Gud kom med sin Åpenbaring, budskapet stakk dem i hjertet og de vendte seg om. Hva kan vi lære her? I bibelen skriver Paulus at vi er forvaltere av Guds mysterier. Hva betyr det?

Man muss nicht allein sein, um einsam zu sein. Manche sind mit emotional unerreichbaren Partnern verheiratet. Manche ertragen verbale und emotionale Misshandlungen, weil sie ungern mit sich allein sind. Die einsamsten Menschen sind zu finden in überfüllten Bars zur „Happy Hour“. Sie mischen sich unter die Leute ohne zu kommunizieren. Was tun? (1) Engagiere dich für eine Sache, die größer ist als du selbst. Nachdem der verlorene Sohn sein letztes Geld beim Feiern mit “Freunden” ausgegeben hatte, verließen diese ihn, und er landete allein im Schweinestall. Doch: Als die Jünger wegen ihres Glaubens verfolgt worden waren, gingen sie nach ihrer Freilassung zu ihrer eigenen Gemeinschaft.“ (s. Apg 4,23). Sie hatten Freunde, die ihren Glauben und ihre Vision teilten. Sie wussten, wie man füreinander betet, sich gegenseitig stärkt und unterstützt. Gott hat auch für dich Menschen, die darauf warten, Teil deines Lebens zu werden. Du findest sie sogar in deiner örtlichen Kirche. (2) Übe dich darin, andere zu akzeptieren. Wenn du Menschen liebst und annimmst wie sie sind, fühlen sie sich zu dir hingezogen. „Vor allem aber lasst nicht nach, einander zu lieben. Denn »Liebe sieht über Fehler hinweg« “ (1.Petr 4,8 HFA). (3) Strecke deine Hand aus. Pflege Beziehungen, knüpfe neue Kontakte mit Personen, die du schätzt. Beschränke dich nicht nur auf Multimedia. Der Gründer des Wired Magazine sagt, seine Lieblingsform der Kommunikation sei das persönliche Gespräch, gefolgt vom Telefonat. Das Internet komme zuletzt. Nimm dir ein Beispiel daran.

Die zweite Krone ist nach der Schrift die Krone der Freude. Sie wird denen gegeben, die sich daran beteiligen, andere zu Christus zu führen. Apostelgeschichte 17 berichtet von Paulus' Ankunft in Thessalonich. “Er ging in die Synagoge und redete mit ihnen an drei Sabbaten aus der Schrift, dass Christus leiden und von den Toten auferstehen musste: ‚Dieser Jesus, den ich euch predige, ist der Christus'” (s. Apg 17, 2-3 LU). Einige seiner Zuhörer bekehrten sich, darunter viele fromme Griechen und eine Reihe prominenter Frauen. So wurde dort eine Gemeinde gegründet. In einem Brief, den Paulus später an sie schrieb, sagte er, dass sie bei der Wiederkunft Christi seine Krone sein würden. Bill Bright war einer der größten Evangelisten des 20. Jahrhunderts. Seinem Beispiel sollten wir folgen: „Obwohl ich im Laufe der Jahre vielen Tausenden von Menschen persönlich von Christus erzählt habe, bin ich ein eher zurückhaltender Mensch, und es fällt mir nicht immer leicht, Zeugnis abzulegen. Aber ich habe mir etwas zur Gewohnheit gemacht, und ich fordere dich auf, das Gleiche zu tun: Gehe davon aus, dass du, wann immer du länger als ein paar Augenblicke mit einer anderen Person allein bist, von Gott dazu berufen bist, ihr die Liebe und Vergebung zu erklären, die sie durch den Glauben an Jesus Christus erfahren kann.“ Wann hast du zuletzt jemandem von Jesus erzählt? Jedes Mal, wenn du das tust, wird dir der Herr eine Freudenkrone geben.
