How do we create more opportunities for in-person relationships? Where does vulnerability fit in the energetics of online vs in person? The sacred four elements of a healthy community. The biggest challenges of leadership. How to handle difficult dialogues from our clients in our communities. The importance of being flexible and going with the flow with facilitating events. How to shift the level of consciousness and raise the level of leadership. "Everything needs to have a purpose [with your containers]. You must have a why for the gathering, even if it's around a specific topic, which means the dynamics of the container are going to change."
