Bryan Ferre, co-creator of the Optio blockchain, returns for a powerful conversation on decentralization, emotional health, and why crypto is about value, not price. We talk about how Big Tech and banks control your data and your decisions — and how Optio is building a better future without centralized gatekeepers.Bryan shares why he got debanked just for talking about crypto, how Edgecast will help Opio compete with giants like AWS, and why the real wealth isn't found in your bank account — but in your mindset. This episode is for anyone who uses Facebook, Instagram, X, or YouTube — and wants to understand how the blockchain revolution is changing everything.

Men sedan händer något. Här finns ingenting och ingen kreativitet. Nej, hon vilar mest.

It's funny, watching the game and the gamers. All the things that people say, that are not true, AND GET THIS, ALL THE THINGS THAT PEOPLE DON'T say, that are true. So many things we take for granted – all the sweat, blood and life that was traded, to get to where we are now – and for each one of us alive now, IT'S NOT FOR KEEPS. Think of all the empires that have crumbled, and people that you have never heard of rise up. Look at baseball. None of the greats from the 70s are up to bat now, but when they were….Nothing is forever, so you better take advantage to the good you have in front of you now, like us'n from the JKN – Kings In The Morning! Right here, Right now!
Soul Roadmap with Dina Cataldo - Tools & Strategies to Design Your Life with Intention
We all think we have a personality type, right? We actually have several, and we can use them to leverage how to succeed - however we define that word - and bring awareness to where we need to do our most important work on ourselves. Today I'm talking to Charlena Smith. She's the founder of Optio, a matched and Guided Accountability™ framework that empowers women to live their best, most inspired lives. Optio encourages and equips women to discover their purpose, design their own blueprint, then define their goals in alignment with that purpose to see up to a 97% increase in successful goal completion. She is a self-proclaimed workaholic in recovery. After a near-death experience during pregnancy, she discovered that she had to make some changes. She made a decision to find purposeful and fulfilling work for herself, not based on external expectations. Preach, right? When you listen to what she has to say, I know you’ll have moments where you’ll think, “Oh, that’s so me,” or “I totally do that.” I know I did. When we do that, it helps us bring awareness to the great things about ourselves but also those areas of our lives that we may stand to do a little work on. Be sure to take a pic of you listening and tag me on Instagram @dina.cataldo You can also find links to everything we talk about in the show notes right here: https://www.dinacataldo.com/55

For many women, it feels like there are obstacles that stop them from getting to that next level and they desperately need someone to help them shed light on the path. Why isn’t it the best strategy to make friends and family the people to hold us accountable? How can we start spending time in the activities that get us closer to our goals? On this episode, Optio founder, Charlena Smith shares overcoming her biggest challenge, and how that helped her find her passion and legacy. If you put your mind to it and you create the right goals, have the right partner and the right attitude, you can break through a lot of glass ceilings. -Charlena Smith 3 Things We Learned From This Episode One factor that leads to burnout (07:19 - 09:09 ) Charlena went through two difficult pregnancies, one of which turned into an illness that completely derailed her life. Even when she was going through it, she still struggled to tell her loved ones she needed help, and overwhelmed herself with tasks. This is something many moms struggle with, because we feel like we should be good at multitasking and working well under pressure but this can easily burn us out. The nurturing mistake we make (09:18 - 10:06) As women, we are naturally nurturers and we’re wired to feel valued when we’re nurturing, whether it’s necessary or not. We always seek out ways to try and nurture, and very often we forget that it’s about the end result. So if our children need to be fed, we don’t necessarily have to do the cooking, we just have to make the food available. How to find the right accountability partner (21:31 - 22:57) One huge thing that holds us back from achieving our goals is having the wrong priorities. An accountability partner isn’t just about reminding us what we need to get done, it’s keeping us responsible to spending time in the right places. For this to be truly effective we need an outsider who can help us see those things and call us out on it when we’re not.

WHEN THE EAGLE HUNTS is the compelling third novel in Simon Scarrow's bestselling Eagles of the Empire series. For fans of Bernard Cornwell and Conn Iggulden. After a series of bloody battles, Camulodunum (modern-day Colchester) has fallen to the invading Roman army. The Emperor has returned to Rome, leaving the fearless Centurion Macro and his young Optio, Cato, to rest and regroup, along with the rest of the Second Legion. As their leader General Plautius plans the next phase of their campaign, word arrives that the ship carrying his family to join him was wrecked in a storm off the south coast. His wife and children have fallen into the hands of a dark sect of Druids, who now demand the return of those of their brotherhood taken prisoner by the Romans. Unless their demands are met within one month, Plautius's family will be burned alive. Will Cato and Macro discover where the Druids are hiding their hostages? And can they find some way to rescue them before time runs out? (P)2013 Headline Digital
