Throughout her life, Anne Martin has served as a model of reinvention to many people.  In 1993, she decided, after fifteen years of practice, that a legal career no longer fit her definition of a successful, purpose filled life. After exploring numerous possibilities, she concluded that a home based business with Mary Kay Cosmetics offered the flexibility, income potential, fulfillment that she was seeking.  Her transition from law to lipstick has been featured in numerous publications, including the book, Inspiring Entrepreneurs, which she co-authored.  She has spoken on career transition and life reinvention at numerous retreats and workshops.  Anne has continued to reinvent herself, her business and her lifestyle through life transitions, market conditions and a recent relocation from Pennsylvania to San Francisco.  As a speaker, writer and certified Master Dream Coach® and Reinvention Specialist, she teaches that mastering the art of reinvention is essential to thrive in a rapidly changing world.  Her mission is to inspire others to   adopt a reinventor's mindset that views challenge and transition as invitations to explore new possibilities and craft innovative new ways to live, work, and contribute to the world.  She is offering a one-day workshop on September 24 in the Bay Area to invite women to take their fist steps toward reinventing their lives. Take the multigenerational gap that's splitting your workforce and transform it into an engine of performance and innovation Like an irresistible force of nature, the digital economy has been thrust upon us suddenly and awkwardly, leaving many unprepared. Instead of resisting the generational gap between analogue Boomers and digital natives, mainly Generation Y, why not flow with the cacophony of invention, new technologies and methodologies of working and listen to the battle cry of a new generation who operates more like entrepreneurs than employees? Liquid Leadership presents a dynamic approach to everything from developing a creative work environment for innovation to using social commitment to bring coworkers together, delivering the engagement necessary to nurture a vastly diverse and talent-rich workforce. This wide-ranging discussion provides an entirely new perspective on the major factors affecting business today. BRAD SZOLLOSE is a much sought after speaker on the subject of new leadership styles... mainly how to get Generation Y and Baby Boomers working together. With over 30 years of entrepreneurial experience, Brad is no stranger to the Boardroom – during the Dot Com Era of the early 90's, Brad co-founded K2 Design, Inc. which later raised over $7 million through private placement and an IPO on NASDAQ. His tenure at K2 was explosive—the company experienced 425% hyper growth for 5 straight years expanded from 2 business partners to 4 with 60+ employees, offices worldwide and valuated at over $26 million. As a C-Suite Executive, Brad applied his unique management style to a young, tech-savvy Generation X & Y Workforce producing great results. Brad's management model won K2 the Arthur Andersen NY Enterprise Award for Best Practices in Fostering Innovation Among Employees. Brad brings his award winning management model to the pages of Liquid Leadership.
