warning, sanctioning her for Christian beliefs. She had simply recused herself from performing weddings for couples living in unnatural relations. The recent settlement awarded Hensley $10,000 and required the Commission to pay her attorney's fees of $630,000. Economist Alan Greenspan died at 100 Economist Alan Greenspan died at the age of 100 on Monday from complications of Parkinson's Disease. He served as the chairman of the Federal Reserve from 1987 to 2006. He has been credited as the orchestrator of U.S. economic growth in the 1990s. However, his easy-money policies were also blamed for the 2008 financial crisis. Greenspan was often known as the second most powerful person in the country after the president. 47 percent of Protestant pastors oppose celebrating America's 250th birthday A new survey from Lifeway Research asked pastors about celebrating America's 250th birthday. Fifty-percent of U.S. Protestant pastors agree that their church should do something special to commemorate the event. Forty-seven percent disagree. Also, 45 percent of pastors support patriotic elements in worship services during the week of July Fourth. That's down from 61 percent in 2016. Meanwhile, 30 percent of pastors say their congregation's love for America sometimes seems great than their love for God. That's down from 53 percent. U.S. soccer players glorify God And finally, the U.S. Men's National Soccer Team is advancing in the World Cup. The team has achieved back-to-back victories for the first time since 1930. Members of the team are also making headlines for their faith in Jesus Christ. Last week, star player Christian Pulisic posted a picture of teammates praying on the field after their game against Australia. One of his teammates, Mark Mackenzie, commented on the photo with a reference to Ecclesiastes 4:9-10. The passage says, “Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor: If either of them falls down, one can help the other up.” Listen to Mackenzie comment on his faith in Christ. MACKENZIE: “The salvation that I have is nothing that I earned; it's a gift. There's nothing else to it. Every day that goes by is a day where I have to look up and say, ‘Thank you, Lord, for seeing me through this.'” Close And that's The Worldview on this Wednesday, June 24th, in the year of our Lord 2026. In this episode of AACS Today, Matt and Jamison explore the shifting landscape of religious liberty and the emergence of a "new day" in Washington, D.C. The discussion focuses on the recent work of the Religious Liberty Commission and the Department of Justice's Anti-Christian Bias Task Force, which were established to investigate the "weaponization" of government mechanisms against Christian institutions.Through a detailed look at cases involving Liberty University and Grand Canyon University, the hosts illustrate how administrative processes have been used as punishment, often resulting in fines significantly higher than those issued to secular universities for arguably more severe violations. The episode also addresses the "Rededicate 250" event and Speaker Johnson's articulation of the foundational American belief that human rights are endowed by God rather than granted by the government. Concluding with a call to "eternal vigilance," listeners are encouraged to participate in the upcoming public comment period for the Commission's report to help preserve religious conscience and practice for future generations.

Allie sits down with Camille Varone, senior counsel at the Department of Justice, to discuss the explosive new revelations from a report by the DOJ Task Force to Eradicate Anti-Christian Bias. The report exposes how the Biden administration systematically targeted Christians through an overbroad reading of Bostock, weaponization of the FACE Act against pro-lifers, FBI scrutiny of traditional Catholics, and pressure on schools, medical professionals, and faith-based organizations to conform to progressive gender ideology or lose funding. From career bureaucrats pushing “gender-affirming care” with minimal religious exemptions to coordination with abortion NGOs to prosecute pro-life advocates, this conversation reveals deep ideological capture within the federal bureaucracy — and what it means for religious liberty moving forward. Allie and Camille also address the report's rare acknowledgment of Christian thought's foundational role in American history, including a direct citation of Allie's book “You Are Not Enough (and That's Okay).” Task Force Report on Eradicating Anti-Christian Bias and Restoring Religious Liberty: https://www.justice.gov/opa/pr/task-force-publishes-report-eradicating-anti-christian-bias-and-restoring-religious-liberty Share the Arrows 2026 is on October 10 in Dallas, Texas! Email us: Will@faithfulpoliticspodcast.comIn this episode of Faithful Politics, Will and Josh sit down with attorney and EPPC fellow Rachel Morrison to unpack the legal and political fight over “anti-Christian bias” in America. Drawing from her new Ethics and Public Policy Center report responding to President Trump's Executive Order 14202, Rachel explains what the Anti-Christian Bias Task Force actually is, how it differs from the new Religious Liberty Commission, and why her research focuses less on sound bites and more on concrete federal actions. She walks through three key areas where she believes the Biden administration has sidelined religious liberty: conscience protections in health care at HHS, rulemaking that treats religion as an afterthought, and EEOC enforcement choices that chill religious exercise in the workplace. Along the way, the conversation hits RFRA, the Affordable Care Act's contraception and abortion mandates, pronoun and dress-code disputes, and the messy reality of COVID vaccine mandates for employees who requested religious accommodations. Rachel closes with what she sees as the most important fix Congress could make right now and why everyday people of faith should care about the “boring” world of federal regulations as much as the headlines. Guest Bio:Rachel N. Morrison is a Fellow at the Ethics and Public Policy Center, where she focuses on the intersection of law, religious liberty, and public policy. In this episode of 'Straight White American, Jesus,' Brad Oishi discusses the Trump administration's paradoxical treatment of Christianity. Highlighting the arrest of Christian clergy during a protest at the Broadview immigration facility, Oishi critiques the administration's selective support for certain Christian ideologies while persecuting others. He explores the historical prominence of Evangelical Christianity in American politics and critiques the intersection of this with Trump's deportation policies. Oishi underscores the dangers of Christian nationalism, emphasizing how it prioritizes a narrow interpretation of Christianity, leading to broader socio-political ramifications. The episode also touches on the broader implications of these actions, including upcoming ICE raids on Spanish-speaking churches and the administration's fragility amidst ongoing controversies. In this MUST-WATCH episode of Chicks on the Right, Josh Hammer—host of The Josh Hammer Show, Newsweek senior editor-at-large, and author of the new book Israel and Civilization—goes FULL SEND on the growing anti-Western, anti-Christian, anti-Semitic cancer infiltrating conservative spaces. Tucker Carlson called Christian Zionists “the scum of the earth”—including Charlie Kirk, who prayed at the Western Wall quoting Genesis 12:3 just months before his tragic death. Candace Owens labeled Josh “subhuman filth” and twisted his words to smear him—is a defamation lawsuit coming? Nick Fuentes, Holocaust denier and racist, gets a friendly Tucker interview—while pro-Israel voices are silenced. JD Vance's inner circle raises red flags—but is he really a “crypto-groyper”? Josh weighs in. Josh reveals never-before-heard details from his private group chat with Charlie Kirk—including the final Zoom call the night before Charlie's assassination, where they prepped pro-Israel talking points to fight campus anti-Semitism. This isn't just drama. This is a battle for Western civilization itself. #TuckerCarlson #CandaceOwens #JoshHammer #CharlieKirk #NickFuentes #JDVance #ChicksOnTheRight #ConservativePodcast #Israel #Antisemitism #MegynKelly #BenShapiro #trump

It's Thursday, October 23rd, A.D. 2025. This is The Worldview in 5 Minutes heard on 140 radio stations and at www.TheWorldview.com. I'm Adam McManus. (Adam@TheWorldview.com) By Jonathan Clark European anti-Christian hate crimes are overlooked The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe released a new report on anti-Christian crimes in Europe. The survey found such crimes are downplayed, under-reported, or politically overlooked. Anti-Christian hate crimes include vandalism, harassment, threats, physical assaults, and even murder. The report noted, “Religion-related or religion-inspired violence may also stem from the perception of Christianity as a rival, inferior or adversarial faith . . . For example, some forms of violent ‘extremist' rhetoric portray Christians as ‘infidels' and ‘enemies of Islam' who must be subdued.” Converts from Islam to Christianity in Europe, especially women, were particularly at risk of violence or threats from family members. Messianic Christian ministry seeing Israelis coming to Christ This month is the two-year anniversary of the October 7th attack on Israel by Hamas, the Muslim terrorist organization Since then, Israelis have been turning to God during the ongoing war. A new study found that the personal religiosity and spirituality of Jewish-Israeli students increased over the last two years. Christian ministries in particular are seeing an uptick in interest. ONE FOR ISRAEL is a group devoted to bringing the Gospel of Jesus Christ to Israelis. The ministry noted, “We have received a huge number of messages from seekers, exploring faith, and seen many come to faith during the war. We have mailed out hundreds of copies of the New Testament.” In Romans 1:16, the Apostle Paul wrote, “For I am not ashamed of the Gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first and also to the Greek.” J.D. Vance in Israel: Ceasefire will hold U.S. Vice President J.D. Vance visited Israel on Tuesday. He met with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in Jerusalem yesterday. Vance expressed optimism at a press conference that the ceasefire between Israel and Hamas would hold. Listen. VANCE: “A lot of our Israeli friends working together with a lot of Americans to actually mediate this entire ceasefire process, to get some of the critical infrastructure off the ground from the international security force so the reconstruction of Gaza. It's not easy. I never said it was easy, but what I am is optimistic that the ceasefire is going to hold, and that we can actually build a better future in the entire Middle East.” U.S. President Donald Trump has warned that if Hamas violates their agreement, “an end to Hamas will be FAST, FURIOUS, & BRUTAL!” New North Carolina U.S. congressional map could help GOP In the United States, North Carolinian lawmakers approved a new congressional map yesterday. The revised map could help Republicans pick up an additional seat in the U.S. House of Representatives. President Trump is encouraging GOP-led states to redistrict ahead of the 2026 midterm elections. Texas and Missouri have already redrawn their U.S. House districts. Barna: Americans don't believe drunkenness, gambling, & Sabbath-breaking are sinful Dr. George Barna, the Christian researcher, released his latest report on the worldview of Americans. The survey asked people about 12 specific behaviors, traditionally considered sinful. The study found a majority of U.S. adults still believe six of the behaviors are sinful. Those include lying or manipulating, abusing God's name, idol worship, sex outside marriage, pornography use, and illegal drug use. Respondents were split on three of the behaviors—abortion, sexual fantasies, and cheating on taxes. And Americans dismissed the final three behaviors as not sinful—drunkenness, gambling, and Sabbath-breaking. The study identified three increasingly influential groups in American society: the adult portion of Gen Z, atheists and agnostics, and the Asian-American population. Dr. Barna noted, “Together, a majority of those groups approve of lying for personal benefit, sex on demand, abortion, idolatry, and various lifestyle vices.” Proverbs 29:18 says, “Where there is no revelation, the people cast off restraint; but happy is he who keeps the law.” Iceland lost its mosquito-free status And finally, Iceland just lost its mosquito-free status. Björn Hjaltason, an insect enthusiast, found three mosquitos in his garden last week. Matthías Alfreðsson, an entomologist at the Icelandic Institute of Natural History, confirmed they were mosquitoes of the species Culiseta annulata. It's the first time scientists have confirmed mosquito findings in the wild in Iceland. However, it remains to be seen if they can survive the winter there. In January and February, the average temperature is 28 degrees. Hjaltason told The Iceland Monitor the experience was quite exciting, “Yes, it's always fun to discover something new.” Close And that's The Worldview on this Thursday, October 23rd, in the year of our Lord 2025. Church attendance in America peaked in the mid-20th century, but since then, Christianity has steadily declined in influence. What was once viewed positively—and later tolerated as just one option among many—is now often regarded with suspicion or outright hostility. In today's cultural climate, Christian morality is dismissed and even seen as a threat to the new moral order. Aaron M. Renn traces this 70-year shift in cultural attitudes toward Christianity and offers practical strategies for churches, institutions, and believers. Listen in as Dr. Jeff and Aaron discuss: *How Christians can remain faithful in a society that opposes their values *What opportunities exist for living missionally in the “negative world” *Lessons from the past that can guide us into the future To register for Summit Student Conferences, visit: Summit.org/students/ For additional free resources from Summit, go to: Summit.org/resources
