This week, Jeanette interviews Alexandra Kaval, the founder of Grace Space Christian Coaching, to talk about how faith, God's Word, and intentional boundaries can empower Christian women to live a God-centered life. Whether you're struggling with people-pleasing, feeling overwhelmed by to-dos, or seeking to align your work and life with your identity in Christ, Alexandra shares wisdom, practical tips, and spiritual encouragement to help you grow, simplify your life, find your worth in God, and create rhythms that serve your God-given purpose. Alexandra is a certified professional life coach and the founder of Grace Space Christian Coaching. "The safest place to be is in the center of God's will." "God has given me more than enough time to accomplish what He has called me to do." "Faith is the fuel. Nothing happens without it, and nothing worth doing exists apart from it." In this episode: Break free from people-pleasing and reframe your thoughts to prioritize God's approval over others. Set boundaries that honor God and protect your time and energy for what matters most. Align your work with God's purpose and shift from striving to abiding by asking, “What has God asked me to do?” Simplify life with a rhythm, not rigidity, and build patterns of connection with God, content creation, and relationship-building without overwhelming structure. Focus on who you're serving, not how you're performing, to show up authentically and make a real impact. Bible Verses Mentioned: Philippians 4:13: "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." Psalm 16:6: "The boundary lines have fallen for me in pleasant places."

V červených číslech hospodařila i česká šlechta a panovníci v předbělohorské době. Verte mi nikdy som to nerobila so zlým úmyslom, chcela som pomoct, zachranit, čokolvek, bojovala som ako levica. Nijako.

Mason Miller, a 24-year-old right-hander who is Oakland’s top pitching prospect, made his major league debut. Tonight L.A. The A’s will work with Nevada and Clark County on a public-private partnership to fund the stadium. Dumars also says it was made with serious consideration of many factors. Dumars oversees the league’s basketball operations and sanctions for on-court incidents. Green stepped on the chest of Kings center Domantas Sabonis midway during the fourth quarter of Game 2 of that series on Monday night. Green was ejected for the play. The league escalated the punishment on Tuesday night. NBA – Sacramento’s Mike Brown unanimous Coach of the Year winner Sacramento’s Mike Brown is the unanimous winner of the NBA’s Coach of the Year award. It was an easy call after his first season in Sacramento saw the Kings make the playoffs for the first time since 2006. All 100 voters from a panel of reporters and broadcasters had Brown atop their ballot Wednesday. Brown won the award for the second time, adding this trophy to the one he got after he and LeBron James led Cleveland to a 66-16 record in the 2008-09 season. The other finalists were Oklahoma City’s Mark Daigneault and Boston’s Joe Mazzulla. Golf – PGA – Tiger Woods has ankle surgery, rest of majors in doubt Tiger Woods is recovering from another surgery. Woods has posted on Twitter that he had fusion surgery on his right ankle to alleviate arthritis from a broken bone. Most estimates on recovery are eight to 12 weeks. That would put into doubt whether he plays in the three remaining majors. Woods had a noticeable limp when he played in the Masters. He made the cut for a record-tying 23rd time. But he withdrew Sunday morning during the third round because of plantar fasciitis. The broken bone in his ankle stems from the February 2021 car crash in Los Angeles. Texas cheerleaders shot after one says she got in wrong car Authorities say a man shot and wounded two cheerleaders in a Texas supermarket parking lot after one of them said she mistakenly got into his car thinking it was her own. The shooting early Tuesday east of Austin was the latest in a string of recent U.S. shootings apparently sparked by someone showing up at the wrong place. Heather Roth says she got into what she thought was her car, but there was a man in the passenger seat so she got back into her teammate’s car. She says the man then approached her teammate’s car and opened fire. She was grazed and her teammate was critically wounded. The man fled but was later arrested. IIHF – 2-time US hockey Olympic defender Megan Bozek retires Two-time United States women’s hockey Olympian Megan Bozek is retiring. The 32-year-old defender from Buffalo Grove, Illinois, won silver medals at the 2014 Sochi and 2022 Beijing Winter Games. Bozek also won four gold medals in six world championship tournament appearances, ending with a silver-medal finish in 2022. Bozek made her national team debut in 2007 in the Under-18 Series, and finished her career with 17 goals and 41 assists for 58 points in 111 games. Selle nädala esimene „Futboliit“ keskendub möödunule – kokku võetakse lõppenud hooaeg Eesti Premium liigas ning sügisene MMi eelne hooaja osa suurtes liigades, fookusega Premier League'ile. Eesti nurgakeses (1:08) võetakse üksipulgi läbi kõigi kümne Premium liiga meeskonna hooajad ning jagatakse oma muljeid. Lühidalt puudutatakse ka Eesti koondise eelseissvat Balti turniiri (34:08). Premier League'i sektsioonis (39:04) analüüsitakse peamiselt Cristiano Ronaldo plahvatuslikku intervjuud, milles ta kogu Manchester Unitedi juhtkonnale, sealhulgas peatreener Erik ten Hagile vee peale lasi. Kas tegu on reaalssutaju kaotanud egomaniaki ebaratsionaalse tõmblusega või on sellistel avaldustel ka mõtestatud idee? Saate viimases osas heidetakse pilk ka teiste Euroopa suurliigade hetkeseisudele (1:01:14). Saatejuhid on Raul Ojassaar ja Joel Indermitte. Parimad spordiennustuse koefid leiad www.olybet.ee!

We loved chatting with Oakland A's president, Dave Kaval. https://www.instagram.com/davekaval/ https://twitter.com/DaveKaval https://www.mlb.com/athletics/oakland-ballpark/project-details On Nov. 17, 2016, David Kaval was named the seventh president in the history of the Oakland Athletics. As one of the most dynamic leaders currently in sports, Kaval has led a complete transformation of the organization. He has repositioned the internal and external perception of the Club and has driven a number of innovative initiates to propel the business forward. In his five seasons as president, Kaval has enhanced the fan experience by making upgrades to the Oakland Coliseum, introduced a forward-thinking season ticket program, hosted MLB's first completely free game, and welcomed the largest crowd in Oakland Coliseum history when 56,310 fans attended the game versus the San Francisco Giants on July 21, 2018. He has implemented a number of initiatives to connect with fans and community stakeholders, including hosting weekly office hours, participating in town hall meetings, and communicating via Twitter and Instagram at @DaveKaval. In addition to delivering the best baseball experience for the Club's fans, Kaval is committed to increasing the organization's community impact. During the 2020 season, the Club focused on five main community initiatives: COVID-19 relief, social justice, building community, education, and youth baseball and softball. The team donated more than $2.6 million back to the community, including $1.62 million for COVID-19 relief efforts. Kaval worked alongside state and local officials to open an Accessible Voting Center at the Coliseum for the 2020 General Election. The Coliseum Vote Center was the largest in Northern California and included in-person voting in the Oakland Arena, curbside voting from the car, and ballot drop boxes for individuals to deposit their completed mail-in ballots. The A's also provided 3,000 KN95 masks and 1,300 pre-loaded Clipper cards to help ensure the most vulnerable Alameda County residents could vote safely. As part of the Vote Center, Alameda County provided free COVID-19 tests and flu shots. In February 2021, under Kaval's leadership, the A's partnered with the White House and the State of California to open the first federally operated vaccination center in the country at the Oakland Coliseum. Kaval is leading the Club's efforts to open a new waterfront ballpark in Oakland. He has made it a priority to engage the community to ensure the ballpark project is bigger than baseball. The A's have hosted hundreds of community meetings and workshops since 2018, giving residents a voice to share their perspectives and insights on how the ballpark can benefit and provide opportunities in Oakland. He is also leading the A's plans to redevelop the current Coliseum site. A native of Cleveland, Ohio, Kaval earned a B.A. with honors in International Relations and an M.B.A. from Stanford University. He is a long-time resident of Menlo Park and lives there with his wife and two daughters.
