Criza din piaţa mondială a petrolului a adăugat, în martie, 0,6% la inflaţie, ajunsă la 9,9%, anual, faţă de 9,3%, în februarie. România rămâne, aşadar, pe primul loc în topul european al inflaţiei, în ciuda reducerii consumului casnic şi a consumului guvernamental. Inflaţia în România este de trei ori mai mare decât în Germania, de şase ori mai mare ca în Italia, de cinci ori mai mare ca în Belgia, de cinci ori mai mare ca în Franţa, notează ZF. Noii şefi ai marilor parchete îşi încep miercuri mandatele de trei ani (Adevărul) Ziarul reamintește că este vorba despre Cristina Chiriac - procuror general al Parchetului de pe lângă Înalta Curte de Casaţie şi Justiţie, Ioan-Viorel Cerbu - procuror-şef al Direcţiei Naţionale Anticorupţie şi Codrin-Horaţiu Miron - procuror-şef al Direcţiei de Investigare a Infracţiunilor de Criminalitate Organizată şi Terorism. Săptămâna trecută, preşedintele Nicuşor Dan a anunţat că a semnat decretele pentru numirea şefilor marilor parchete, în urma propunerilor primite de la ministrul Justiţiei, Radu Marinescu. „După acest moment, aşteptarea pe care o am de la Parchete şi, implicit, de la şefii Parchetelor este o dinamizare a activităţii pentru a răspunde aşteptărilor românilor. De marea corupţie se ocupă DNA, de corupţia curentă se ocupă Parchetul General. De la DIICOT îmi doresc destructurarea marilor reţele de droguri şi a marilor reţele de evaziune fiscală”, afirma Nicuşor Dan, într-o conferinţă de presă susţinută la Palatul Cotroceni. Președintele oberva și că „sistemul nostru judiciar a transformat procurorii într-un fel de funcţionari apăsaţi de mii de dosare şi care nu mai au timpul necesar ca să se uite la dosarele care sunt cu adevărat de impact pentru societate. Şi una din preocupări va fi despre cum să punem în balanţă activitatea asta de rutină care este necesară şi cum putem să o simplificăm, să o standardizăm şi cum să lăsăm totuşi timp procurorilor pentru a se ocupa de acele dosare importante cu impact asupra societăţii”, a afirmat şeful statului. Șefii marilor parchete au mandate legale de doar 3 ani, care pot fi reînnoite doar o singură dată. Fețele lui Kelemen Hunor. Își asumă eșecul alături de Orbán? (DW) Liderii UDMR continuă să creadă că susținerea lor față de Viktor Orbán și Fidesz, partidul acestuia, a fost întemeiată. Kelemen Hunor, președintele Uniunii Democrate Maghiare din România, a declarat că formațiunea sa nu are motive „să-și pună cenușă-n cap” fiindcă a susținut Fidesz la alegerile generale de duminică. Relația de vasalitate a UDMR față de Viktor Orbán și Fidesz era atât de serioasă încât în cele două turnee făcute anul trecut de Péter Magyar în Transilvania niciunul dintre membrii marcanți ai Uniunii nu a vrut să se vadă cu el. Politețea ardelenească a fost înlocuită de orbirea lor politică. Cât de credibil mai poate fi Kelemen Hunor în fața maghiarilor din Transilvania? Care dintre fețele lui mai poate fi luată în serios: cea pro-europeană clamată la București sau cea pro-Orbán, iliberalul pro-rus pe care l-a susținut la Budapesta și în fața maghiarilor ardeleni? Cât de sincer a fost liderul UDMR cu fiecare dintre părți? Dar cu el însuși?, se întreabă jurnalista Sabina Fati în analiza publicată pe pagina DW. UDMR a avut meritul să susțină propaganda lui Viktor Orbán în așa fel încât maghiarii ardeleni să creadă că doar Ungaria îi ajută cu adevărat, deși în paralel administrațiile din secuime și nu numai, primeau finanțări importante de la guvernul român. După ce Viktor Orbán a pierdut puterea la Budapesta, UDMR încearcă o repliere, o nouă înțelegere cu învingătorul, cu Péter Magyar și partidul său,Tisza, eventual înainte să apară în presa ungară numele celor din Uniune care au beneficiat personal de afacerile susținute de guvernele ungare din ultimii 16 ani. Între timp, Kelemen Hunor ar trebui să-și asume înfrângerea alături de Viktor Orbán, mai ales că este în fruntea UDMR de 15 ani, o perioadă prea lungă pentru un politician, oricât de talentat ar fi și oricâte fețe poate avea. Ajuns de trei ani în Parlament, Codul urbanismului este încă în sertar la Camera Deputaților / România riscă să piardă peste 1 miliard de euro din PNRR (HotNews) Mai multe puncte la care politicienii nu au reușit să se pună de acord blochează de luni de zile la Comisia de administrație publică de la Camera Deputaților Codul urbanismului, un proiect care va reuni legislația ce vizează amenajările și construcțiile, pentru mai puțină birocrație.  Potrivit HotNews, punctele de divergență sunt:  construcțiile pe plajă,  construcțiile pe spații verzi,  o parte din referendumul lui Nicușor Dan, ca autorizarea construcțiilor și a planurilor urbanistice să treacă de la Primăriile de Sector, la Primăria Capitalei,  chestiuni juridice legate de certificatele de urbanism și atacarea în instanță a autorizațiilor și documentațiilor de urbanism. Bugetul pe 2026 ar putea fi trimis în Parlament săptămâna viitoare, anunță la RFI președintele UDMR, Kelemen Hunor. El precizează pe de altă parte că îl susține pe Viktor Orban la alegerile din Ungaria. Kelemen Hunor mai afirmă că războiul din Ucraina va continua și regretă că UE nu este un actor relevant în procesul de pace. Kelemen Hunor, despre patru ani de război în Ucraina: ”Acest război absolut inacceptabil și de neexplicat cu o gândire rațională, din păcate, nu se va termina prea curând (...). În acest moment, UE în ceea ce privește negocierile nu este un actor, este doar o dorință. Sigur, finanțează Ucraina, finanțează cheltuielile pentru funcționarea statului ucrainean (...), dar la discuțiile privind pacea nu este un actor relevant Uniunea Europeană”. Despre alegerile din Ungaria: ”Îl susțin pe Orban. Din punctul meu de vedere, este varianta mai bună să meargă Orban mai departe, așa consider eu după tot ce am văzut în acești ani, pe de o parte, poziția lui Orban față de minoritățile maghiare, care trăiesc dincolo de granițele Ungariei, o politică națională coerentă și responsabilă (...). Votul maghiarilor din toate sondajele pe care noi le-am făcut și pe care noi le cunoaștem, aproape 92%, cei care se vor exprima merg către Orban”. Despre bugetul pe 2026: ”Săptămâna viitoare ar trebui să ajungă bugetul în Parlament pentru dezbatere și pentru vot. În aceste zile, sunt și discuții tehnice între vicepremier și miniștri, Ministerul de Finanțe și ceilalți și vor fi și discuții politice în coaliție”. Despre PNRR: ”Mai sunt câteva chestiuni unde există discuții, care afectează într-un fel și bugetul, jaloanele din PNRR, care unele sigur că nu vor fi atinse și asta ar însemna ori pierdere de bani ori trecerea pe bugetul național în perioada următoare, unde au început investițiile. Sigur, unde văd eu o problemă e la acel jalon prin care România și-a asumat să fabrice panouri solare și combustibilul pe hidrogen. Deci cele două jaloane sigur că nu vor fi atinse. Nu vreau să avansez eu sume, dar vorbim de câteva sute de milioane de euro, dacă nu mă înșel. Mult”.

Frustrarea politică a liberalului-șef față de succesul PSD în această regiune a dus la jignirea câtorva milioane de români care trăiesc în zonă. Ciucă nu e însă singurul candidat care împarte românii în buni și răi. Elena Lasconi și Marcel Ciolacu au decupat și ei bucățile de Românie care nu le plac.Gafele și micile erori ale candidaților sunt dintotdeauna sarea și piperul campaniilor electorale. Votanții se amuză, internauții circulă cu mare viteză viralele. Dar jignirile sunt altceva. Or, ceea ce au făcut Ciucă, Lasconi și Ciolacu e stigmatizarea unor categorii întregi de electorat pe motivul apartenenței la o regiune e o ofensă, o împărțire arbitrară și inacceptabilă a românilor în două tabere.Nu întâmplător, Ciolacu și Ciucă înregistrează acum, la prezidențiale, aceste derapaje. Ei n-au trecut niciodată printr-o campanie electorală adevărată, când fiecare gest și cuvânt al candidatului e sub lupa presei. (DW)Există deja o dezbatere în jurul votului pentru primul tur de scrutin al prezidențialelor și al liderului UDMR, pe care unii analiști importanți din România îl consideră cel mai bun și anunță că-i acordă votul, în vreme ce alții, îl etichetează la fel de putinist ca Diana Șoșoacă sau George Simion.De ce personajul principal în această dispută este șeful unei formațiuni minoritare?S-a ajuns aici prin contraselecția permanentă făcută de partidele autohtone, arată jurnalista Sabina Fati pe pagina DW.Kelemen Hunor are studiile făcute la timp, la școli de calitate, nu a fost tentat de banii statului, nu are o biografie care trebuie ascunsă, nu a mers la vânătoare cu Omar Hayssam, nu și-a trădat liderul, nu e contestat în UDMR. În plus, are idei, vorbește coerent, nu are probleme cu înțelegerea fenomenelor mari, nu face gafe, e stăpân pe el, nu vrea să vândă Ardealul (știe că nu e al lui) iar legătura cu Viktor Orban e pentru el și pentru UDMR o necesitate.Totuși, Kelemen nu a intrat niciodată în siajul filorus și pro-Putin al Budapestei și a încercat să păstreze justa măsură. Kelemen Hunor ar fi, poate, un președinte de care românii nu s-ar rușina, dar el știe că nu are nici o șansă.Liderul UDMR are motive clare pentru care candidează și, spre deosebire de ceilalți, candidatura nu e despre el, ci doar să convingă cât mai mulți maghiari să voteze la parlamentare și să poată influența rezultatul final al prezidențialelor. A anunțat deja că în turul al doilea va susține candidatul care să garanteze intrarea UDMR la guvernare.             Exclusivitate / Ce negociază, de fapt, guvernul la Bruxelles în privința deficitului: amânarea până în ianuarie a depunerii Planului de revenire în țintă (CursDeGuvernare)Guvernul Ciolacu a solicitat Comisiei Europene, la începutul lunii, o derogare de la termenul până la care statele membre erau obligate să trimită Comisiei planurile de revenire în ținta maximă de deficit de 3% din PIB.Surse de la Comisia Europeană au declarat pentru CursDeGuvernare că guvernul român a cerut să poată trimite acest plan până la sfârșitul lunii ianuarie 2025. Cererea de amânare a trimiterii planului este în curs de analiză la Bruxelles, Comisia urmând să anunțe în scurt timp dacă acceptă sau nu această derogare.Astfel că guvernul nu negociază acum pe cifre, deși în vară, premierul Ciolacu anunța că negociază deja calendarul pentru scăderea deficitului și se declara convins că Guvernul României va parafa un acord cu următoarea Comisie Europeană pentru ca România să revină la un deficit de 3% din Produsul Intern Brut (PIB) în următorii 7 ani. De ce nu ajung niciodată banii de la Casa de Sănătate pentru analize de sânge, RMN-uri și pentru spitale (Europa Liberă)România cheltuiește pe an sub 2.000 de euro pe cap de locuitor pentru sănătate, mai puțin de jumătate față de media Uniunii Europene. Cetățeanul român plătește lună de lună asigurarea de sănătate, însă când trebuie să beneficieze de servicii medicale decontate, s-a obișnuit să aștepte. Uneori cu lunile. Motivul? Plafonul lunar de la CNAS se epuizează în doar câteva zile. Europa Liberă a transmis întrebări legate de toate problemele descoperite Casei Naționale de Asigurări de Sănătate. Departamentul de comunicare a asigurat că va oferi răspunsurile, dar va dura, pentru că problemele ridicate sunt complexe. De asemenea, Europa Liberă a întrebat toate clinicile la care a sunat pentru programări care este relația lor cu CNAS, care sunt problemele, câți bani primesc față de necesar.Cum funcționează sistemul? Toate clinicile din țară, numite furnizori, trimit la Casa de Sănătate capacitatea pe care o au laboratoarele lor și departamentele de imagistică. Casa adună, împarte, socotește și rezultă un punctaj. Împarte suma pe care o are pentru analize și imagistică la acest punctaj și rezultă valoarea unui punct. Apoi distribuie bani furnizorilor, lunar, în funcție de această valoare și de punctajul fiecăruia.Așadar, oricât de mare ar fi capacitatea furnizorilor, ceea ce limitează numărul de pacienți care beneficiază de analize, RMN, CT sau alte investigații paraclinice este suma totală pe care CNAS o are la dispoziție.

Reacția sa vine după ce premierul Marcel Ciolacu a anunțat vineri consultări cu partidele pentru stabilirea datei acestui scrutin.

Alegerile prezidențiale ar trebui să aibă loc la sfârșitul lunii noiembrie, declară la RFI președintele UDMR, Kelemen Hunor. Premierul Marcel Ciolacu a anunțat consultări cu partidele, pentru a stabili data scrutinului, după neînțelegerile din coaliție dintre PSD și PNL. Alegerile prezidențiale ar trebui organizate în noiembrie, spune Kelemen Hunor: ”Ar fi primul tur undeva la sfârșitul lunii noiembrie, 30 noiembrie și pe 8 decembrie turul doi. Deci este o variantă corectă, din punctul meu de vedere și dacă va fi o întâlnire, eu voi susține acest calendar, această variantă”.Liderul UDMR critică PNL pentru că nu și-a ținut cuvântul privind data alegerilor prezidențiale: ”Din punctul meu de vedere, ar fi trebuit să meargă pe decizia luată. Am în fața mea decizia Biroului Politic Național al PNL, în care ei au anunțat 15 septembrie și 29 septembrie”.Kelemen Hunor vorbește de asemenea în interviul acordat RFI despre miile de voturi primite de UDMR în județe unde prezența etnicilor maghiari este scăzută.

Kelemen Hunor denunță o campanie electorală murdară la adresa UDMR. Liderul formațiunii acuză AUR că atacă dur formațiunea sa și comunitatea maghiară din România. Kelemen Hunor vorbește despre campania electorală pentru alegerile din 9 iunie: ”AUR ne-a atacat foarte tare și încă ne atacă în continuare și doi-trei politicieni de la liberali, care s-au asociat cu AUR și acest lucru trebuie spus. Cozma la Satu Mare s-a aliat cu AUR și merg împreună în județ, ceea ce este o problemă în primul rând pentru PNL (...). Se mai întâmplă și în Mureș, dar mult mai atenuat. Deci din partea lor vine un atac extrem de murdar, extrem de dur și acest atac este împotriva comunității, nu este împotriva UDMR”.Președintele UDMR comentează de asemenea intenția Guvernului de a majora salariile unor bugetari cu 10%: ”Nu am văzut ce impact bugetar va avea pe termen mediu și pe termen lung. Un lucru este foarte-foarte clar: nu poți să pui presiune în plus pe economie, fiindcă nu ai de unde să plătești salariile. Trebuie să vezi dacă reușești să stimulezi și economia”.

Prior to joining the Hospital Center staff, Ms. Kelemen instituted the first palliative care service at MedStar Good Samaritan Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland. She also is the founding director of the Palliative Social Work Fellowship Program at the Hospital Center. An Assistant Professor of Medicine at Georgetown University Medical Center, her research interests include the intersection between language and medicine and intimacy and chronic illness. Ms. Kelemen is also Vice-Chair of the Social Work Hospice and Palliative Network (SWHPN).
