Inolvidable Luna. Gracias por tanto, Granxa Maruxa.
A personal leadership crisis shaped her understanding of how power is built and distributed. Now the leadership coach, strategist, and racial equity advocate shares how others can navigate the unique demands of leaders of color, and the work necessary to eradicate anti-Blackness in Latino communities.Follow Karla on Twitter @karlitaliliana.

With the Canary Islands struggling to cope with the number of migrants arriving on their shores, the Spanish state is asking other parts of Spain to accept them. In the summer, several hundred migrants were sent to Galicia, north of Spain. With anti-immigrant discourse on the rise, the residents of the village of Monterroso stand out because they are receiving foreigners with open arms and as a welcome addition to the community. Sarah Morris, Coline David and Selma Hadj-Bouziane report.
