Jere B takes us behind the curtain of Entree Musician International, a thriving global community born during the 2020 pandemic when musicians everywhere faced the devastating reality of canceled performances. Drawing from his own career of failures and comebacks, Jere B transformed personal lessons into a movement that now connects artists across continents. What began as practical advice quickly evolved when industry veterans recognized something special in Jere B's approach. Linda Bolero from Berkeley, Tony Bennett's former road manager Vance Anderson, and metadata strategist Daryl Looney joined forces with him to create a virtual hub where musicians could grow together through honest feedback and encouragement. The magic happens in Jere B's collaborative sessions where musicians present their work to receive constructive criticism from seasoned professionals. One participant, a young Youngstown native named Jaron Brooks, has been working with Jere B since age 16 and is developing into "the next Usher" through this mentorship. Jere B's production philosophy echoes that of his heroes Arif Martin and Quincy Jones—drawing out each artist's authentic spirit rather than chasing fleeting trends.Having started his musical journey as a church drummer at four years old, Jere B learned his craft by studying the masters. He shares insights on finding your musical voice through careful study of influences (like Prince did with James Brown and Little Richard) while emphasizing that true musicianship requires more than talent—it demands the right mindset, discipline, and focus. For Jere B, music must fulfill four essential purposes: engage the spirit, enrich the heart, encourage the soul, and empower the listener. This philosophy guides everything he creates and produces. Ready to unlock your potential as an entrepreneur musician? We then take a sobering look behind prison walls, where survival strategies and the unexpected advice from guards expose an unforgiving world that shapes the destinies of those within.Hope, however, is a resilient force, and our final guest's story is a testament to its power. We hear an uplifting tale of battling addiction and the redemptive power of faith and community support. The episodes pivot toward the influence of a church community, personal development, and the pursuit of an education to help others find their way out of darkness. The episode weaves together these strands of resilience, redemption, and the ongoing quest to transform scars into guiding lights for others. Join us as we traverse the landscapes of human fragility and the indomitable will to overcome.

Having transferred to the area from Cleveland, the young Blase planned to stay a year and open a store.“Do I want to go into footwear and get a really small piece of a really big pie, or do I want to get a really big piece of a smaller pie?” he asked himself.Blase chose the latter, deciding his store would focus on boots, mainly of the cowboy variety. He saved the boxes of every pair of boots he sold at Regal and asked several friends in the business to do likewise.

We spent endless hours constructing, decorating, and designing themes for our annual house party. Although this wasn't just a Boardman Halloween party; it rivaled that of a Hollywood production. The entire house was decorated and often reconstructed both on the inside and out. Each room was made to carry out the overall theme of the party. The development was incredible and the response was amazing! Countless friends and strangers drove by to get a glimpse of the progress being made daily. The parties came and went, but they all ended in a single night. After weeks, months, and years of this routine, it has brought us to where we are today in sharing our experience with you and others like you to Escape with us – not just on Halloween but always! www.altfeld.comwww.geniusmapping.comJonathan Altfeld's education evolved as an interdisciplinary odd combination of English, philosophy, and computer science. Inevitably, that led him down a path to Artificial Intelligence. His first career was in AI. After a number of years doing that, and winning a conference award for one of his AI projects, he began looking for something that would help him unpack experts' knowledge with greater effectiveness. What Jonathan found led him to train with the same people Anthony Robbins trained with. He didn't go to Robbins; Jonathan went to the source. Most people know what it's like when they find something that is truly a calling for them, where they're an absolute natural – that's what that was like for him. Jonathan discovered he was a sponge for nuances of language and how they reflect and affect our bodies, our minds, our beliefs, and our future behavior. From there, one can apply that anywhere, since language is such a critical foundation of everything we do. Armed with these tools, he began developing courses to help people become better communicators, better at people-reading and nonverbal awareness and influence, more charismatic, better at managing their emotions, better speakers on any platform, and how to break through their emotional challenges to get better results. When Jonathan spoke about the nature of genius and mastery at Youngstown TEDx, he was living in Tampa Florida at the time, but behind the scenes at TEDx, he met Cassie who was also speaking at TEDx that year, a native of Youngstown with an utterly captivating speech, and ultimately, three months later, they began to date, long distance. Jonathan and Cassie joke that they're the only members of the site TEDxDating.com.
