In this bite-sized solo episode Elisabeth shares a quick but powerful tool to help you make better decisions, stop you worrying and the subconscious fears that stop us for going for our dreams... So often we stop ourselves going after our dreams, or sharing our gifts with the world or creating the life that we want because we're afraid of failing or something bad happening. But the “failing” or the “bad” is very intangible - it's like a big dark cloud of unknown-ness. And we're afraid of the unknown more than anything. We don't want to stop ourselves from going for our dreams, and that's where this exercise is so good. Because it makes everything about the situation very tangible… And when things are tangible we can make better decisions, we aren't as scared because there's more certainty and more control.
