Thomas Kolster is a former ad agency copywriter who when the climate conference came to his hometown, Copenhagen- asked himself some serious questions and went off to investigate how advertising could do more good. The result was the book "Goodadvertising" which was a bold attempt to change the role of advertising from just selling to being able to promote good. In 2020, Thomas wrote another book "The Hero Trap" which argues that brands need to understand how they can motivate people to change and become better versions of themselves. Thomas is a globally recognized keynote speaker featured at events like SXSW, TEDx, Eurobest, D&AD, Epica, ad:tech & Sustainable Brands, a columnist for publications including- Adweek, The Drum, The Guardian and several other publications and a regular judge at international award shows.

In 1995 Trevor set up Quiet Storm, the first agency to write, direct and produce its own work. He’s chaired the IPA’s Ethnic Diversity Forum and set up “Create Not Hate” to tackle gun crime by getting disenfranchised youth into advertising and creative projects. He was awarded an OBE in 2009 for his services to charity and advertising. This episode was recorded at the Eurobest festival in London.

Åsa Riton jobbar för produktionsbolaget Camp David och är en stark förespråkare för fler kvinnor i reklambranschen. Hon har alltid gått sin egen väg och blandar konst och film i sitt arbete. Hon är utbildad på Central Saint Martins i London och senare på den Danska Filmskolan i Köpenhamn där Lars von Trier satt sin prägel. Hon har suttit i flertalet jurygrupper, bland annat prestigefulla Eurobest och Guldägget. I USA och England är hon representerad av Ridley Scotts reklam- och musikvideoproduktionsbolag RSA som första skandinaviska kvinnliga regissör, och hon har jobbat med legender som The Knife och David Lynch. Åsa Riton regisserar för tillfället en serie musikvideos och videoinstallationer för elektroartisten Trentemøller i ett nytt regisamarbete tillsammans med konstnären Andreas Emenius, som kommer att visas på ett flertal gallerier i Köpenhamn, Paris och New York under hösten....
