Putting yourself first can be hard, especially when you are so used to putting others' needs before your own. As women, we have a tendency to lean more towards doing this for the people in our lives which can lead to burnout, feeling unappreciated, and regrets. Anna Stewart was a teen parent who struggled with her identity and confidence for years.
