Sal warned Giants fans to keep their expectations in check and not get carried away after their "kind of like a win" performance, cautioning them against the belief that the struggling Chiefs are a team they can easily beat. He argued that the Giants and Chiefs are in completely different leagues, and that the Chiefs' 0-2 record is a result of a few mistakes and two difficult opponents, not a sign of a washed-up dynasty. He called the idea of a Giants win "comical" and reminded fans that Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs' offense are still elite, operating in a different "stratosphere" than anything the Giants have.
