Call it “The Revenge of the Scrawny.” The Procyon star system was born with two stars. One was bigger and heavier than the other, so it shined much more brightly. Because of that showiness, though, it burned out much more quickly. Today, all that’s left of the star is its tiny, dead core – while the scrawny companion shines on. Procyon climbs into good view, due east, by about 9 p.m. That’s just before Sirius, the Dog Star, which rises to the lower right of Procyon. In fact, the name “Procyon” means “before the dog” – an indication that it leads the Dog Star into the sky. What we see of Procyon is the scrawny survivor, Procyon A. But “scrawny” is relative – the star is bigger and heavier than the Sun. But when the system was born, the other star, Procyon B, was much more impressive. Because of its greater mass, it “burned” the nuclear fuel in its core much more quickly. That made it much brighter than Procyon A. It used up its fuel in a hurry, though. It cast its outer layers into space, leaving only its hot but dead core – a white dwarf. It’s more than half the mass of the Sun, but only about as big as Earth. It’ll shine faintly for billions of years. Procyon A is about to follow the same path. It’s nearing the end of its “prime” phase of life. Soon, it’ll puff up to giant proportions. Then it, too, will cast off its outer layers. That will leave Procyon with two “dead” stars – glowing embers in the cosmic night. Script by Damond Benningfield

Episode produced by Chloe Fortune, Ava Shultz, Meera Mohindra and Alicja Zator. In this episode of Sync into the Earth, we explore the topic of human-wildlife conflict in urban environments with a North American perspective. Encounters with wildlife are nothing out of the ordinary in urban city centers like Toronto and Edmonton, but do we ever stop to think about how our actions are impacting the wildlife with whom we share our cities? Throughout this episode we give focus to raccoons, coyotes and birds, as well as discuss recent peer-reviewed literature which investigates how living in cities impacts local wildlife. This includes studies on the physiological response of raccoons whose diets mainly consist of human food waste, the impact of diseases from bird feeders and our on-going problem with bird-window collisions. Included in this episode are special guest speakers Dr. Colleen Cassidy St. Clair from the University of Alberta, who discusses her work on the “Edmonton Urban Coyote Project,” and Victoria Badham from the Toronto Wildlife Centre, who discusses human-wildlife interactions and the work currently being completed by the Toronto Wildlife Centre to help local wildlife. (Piano music stops) Welcome to Ten Things I Like About… I'm Kiersten, your host, and this is a podcast about misunderstood or unknown creatures in nature. Some we'll find right out side our doors and some are continents away but all are fascinating.  This podcast will focus ten, ten minute episodes on different animals and their amazing characteristics. Please join me on this extraordinary journey, you won't regret it.   Last episode I introduced you the Japanese raccoon dog, the tanuki. In this episode we're going to talk about where they can be found. Which I s the second thing I like about them. You may be thinking, it's a Japanese raccoon dog, so what more is there to discuss. They're from Japan. You are right, listener, but that's not the end of the story. Let's take a deeper dive into where the tanuki can be found. The native range of the raccoon dog covers much of China, northeast Indochina, Korea, Amur, and Ussuri regions of Eastern Siberia, Mongolia, and Japan.  The earliest known ancestors of the raccoon dog are 3.7 million years old. Fossils of a subspecies was found in Europe 4 million years ago. Nyctereutes megamastoides, a large ancestor of raccoon dogs, lived in Europe while another subspecies, Nyctereutes sinensis lived in China during the Pliocene era and the early Pleistocene era. The distribution of this animal decreased during the Pleistocene. Nyctereutes megamastoides went extinct and Nyctereutes sinensis decreased in size. The later Chinese species evolved into the modern species we know today. The ancestors of todays residents of Japan probably colonized this area between 0.4 Ma and 12,000 years ago using the Sakhalin or Korean peninsulas. When the Japan Sea opened approximately 12,000 years ago the modern tanuki became isolated from other subspecies. These individuals began to adapt to a mild marine climate. Another subspecies evolved in Russia adapting to much colder climates. Their fur caught the eye of humans who introduced them to European parts of the Soviet Union in the first half of the twentieth century. As many introduced species do, the raccoon dog spread quickly and was detected in Finland in the 1930s. The Finnish population peaked in the 1980s and has remained stable. Raccoon dogs are currently among the most numerous carnivores in Finland. The two different populations of raccoon dogs have evolved to be distinct from each other in size and behavior. We'll talk more about these differences in future episodes.    Where within these two distinctive populations, Japan and Finland, can we find the raccoon dogs? In Japan, they can be found all over the country, but they can be classified into mountain types and village types, at least in the satoyama habitat where their home range use was studied. The mountain type where found to favor secondary forest and herbaceous areas. The village type was found in agricultural landscapes. Within both of these types, the least favorite habitats were the cedar plantations and the most favored were rice fields. Much like this mammals, namesake, the North American raccoon, tanuki can be found in urban areas as well. Within urban cities, they are found most often in areas with forest cover. In Finland, the tanuki uses different habitat seasonally. In southern Finland they used a barren heath habitat in all seasons, while they used moist heath habitat in late summer. Lake shore were all popular in both summer and autumn where food resources were plentiful regardless of the season. Water is also useful when these mammals encounter domestic dogs. They often run into the water to get away from the dogs. Rock piles on barren heaths provide great denning options during breeding season. When young are able to leave the den in mid-summer, parents will take them into meadows and abandoned fields. In late summer moist heath fields attract these omnivorous creature with abundant berries and insects. Autumn leads the raccoon dog to pine forests in search of abundant berries and into human cultivated gardens. I found it interesting that these two populations used available habitat and resources in different ways. It shows how adaptable these creatures are. It speaks well of their continued survival in an ever changing world. It also, once again, shows a similarity with their namesake, Procyon lotor.    That's it for this episode of the Tanuki. I know we got a little scientific in this episode but my second favorite thing about this critter is where they are found and that could only be described with a little fossil talk. Thanks for hanging in there.   If you're enjoying this podcast please recommend me to friends and family and take a moment to give me a rating on whatever platform your listening. It will help me reach more listeners and give the animals I talk about an even better chance at change.    Join me next week for another fascinating episode about Tanuki.       (Piano Music plays)  This has been an episode of Ten Things I like About with Kiersten and Company. Original music written and performed by Katherine Camp, piano extraordinaire.

Our sedate, middle-aged Sun spins on its axis about once a month. This leisurely rate keeps the Sun nice and round, like a beachball. But some stars rotate much faster. In fact, some spin so fast that they flatten themselves out, like a squashed beachball. An example is Gomeisa, the second-brightest star of Canis Minor, the little dog. It's quite low in the east by about 9 o'clock. It's above Procyon, the constellation's brightest star. Gomeisa is several times as massive as the Sun, and several times wider. And it spins much faster than the Sun does — about once per day. Since a star is made of gas, that high-speed rotation forces material outward at Gomeisa's equator, giving the star its compressed appearance. The rotation has another important effect. Gas at the equator is moving at more than half a million miles per hour. And since the equator is bulging outward, it “feels” less of a gravitational grip than material at the poles. So some of the hydrogen gas at the equator gets flung out into space, like water whirling away from a spinning lawn sprinkler. That surrounds Gomeisa with a disk of gas that's several times wider than the star. If you could get close to Gomeisa, you'd see one other odd effect. Because the gas at the poles is closer to the center of the star, it's much hotter than gas at the equator. So the star's poles are brighter than its equator — a two-toned appearance for a flattened star.  Script by Damond Benningfield Support McDonald Observatory

In this episode, JP from Soap Free Procyon shares insights and tips on how to keep your living space clean and tidy.  As the warm weather approaches, JP is enjoying spending time outdoors and basks in the joy of summer. However, he reminds us that 85% of dirt is within 15 feet of the front and back door of our houses, emphasizing the importance of regularly vacuuming our homes.  But it's not just about cleanliness for JP; it's about adopting a positive attitude. He stresses the importance of being nice, kicking ass, and repeating this behavior, aiming to embody this mindset every day.  With the summer season approaching, JP urges listeners to interact face-to-face with loved ones and customers, drawing inspiration from a quote by John Wesley that encourages doing good in all possible ways and to all people. In addition to spreading positivity, JP offers valuable cleaning information, prioritizing listeners' health and happiness. He recommends using soap-free Procyon for carpet washing instead of shampoo that can leave residue behind. Residue is described as sticky and can cause loose dirt to stick to carpet fibers and fabric. Procyon, being soap-free and odor-free, proves to be the ideal choice for clean and odorless carpets while being environmentally friendly. JP also highlights the importance of avoiding chemicals on carpets during the barefooting season. Name brand cleaners containing caustic chemicals are warned against, and listeners are advised to shake a bottle of cleaner to test for suds, indicating the presence of chemicals.  Furthermore, JP emphasizes the fact that our skin is our largest organ, capable of conveying chemicals into the bloodstream. Thus, he stresses the importance of avoiding unnecessary chemicals in our bodies. So, join JP on this episode of Soap Free Podcast as he shares insights on maintaining a clean home, prioritizing health, and adopting a positive mindset. Extra weight can make a big difference in lifespan — whether it's a person or a star. Consider Procyon, the Little Dog Star. It's actually a binary — two stars locked in orbit around each other. They were born together, a couple of billion years ago. But one of the stars was more massive than the other. As a result, it's been “dead” for more than a billion years, while its companion has lived on. Procyon is in the east-southeast at nightfall. It's only 11 and a half light-years away, and it stands not far to the upper left of Sirius, the brightest star in the night sky. The combination makes Procyon easy to spot. The system's main star is Procyon A. It's bigger, brighter, and heavier than the Sun. Procyon B is a dead stellar core — a white dwarf. It's about 60 percent as massive as the Sun, but only about the size of Earth. Procyon B was much heavier when it was born. Because of that, its core was much hotter than Procyon A, which revved up its nuclear reactions. That caused Procyon B to age much faster. After only about 700 million years, the reactions ended, the core collapsed, and the star's outer layers were kicked off into space. Procyon A was less massive, so it kept going. But today, it, too, is nearing the end. It's making the transition to the next stage of life, which will end with the formation of a white dwarf as well. So Procyon will end as a pair of dead stars whirling through the darkness.  Script by Damond Benningfield Support McDonald Observatory

Until the 17th century, European skywatchers largely ignored the area to the east of Orion. And it's hard to blame them — that expanse of sky looks pretty empty. By the early 1600s, though, things were changing. For one thing, European powers were exploring the world's oceans, so navigators began producing more detailed maps of the sky. And for another, as astronomers turned their early telescopes toward the sky, they found that many “empty” regions were actually filled with amazing sights. So 400 years ago, a new constellation was created to encompass a dark area near Orion: Monoceros, the unicorn. It's still not much to look at with the eye alone. But a telescope reveals a triple-star system, a star that staged a big outburst, and much more. Perhaps the most famous of the unicorn's wonders is the Rosette Nebula, a giant cloud of gas and dust that surrounds a cluster of young stars. Through a telescope, it looks like a faint smudge of light. But in photographs, it looks like an orange or pink rose — a beautiful decoration for a faint unicorn. To find the unicorn, first find Orion, which wheels across the south in early evening. Sirius, the brightest star in the night sky, is below Orion, with fainter Procyon farther to the hunter's lower left. The unicorn fills the space between these bright lights — a region of the sky that's best appreciated with a telescope. We'll have more about the unicorn tomorrow.  Script by Damond Benningfield Support McDonald Observatory

The glare of the full Moon overpowers most of the stars around it. Only the brightest of stars shine through. And that's what we have tonight. Three bright stars form a wide triangle, with the Moon along one side of it. The star that appears closest to the Moon is Pollux, the brighter of the twins of Gemini. It's above the Moon at nightfall. It's a stellar giant — it's much bigger and brighter than the Sun. It's well past the prime of life, so it's puffed up to giant proportions. And it's only about 34 light-years away. The combination of size and distance makes it bright and easy to spot. The next-closest companion star is Regulus, the leading light of Leo, the lion. It climbs into good view below the Moon by about 8 o'clock. Regulus is a binary — two stars locked in a tight orbit around each other. The main star is much brighter and more massive than the Sun. Its companion is a white dwarf — the small, faint, dead core of a star. The system is about 80 light-years away. The final companion is Procyon, which is well to the right of the Moon. It's the brightest star of the little dog, so it's known as the Little Dog Star. It, too, is a binary. And like Regulus, it consists of a star in the prime of life paired with a white dwarf. The system is among our closest neighbors — only about 11 light-years away. Look for this trio of bright stars shining through the brilliant moonlight all night long. For fans of geometric shapes, the night sky is a paradise. You can connect the bright stars to make just about any shape you can think of: triangles, squares, rectangles, parallelograms, and many more. One of the biggest and brightest of these figures is the Winter Circle or Hexagon — seven bright stars, with one more as its hub. It's in the east and southeast as night falls now. Its hub is Betelgeuse, the orange shoulder of Orion. It's about halfway up the sky at nightfall, in the east-southeast. To see the circle, drop the lower right of Betelgeuse until you come to Sirius, the brightest star in the night sky. It's in the big dog, so it's also known as the Dog Star. Using Betelgeuse as the center of your clock, sweep clockwise to Procyon. It is the brightest star of the little dog, so it's known as the Little Dog Star. Next up, in the east, are Pollux and Castor, the twins of Gemini. Capella, in Auriga the charioteer, is high above them. Then go to the right for Aldebaran, the eye of the bull. Right now, the planet Mars is close by, so it adds one more point to the circle. Then it's down to Rigel, Orion's bright blue-white foot, and back to Sirius to complete the shape. This is a good time to view this giant figure. Episode 203: Breaking Away and Strategic Growth with Phil Fiore

Having more than 25 years of experience, Procyon Partners' Co-Founder, Phil Fiore, has extensive experience and expertise in the investment advisory space. In addition to being a co-founder of Procyon in 2017, Phil formerly held the positions of Senior Vice President of Wealth Management at UBS, Senior Institutional Consultant, Senior Retirement Plan Consultant, and member of the Institutional Consulting Group and its Advisory Council. 401KWire twice named Phil one of the Nation's 300 Most Influential Advisors in the Defined Contributions Arena, The Financial Times recognized him as one of their Top 400 Advisors in 2014, and Barron's named him one of their Top 1,200 Financial Advisors in 2015. Given all these accomplishments and experiences, Phil is equipped to speak with authority in the wealth management space, but, when Phil was younger, the term “wealth management” wasn't even in his lexicon. Coming from a first generation immigrant Italian family, Phil spent most of his early life believing that soccer would be what his future held. His father, a traditional Italian man, created the PAL Soccer League in his hometown in Connecticut. While his father instilled within him a go-and-get-it-yourself attitude as opposed to handing him money (a rudimentary business skill), soccer was indeed what his heart was set on. Nevertheless, professional soccer only existed in Europe at the time Phil graduated college, so he had to figure out a new path. At first, his intended path was law school, but sometimes life chooses for you what you're meant to do. In his late 20s, he was presented with an opportunity to join a business he couldn't refuse which led tohim became the highly regarded leader and dealmaker he is today. THE NEW WAVE OF BREAKAWAY Procyon Partners is a prime example of a new wave of breakaway RIA firms. Traditionally, RIA breakaways were wealth management practices run by advisors establishing their own businesses for their own reasons - mainly escaping big firm bureaucracy and limitations or the desire to be self-employed. On the other hand, a new wave of breakaways was ushered in, with Procyon being one of those to breakaway with new additional motivation: Authentic, strategic growth from the start. This is growth with intention, not growth for the sake of growth, but growth with the purpose to build a stronger organization that can service clients more fully and comprehensively. Though Phil and his fellow founding partners started out in wirehouse firms (a full-service broker-dealer), they realized that their specialty expertise in retirement consulting and other key service offerings excelled well beyond the wirehouse's “full-service” paradigm. As a result, they made the decision to leave the wirehouses. “An exciting journey, for sure,” says Phil, but certainly not without its challenges. One of the biggest hurdles faced by Phil and his new company was actually the freedom they had to operate as they pleased. They had to take a step back and evaluate their circumstances, and not act on impulse, but rather conduct their business in a manner that was best for their clients and for their business. Another decision made in 2017 by the Procyon founding partners, was to collaborate with Dynasty Financial Partners. Due to Dynasty's well-established standing, they were able to offer analytics, experienced transition, and operational support to Procyon in ways that would otherwise be inaccessible to them at their founding. This decision gives Procyon the ability to focus on transitioning their clients and providing personalized service at a high level for high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners. In 2022, this partnership is still in place, and Procyon's founders continue to benefit from and deeply appreciate the exceptionality, support and partnership that Dynasty offers. A STRATEGIC GROWTH-DRIVEN MINDSET Procyon Partners' authentic, strategic growth-driven goal was present from the beginnng in 2017. Their start focused on organic growth by the founding partners going out and attracting business on their own; however, their inorganic growth via bringing on new advisors has been what gave them their largest leg up. It's important to note that there is no one specific way to achieve growth, what works for one business may not work for another. Depending on business model and industry, primarily organic growth may be best, inorganic growth may get you further, or a combination of the two may be where the sweet spot is. For most businesses, a balance of the two is usually preferred, but in the RIA space, inorganic growth has become a huge drive of success for most of the fastest growing firms. The model Procyon decided to use for their growth is “One Team, One Dream”. Phil explains that, for example, many M&A transactions may operate as “Corey Wealth Management, Powered by Procyon”, and while there's nothing wrong with this, Phil believes that by operating with unity, they're able to achieve more growth. Phil, alongside his Procyon founding partners, decided from the start they wanted their business to operate as one, with everyone who is coming in being in the same boat, rowing towards the same dream. That can provide some obstacles in finding the right people for your business, but in the end, when the right people come together, wonderful things will happen. Additionally, Phil emphasizes that bringing in talent who are eager to be there, people who can act as leaders in your firm will help your company run like a well-oiled machine. You can generate a lot more growth by bringing in strong, enthusiastic talent as opposed to bringing in what's available merely because it's available or who doesn't want to genuinely work with you. The latter will undoubtedly work against your growth prospects. AUTHENTICITY IN A COMPETITIVE MARKET As the RIA space grows, genuine talent becomes more difficult to find, and of course bringing on talent is paramount to growth– organic or inorganic. How does a firm set themselves apart, and attract talent to bring on board? For Phil, the answer is simple: Authenticity. Procyon's message is deliberately authentic to attract authenticity. Many – not all – firms will promise the stars, and only deliver on half the sky. For Procyon, it's imperative to: Be transparent in what his firm can offer Authentic in wanting to build a beneficial relationship Keeping expectations grounded so they can be exceeded Hiring the right people with the right motivation and incentives By keeping things transparent and authentic, and not making unrealistic promises, Phil believes Procyon gleans beyond other firms who may not practice with this type of authenticity. Furthermore, they choose to set themselves above by being proactive in their hiring, choosing people who are good at what they do, and nurturing that talent with the right motivation. Not just comp, but something tangible so they can build, create, and grow with enthusiasm. “One Team, One Dream”: It's a philosophy that's not just words for Procyon, but one that is in chronic practice. A PIVOTAL DEAL In May 2021, Procyon Partners acquired Pivotal Planning Group, whose partners became partners in Procyon. This transaction was so much more than cutting a check to add clients, it was a meaningful partnership for both Procyon and Pivotal. What Phil describes as “awesome” was the fact that neither Procyon nor Pivotal needed the other at the time of the transaction. It wasn't need-based, it was taking a curiosity of “what if?”, and actually doing it. This important deal has helped Procyon continue to expand its offerings and talent in a way that would be difficult and time consuming to create organically. By practicing authenticity and strategic growth, Phil and his founding partners have been able to build Procyon to be one of the most solid RIA firms in the U.S. They've afforded themselves the opportunity to make extremely beneficial deals such as with Dynasty and Pivotal, and grow their business to expand their services far beyond what they ever anticipated. They've done the hard work, brought in incredible leaders and partners, and built Procyon to be dynamic and unified, making the sum of Procyon extremely attractive to talent, advisors, and clients alike. • • • For my full discussion with Phil Fiore, and more on the topic:Listen to the Full DealQuest Podcast Episode Here • • • FOR MORE ON PHIL FIORE AND PROCYON PARTNERS:https://www.linkedin.com/in/fiorephil/ https://www.procyonpartners.net/ Corey Kupfer is an expert strategist, negotiator, and dealmaker. Emerson says write it on your heart that every day is the best day in the year. He is rich who owns the day and no one owns the day who allows it to be invaded with fret and anxiety. Finish every day and be done with it. You've done what you could. Some blunders and absurdities no doubt crept in. Forget them as soon as you can. Tomorrow is a new day. Begin it well and serenely, with too high a spirit to be encumbered. With your old nonsense, this new day is too dear with its hopes and invitations to waste a moment on the yesterdays. Ok. Thank you, Mr. Emerson. Now what do we do with that? You know, perhaps I've said before that my best days are the ones where I get up with an attitude of what am I going to give to the world today as opposed to what am I going to get. I find that when I'm focused on the giving part, the getting just comes. But my spirit is much more focused on the importance of being part of my community, starting with service to my dear customers friends family that's where we should be focused and this works really well with your customers. You know you are delivering a super important product, keeping a home healthy and clean, super important for your customers. But it doesn't end there because they don't need a cleaning every day. But they should know that you are their friend every day, that you are a resource and an advisor. If for example, it may be that somebody trusts your services. I may ask you if you know a good plumber, good electrician who should come and maintain their air ducts or their furnace, whatever it might be. So consider who you know and who you serve and build those connections and deploy them for your clients. You know you can order from Procyon your custom spot and stain bottles to offer to your customers, but you know it doesn't end there. Tell them that you're there to be of service every day of the year. Even in between cleanings, why not offer your service? Offer your help, ask people what else you can do for them. It very rarely at some point nobody going to actually tap you for that. But you know what? It keeps you top of mind and it doesn't hurt to be thought of as the most generous, nicest vendor service provider that they know. So please keep that in mind. Even if you don't have gifts and boxes to give. You have the gift of yourself and your connections. After initial milab and trauma-based mind control, she was used in various projects including the Dulce hybridization lab, off-world weapons testing and inter-species battle, genetic harvest, time experiments and as a mind-to-mind interface gathering intel from various extra-terrestrial races. She was first sent to the moon and later to Mars where she was engineered to become a cyborged, cloned and weaponized asset. Her service continued in the outer reaches of the solar system on Planet X, where she was owned by the Draco. Rebecca's strong meditation practice and devotion to spiritual development are what supported the return of her memory and putting the pieces of her life back together. After awakening to her deeper mission, intuitive abilities and psychic vision, Rebecca also realized she had a vast array of helpers from many different realms assisting her. Her light family includes a Nordic mate from Procyon and an indigenous mother and father from a previous lifetime. Rebecca's integration, memory retrieval and journey to wellness is ongoing. Through her own life experience and current work with the light realms, she's been given the resources to assist others in recovering from their own anomalous trauma and milab experiences. The three big things to focus on this week: First, the fixed star Procyon is active this week, conjunct to the Sun (25 Cancer). Bernadette Brady likens this to fireworks – it's great to watch but fades. Opportunities may present themselves that you have to grab quickly, so if you're offered an opportunity, consider if it helps to diversify your talents! Also, faulty structures may collapse this week – keep an eye out. This star is also associated with dog bites and hydrophobia (fear of water). Stay cognizant about your surroundings this week, too.   02:34 – Second, we'll have an Aries Last Quarter Moon on the Sabian symbol, "A large disappointed audience." The Cancer Sun opposes Pluto in Capricorn. Pluto's symbol is "A large aviary," and Celeste makes interesting observations about what is happening in Sri Lanka: Is there an increase in dissatisfaction with governments in general? When Pluto is activated, there can also be a feeling of empowerment and a drive to transform – do watch out for emotional reactivity! On the plus side, there can be profound emotional healing. Celeste also reviews the Lunar Phase Families, so consider these dates: mid-April 2020, mid-Jan. 2021, mid-Oct 2021, and mid-July 2022. What stories connect for you? (To learn more about the Sabian symbols, revisit Episode 8, "Sagittarius Full Moon: As the Fog Lifts, Clarity Arrives"!)   06:20 – Third: Leo Season begins on Friday! The Sun is at home in this fixed fire sign, where life renews itself. Consider how you can be the sovereign in your own life. Leo, the lion, is a leader: What are you loyal to? For a song of the season, check out Katy Perry's song Roar! Leo is also about self-expression and confidence. Leo season is also a great time to organize something on a large scale. (It's also an excellent time to join Celeste's Leo New Moon Intention Setting Workshop!)   08:46 – On Sunday, the word of the day is FLOAT. The Pisces Moon invites you to drift and dream. Accept all opportunities snuggling, as it is healing.   10:26 – On Monday, the theme is OPPORTUNITY. The Moon enters Aries at 11:22 am PT. If opportunities present themselves, trust your instincts and take action.   11:50 – Tuesday's focus is IMAGINATION. Stay present for a light bulb moment. Consider the positive use of imagination vs. letting fear, paranoia, or obsession take over.   14:17 – On Wednesday, the word is EXPLOSIVE. The Last Quarter Moon is at 27 Aries at 7:18 am PT. The Moon enters Taurus at 11:22 am PT. Observe the conversations around you. Stay grounded, plan your next steps and keep things simple.   15:35 – On Thursday, the theme is PROGRESS. What we nourish grows. What are you feeding? Are they the right things? Release what is no longer serving you. Today, you may meet people who can help you.   17:11 – On Friday, the focus is GENEROSITY. The Sun enters Leo at 1:06 pm PT. The Moon is in Gemini at 10:10 pm PT. Have a fun evening. Connect and socialize with friends, neighbors, or siblings.   18:22 – On Saturday, the word is EXPANSIVE. Learn something new, enjoy yourself and have a laugh.   19:05 – Thanks for listening to Celestial Insights!
