In the first part of this episode, I will share my personal experience with stopping my mini cut. I realized that pushing my body to it's limits was negatively impacting my mental and physical well-being. The Mini Cut. You have probably heard this term thrown around by clients or other coaches, and you may be wondering, are they worth it? In this episode of Hey Coach Radio, your host William Grazione along with Coach Gillis Pellegrin and Coach Zach Richie, discuss everything about mini cuts, including if a client is a good candidate for this short-phase diet method.
