In the Civil War airport fight, there's a super awkward cut to Natasha as Scott and Steve are throwing the "Water Truck" at Rhodey. Ant-man has delightful cut when Darren Cross is introducing "this company's founder and my mentor...Hank Pym". Most of the the scene is shot with the camera slightly below Cross but for a second the camera angle is from above him. This results in him looking tiny for a moment, like a forced-perspective kind of thing. This always makes my family laugh based on the movie being about shrinking things. This past week we have seen the Avengers: Endgame trailer and it set the internet on fire with 289 Million Views in 24 hours. WOW just WOW. It has taken the number one spot for that statistic and as an added note 4 out of the top 10 most-viewed online trailers in the first 24 hours belong to Marvel Studios films. Video games saw a new trailer for Mortal Kombat 11 now don’t get me wrong I am all for MK over the years but maybe it’s time to hang it up? I bought the last one and I even had the Superhero version Injustice but there are only so many was to break a Ninja’s bones….IJS Aquaman is getting ready to hit theaters and I am actually excited. I think it will have tough competition over the holidays no doubt but I am hearing initial reviews and I expect to be pleasantly surprised. Now I am planning on going on the 21st even though I could see it early because of the Amazon Prime promotion, and I have a message for movie goers and superhero film fans: Please be mindful that women are flocking to see this film because of Jason Momoa. I am not a hater I repeat I am not a hater but I will let you know I will give some dirty looks and possibly elbows if I hear catcalling from the women in the audience. Now, I should save this for a separate podcast or video but Disney made a huge mistake. I know James Gunn said some disturbing things in the past but I am actually excited to see a movie this guy has done since his “scandal”. Now I know trailers can be better tan the movie sometimes but this dude basically made a Superman movie with a twist. If you haven’t seen the trailer for Brightburn go on over to YouTube or you video provider of choice and look it up. When my boy Bouf asked me about it I had no clue I watched it and had to pick my jaw up off the floor. I mean the premise is no different than a couple of things that comic book fans haven’t already thought of like: Invincible, Ultraman, Hyperion from Squadron Sinister, an evil Superman. I don’t think anyone ever looked at it from the point of view of when his powers first developed. Kang kidnaps the team in order to ask them for help. See, this dude called the Grandmaster has challenged him to a cosmic game and he needs our heroes to be his pawns. So they help the guy, face off against the Squadron Sinister and the 1940's Invaders, then when all is said and done, Kang tries to kill them. Typical Kang.

Agent Lauren couldn’t pass up an opportunity to go rummage around in some old H.Y.D.R.A. defunct vaults and bunkers so Agents Haley and Stargate Pioneer stay with you this week to discuss everything Marvel from the Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D. episode “Many Heads, One Tale” to the upcoming Jessica Jones Netflix series to the week in Marvel Comics to the general weekly Marvel news. The story plots are truly #ItsAllConnected and it is just amazing to see how they interweave from week to week. As Coulson and Price figure stuff out we are taken once again down the road to Marvel’s Golden Age. As much as Ward disappointed all of us two years ago Brett Dalton plays Ward so so so well and he did not have a bad scene all episode. Haley and SP again speculate on if Will is H.Y.D.R.A. or an Inhuman or not and Haley gives her great theory that the Grim Reaper on Will’s planet is actually Maximus The Mad. Everyone laughs at Hunter the Hacker back at the ATCU headquarters. But NO ONE is laughing at Mockingbird with her awesome magnetic batons! SP cries for the Science Babies for Lauren. The Agent-Hosts wonder if S.H.I.E.L.D. still has a H.Y.D.R.A. mole in their midst. Do the terms “Enhanced Specimen Control” and “Project Distant Star Return” define the episode?
