Craig White described himself as a back packing beach bum who had tried everything before he got started in network marketing.Today he's a multiple 6 figure earner with over 4500 customers and leads the Passion to Succeed movement. Who is Craig WhiteCraig White described himself as a back packing beach bum who had tried everything before he got started in network marketing.Today he's a multiple 6 figure earner with over 4500 customers and leads the Passion to Succeed movement. Craig White's Journey Into Network MarketingCraig White was always chasing freedom. He never wanted to be stuck in a boring job and from a young age, he bounced around—washing dishes, working in nightclubs, selling fax paper (which, he admits, he was terrible at).No matter what he did, he never felt excited about work.So at 21 years old, Craig packed a bag, grabbed his surfboard, and traveled the world. He lived in Indonesia, Australia, New Zealand, and Fiji, surfing and having the time of his life. But while sitting around a bonfire in Fiji, someone asked, “What are you going to do when you get home?”Out of nowhere, Craig said, “I'm going to start a network marketing business.”Even he was surprised by his answer. His parents had been in network marketing for years, but he always ignored them. Then, while in Australia, he saw his parents win a free trip from their business. It finally hit him—this thing actually works. In April 2001, Craig came home and went all in.The thought of going back to a 9-to-5 job scared him more than the fear of failing. He had nothing to lose, so he gave it everything he had.Craig White's Tough Start and First BreakthroughLike most people, Craig made a lot of mistakes in the beginning. At first, he ignored his parents' advice and tried to do it his way. After two weeks of struggle, he swallowed his pride and asked for help. That's when everything changed. He focused on two things that shaped his success:1️⃣ Work harder than anyone else – He was willing to wake up early, work late, and push himself more than he ever did at a regular job.2️⃣ Always ask, “What's next?” – After finishing one task, he didn't stop. He immediately asked, “What do I need to do now?”His first big win came by accident. A guy named Ray joined his team out of the blue. Helping Ray succeed made Craig realize—I actually like this!Within seven weeks, Craig made £1,500 (more than he ever earned at a job). Then, out of nowhere, he got a call from the company:“Congratulations! You won a free trip to Rome!”He had no idea there was even a contest! Then they told him, “You can also qualify for a trip to Malaysia and Langkawi.”Craig didn't hesitate. He asked, “What do I need to do?” and went all in.That mindset of never stopping is what made him successful.Craig White's Biggest ChallengesCraig's biggest struggle?Rejection! In August 2001, he did 63 one-on-one presentations in a single month. And guess what? Almost everyone said NO.After so many rejections, doubt started creeping in.

In this episode of the Spin Cycle podcast, Caley, Kit, Jonny, and Ronan focus on the recent UCI Road World Championships, discussing both the thrilling victories and the controversial incidents that unfolded in Zurich. We recap the men's and women's races, highlighting Tadej Pogačar's extraordinary solo attack in the men's race and exploring the Dutch women's team's unexpected loss, which stemmed from tactical errors. We break down the women's race, examining the unusual dynamic between the Dutch riders and pointing out the squandered opportunities that cost them the win. Next, the crew examines the controversial decision made by the UCI officials to not penalize Mathieu van der Poel for riding on the sidewalk, even though clear rules prohibit this action. We also discuss Mike Woods' curious choice of mid-race fuel – bicarbonate soda – and look at the logistical problems encountered at the Tour of Langkawi, where several teams' bikes were lost in transit. We wrap up the episode by reviewing Suvi Loponen's recent article about the environmental impact of carbon fiber use in cycling and analyze the obstacles the industry faces in tackling sustainability concerns.

With the launch of the Ekha Hub in Central Market earlier this year, they're aiming to conduct upcycling workshops, community programmes, and sustainable fashion retail to kickstart the movement towards sustainability.

Jaz's Introduction:So this episode will walk you through that entire process and I'm so glad that part one was received so well. In fact, while I'm recording this introduction, I'm having a look. We just published 173, which is the part one of this episode of Immediate Dentine Sealing, and I'm reading your comments and I'm just amazed about how well this episode has done. Ayesha Iqbal said it's so good. Well, thank you so much, Ayesha. Muhammad Hammoda says, thank you for your priceless efforts. Well, we really appreciate that. It's a team effort. One of these episodes I've calculated takes about 32 hours of time to edit. So really appreciate that. And Jayaraj Menon says, hi from Malaysia. Well, hello back to you from Malaysia, Jayaraj I went to Malaysia and had such a lovely time. I visited Penang and Kuala Lumpur and also Langkawi. So all of these beautiful places. And I had such a great cultural experience, such great food. My biggest regret. It's because I didn't know about it. I didn't know about Ramly Burger, right? I only found out about Ramly Burger while I was in Singapore and I didn't get to go back to Malaysia. So huge regret is not eating at Ramly Burger in Malaysia. So if you have the chance to eat at this place, apparently it's absolutely iconic. Anyway, I digress. In the last episode, I left you on a cliffhanger. I'm asked Zahid about whether you can skip the local anesthetic if you've done a good immediate dentine sealing. So the first thing you'll hear is us discussing that. But if you haven't listened to part one already, please do check it out. We discuss the consequences of under-eating protein for endurance athletes and explore the research around the optimal amount of protein needed and the best timing for protein intake. Learn how protein plays a crucial role in managing energy intake, improving metabolic rate, and the importance of a last protein dose before bed. We highlight how protein is not just crucial for muscle repair, but also plays a vital role in maintaining the epithelial lining of the digestive tract and in the creation and functioning of mitochondria, our cells' energy powerhouses.  Tim and Bevan review the weekends racing from Superleague and 70.3 Langkawi plus we give our predictions for Kona. Finally, we share excerpts from our upcoming interview with Dr Kevin Miller of Texas State University on the topic of exercise-associated muscle cramps.

Jason Avery set his sights on qualifying for Kona at IRONMAN Malaysia in November 2022, following his first IRONMAN at Cairns 5 months earlier.  His preparation flawless with a PMC chart having curves in all the rights places.  The race plan went out the window, with over 350mm of tropical rain falling on the island in a 24 hour period.  Swift water rescues, knee deep water and flat tyres is just the start. Pete Murray (the voice of IRONMAN) has labelled it ‘the hardest IRONMAN he has ever seen'. Hear the story here from a man who got the job done, closed the say do gap and qualified for Kona in 2023. Join the Tribe, Be the Warrior. www.koasports.com.au

Test & Go. Vaccinated Travel Lanes. 'The Most Open Country in South East Asia.' One year ago, on 1 November 2021, Thailand introduced the Test & Go tourism entry policy. In the same month, Singapore accelerated its Vaccinated Travel Lanes and Cambodia made travel easier for visitors than anywhere else. This week, Gary and Hannah rewind to November 2021 – the month that reignited travel in South East Asia after 20 months of lockdowns and labyrinthine travel restrictions. Thailand and Singapore claimed the headlines, although their reopening strategies contrasted notably. Cambodia made the fullest reopening move, but garnered less media attention. Elsewhere, Malaysia and Vietnam launched Sandbox-style schemes on the islands and Langkawi and Phu Quoc. Twelve months on, how should we reflect on those progressive, yet imperfect, government-driven efforts to reboot travel and tourism? And how has the language of travel changed in the interim?

Rico Rogers is from New Zealand but currently lives in Australia. To be exact he raised in Palmerston North. Rico started out on mountain bikes and was quite successful at it. Eventually he took a break and started real life. By the time he was 28 the bike racing bug had bit him again. This time he decided to focus on road racing. Rico decided if he was going to race he might as well do it in the heartland of bike racing better known as Belgium. He did quite well in Belgium but eventually ended living and racing France. He didn't quite enjoy the racing there so much so he ended up leaving and moving to Melbourne, Australia. Once in Australia the wins came quick and fast. The opportunity to race the Asian circuit presented itself and he jumped feet first. He raced in Tour of Hainan, Tour of China to the Tour de Langkawi to name a few big time races on the circuit. Some of the interesting teams he raced for range from Giant Asia racing team, Synergy Baku Cycling Project to OCBC Singapore Continental Cycling Team. Rico officially retired in 2016. He's currently the CEO at Box Altitude High Performance where some of their clients include some the world's top cyclists. It's awesome to meet someone you admire and they turn out to be really cool.
