Before becoming the latest in a long line of promising drill-rappers to emerge from New York City, NAS EBK was born on July 2nd, 2003 in the Bronx where he grew up around 158th and 3rd Avenue. Nas began his life as an aspiring basketball player and in his teenage years, he played for the Eagle Academy school in New York, winning a championship in his Freshman year. After that first season, he was recruited by a prep school out in Pennsylvania which would force him to re-classify as a Freshman yet again. Unfortunately, only a few months into this new environment, Nas would find himself in a physical altercation with another student, leading to his expulsion from the school and the eventual dissolution of his dream of becoming a professional basketball player. All things considered, it was a pretty tragic turn of events because Nas had enough talent to attend a division one school – instead, the street life would come calling around the age of 15, throwing his life into chaos and turmoil for the next few years. During this period of his life, you could find Nas hanging around the Courtland projects in the Bronx, but he'd eventually migrate away from that area and post-up in the block known as SevSide after getting betrayed and robbed by friends from his former hood. That's where and when he would meet fellow rapper Kay Flock, someone who would come to play a huge part in his musical success. In the years before he started making music, Nas used his reputation around the hood to build a massive following on social media and to hear him tell it, he says he already had around 10,000 followers on Instagram well before he ever created his first song.

Barrientos Mexican American Cultural Center that supports the educational development of students and creates pathways into the teaching profession for bilingual and dual language educators. Angela Valenzuela, a professor in the Department of Educational Leadership and Policy in the College of Education, also serves as the director of Academia Cuauhtli, an academy that helps Mexican American elementary students connect with their indigenous roots and culture. According to Valenzuela, Academia Cuauhtli, which means Eagle Academy in Nahuati, is a language and cultural revitalization program that elevates a culture that has been disparaged and maligned while heightening student's consciousness to injustices in society. The goal is to help students feel pride about being descendants of peoples who are native to this continent. The work of Academia Cuauhtli is even more urgent due to the effects of Covid-19 on Indigenous, Mexican American and Latino communities. These communities have similar rates of infection and death largely due to the same occupational and socio-economic circumstances, such as being essential workers, that when combined with underlying health conditions and a lack of insurance and access to health care, makes them especially vulnerable to Covid. Pas forcément la crise de la COVID. Eh bien, à la Eagle Academy, que je représente, nous aimons les questions puissantes. C'est un modèle que je vous ai déjà proposé, et ces questions s'inscrivent parfaitement dans notre méthode QRAR : Une Question extraordinaire Une Réponse extraordinaire Une Action extraordinaire Un Résultat extraordinaire,   méthode QRAR.   Voici donc cinq questions à vous poser maintenant. Surtout, ne vous contentez pas de la première réponse, qui vient tout droit de votre zone de confort. Creusez. Creusez encore. Transpirez. Et enfin répondez.   Première question : Quel est tout le bien possible créé par cette situation, pour moi et pour le monde ?   Si j'utilise bien mon temps, à quoi ma vie et mon business doivent ressembler après ça ? Si j'utilise bien mon temps, à quoi ma vie et mon business doivent ressembler après ça ?   Si on écrit des articles à mon sujet, ou au sujet de mon entreprise après cette crise, quels en seront les titres ? Qu'est-ce que la vie me montre de moi dans cette situation ? Qui suis-je devenu(e) ? Exemples : mon caractère, mes relations, mon état d'esprit, mon business, ma santé.   Y a-t-il des aspects de ma vie dont je ne suis pas fier(ère) ? Pas fier(ère) de ce que j'ai montré, démontré ? Qui dois-je devenir et que dois-je faire pour changer ça ? L'idée, c'est que, quand j'anime une certaine FormACTION, parce qu'à la Eagle Academy, il n'y a que des FormACTIONS résolument orientées vers l'ACTION, je me rends compte souvent que les blocages ne sont pas tellement là où on les imagine. Et par exemple, il y a des blocages liés à l'estime de soi. Donc souvent, les gens ont tendance à confondre la confiance en soi et l'estime de soi. Je rappelle, je l'ai déjà dit maintes et maintes fois ici,  que la confiance en soi est relative au savoir-faire, à mes capacités, je peux avoir une grande confiance si je conduis une grue. Par exemple, parce que je suis grutier. Mais moi, si tu me mets dans une grue, je n'aurais aucune confiance. J'ignore complètement comment on manipule un tel engin. Par contre, on peut nous mettre tous les deux sur un cheval, et comme on a la maîtrise technique, on aura confiance, qui ne sera pas forcément le cas du grutier, s'il n'est pas cavalier. J'espère que mon exemple est suffisamment clair.   Donc ça, c'est la confiance en soi.   L'estime de soi, c'est très différent.   L'estime de soi, c'est l'amour inconditionnel de soi. Exactement comme on est censé aimer son enfant, de façon non conditionnelle, sans conditions, même si certains enfants risquent de penser que s'ils travaillent moins bien à l'école, leurs parents les aiment moins. C'est dommage, mais idéalement, ça ne devrait pas être le cas. Et idéalement, vous devriez vous aimer aussi, vous aimer vous-même, quelles que soient les circonstances. Quels que soient les parcours de votre vie, quels que soient les heurts, quels que soient les chaos, quel que soit le fracas. Et c'est la raison pour laquelle en fin de FormACTION, il m'arrive de demander aux aigles, aux participants,  d'écrire une lettre d'amour à eux-mêmes. Et c'est exactement, chers auditeurs, ce que je vous propose ce matin. Quatre questions puissantes, quelles sont-elles ?   F:  Oui, quatre questions puissantes que j'ai entendues de la bouche d'Eagle coachs,   P:  Donc qui ont travaillé avec moi, pour moi, dans le cadre d'un programme de la Eagle Academy, et ce sont des questions qui m'ont plutôt remué, qui ont...Comme j'aime le dire, fait bouger mes lignes intérieures. Aussi, je vous les pose, je vais les dire lentement, et je vous propose, dans votre tête, d'y répondre le plus vite possible, de ne pas chercher à construire une réponse, mais de laisser pulser la réponse. Et quand j'en aurais terminé avec ces quatre questions, je vous en poserai une cinquième, et puis, je conclurai. La première question : Si vous pouviez refaire votre vie, est-ce que vous changeriez quelque chose ? Si vous pouviez refaire votre vie, est-ce que vous changeriez quelque chose ? C'est la première question. Deuxième question : Si vous pouviez la refaire, et que vous aviez envie de changer quelque chose, ce serait quoi ? Si vous aviez envie de changer quelque chose, ce serait quoi? Troisième question : Qu'est-ce que vous avez raté dans votre vie ? Et quatrième question : Que vous a-t-il manqué pour réussir ?    P : Elles sont effectivement hyper puissantes. J'ai tenté de trouver une réponse... en silence.   F:  Oui, je l'ai vu, je l'ai vu, je l'ai vu… J'ai vu que tu étais extrêmement concentré... Maintenant, ce que je vous propose, ce que je te propose aussi à toi, Pablo, c'est de réfléchir à ce que suscitent les réponses en toi. Qu'est-ce que ça suscite ? Ne surtout pas me le dire, c'est ton jardin secret. Qu'est-ce que ça suscite en toi, et ma conclusion, conclusion que j'avais déjà abordée sous un angle différent, il y a quelques mois déjà : surtout ne vous identifiez pas à vos échecs, et volez avec les aigles.   Merci, Fabian.

- Bonjour, Fabian.   - Bonjour Pablo, bonjour à tous.   Sud Radio, la minute du COACH !   P: Comment pensent les entrepreneurs à succès ? Et la réponse que tu vas nous communiquer est scientifiquement prouvée, Fabian.   F: Oui, mon cher Pablo, ça fait des années et des années que je dis, très humblement, parce qu'on est très, très, très nombreux à le dire que le “mindset”, l'état d'esprit, l'état d'esprit, c'est l'état de votre esprit, fait une grande différence dans la vie, notamment pour les entrepreneurs, mais ici, quand je parle de l'entrepreneur, je fais référence à n'importe qui qui a un projet, pas seulement un projet d'entreprise. Et on sentait, on avait l'intuition que l'état d'esprit, le “mindset”, était vraiment ce qui faisait la différence. Et alléluia ! Des scientifiques se sont penchés sur la question, et nous ont livrés une réponse extrêmement intéressante. Tu avais donc raison depuis le début. Je n'avais pas raison. Moi, j'avais écouté mes mentors qui m'avaient déjà dit que le “mindset”, l'état d'esprit, faisait la différence, et j'avais constaté ça chez moi que, quand j'avais changé ma façon de penser, effectivement, mon business avait été transformé, ma vie transformée. Maintenant, je comprends un peu mieux, et je me rends compte aussi que j'ai beaucoup de chemin à faire, car je ne suis pas exactement dans le mode de pensée, du moins, pas toujours, qui est requis pour viser les étoiles. Il y a deux modes de pensée : la pensée dite “en stock”, et la pensée dite “en flux”. Par exemple, si tu décrètes : “La semaine prochaine, je souhaite vendre pour dix mille euros.”, c'est une pensée en stock. Si tu dis : “La semaine prochaine, je souhaite doubler mes ventes.”, c'est une pensée en flux. J'ai alors songé à tous ces indépendants, pour qui le Saint Graal est d'avoir un agenda blindé. Alors, moi, je ne suis pas du tout fan des agendas blindés, j'ai connu ça pendant 25 ans, et en l'occurrence, quand c'est le cas, tu es asservi à ton entreprise, tu deviens esclave de ton entreprise, tu es au service de ton entreprise et pas l'inverse.   P: Oui, mais c'est jouissif...   F: C'est rassurant, mais ce n'est pas jouissif, puisque ça te prive de tas d'autres choses, et en général, tu dois commettre beaucoup de concessions, puisque tu as peu de marge de manœuvre. En réalité, l'indépendant qui réfléchit de cette manière-là, a bel et bien une pensée en stock. Par exemple, dans le monde entrepreneuriat, là, aujourd'hui, de plus en plus, en tous cas, à la Eagle Academy, je mets en exergue le “Growth Hacker”. Le "Hacker", le pirate de la croissance, c'est quelqu'un qui va chercher des raccourcis pour être beaucoup plus efficient. Et la pensée en stock arrivera à une conclusion du type : “Nous avons trop de travail, donc nous allons embaucher.” La pensée en flux constatera : “Nous avons trop de travail, alors nous allons chercher des moyens, d'être beaucoup plus efficace pour pouvoir réaliser beaucoup plus avec moins de monde.” Et la personne qui, probablement le mieux, incarne cette pensée en flux, c'est Jeff Bezos, qui est le patron d'Amazon, l'homme le plus riche de la planète. Eh bien, lui, notamment, estime que la croissance est infinie. Et quand on y songe, on se dit que : “Qui donc aurait pu bâtir un monstre comme Amazon, sans avoir comme idée que la croissance peut être infinie ?” Mais dès lors que vous estimez que la croissance est finie, limitée, alors vous limitez aussi votre pensée.  Je vous invite, les amis, à penser en mode flux, et à voler avec les aigles.

Sud Radio, la Minute du Coach P: Nous accueillons Fabian Delahaut,  de la Eagle Academy. Merci d'être là, fidèle au poste comme chaque semaine sur Sud Radio. Tu vas bien ? F: Je vais bien, c'est immense plaisir pour moi d'être à ce micro et de partager des choses qui me touchent. J'espère qu'elles vous touchent aussi. P: Et aujourd'hui, tu partages l'éloge de la lenteur.   F: Oui ! Et ceux qui me connaissent bien savent  que c'est un titre curieux pour eux, parce que j'ai l'habitude d'exhorter les gens que j'accompagne, mes clients, à la vitesse extrême de mise en oeuvre.  La vitesse extrême de mise en oeuvre, moi je m'adresse surtout à des entrepreneurs, et je leur dis très  souvent.... je reprend cette métaphore, je leur dis: "être un entrepreneur c'est construire l'avion dans la descente". Tu te jettes de la falaise et tu construis ton avion. Et aujourd'hui je voudrais  prendre le contre pied même si on va s'en rendre compte, faire l'éloge de la lenteur ne va pas forcément à l'encontre de la vitesse extrême de mise en oeuvre. Au demeurant nous savons tous les deux, Pablo et vous chers amis, nous savons que la lenteur dans certains cas c'est plutôt indiqué. Comme le disait un de mes amis: "il y a des coups courts, il y a des chouettes coups courts et il y a des chouettes coups longs". Enfin mais je vais arrêter d'être salace, c'est pas l'objectif.   P: Ça te ressemble pas !   F: Non, si peu ! C'est pas l'objectif de cette Minute du Coach. Il m'est revenu une anecdote. Un de mes amis, il y a très très très longtemps, j'étais ado, il s'appelle Christophe, qui m'avait raconté une escapade en montagne. Il me disait:  "Ouais, voilà on était une bande de jeunes et on part à l'assaut de la pente, on monte et on dépasse un monsieur beaucoup plus âgé qui montaient tranquillement avec son bâton de marcheur. Nous on y allait plein pot, joyeux, francs battant. On se pose, on boit, on mange et qui voit-on passer devant nous ? Le vieux monsieur  montagnard. Fin du repas et du moment de repos, repart à l'assaut de la montagne. On dépasse le vieux monsieur tonitruant. Un peu plus tard on se pose à nouveau, qui nous dépasse ? Le vieux  montagnard. Et ainsi de suite jusqu'au sommet où  il est arrivé avant eux." Alors ici on comprend aussi le principe fort que Thierry  Marx,  le fameux chef, emploi pour diriger ses troupes qui est: rigueur, engagement, régularité, RER. Que j'ai déjà abordé à ce micro. Et on comprend qu'on peut être lents et rapides à la fois. C'est ni plus ni moins que la fable de La  Fontaine entre le lièvre et la tortue. Mais pourquoi je vais aborder ça ? Parce que culturellement, de plus en plus, je le vois autour de moi, j'observe et chez moi également, nous voulons tout tout de suite.   Nous voulons tout de suite or, nous aimons tous les deux, nous sommes passionnés par les chevaux et par l'équitation, comme tu le sais, devenir un excellent cavalier ça prend un temps presque infini. Ça prend plus qu'une vie, ça prend tout de notre vie et si vous pratiquez les arts martiaux, vous pourrez parce que l'équitation on est aussi un art martial, vous pourrez est également vous dire la même chose. Si je veux devenir un champion en arts martiaux ça va me prendre toute la vie. Voilà en quoi je veux faire l'éloge de la lenteur et vous raconter encore une anecdote. Ça se passe au cours Florent, au tout début de ma première année au cours Florent, qui pour  ceux qui ne connaissent pas est une école assez célèbre où on forme des comédiens, des acteurs, à Paris. Et François Florent le créateur du cours est présent dans la salle c'est l'examen de première année. L'examen de première année consiste en une série de scènes que nous avons d'abord improvisées en classe et puis on en a fait un spectacle. On a fait un montage de ces différentes scènes, on en a fait un spectacle. Et je n'oublierai jamais la première scène, comment elle se déroule et  comment François Florent avec son gros cigare,  va commenter cette première scène. Il est au fond  de la salle avec notre professeur Valérie Nègre, il a ce gros cigare et la première scène commence. Et des comédiennes doivent allumer un gâteau. Patatras. Comment ça se produisait en répétition? Très bien ! On grillait une allumette et on allumait les bougies du gâteau. Et là, devant François Florent, le jour de l'examen, on craque une allumette: rien. On craque une deuxième allumette: rien. Et la comédienne de s'énerver, en tâchant de faire passer son propre énervement dans la psychologie de son personnage, mais personne n'est dupe certainement pas François  Florent qu'un a vu d'autres. Donc on sent bien que c'est la comédienne qui est stressée et pas le personnage. Survient le débriefing de tout l'examen, et Florent de dire : "la première scène, la première scène avec le gâteau, les allumettes que vous craquez, qui ne s'allument pas... prenez le temps. Vous craquez une allumette, elle ne s'allume pas, ba posez la, prenez en une autre. Craquez la, elle ne s'allume pas ? Posez la, prenez en une autre. Elle ne s'allume pas ?   Posez la, prenez un autre ? Prenez le temps de jouer les choses. Et vous les amis prenez le temps de vivre.

Sud Radio, La Minute du Coach.   P: Salut Fabian !   F: Salut Pablo !   P: J'espère que nos auditeurs savent nager... Il paraît qu'ils sont au bord de la noyade.   F: Certains sans doute ! Et bien oui, figure toi que récemment je donne des coaching. De l'Eagle coaching puisque c'est à la Eagle Academy et j'ai plusieurs patrons d'entreprises qui ne se connaissent absolument pas ni des lèvres ni des dents. L'une est à Bruxelles, l'autre est au Grand Duché de Luxembourg et le troisième à Namur donc ils sont de domaines tout à fait tout à fait différents. Or ils sont victimes exactement du même mal et j'observe les mêmes symptômes.   P: Quels sont ces maux ?   F: En gros ils chargent trop la barque et évidemment quand on charge trop la barque, la barque peut se renverser et on peut effectivement couler. D'où le  titre: "Êtes-vous bord de la noyade ?" Et le problème se manifeste sous différents angles. Le premier point c'est que les trois personnes ont décidé d'escalader l'Everest, le Mont Blanc, en même temps que traverser la Manche à la nage.   P: Avec un sac à dos trop lourd !   F: Oui et donc elles ont pris des très gros chantiers en même temps sans sous-traiter, sans déléguer.  Moi je dis: l'Everest c'est une fois par an il faut pas... par exemple, il faut pas décider de se lancer dans des études supérieures alors qu'on a déjà un travail et en plus de divorcer et ça fait deux gros chantiers sur l'année. Et donc ça c'est un premier   problème. Le deuxième problème c'est que elle veulent avancer sur tout mais elles n'aboutissent à rien et j'ai dit à l'une d'elles il y a quelques temps, j'utilisais la messagerie WhatsApp et j'ai voulu envoyer plusieurs vidéos à la même personne en même temps donc j'ai fait le nécessaire puis j'ai laissé mon smartphone de côté et quand je suis revenu dix minutes plus tard tout avait été bloquée aucune vidéo n'avait été transférée. Et je trouve que la métaphore est intéressante il y avait tellement que l'application n'a pas simplement pu délivrer. Elle a été complètement saturée comme le nous sommes, comme votre ordinateur peut l'être quand vous ouvrez plusieurs applications en même temps. Il faut donc apprendre à prioriser à hiérarchiser et à commettre un certain type de nettoyage: je ne suis pas obligé de tout appréhender. Ça c'est un premier point, et le deuxième point, et je terminerai là dessus, j'ai dit aux trois personnes quand un problème survient notre tentation la plus grande la plus vive c'est de s'en emparer. On s'empare du problème et on le traite, et ma foi c'est bien logique. C'est bien légitime, c'est humain, on est éduqué comme ça, on baigne dans ce type de culture là. Un problème survient, on le prend et on le gère. Or c'est à court terme sûrement la meilleure solution mais à moyen et long terme la pire. Pourquoi ? Parce que ça veut dire que vous devenez vous même le mécanisme qui traite le problème. Or c'est quand le problème survient plutôt que de vous dire d'emblée je vais le gérer si vous vous dite: "Tiens qu'est-ce que je peux mettre en place qui donne dorénavant gérera ce type de problématique ? " Du coup pourquoi pas vous le traitez parce qu'il faut bien à court terme que quelqu'un s'en charge mais vous prévoyez un système qui va traiter le problème plutôt que de devoir vous le coltiner une prochaine fois et une fois encore plus tard et être ainsi la  personne qui éponge, le dépanneur de service. Est-ce que j'ai été clair?   P: Moi j'allais te dire merci pour cette enrichissante Minute du Coach et j'espère qu'elle permettra à certains de nos auditeurs et certaines de nos auditrices d'avancer dans leur vie professionnelle mais pas que !   F: Mais pas que et surtout de voler avec les Aigles !

On rappelle à nos auditeurs de quoi il s'agit, c'est important.   C'est important, oui, effectivement, de permettre à mes clients de voler avec les Aigles, de prendre de l'altitude, de se tenir à distance de leur quotidien pour mieux le jauger et pouvoir l'améliorer aussi. Tant qu'on a le nez dans le guidon, on est rarement performant, pour ne pas dire jamais.   Mais la Eagle Academy ne s'adresse pas qu'aux chefs d'entreprises ?   Essentiellement aux chefs d'entreprise. Mais, par exemple, à travers cette Minute du Coach et toutes les vidéos, les articles que nous postons sur le blog, alors tout le monde peut être concerné. Car je présuppose que chacun a potentiellement l'envie de voler, d'ouvrir ses ailes. Et de ne pas simplement subir le quotidien, subir son existence comme Sisyphe poussant son rocher en haut de la colline, puis il dégringole et doit alors le repousser en haut de sa colline. Sysiphe, quand il habite dans la région de Mons, Charleroi et qu'on lui demande “Comment vas-tu Sysiphe ?”, il répond “Bah, y'a pas d'avance, hein.” Si vous êtes un aigle, bien sûr vous ne répondez jamais ça.   Mais qu'est ce qu'on doit répondre alors ?   A la Eagle Academy, quand on nous demande “comment vas-tu ?”, on répond “Fantastique !”. C'est un ancrage, que je dois à l'un des mentors, John de Sloovere, qui m'a appris à voir les côté fantastiques de l'existence.   “Always look on the bright side of life”, comme les Monty Python. On va commettre un crime aujourd'hui. Enfin, pas nous, vous. Vous allez tuer.   Vous allez tuer, oui. Figure-toi, Pablo, que je reviens de Los Angeles. J'étais en séminaire. Il y a un an et demi, j'y étais aussi en séminaire. Est-ce que c'est le nom de cette ville qui est propice à ce que je vais vous expliquer maintenant, je n'en sais rien. Mais la “Cité des Anges” … peut-être bien qu'il y a un lien. Il y a un an et demi, l'orateur principal que je suis allé voir - on était 5000 dans la salle - est revenu systématiquement, au cours des différentes journées, sur les notions de “cerveau gauche” / “cerveau droit”. Problème : scientifiquement, c'est complètement invalide. Ça ne tient pas la route. Ce gars qui est multimillionnaire et qui aime le clamer haut et fort, répétait à qui mieux mieux que untel était plutôt “cerveau gauche”, untel était plutôt “cerveau droit”, etc … De nouveau, je ne vais pas vous expliquer à quoi cela renvoie puisque ça ne tient pas la route. Il n'y a pas de rigueur intellectuelle quand on explique cela. Ici, je reviens de Los Angeles, chez un autre orateur que j'apprécie énormément, que j'estime énormément, qui m'a beaucoup inspiré depuis pas mal d'années. Il nous a bassinés durant trois jours avec les trois cerveaux. dont le “cerveau reptilien”. Mais rebelote, c'est de la foutaise. Ça ne tient pas la route. Donc mon coup de gueule du jour est le suivant, j'invite les auditeurs être vigilants : N'écoutez pas les pseudos experts qui vous font part de leurs pseudo connaissances relatives à des pseudo lois. Recoupez les informations. Approvisionnez-vous aux bonnes sources. La rigueur intellectuelle, c'est ça. Le problème, c'est que la plupart des gens - c'est un constat navrant - vont préférer tout ce qui est de l'ordre de la magie, tout ce qui est de l'ordre des croyances, mais auront tendance à négliger la science. Pourquoi ? Parce que la science est complexe, la science évolue. Ce que la science dit aujourd'hui, sûrement, vraisemblablement, demain elle va l'annihiler et le remplacer par autre chose. La rigueur scientifique, c'est ça. Mais voilà, il y en a qui vont préférer des lois comme la loi de l'attraction par exemple. Je sais qu'au moment où je prononce ça, je fais crisper beaucoup de monde, mais c'est pas grave, j'ai mon franc-parler à ce micro. Simplement je vous enjoins, toutes et tous, à faire preuve de rigueur intellectuelle et à ne pas avaler tout ce qu'on vous dit. Et surtout à être prudent ! Parce que plus c'est facile à avaler, comme un Mars, plus c'est suspect. Une bonne fois pour toute, Pablo, moi le seul jour où je suis la foule, et encore, c'est au Doudou. Bon Vol avec les Aigles !

Qu'est ce que c'est que ça?   F: Oui, on vole avec les aigles ou alors on est avec les limaces, avec les larves, avec les bœufs. Si vous vous entendez dire: "ça y est c'est définitif dès le 2 janvier", par exemple parce que souvent ce sont des bonnes résolutions de début d'année, "vous arrêtez le sucre" ou "après mes vacances de pâques j'arrête le sucre" et que vous vous remettez pour la énième fois aux sport, c'est un réflexe de limaces. Si vous décrétez qu'une série télévisée addictive vous fait du bien, que vous avez absolument besoin de reposer vos neurones et qu'un bon livre c'est super une autre fois, vous avez un réflexe de limaces si quand la situation se dégrade, vous clamez que "ça va aller" sans même esquisser l'ombre d'un soupçon de solution, c'est un vœu pieux, en anglais on dit wishful thinking, vous avez un réflexe de limaces. Si face aux repas gargantuesque, pantagruélique, vous pérorer qu'on a quand même le droit de se faire plaisir, quand même! Tout en vous touchant le ventre déjà tendu, parfois débordant, les zakouskis sont passés par là, vous avez un réflexe de limace. Si vous parvenez à vous convaincre que vous avez bien mérité une semaine au soleil ou quatre jours Las Vegas ou un pass à Tomorrowland tellement vous avez trimé mais qu'une formation pour vous développer, grandir, vous élevez, vous dépassez, vous surpasser, exploiter pleinement vos talents, c'est trop cher payé, vous avez un réflexe de limace. Un aigle agit tout de suite, vitesse extrême de mise en oeuvre.   Un aigle se nourrit de séries télévisées, peut-être, sans doute, mais de bons livres surtout. Un aigle se souvient de pourquoi il fait ce qu'il fait et se focalise sur son objectif, il a confiance en son action. Un aigle ne se camouflent pas derrière de pseudo excuses, il assume ses choix, ses décisions, ses faiblesses. Un aigle se forme sans cesse, s'il s'offre un pass à Tomorrowland, c'est sa récompense.  Alors qui je suis, moi, pour vous dire tout ça, pour vous donner la leçon. Et bien j'avoue la leçon, Pablo, je me l'adresse aussi. Surtout voler avec les aigles est une métaphore qui me porte et me coûte. Ce n'est pas gratuit, je veux tendre vers ça, j'en suis loin encore.   Alors n'attendons pas ni le 2 janvier, ni l'après pâques, ni l'anniversaire, ni la saint valentin, pour prendre de sacro-saintes résolution à la con.   Volons haut et maintenant
