He highlights the most urgent training needs, including ADAS Training for Technicians, and extended reality tools for emerging aftermarket technologies.Crumpton pointed to ADAS as one of the most exciting emerging technologies. “It's also the fastest growing, even over EVs, because of the amount of saturation in vehicles. It is very lucrative,” he said. According to Crumpton, many NAPA Auto Care centers have invested in ADAS. These centers reported an extremely quick ROI. “We even have one of our former council members that it's now 20% of his business,” Crumpton said.

"Our inability to take care of our country from a skilled trades aspect is a national security issue," Greg asserts, reframing trade careers as essential to American infrastructure security. Matt's legal career began at a corporate law firm, after being laid off in 2009, he founded his law firm, Crumpton Law LLC, where he focused on transactional work for small businesses and musicians. I know it's a struggle. It can take a couple of interviews to try to find the right provider. Now, if you don't have a good relationship with your provider, shop around. We are fortunate to be in that kind of time that we're able to do that. But it's really important for you to have somebody that knows your health when you are somewhat healthy. Because if you do have something happen and you go to the emergency room or the urgent care. They don't have your whole record, they don't know all the stuff that's going on with you. That's not where you get treated, especially with chronic health issues. My second thing is if you are a veteran and you have not signed up for your veterans benefits, please do that. You can file online, you could call the number, just Google like VA benefits or whatever. Fairly straight forward process, but it does take time. So go ahead and get that started today.
