Nikola Trebulová je projektová manažérka a analytička spoločnosti, ktorá niekedy vzbudzuje kontroverziu pre „štátom posvätené podnikanie s kontrolami originality“. V rozhovore objasňuje význam týchto kontrol, prípady z praxe aj prečo je slovenský ODO-Pass lepší ako riešenia zo zahraničia.Hoci sa spoločnosť Iris Ident často spája s rôznymi názormi, jej reálnym a dokázateľným výsledkom sú tisíce odhalených podvodov a kultivácia trhu s jazdenými vozidlami. Iris Ident pôsobí pod dohľadom Ministerstva dopravy SR ako technická služba kontroly originality, pričom vyvíja softvér a spravuje Register prevádzkových záznamov vozidiel (RPZV).Podľa projektovej manažérky a analytičky spoločnosti Nikoly Trebulovej siaha história spoločnosti do hlbokej minulosti – už v roku 1995 napríklad vytvorila automatizovaný systém na kontrolu pohybu vozidiel na hraničných priechodoch.Kontrola originality nie je len byrokraciaNa Slovensku sa ročne vykoná zhruba 90- až 100-tisíc kontrol originality (KO), a to prevažne pri dovezených vozidlách, no nevyhnutná je napríklad aj pri zmene farby auta Mnohí motoristi vnímajú túto povinnosť ako dodatočnú byrokraciu a poplatok, avšak Trebulová upozorňuje na jej opodstatnenosť: „Existujú vozidlá, ktoré sú vyhodnotené stupňom 3 (nevyhovel) a odsúvajú sa na skúmanie políciou. Tento systém preukázateľne znižuje cieľovú destináciu podvodníkov na Slovensko.“ Kontrola samotná je nedeštruktívna, overujú sa pri nej nielen doklady, ale aj neoprávnené zásahy do konštrukcie. Ak sa zistí podozrenie, auto sa zadrží a detailné skúmanie preberá polícia.Unikátne prepojenia a dáta, ktoré tvoria ODO-PassNajznámejším výstupom pre bežného kupujúceho je ODO-Pass. Ide o výpis z registra RPZV, ktorý má referenčný charakter, právnu váhu a je použiteľný aj v súdnych sporoch. Tento register čerpá dáta od širokej škály subjektov – od staníc technickej a emisnej kontroly, cez poisťovne, leasingové spoločnosti až po inzertné portály. Slovensko je navyše napojené na medzinárodné informačné systémy ako Eucaris (moduly Mileage a AVIS) a získava dáta z oficiálnych autorít z USA. Prednedávnom sa podarilo získať aj dlho očakávané prístupy k dôležitej histórii nemeckých vozidiel.Kuriózne podvody z praxe: Ako oklamať STK čiernou páskou?Podvody sú s príchodom moderných technológií síce zložitejšie a drahšie, no stále existujú. Nikola Trebulová v podcaste spomenula pobavujúci, no zároveň odstrašujúci prípad z Bratislavy. Išlo o Škodu Octavia využívanú ako taxík, ktorá mala graf vývoja kilometrov veľmi "zubatý". Analytici detailným skúmaním zistili extrémne primitívny, no účinný podvod: „Pán iba prelepil posledné číslo na odometri čiernou páskou. To auto nemalo najazdené 50 000, ale 500 000 kilometrov,“ uviedla Trebulová, pričom toto vozidlo vďaka páske opakovane prechádzalo kontrolami bez toho, aby si to niekto na prvý pohľad všimol.Budúcnosť patrí elektromobilom a tvrdšej ochrane spotrebiteľaS narastajúcim podielom elektromobilov vzniká nová výzva – zistenie degradácie batérie. „Elektromobily nebudú predajné bez toho, aby tam bolo vlastne to zdravie baterky uvedené,“ hovorí Trebulová. Iris Ident sa preto spojil s lídrami v oblasti diagnostiky a plánuje certifikáty o zdraví batérie integrovať priamo do svojich systémov a reportov pre širšie komerčné využitie.Výrazný krok vpred by mala čoskoro priniesť aj nová slovenská legislatíva. Pripravuje sa zákon, ktorý stanoví, že ak kupujúci odhalí manipuláciu s odometrom a súčasťou predaja nebol výpis z registra prevádzkových záznamov (ODO-Pass), bude môcť úplne odstúpiť od kúpnej zmluvy. Rok 2026 mal priniesť do sveta predaja jazdených automobilov niekoľko nových legislatívnych opatrení, ktoré by mali byť namierené proti bežným ľuďom - aspoň tak medializované novinky interpretovali autori príspevkov predovšetkým na sociálnych sieťach.Motoristický novinár Erik Stríž v novej epizóde podcastu od Autobazar.EU analyzuje nové a navrhované smernice a usmernenia platné pre členské krajiny Európskej únie a vyvracia mýty, ktoré sa šírili a naďalej šíria slovenským internetom.Napríklad, nie je pravda, že by od tohto roka museli mať všetky predávané ojazdené automobily, motocykle či úžitkové vozidlá platné technické kontroly zo slovenských STK alebo znalecký posudok potvrdzujúci ich spôsobilosť na prevádzku. Mýtus plynie z nepochopenia legislatívneho návrhu z minulého roka, ktorý sa však týka exportu automobilov za hranice Európskej únie.Takisto sa ukazuje ako nepravdivá informácia, že zmenou vlastníctva vozidla bude potrebné absolvovať technickú a emisnú kontrolu nanovo, alebo že pre Green Deal nebude možné opravovať staré automobily presahujúce určitý vek či trhovú hodnotu.Naopak, moderátor poukazuje na priaznivú zmenu, keď sa zahraničné technické kontroly pri dovoze vozidla budú oficiálne uznávať aj na Slovensku, a to až po dobu šiestich mesiacov. Pri riadne dovezenom a kontrolovanom vozidle teda nebude potrebné, aby okamžite absolvovalo slovenskú technickú a emisnú kontrolu, ak v krajine pôvodu platí tá tamojšia.

Či predsa len niekto nenájde na ňom nejakú chybu. Aké by bolo skvelé, keby som na žiadnu kontrolu nemusel chodiť a moje auto by bolo vždy v poriadku! Občas po niečom podobnom zatúžime aj v duchovnom živote. Starí židia museli niekoľkokrát do roka putovať do Jeruzalema a tam priniesť Bohu obete za svoje hriechy. Museli absolvovať akúsi duchovnú STK-čku. Kňaz, ktorý obetoval, musel opakovane vstupovať pred Božiu tvár do svätyne, aby svojou obeťou posvätil Boží ľud. Pán Ježiš to však Svojou krvou urobil raz a navždy. Vošiel do svätyne a už z nej nevyšiel. Priniesol obeť, ktorá stále platí a nie je potrebné ju opakovať. Ani my už nemusíme chodievať do Jeruzalema, aby sme tam zaplatili za naše hriechy. To neznamená, že už nepadneme alebo nezlyháme, ale vieme, že už nemusíme nikam chodiť. Za naše hriechy už bolo zaplatené. Duchovnú STK-čku môžeme absolvovať v komôrke nášho srdca – Pán Ježiš nám nielen ukáže na naše hriechy, ale sám ich aj Svojou krvou prikryje. Absolvoval si už dnes duchovnú STK-čku u nášho Veľkňaza Ježiša Krista? Modlitba: Bože, ďakujem Ti za možnosť pokánia! Odpusť, že si ho málo vážim! Veď ma cestou pokánia a daj mi vieru a nádej, že ma prijímaš aj napriek mojim hriechom a vedieš ma po Tvojich cestách! Amen. Stanice technickej kontroly prechádzajú najväčšou zmenou za posledné roky – poistenie sa stáva oficiálnou „technickou podmienkou“. Čo ak systém poistovateľa zlyhá? Budú technici kontrolovať aj radary a kamery vášho auta, alebo ich stále zaujíma len dymovnica z výfuku? Máte niekoľko dní pred termínom pravidelnej technickej kontroly a emisnej kontroly, ale vaše vozidlo sa poškodí, začne svietiť kontrolka vážnejšej poruchy alebo máte problém spraviť základnú údržbu a následnú technickú kontrolu, pretože nemáte dosť peňazí.Na obavy sú pritom pádne dôvody. Ak na STK prídete s vozidlom, ktoré má poškodenú karosériu alebo nárazníky spôsobom, že môže ohrozovať účastníkov cestnej premávky alebo odpadávať, dostane hodnotenie nespôsobilé na prevádzku, respektíve dočasne spôsobilé.To ale nemusí byť žiadna tragédia a pre mnohých motoristov je stále lepšia cesta, ako alternatíva, o ktorej hovoríme v podcaste.Dá sa odložiť lehota na TK a EK?Oficiálne tlačivo so žiadosťou o odklad TK a EK teda neexistuje a vy ako majiteľ vozidla máte povinnosť v rámci zákonnej lehoty vybaviť svoje povinnosti spojené s vlastníctvom vozidla. Dodajme, že prvýkrát musí byť auto dostavené na STK a PEK do 4 rokov od prvej evidencie, potom každé dva roky. Pre motocykle platí 4-ročný interval. Medializovaná zmena lehoty na TK raz ročne neplatí.Alternatívou je dočasné odhlásenie vozidla z evidencie.Vozidlo môžete vyradiť len dočasne a podľa potreby ho kedykoľvek znova prihlásiť. Môžno si poviete, že to nie je riešenie pre vás, pretože vtedy predsa nemôžete vozidlo používať. Lenže podľa zákona ho nemôžete používať ani s neplatnou technickou a emisnou kontrolou, naviac dostanete vyššie zmienenú pokutu za premeškanie kontroly. Výhodou dočasného odhlásenia z evidencie je, že za toto vozidlo v danom čase nemusíte platiť PZP - o zmene stavu by ste však mali poisťovňu informovať.Veľká nevýhoda dočasného odhláseniaProblémom dočasného odhlásenia je, že nesmiete s vozidlom na cesty, a teda ani do servisu.
