The 4 Ways of Spending Money 1. You can spend money on yourself. In which, quality AND quantity are important to you. 2. You can spend your money on someone else, as in giving a gift. You'll be very cautious of the quantity you spend, however. But not so much on the quality, because it won't affect you. 3. Spending someone else's money on yourself. As in, a parent giving a child money to buy something in a store. You don't care too much about the quality, because it's not your money. You do care that you get to spend as much as was given to you (most likely). 4. Spending someone else's money on someone else... In essence, this is government spending taxpayer's money on themselves and government programs, such as welfare. A lot of company's offer CEU stipends each year, but where is the return on investment for the business owner? How can employee's justify spending thousands of dollars on pointless CEUs only to have a net-zero effect in your private practice business? Our goal is to transform your employee's benefits into something worthwhile for BOTH the employee AND you, the employer! Sign up a CEU course with us a www.mwri.co today and actually have your employee take a course that helps their patients and your practice grow. #MWRI #CEU #miltonfriedman #Economics
Dr. Earl discusses his influence behind getting Strategic Actions items done BEFORE getting tied down in the TACTICAL Action Items. Here are some Key Takeaways:Too many people are NOT getting the right things done in their businesses and their lives. Remember, Peter Drucker defined effeciency as "doing things right" and effective as "doing the RIGHT things." In working with private practice owners, we can attest to the amount of efficient action items getting done at the expense of the effective. The result is that more and more private practice owners wake up and realize they have been "spinning their wheels" doing the same mundane tasks over and over again (and get frustrated why their businesses has grown...)If you find yourself struggle to grow your business, this episode is for you..Pro Tip: Do this ONE THING Before you Go To Bed.Who Should Listen:Chiropractic business owners, aspiring entrepreneurs, and anyone passionate about fostering a thriving chiropractic practice.Help Us Reach 1000 Subscribers!

Remember, running a business is a skill. Sales is a skill, too. Diagnosing a patient takes clinical skills to rule in / rule out serious pathology or mimickers of disease. Just because you are the owner and CEO of the business, does NOT mean that you hang a sign our front and people come running to you with wods of cash in hand just chomping at the bit to hand it over to you! How do you know who can handle Objections to your treatment plans? Who can't handle the simple task of selling a patient your services? Or who needs specific instructions and rely heavily on YOU to improve their belief in themselves? Enter the today's episode about overcoming objections...
