Migränetherapie ist individuell und vielschichtig Migräne ist ein komplexes Thema, weil es so viele verschiedene Migräne-Arten gibt und eben auch viele verschiedene Ursachen. Histamin kann ein Thema oder eine Ursache sein. Aber, wie du im Podcast noch hören wirst, auch Stress, oder ein Problem im Zuckerstoffwechsel, Verspannungen und Entzündungen und sogar Wetterfühligkeit, können Thema oder Ursache sein.  In dieser Folge interviewe ich meinen Mann Roman zu seinen Erfahrungen mit Migräne und wie er es geschafft hat, von 200 Migränetagen im Jahr auf aktuell etwa 30 Migränetage pro Jahr herunterzukommen. Und was er aktuell tut, um diese Zahl noch weiter zu reduzieren. National statistics bureau Statec earlier in June published a report that showed that levels of satisfaction with life in Luxembourg have gone done between 2018 and 2022. This is especially the case for young people below the age of 30. But what can be done to help young people and teens find joy in life again, when they're facing crisis after crisis and a big question mark looms over what their future will look like? Clinical psychologists Esther Giebels and Cécilia Grubers from Cepas shared their insight on the matter.

Nu öppnar Gruber dörren till sin värld där romer från Bulgarien bor grannar med missbrukare och kåkfarare.  Thomas Gruber har krigat med kommuner i flera år och anklagats för att ta oskäliga hyror med tanke på den låga standarden i hans fastigheter. Dessutom saknar Grubers hyresgäster ofta kontrakt. Om lägenheter inte finns tillgängliga kan han snabbt ordna fram en husvagn som nödlösning.  Nu höjer Gruber hyrorna samtidigt som inflyttningarna fortsätter. Det kommer hela tiden romer från Bulgarien i jakt på ett boende till Motala. Aldrig tidigare har så många romer från Bulgarien kommit till Sverige som nu. En lägenhet kan kosta 8 000 kronor i månaden, en husvagn – 3 000 kronor i månaden. Hon har tidigare gjort flera fördjupande reportage om EU-medborgare som kommer till Sverige från Bulgarien för Arena. Maria bevakar EU-frågor, kultur, politik och östra Europa för flera svenska medier. Hon har tidigare varit med och startat webbtidningen Dagens Arena, arbetat som reporter på SVT och jobbat med produktionsbolaget Atmo. Gruber eller gatan är hennes första radiodokumentär.

Don't take the kids to see American Sniper for the holidays. We talk again about our Frozen experiences. A holiday trip to FAO Schwarz seems dicey but if you're in Manhattan how can you not? Also, Dylan's Candy Bar. Oh, man. Playmobil has some great robbery sets that Gruber and Moltz speak highly of. Their kids might, too. Not sure. Moltz's kid is getting a PC laptop for Christmas and Moltz is already having trouble with it. Moltz wants to know if Jon's and Gruber's kids are getting his Minecraft book for Christmas. Gruber's kid might be getting a Playstation 4 with LEGO Batman 3 and FIFA Soccer. Jon's kids might be getting Minecraft for Playstation. One wants an Easy-Bake oven. The entire family was found to be brutally murdered on April 4th of that year. Leading up to their murders, the family was the subject of many rumors and town gossip mostly surrounding the parentage of Viktoria’s 2-year-old son Josef. Members of the family had reported strange happenings around the property. Sightings of a strange mustached man in the forests surrounding the farm and footsteps in the attic had driven the family maid to leave the employment of the Grubers after suffering several nights of sleeplessness due to this.
