Police responded to a call from a concerned landlord, who had located suspicious items inside a residence just off Irvine Blvd. Local police responded to the residence, and after a few hours, the FBI was on scene investigating what appeared to be a nerve agent that was discovered at the site.Analyst Comment: This incident initially took place some time ago, however none of the inhabitants of this extremely high-income gated community reported the men-in-white-suits investigating a potential weapons lab in their neighborhood, until prompted by journalists who were first alerted to the scene by the Irvine Police Department's post on the matter last night. Since this neighborhood has controlled access, the local news crew had to fly a helicopter over the scene, which revealed the CBNRE teams that are still on the scene processing evidence. Geolocation of this static image (via the solar panels on the roof and the landscaping arrangement) confirms the address as being 77 Cartwheel Street.Orange County property records indicate that this residence is owned by Yu-Ting Huang and Allen Lee. A cursory search of business affiliations in California confirms that both individuals are the CFO and CEO (respectively) of Genetex Inc, a major biotechnology business which allegedly provides reagents for medical testing.Overall, details are very sketchy at the moment, however local media stations have interviewed some of the neighbors who have been willing to talk. According to these reports, various teams of federal agents have been observed on site, to include military service members wearing insignia of a Weapons of Mass Destruction Civil Support Team.Considering the link to Genetex, so far this incident is nearly identical to other Chinese-linked biolabs, such as the facilities in Reedley, California and in Las Vegas, Nevada. Both of these facilities involved super-sketchy businesses which were supposed to be making test kits or reagents for medical testing, however in reality this was merely a front to conceal the manufacture of biological weapons. Regarding the site in Irvine, there is no link readily identifiable to the other sites just yet, beyond the circumstances of the operations being nearly identical. Of note, Genetex has links to Taiwan, not China, however more information is needed to determine exactly what these links are and exactly which individuals were operating the site. More investigation will be needed to discern what was really taking place at this facility, but as of right now, it would be prudent to categorize this as a potential nerve agent production facility, just in case.-----END TEARLINE-----

The November 4 edition of the AgNet News Hour was a celebration of California citrus, featuring Jesse Silva, Vice President of Kings River Packing, who joined hosts Nick Papagni and Josh McGill to share an upbeat outlook on the 2024–25 season. The longtime Central Valley leader, now in its eighth generation of family farming, is off to what Silva called “a high-quality, high-demand year” for California citrus. Silva explained that Kings River Packing and its affiliated companies, including Cobblestone Fruit and Gyra Packing, are operating at full capacity across their four facilities in Sanger, Reedley, and Orosi. “We're running 24/7 right now,” he said. “The fruit looks great, and the market is strong — especially for early navels, lemons, and mandarins.” Founded in the 1860s, Kings River's legacy began when the Hazelton family planted the first orange trees in Fresno County. Nearly 150 years later, Silva said the ninth generation is preparing to carry that heritage forward. “We're still family owned and operated, and that's something we're very proud of,” he said. “Every box we ship represents decades of hard work, and our goal is to keep that tradition alive.” Silva described a season that's running ahead of schedule thanks to ideal growing conditions in both the desert and Central Valley regions. Grapefruit, lemons, and mandarins from the desert gave the company an early jump, and now the focus shifts northward. “Our early navels are maturing beautifully,” he said. “The sugar is coming on strong, the color is fantastic, and consumers are ready for California fruit.” He also reported that this year's market fundamentals look favorable for growers. “The quality is high, imported volumes were lower than expected, and demand is strong both domestically and internationally,” Silva said. “Right now, pricing is solid across navels, mandarins, and lemons. The retailers are excited.” Beyond the fields, Silva discussed the company's continued investment in organic citrus, now entering its third full year of production. “It's still a niche, but it's growing steadily,” he said. “We're proud to be a year-round organic citrus supplier in oranges, lemons, and grapefruit.” Silva credited early fall rains for boosting color and size without harming the crop. “The timing was perfect,” he said. “Rain improves sizing, and the cool nights are bringing on that rich orange color everyone loves.” Papagni and McGill also highlighted Kings River's partnership with Farmsco USA, which sources citrus from Chile, Argentina, Peru, and Morocco to complement California's growing season. “It keeps our partners stocked year-round,” Silva explained. “It's about consistency — giving our customers California quality all twelve months of the year.” As the holidays approach, Silva encouraged Californians to buy local. “When you see Kings River on the label, you're supporting family farmers,” he said. “That means a lot to us — and it means you're getting the best citrus anywhere.”

Last week, ten former FBI executives warned congressional leaders of “an invasion” that has taken place since 2021 by large numbers of unaccompanied, military-age men from China, Russia and “terror-linked regions.” They specifically anticipate such personnel could inflict “catastrophic damage” on “innocent Americans and the infrastructure that keeps the nation safe and functioning.”  This danger is exponentially increased if any of these men are able to marry up with the sort of deadly pathogens discovered in a bio-laboratory the Chinese Communist Party secretly set up in Reedley, California. A PRC citizen and wanted fugitive, receiving millions in unexplained and suspicious payments from the PRC, ran an illegal biolab in the heart of Reedley, CA. Investigators found thousands of vials of pathogens with labels like 'HIV' and a freezer labeled 'Ebola.' The illegal biolab was run by a PRC citizen who is a wanted fugitive from Canada with a $330 million Canadian dollar judgment against him for stealing American intellectual property. This PRC citizen was a top official at a PRC-state-controlled company and had links to military-civil fusion entities. The illegal biolab received millions of dollars in unexplained payments from PRC banks while running the illegal biolab. The illegal biolab contained thousands of samples of labeled, unlabeled, and encoded potential pathogens, including HIV, malaria, tuberculosis, and Covid.
