It's time to turn the #coffee industry upside down. In this episode, I meet with Taylor Hollis owner of Cool Bean Coffee Brewery and local #michigan coffee #roaster and #entrepreneur, to create a special "Low-Acid" Coffee #blend. We also taste tested the blends live for you today! Last year, I had to completely stop drinking coffee due to a really bad bug of #acidreflux . My acid reflux was so bad, I had to give up coffee completely for over 3 months. It wasn't until my wife, purchased a special #low-acid coffee from Trader Joes, that I was able to drink coffee again. I then went on a mission, to try to create a low-acidic blend that everyone could enjoy. There is only one problem.... I don't know how to roast coffee. Enter Taylor Hollis. Taylor is a #local Michigan roaster, who's #passion for good coffee, is unmatched. When I approached Taylor with this project, she told me that alot of other people have been requesting a Low-Acidic Coffee Blend as well. She accepted the offer, and went to work right away.
